Fade from Black shows Dr. Wacko in a suit that does not fit. The suit was put on sloppy with the tie hanging down and parts of the shirt untucked from the pants. He clears his throat and looks into the camera. He holds a white paper and begins reading it.
Dr. Wacko: This is an official statement from my employer, whose name and identity will be revealed this upcoming Overdrive. I quote, "First, Hurricane Jeff, who I refuse to call President, must open the show in the middle of the ring and must make the next few demands official. Also, Jeff must publicly apologize to me and APW for recent actions. Second, Dr. Phate, a mockery of mankind, must be suspended for 60 days for crimes against APW and himself. Thirdly, Twister must his World Title on the line in a battle royal against the top seven superstars to prove he is worthy. If these demands are not met my employer has no other choice than to take control over APW."
The video fades to black but before the transmission is cut it fades into a still picture. We get the first glimpse of Wackos employer.
