Jules is the only person who hasn't checked in, correct? Yes, that is correct. It was Gooch and Jules. Yesterday it was Gooch and Kash... So honestly if its not Gooch as the silencer... than its Kash. Either that or someone is playing us very well. |

I'm not the silencer.
I assure everyone that I'm not just using the "I'm busy" as an excuse. My daughter's birthday was on Saturday, then I had to be on the road at 5:00 A.M. to make it to where I needed to go. Spent some time that afternoon with family. Headed home and stopped in Mt. Pleasant, TX to see friends with my family and got back home at 11:30 P.M.
I'm not the silencer. Sorry for my lack of knowledge of the role. I've never been the silencer.
If you vote for me, you aren't getting scum and you aren't getting the silencer.
But in all honesty, I can see how the circumstances fall my way. Bleh.

I posted yesterday didn't I? Regardless I wasn't silenced and have no clue on what being a silencer even means. So no I'm not a silencer. Shit just stacks up on me in real life and when I do get on Mafia takes a minute to read through but I'm sure I made posts yesterday. I'll look now but since the last write up I've posted.

EBWOP So I posted on page 8 but nothing on Page 9. I wasn't really around yesterday but for a few minutes and didn't have time to read up on all things Mafia. I'm not a Silencer but I have no good reason for anyone to believe that. I will however say I put that on my Momma I'm not a Silencer or Scum if that means anything, I love my momma and this past few weeks shows that.

Wow... just wow.
Took me a while to catch up on this debate. I see there's still some lingering suspicion of me and I do hope to prove somehow that I'm town.
I'll get right to Jennings post looking for opinions though. I'll start from my beliefs of who is town. I believe Raab and Pepsi are town, as I said before, because when suspicions about me were first mentioned on day 3 the two of them and Stone gave me the benefit of the doubt. As Stone flipped town when he died, I'm willing to believe they these two are also town. This Jennings is where you first got the idea that Pepsi had been cleared I believe. I didn't clear him, I just gave him a vote of confidence for defending me.
Now, I'm perfectly willing to believe that Sal and Jennings are town. I'm more sure of Jennings than Sal at the moment though. Just watching what's been said makes me believe that Jennings has the town's best interest at heart. I believed that Sal was town as well because L-1 vouched for her back on day 2 I think it was... but, and yes I feel I have to point this out in regards to being honest, Gooch was also vouched for by L-1 and we're all willing to believe that he's scum. L-1 was only a watcher, so I'm betting that not all the information was available there and the vouches have been made based on reputation and not just facts, so they could be mistaken.
I know this doesn't help my case for proving that I'm town by making such a suggestion. In truth, I'm still more than willing to believe that Sal is town and I've seen no proof to say otherwise, but I just have a nagging doubt... It's kinda the same way that people suspect me of being scum because I inherited Rebel's role. No proof, just a suspicion you can't dismiss outright.
I am a little bothered by KJE. When I was being first suspected, she did mention that perhaps I should be lynched. She was the first person to suggest that after L-1, Hades, Jennings, and Envi had voiced their suspicion. That might just be personal, but it's a concern for me all the same. I know she's got the support of Jennings and Sal, and that's good enough for me right now.
For a similar reason, having Envi keep coming around and reminding people that I might be scum keeps nagging at me as well. He was one of the first people to voice suspicion. When he voted for the Stone lynch he voiced suspicion about me reminding everyone that I shouldn't be forgotten. And then here on day 4, I'm one of his top two suspects. I don't know why. No one else is that focused on me. Still, that's not enough to trigger a desire for a lynch desire on my end.
Jules, Kash and Reaver... I don't really know what to think. Jules and Kash have been fairly quiet. Short posts here and there, chiming in occasionally. I'm willing to accept that Jules may be silenced right now. But there's no certainty to that claim. Reaver claimed to silenced during day 2 on day 3. Gooch did the same for day 3 once some arm twisting was done. Jules might claim day 4 silence if he makes it to day 5. Kash I have no suspicions of. Reaver... I don't know what to make of him. He seems like he can be anywhere on the spectrum at any moment. Defensive one day, supportive the next. Mixed reads, so I don't know what to say about him.
Now, I do have suspicions about Hades and Gooch.
Looking over everything, I see that Hades has been sort of sneaking in on voting and suspicions when major topics come up. He was the second vote for Speede. He was the second to suspect me. He was the second to vote for Stone. Little reason is ever given from him on those one. He gave the new player excuse for doing so. I'd just like to say that I'm a new player as well, and I wouldn't just vote with no explanation attached. One thing that did catch my eye during day 4 is that when Hades was being lined up for a lynch, he came in defended himself, pointed a finger at Pepsi, and then justified it by saying that 'Pepsi defends himself and then makes accusations'. It's not a direct quote, but regardless it's totally hypocritical, because Hades makes that accusation in the same breath as he does it himself. He defends himself and accuses Pepsi. That's not the way you make an argument.
Now, I think Gooch only replied today, because he had the screws put to him. But all of his explanations are viable in this discussion. What really caught my eye though, is that Gooch was shaping up to be another surefire lynch, and Hades hasn't voted at all. It's a total contradiction to Hades' in game voting habits. He jumped on Speede and Stone. To a lesser extent he did the same to me. But nothing on Gooch. That just seems weird. Now I'm going to make a statement based on zero facts, but just on appearances: Presuming that Hades is scum, the lack of action against Gooch, suggests that Gooch would be scum as well. Again, there is no proof of this, it's just a suspicion I have.
Now that I've gotten out my wordy post... I fully expect it to be dissected en masse by all comers. I would like to say that I am only trying to help the town with this, but I suspect at least one person will try to twist these words against me as soon as they can.

Dont all jump up at once, since we got more to kind of piece things together now its starting to add up from the information i just read back through. i like raab am still new to this as well but i have to agree i knew a silencer was a scum role-definitely isnt an action town needs to use. i think doc needs to stay on jennings(because needless to say thats our safest bet) and as of right now the two biggest appearing scum are either jules or gooch. i think its a fair call after the quiet responses as of late and its so far all we have to go by really isnt it?

Welp, looks like the hammer is going to fall. That is 6 votes on me with no actual evidence. This vote has been bandwagoned and it seems that the town is happy to do it. I guess when there is no information, we'll just look to KJE and see what she has to say and run with it.

I did bring forth the information on you Gooch, you are correct about that, and I am all for people heading my way also. The way you were laughing when Reaver got silenced just didn't sit well with me, and I didn't pull anyones arm to get them to vote either. I said I was all for a Jules lynch, and still would have no problem with it. However, since I was the one who looked into your replies... if this is wrong, by all means, the votes can head my way tomorrow.

I still think the jury is out on Hades but right now the votes are close for Gooch. I won't be band wagon voting the man myself because like with anyone else accused of being scum and voted on 10 different ways, Gooch has nothing against him that concretely puts him as Scum. Someone is knocking off Townies at random. We've got one hell of a Sniper and they are playing great right now. Not sure who but a few look suspicious and I just suck at this game so I'm twirling my thumbs. I just looked through the day phase and this post stood out to me. I don't know how else to explain it but Kash is who I'm looking at. My theory is that what's been done has been done to give the illusion of a vet mafia to throw us off. It's the only explanation. Kash. I want to hear your opinions about what's going on and about how both someone is a helluva sniper and knocking off townies at random at the same time? |
