Our sources have confirmed that Tuhoa Valo (who lost yet another match to Logan Alexander this past Monday night on Meltdown) was and still is irate with APW officials. We reached out to Mr. Valo for comment, which was received and responded to by his attorney at law, Mr. Turner.
Mr. Turner
Mr. Valo was stopped mid-match, and told that the match was over. Had a silly "time limit" not been called, Mr. Valo would have undoubtedly beaten Logan Alexander, and would currently be your North American Champion. Furthermore, had the match ended in a draw, Mr. Valo would be the rightful number one contender already. Mr. Alexander however, was given time to recover before the match was restarted. WHICH the referee had no right to do in the first place. My client might have asked for "sudden death", but the referee had no authority to honor the request, or make that decision.
This just goes to show that APW could care less who they hire, or who officiates their matches. They brought back a referee that hadn't refereed a contest in quite sometime, to referee the main event, a title mach at that. Maybe Jeff should be looking to replace Alexander Duvall, as his decisions continue to effect the lives of true talents, in a negative manner. My client has asked me to look into this, and we have plenty of opening for legal action against not only Alexander Duvall and Meltdown, but President Jeff and APW as a whole.
We will continue to deliver news on this story, as more information is received. However, after a little investigating of our own, we can confirm that Mr. Turner's claims to "have a case against APW" have been confirmed. Legal action could very-well be taken against Action Packed Wrestling, on a magnitude of levels. How will Mr. Duvall react to these claims? Will Jeff himself get involved to avoid legal action? Stay tuned into Meltdown to find out!
