Earlier today, the President of Action Packed Wrestling Hurricane Jeff gave word that there would be a big announcement today regarding the main event for Shockwave.
We have just recieved a press release from the boss that stated;
"Due to Kenny Lambardo's fall from the Titantron this past Monday of Overdrive, I have no choijce by to take Kenny Lambardo out of his match with APW World Heavyweight Champion, Doctor Phate at Shockwave. We are unsure of the severity of Kenny's injuries until further examantions is done.
There will be however, a replacement for Kenny Lambardo for the main event at Shockwave and Doctor Phate will defend his title against that person. And that person will be announced This Monday on Overdrive."
We hope to have more on Kenny Lambardo's condition as soon as it comes available. In the mean time, we're left with the question "Who will face Doctor Phate at Shockwave?" Tune into Overdrive this Monday to find out.
