Scene opens at a bar, John Combe is sitting at the bar waiting for a drink, the upcoming triple threat match is racing through his mind, he knows he can win this one, and that this is his first chance to impress, a man comes from behind Combe and pats him on the back, John is startled but turns around and is more calm, he see's his old friend, Lucas standing behind him, the two men shake hands and exchange a smile, Lucas sits down beside him and begins to speak.
Lucas Kerr
"What's up man? It's been a while, I've heard alot about you lately."
John Combe
"Good to see you Lucas, oh yeah? What you heard?"
Lucas Kerr
"Well to start off your match on Meltdown, always knew you would make it big time bro."
John Combe
"I ain't made it anywhere yet, this match is a must win one. I need to prove myself to these guys, I'm just a rookie, I don't wanna be one of those guys that everyone looks down on."
Lucas Kerr
"Dude, you have the potential to go far, we all know it."
John Combe
"Ah well, we'll have to see, listen man I gotta go, I got a little segment coming up at the arena, I'll see you around."
Lucas Kerr
"Later bro."

The scene opens up on the Meltdown arena, the camera spanning around the fans, 'Rockstar' by Dappy hits the sound system, John Combe walks onto the stage and looks around the arena, the fans have no reaction to him walking out as they stare on silently, he swaggers down the stage and walks up the steel steps, he stand on the apron and looks at the fans again, then enters the ring, he requests a microphone and is giving one, his theme music stops and he stares around the arena for a while, then he begins to speak.
John Combe
"This past week, I've been thinking about my debut, a triple threat match against Krunk and Mr. Dangerous. I know I'm the underdog in this situation, but that won't hold me back, nothing is impossible, that's a motto I've used all my life. For you guys, this match may not mean anything to you, but to me its the match of a lifetime, my first chance to prove to the world I'm championship material, I'm special, I have the get up and go that most superstars don't have! My goal in this match, besides winning of course, is to inspire you fans to watch me in action more. You guys are my support, the feeling that I know millions are watching me as I perform, it's like an adrenaline rush, I cannot fail."
Some fans give off a small cheer, as John continues to speak.
John Combe
"I don't know much about my opponents, Mr. Dangerous, the rookie killer, I promise you fans one thing, you're looking at one rookie he ain't gonna be killing. Krunk, new guy like me, I watched an interview he was in lately, the kid sounds like a punk, and I'll have no problem beating him. When I'm pinning Krunk or Mr. Dangerous and you fans hear the referee count, 1, 2, 3! Then you'll realize I'm not a joke, I'm a young talented individual, and I'm gonna leave you fans in shock come Monday night!"
Combe's music hits the arena as he throws away the mic and rolls out the ring, he walks up the stage with no hint of emotion on his face. The scene fades to black.

John Combe is sitting in his locker room when he's approached by Hannah Storm, John doesn't seem to happy to see her as he was trying to relax, but agrees to an interview none the less.
Hannah Storm
"John, its a pleasure to meet you, I'm Hannah Storm, the interviewer for the Meltdown Brand. I'm gonna ask you a few questions, first off, what inspired you to be a wrestler?"
John Combe
"Well when I was younger I never used to miss a show, me and a couple friends would go out in my garden and wrestle ourselves, when I started to perform moves I never knew I was capable of, that's when I decided I wanted to be a wrestler."
Hannah Storm
"How do you feel about your match against Krunk and Mr. Dangerous?"
John Combe
"Well like I made it clear in the ring, I'm confident I have this match in the bag."
Hannah Storm
"What are your goals in this business?"
John Combe
"To be the best, to win titles, to make a name for myself."
Hannah Storm
"Thank you for your time."
The scene fades away as Hannah Walks out of the locker room.
Lucas Kerr
"What's up man? It's been a while, I've heard alot about you lately."
John Combe
