CRW closed. Alexis Prodigy’s contract expired …and that was when “they” were born.
Of course, “they” refer to the cynical bitch who just wants to see the world burn who goes by the name Sloane Atreyu. Sloane has decided to save herself for the “wrestling world’s number 2” known as the indy scene; known as Frontier Grappling Arts. For whatever reason, she disappears back into Alexis’s head when the mention of APW pops into her head …oddly enough, the person that comes into being when APW is the “other one.” The one that is pleasant to be around but whose enthusiasm is so non-stop that it could be annoying. And she has been in Alexis’s head trying to get her to sign up to APW for unknown reasons.
But now that Alexis has broken down; now that she retreated into her own head and instead split herself into two sides of one personality, The Cheer Captain now has more say. The Cheer Captain has chosen APW as the place to raise spirits.
And once Cheer Captain Lexi filled out that contract, a place inside Alexis’s mind opened. It was a place where Lexi could retreat to when Sloane Atreyu was in charge doing her thing in FGA. It was a place that let her see the world as one big delusion to help her cope with Code Red Wrestling being gone. It was a lense that the Princess of Pep could see the world in to ignore the fact that she was ever in CRW; to ignore the fact that during every other Saturday, a bitter angry bitch is behind the driver’s wheel. Instead of ever believing that she was Alexis Prodigy or that she is sometimes Sloane Atreyu, Cheer Captain Lexi exists in her own little world called Action Packed High School where she is the most popular girl on campus. She was both Homecoming Queen, Prom Queen, Student Council President, and, of course, Captain of the Cheer Squad. And that is the way she views Alexis’s life when in control of her body.
To sum it up. Alexis Prodigy has ceased to exist. Instead she has turned into two different alter egoes.
This is the story of one of those personalities.
This is the story of Cheer Captain Lexi.

As she came to, in her head, this song kept playing for some reason:
“I DON’T WANT TO WAIT FOR OUR LIVE TO BE OVER …somethingsomethingsomething how cold it be?”
She didn’t know why but that iconic mid-nineties television theme just wouldn’t get out of her head. Maybe it was her way of distracting her from that awkward first day of school at Action Packed High School. She recently just transferred there from Code Red Prep where she was one of the more popular girls in that school. She was the head cheerleader and even dated the head quarterback. But her dad, Harry had to move towns and now she finds herself at this public school where things are VERY different. She doesn’t know how the other students are going to react to her.
And so she waits just outside Principal Hurricane’s office as she had been for the last half hour. Apparently, he wants to see all transfer students before they get their classes and go off to their home room. She knew that there wouldn’t be any issues with her because while she was a trouble maker during her freshman year, she cleaned up her act and now had quite the impressive GPA upon transfer. It was probably just going to be a conference of talking about goals and then signing a few waivers and then she would be an official student of Action High.
Then that stupid song played in her head again.
“I DON’T” WANT TO WAIT…”
But the song was interrupted by the Principal’s receptionist who looks at the pretty Cheerleader who sat slumped in the lobby.
Receptionist: Ms …um …?
The Cheer Captain sat up and looked at her.
Cheer Captain: You can call me Lexi.
She said with a very enthusiastic smile to the receptionist
Receptionist: Ms. Lexi, Principal Hurricane will see you now.
She sat and headed to the office with nerves but she was still very optimistic for her future in Action Packed High School. In fact, she thought she was going to be even more liked than her last school as she walked into Principal Hurricane’s office. To Cheer Captain Lexi, the future was always bright.
…even though she thought that she was in High School when in reality, she was at the APW headquarters getting ready to fill out her contract.
