Backstage before Meltdown, the crime fighting duo are seen hanging around the vending machines. The Red Crow is clutching what appears to be a half dead bunch of flowers and it bending Snakeboys ear.
“You had your chance last week buddy, and you did well. You showed Logan what you were made of and you embarrassed him.” The Red Crow seems overly confident as he addresses Snakeboy.
Snakeboy looks down at his hands where the Red crow is clutching the dying bunch of flowers and looks at him dead in the eye. The Red Crow looks at him and his cheeks blush from under his mask.
“Yeah, yeah. I know what you're going to say, but its not like that honest.” Crow quickly moves the flowers behind his back. “I erm, found these and I was just about to throw them away.”
“Hisssssss” Snakeboy interrupts The Red Crow with a loud hiss and he takes a step back.
“Alright, so what if they are for her? A lady deserves to be treated right, and thats exactly what I will do.” The Crow pauses as Snakeboy just stares straight through him. “Look, what you are missing is that I have my singles debut tonight and i intend to outshine you. I have a chance to win a title and I am going to take that. I know we were sent here to capture the tag team titles, but that can wait, singles gold would go pretty well with this cape, dont you think?” Crow poses the question to Snakeboy and spins around in front of him. Snakeboy just palms his forehead and turns to walk away.
A voice is heard in the background, a friendly female voice that is Hannah Storms.
“Hey boys!.” screams out Hannah “Can i have a moment of your time please?” questions Hannah as she gets closer to them. Snakeboy stops in his step and shrugs his shoulder.
“Sure beautiful, anything for a pretty face” replies crow as he starts to roll his shoulders. He looks down at his hand that clutches the flowers and looks up at Hannah. “Hey, I got these for you...” Crow reaches out and thrusts the flowers into Hannah's face. She reluctantly takes them.
“Thanks I guess.” She turns and drops the flowers to one side and turns back to the duo.
“So, Red Crow, you face off tonight in your debut singles match against Mr 420, he is an established star here in APW and on Meltdown, do you feel you stand half a chance tonight?” Hannah looks and Red Crow who just looks back at her and starts laughing.
“We want to shit forever” screams out the Red crow. Snakeboy shakes his head as Hannah looks on confused
“I’m sorry?” questions Hannah
“Thats his tagline isn't it?” replies Crow. “He is always on about his conquests in the toilet” Crow seems pleased with himself as Hannah responds.
“No, no he isn’t. Anyway, Mannie is rumoured to still be nursing injuries from his attack a few weeks ago, do you think that this can help you in becoming victorious tonight?”
Crow looks around before answering. “Nah, this dude is going down quicker than a hooker in LA. He hasn't matched up to anyone like me before, and like Snakey here, i am going to win, and I am going to become a champion.”
Hannah looks at him. “You realise that this is only a qualifying match right? The hard work is still to come.
“CHAMPION BABY! WOOOOOOOOO!” screams Crow as he begins to run around in a circle with his arms out in the air. Snakeboy just looks at him before turning and walking off. Hannah is shocked and disappears out of shot while crow continues to spin in circles.
