The scene opens up at a local bar in Portland Maine. Sitting on a bar stool looking at a TV, watching a Hockey Game, drinking a tall glass of bear is The Hardcore Kid. For some reason, the APW Cameras are there filming him. The Kid takes a drink of his beer and then looks at the camera.
THK: It all comes to an end on Monday. My losing Streak comes to an end because at Overdrive, I am teamed up with the best wrestler in APW today, and even though he doesn’t have the gold to prove it, he will at Carnage. I’m talking about Vinnie Hardcore. And we’re taking on the two biggest pieces of trash in APW today, Jason Royce and John Green. The Champ and guy who’s like me at the moment. Winless. But like I said, it all comes down to an end on Monday Night. Because Vinnie and I, Team Hardcore, we will come out victorious. And Monday Night will just be a small preview as to what will happen at Carnage next Sunday. Last Monday, John Green, you got lucky. I know it, you know it. But I’m not going to dwell on what happened last week. Because now John Green, I have gotten a taste of you and I know what your all about. You try to be all cool and what ever, shopping at some quickie mart, signing autographs and flirting with some soccer mom. I was there, I saw you at the Quickie Mart. Talking your trash but quite frankly, I see right through you Johnny. I see a man who is over rated. I see a man...well action, more of a boy who talks a big game. The way I see it, Green, you got lucky at New Years Retribution and the trust test of a champion is keeping the belt and at Carnage, Inside the Hell in a Cell, Vinnie Hardcore is going to destroy you and take that title. And Monday night will be just a taste of what’s in store for you.

THK: Now to Greens tag team partner and my opponent for Carnage. The “Iceman” Jason Royce. See Jason, even though we are both winless, the difference between you and me is that I for one have potential. I have the potential to go places. I’m a rookie in this business and I’m going places. I got Vinnie training me and it will just be a matter of time before my career sky rockets to the top. Right now, I’m paying my dues. Its not about winning right now, its about the experience, the learning and when the time comes, I’ll be getting wins left and right. The thing with you Jason, from what I hear, you just plain suck. I mean, every federation needs a Brooklyn Brawler right? Now your trying to reinvent yourself I guess and live up to your name the Iceman. Well guess what, Your still going to be the same guy that you we’re for the past three weeks. A loser. Like it or not Jason. John Green won’t save you Monday Night. John Green doesn’t care about you. All he cares about is keeping that title. He’d feed you to the wolves if it meant keeping his title. Vinnie has my back and I have his, that’s how we roll.
The Hardcore Kid looks across the bar and see’s Jason Royce flipping out. A manager goes over and ask Jason to leave and he continues to make a scene as Security comes over and Jason starts beating up Security. Jason rants about something then leaves the bar.
THK: See what I mean. Jason Royce, acts like a immature drama queen. Where is that going to get him in life. With that kind of attitude, no wonder everyone thinks he’s a joke. Jason Royce, I want you to listen and listen good. Monday Night, your little outburst of unappropriated language is going to get you a beating of your life. Jason Royce, at overdrive, I’m going to beat the living crap out of you. I’m going to show you way I’m the Hardcore Kid. I’m going to beat you to the point where you’ll still be able to show up at Carnage and it will be there where I finish you off. Jason Royce, John Green get ready because the team of Vinnie Hardcore and The Hardcore Kid is here to make an impact. Us Vegas boys are going all in on Monday.
