From ActionPackedWrestling.com:
We're here to bring you a special status update that although APW Undisputed Champion Terry Marvin was rushed to the hospital after his run in with Kurt Noble, there were no serious injuries. He did however lose a good deal of blood and was bandaged in various parts of his body including the right side of his face.
Though he was urged to stay overnight, he quickly left against doctors orders with his wife Faythe in tow. Though it was impossible to get a word with him during his hospital stay, the following statement was released through his wife just minutes ago.
Real Show fans, and I know there are a lot of you out there tonight....the rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.
Though Mr. Noble attempted to end my career and do permanent damage to my physical well being, I am happy to say that he failed.
Your Champion, though scared and slightly disfigured and definately not taking any modeling gigs at the moment, will be just fine and this will not impact my performance on either this week's Overdrive or the Elimination Chamber Match.
Contrary to popular belief, I am not outraged at Kurt Noble's actions. Instead I feel deeply sorry for him. Here is a man who had it all a month ago, and couldn't handle losing a material possession so much that it drove him to extreme lengths. Kurt Noble has ruined his own life, and is now trying to ruin that of everyone around him.
This behavior must be stopped, and that conclusion can only come in one of two ways. Next week, with the help of some friends, co-workers, and concerned citizens I will take the high road in my pursuit at bettering the APW as a whole and deal with Noble in a civil manner.
However, if that fails... At the Elimination Chamber Match, he will KNOW the meaning of the word HELL when it is unleashed in all my fury and passion with absolutely NO REMORSE!
