Action Packed Wrestling's Katrina "Arcadia" Olivetti has been on unexplained hiatus for the past week. The exclusive report was posted on www.actionpackedwrestling.tk, by APW correspondent, Trish Takenowa.
When she went to the Hardcora Luchadora's house recently, the windows were blackened, the shades were drawn, and she was turned away at the door. "I immediately thought there was a death in the family." Says Trish. But it turns out the real tragedy here was a factory fire in Southern Taiwan.
Katrina "Arcadia" Olivetti has rarely been seen on camera, backstage, or even around her neighborhood, only showing up at matches and then only long enough to be defeated and run out.
"After her stunning win at One Night in Hell over Michael Lively, making her the first female wrestler in APW to hold a Singles Title, her erratic behavior is surprising." Commented one APW crew member. But apparently not unexplainable. Katrina has been suffering from a "wardrobe malfunction" for the past few weeks due to a few of her opponents' determination to reveal her identity. Her signature mask suffered damages starting at her return match against Jason Ricochet, and they only got worse during her match at the last Pay Per View. The seam at the back of her mask seemed to be slowly separating. Knowing her identity would be revealed if Katrina's mask finally gave, the luchadore has made herself scarce.
After calling the manufacturers, Trish Takenowa discovered that there had been a devastating fire at the factory where Olivetti orders her masks from. The fire started when a vat of tanning chemicals spilled over onto the control panel for the conveyor system. Further investigation into the fire is being conducted.
Trish also has it from a reputable source that Katrina has "found a new supplier and will be ready for action again at the next Overdrive".
