OCC: Hello, APW! This is a thread in which all segements that me and Crazy Man have done, will be placed in here. The actual in between segements are originally hosted by the experts so the T.V staffer that will appear in the roleplays will be an NPC from there.
Basically what we are doing is a cross fed-to-fed build up. As of this moment we have only built it in our home feds, but we will expand going into the new year to build intrest. This storyline has a lot behind it, and I plan to write something up giving people a better idea on the past, but nonetheless here it is. Note that some of the segements may have already ''aired'' on APW's network.
Khan: What the hell is Level-One trying to say here?
Madden: Well, we have had problems lately—but I think he’s going to far here.
(The fans start an ‘’EWC’’ chant, as Level-One lowers his head in shame before nodding his head back and forth)
Level-One: Denial. It’s what you all are in, and I can’t blame you. For months I tried to tell myself, it wasn’t that way. I kept telling myself, things are going to change. That world title, it’ll feel good again. It’ll feel good carrying it around. And as time past, it felt worse. I can’t continue walking around with my heart not into this. That’s not what a champion does, is, or should be. It isn’t justified…not even if my name is spread across the title belt in my possession.
Question my loyalty, shit on me as a human. Call this entire thing, my entire career here a waste of time. Look at him, look at him, and find him back stage…because HE should be the champion. Name the name. Go ahead do it!
(Level-One is now an emotional wreck, as he leans over the ropes pointing backstage. The crowd is hot as ever, as they cannot comprehend what’s going on in the ring)
Level-One: Look what I’ve done, I’m walking out on you. The world champion, is turning his back on you. What a mistake this was. You’ll all hate me, I know it. But I’m doing what’s right in my heart. Shadow Man, the man I will NEVER live up to in your eyes…management eyes. And our very on President’s eyes…he’d never have the gull to do this. He will NEVER have the gull to admit his wrong, mistakes…no…
Level-One: Your former champion…the man I will NEVER live up to in your minds would scoot around the subject. He’ll say he’s tired. He’ll curl up in a shell, call a fake retirement, while he’s out shooting movies, commercials, having his smug painted on milk cartons and magazine covers. More importantly, he’ll continue to live the LIE is is…and our very own President Mac will leave you all into the dark, because he could never…never…never! Build the star he built in Shadow Man…
…Because I’m done.
(The fans begin to boo, as Level-One shakes his head in disappointment. Level-One closes his eyes tightly trying to fight back all emotion, as he falls to his knees dropping the world title in the middle of the ring. Level-One leans over it with the microphone to his lips)
Level-One:…someone, backstage. Anyone. I’m leaving this world title here…in this ring where it belongs. Someone…anyone…come down to this ring and claim this championship, and take the pain away from me. Show me mercy. Don’t leave me with this, it isn’t a blessing. I’m sorry, it came to this…someone…anyone…get down here, grab this title and claim yourself champion…
And maybe, just maybe. You will out live the legacy of Shadow Man
But I doubt it.
(Level-One rolls over his World Heavyweight championship, and under the bottom rope. The fan’s chant ‘’Fuck You’’ over and over again, as Level-One simply continues up the ramp. He doesn’t turn around, not even for a second as he vanishes behind the curtain)
Khan: Level-One has just vacated the world title! I’m speechless, Madden.
Madden: I have no idea where this entire Shadow Man saga comes from, is Level-One trying to say the fans will never accept anyone other than Shadow Man as their world champion?
Khan: I don’t know, I guess that’s what I got from the jist of things. More importantly where is everyone, and why haven’t they made there way down for the world championship?
(The camera points up the ramp, and into the crowd where not one single superstar is spotted)
Madden: You spoke to soon, Khan!
(Suddenly superstars come piling from the back all hammering each-other before even reaching the ring! Lance and Ricker having fought earlier in the night, begin to brawl throwing rights and lefts back at each-other by the side of the ramp. John Green breaks out in-front running towards the championship, upon reaching the apron though, Kid Cannabis yanks him off before nailing him in the face with a super kick!)
Khan: Jesus, it’s chaos out here! Someone call security!
Madden: Everyone is going for that World Championship, and I don’t think you can blame them, Khan!
(Lance & Ricker teeter back and forth on the edge of the ramp, as Goth comes rushing forward tackling them both of stage, as they land onto a pile of wooden tables and electrical wires, which set’s the pry off! Serial Killer who was late coming out, simply backs away and runs back stage as the chaos’s ensues)
Khan: Well, I think we know who isn’t going to become World Heavyweight champion tonight!
(In the ring Moses Lake, Amy Rosen and Kid Cannabis all surround the world title. As they circle with caution. Amy Rosen quickly runs up to Moses Lake slapping him across the face! This shakes up Moses Lake as he comes rushing forward with a clothesline which Amy Rosen quickly avoids, and Moses Lake takes out Kid Cannabis instead)
Madden: Smart move by Amy there, it looks like Kid Cannabis isn’t too happy about what just happened.
(Moses Lake turns around pointing at Amy Rosen in frustration, Moses Lake turns around and meets a quick hurricanrana by Kid Cannabis sending Moses through the ropes, but manages to hang on. Kid Cannabis moves in for the attack, as Amy slips behind Cannabis grabbing the world title!)
Khan: Amy better make away with that thing!
Madden: I think the Evil Doctor has something else in mind!
(Amy Rosen charges towards Kid Cannabis who turns around at the last second only to eat a world title to the face, the momentum however sends Kid Cannabis into Moses Lake, and than Amy over the top rope along with Cannabis and Moses! Everyone goes down! The World Title flies out in-front of them.)
Khan: Can this night get ANYMORE confusing?
Madden: I don’t know, but I won’t predict any less.
(Suddenly a figured appears at the top of the ramp...)
Khan: It’s Crazy Man!
(Crazy Man looks at the carnage in-front of him, and simply shakes his head as he walks down the ramp, receiving a solid pop from the crowd. Crazy Man walks down the ramp, standing in them middle of the chaos as everyone is virtually out. Crazy Man picks up the world title, before sliding under the bottom rope.)
Khan: Crazy Man has done it? Crazy Man is the NEW world champion?
Madden: I guess so, Khan. I don’t think he would’ve like to win it like this though…
(Crazy Man shrugs his shoulders and raises the title in the air, as the fans give him a huge pop…and then, the pop turns into boos. Crazy Man turns his attention down the ramp, where Level-One has made his way back out as he paces back and forth on the ramp like a rabid animal)
Level-One: Are you fucking kidding me? Is this some kind of joke!? I vanquished my championship, hoping that someone…anyone the least bit qualified would walk out here and pick it up. And look at you all, look at you useless fucks! Look at what this place has become! I busted my ass for an entire year, for this? This is what I get!?
(Level-One points at Crazy Man clenching his teeth in frustration, as Crazy Man simply watches on by)
Level-One: I will be damned if Crazy Man became world champion, after all the hard work I put into assuring that he wouldn’t. This is bullshit. Crazy Man, you don’t even deserve to have a job. If the EWC wasn’t declining in talent, importance, and overall relevance, you wouldn’t have a job here you would be out wrestling for food stamps cashing on a welfare checks every month! I refuse…I fucking refuse to stand by and watch you diminish everything I worked towards by calling yourself a World Heavyweight champion.
(Crazy Man who has now picked up a microphone, slings the world title over his shoulder and smirks back at Level-One who is virtually steaming on the ramp in-front of him)
Crazy Man: Wait, let me get this straight. You leave your world title in the ring, claiming anyone on the EWC roster can pick it up, and become champion if they got to it first, and now you want to take it back? There has to be some rule here…
(Level-One cuts off Crazy Man)
Level-One: Shut the fuck up! I’m tired of this shit, Crazy Man. I’m out of the EWC, and I won’t have to deal with you anymore. But tonight; tonight you are my problem. Now drop that world title in the ring, and leave before I have too…
(Crazy Man turns his head away from Level-One, raising the middle finger his direction. With a little motion, he tells Level-One to bring it)
Crazy Man: I don’t walk away from my problems, Level. You know me better than that. But this? I expected this entire thing from you. You run when things get tough, well let me tell you this. If you want back your world championship, you’re going to have to come and take it from me, because I don’t leave my possession’s laying around carelessly like you.
(The crowd cheers, as Level-One begins to march down the ramp. His eyes lit in flames, the swagger which speaks doom to anyone in listening range. But Crazy Man, doesn’t back down as he stares straight at Level-One. Kid Cannabis has made his way to his knees, as Level-One drives a foot into his head knocking him back over)
Khan: Things aren’t looking good, Madden. These two are going to kill each-other!
Madden: I usually don’t say this, but get security out here now!
(Level-One stops right by the apron, pointing up at Crazy Man who calls him into the ring)
Level-One: You know what? I’m not going to do this tonight. Crazy Man, next week across the globe, I will issue a nation wide challenge to you. If you want to fight, you’re going to accept it on my terms! And sure, you can walk…but it will never, ever, look as good as this…
(Level-One drops his head and turns his back to Crazy Man before walking straight up the ramp to the boo of the fans. Crazy Man watches on, as Michael Saint emerges from the crowd. Saint slips into the ring, sneaking behind Crazy Man. Reaching over Michael Saint tugs the World Championship out of Crazy Man’s grasp. Crazy Man whips around, as Michael Saint dives through the ropes and out to safety)
Michael Saint: This is now rampage property!
(Crazy Man shakes his head before turning to Level-One who stands up at the top of the ramp)
Level-One: You fans, you don’t know what you’re missing. See, while I will never be Shadow Man, the man you love, the man you all cheer and chant for, the man you’ve been blinded by for so long. I will always, always…always be Level-One!
And that’s much greater, than anything you’ve got going on here.
Crazy Man, we’ll meet again.
(The show ends off as Level-One and Crazy Man stare at each-other from a far)
Khan: Level-One departs from the EWC, and his hate for Crazy Man remains. Will it come to an end? I don’t know if we will ever see it again…
Madden: We will see you next week, on Friday Night Rampage featuring Monday Night Brawl, and HCW roster members once again! Goodnight.
The footage fades out to Brandon who stands by a television monitor, with his hands folded below his waist.
Brandon: the wrestling world is still in shock about this announcement, not only did Level-One vacate the world heavyweight championship and walk out of the EWC—he has also claimed to call out Crazy Man on a national scale laying out a challenge. Jesse Gunn of the experts is said to be interested in what the True Expert has to lay out on the table.
The challenge is said to have been already been released in a small but quickly growing promotion Level-One is now wrestling in, and has been for several weeks now the APW (Action-Packed-Wrestling).
However; over a long list of legal threats, the owner of this said promotion will not release the tape’s hoping to cash in on it. Rumors has it that the EWC’S has paid to have the segment aired on their show. If this rumor is true, the working agreement that the experts and EWC have, would then give us possession of this said tape. We assure you all watching at home that if we have this tape, we will air it ASAP.
Next week; return to see me Brandon delivering you some more…
(The screen cuts out; displaying a distorted picture and an earful of white noise. And then, it stops. The distortion clears out once more, as a timer is displayed across a television screen)
12, 18, 08: 11:59
…The clock will stop.

...What will YOU have to say?
Basically what we are doing is a cross fed-to-fed build up. As of this moment we have only built it in our home feds, but we will expand going into the new year to build intrest. This storyline has a lot behind it, and I plan to write something up giving people a better idea on the past, but nonetheless here it is. His papers sprawled out helplessly in-front of his eyes. In small print, there his script laid. Small pellets of sweat dripped down the side of his cheek which he didn’t bother to wipe away. Brandon has only been on television for a short time, but knew the camera would hide most of his nerves. The lighting would cover up his inexperience; the script would help him deliver the message. That’s all there was too it
Camera Man: You ready, Brandon?
Brandon looked up returning an anxious nod. What did he have to be nervous about? He had already delivered on his debut at Rival Factions, and this…how much different was this? Brandon reveled in the fact that he’s been re-hired. Given a second chance, a chance at proving he just wasn’t a one hit wonder. He would be damned if he found out next week, that this show no longer existed. And so would the entire world.
Camera Man: 3…2…1!
And then the camera’s started rolling. So quickly, that it barely gave Brandon any time to prepare to keep up. But he knew just as good as anyone else did; live television never waits. So, why sit here any longer?
Brandon: Hello, I’m Brandon! And today, the experts presents a new television show which will highlight and profile some of the world’s biggest inter promotional stars in the wrestling world. Tonight, we begin with a man who had a huge night at Rival Factions, not only did he retain his Experts Championship, but he also was the only remaining member of Team Canada, brining home the win for an entire nation. We would like to congratulate him on that.
Last week however; on EWC’S Friday Night Rampage, Level-One shook the EWC foundation when he vacated the World Heavyweight Championship, and vowed to walk out of the EWC for good. However; while he could leave his most prized possession behind, he could not leave the hate that he had for fellow superstar Crazy Man behind.
Today, we bring you the footage. After this commercial break…
Brandon flashed a cheesy camera smile, as he scooped up his papers nervously. The show faded out, and Brandon. Well, he could breathe again.
A commercial for BCW’S Family Function plays, hyping the huge pay-per-view
BCW and The VWF, in association with The Experts, present:
Family Dysfunction
From the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach, CA
Sunday, December 14
Only on Experts PPV!
The experts show returns from commercial, as it fades into this:
Date: 12, 5, 08
Event: EWC Friday Night Rampage
Aired: EWC
(Put you on game By Lupe Fiasco blasts the PA system, as Level-One steps up on-top of the ramp. He is accompanied by no pyro, and no crowd taunt. He receives a mixed reaction, as he stands on the top of the ramp, the World Title hung loosely in his grips. Level-One shakes his head, before taking a step forward and engaging on a long walk down the ramp)
Khan: Well, here is our World Heavyweight champion! It’s been awhile since we’ve seen him around.
Madden: Yeah, and the last time we did see him around—he didn’t seem all there. Even now, it doesn’t look any excited to be here at this super show.
(Level-One doesn’t stop until he reaches the ring apron; he slides his world title under the bottom rope before sliding under himself. Level-One in the ring, grabs hold of his title and then calls for a microphone.)
Khan: It looks like the champ wants to say a few words!
Madden: Well, I’m looking forward to this.
(Level-One grabs a microphone, before slowly pacing back and forth before stopping the middle of the ring. He turns his head side to side watching all the fans; some boo him, some cheer him. The fans are almost conflicted as he is. Level-One raises the microphone slowly to his lips.)
Level-One: Almost a year ago, I stepped into the ring with your hometown hero Shadow Man. A man who had built up his stardom status. A man who had given his all to this business. However; he was a many of many faults…a fraud. And I exposed him for it. I and Shadow Man know things between us two, that everyday he hopes I won’t speak out upon, and hell I won’t. I’ve pissed you all off way too long, way too often, and I can’t continue on like this. I can’t continue to break your hopes, your dreams, and your wishes.
(The fans broke out into a Shadow Man chant at the mention of his name, but has now died out, as Level-One continued on. The fans are settling down now, there ears attentive to every last word spoke by their World Heavyweight champion)
Level-One: When I took this title from Shadow Man, I felt as if I was doing you all a favor. I thought I was helping you all see the light. While I could clear my own path from Shadow Man, and his influence’s I deem sickening, desperate, and evil—I understand that I can’t change any of your minds. Shadow Man, has lived on for year upon year—drilling his fake morals, false legendary status, all put forward with the help of our very own President Mac by providing him with the pushes he needed to do just that. And me? Well, I haven’t been around long enough to change your minds, and unfortunately I never, ever, will.
Khan: What the hell is Level-One talking about here? His feud with Shadow Man was done months ago!
Level-One: What I do know is, I did my best. No matter if I had Michael Saint counting my pins instead of a sanctioned referee, let it be known my causes were upfront, and I had no hidden agendas. Every single night, I came out here on this stage, I busted my ass. I swear to you all, I gave my blood for this ring. I lent my sweat towards the competition. I’ve remained loyal to my cause every single step of the way.
At times, I may have been lost. On my quest to the world championship, I did things people normally wouldn’t. But I did everything I needed to do to keep this title around my waist, and never for a second did I try to deny my actions or even justify them. If I could go back, I would do it all again. I know you all may not accept that, but in the end, I’m not asking you too.
The truth is, my goal was to advance to the atop of the wrestling world in the best promotion out there. It’s why I joined the EWC. The competition, I learnt from it. It was only a year ago when I was knocked out my Nathaniel Broadway, it was only last year when I was pinned three times in a row by Beth Harte. And who could forget? Losing my shot at the world title at Strangle Mania last year. All these things, at one point in time I hated, despised, and wished they never occurred…but now, I appreciate them more than anything. They’ve built up my skin. And look at how tough my skin is now…
(Level-One stops looking at the crowd, who has now broken out into a small pop. Level-One nods his head, before slowly and methodically pacing around the ring)
Level-One: It’s almost as if I can’t be cut, can’t be stopped, almost as if I can’t die. I’ll walk through fire now, just to feel the burn. Every day, I’m looking for a new challenge. I’ve joined the APW, not for the money. Not because there a big world wide promotion, hell there barely Indy. I’ve joined there, because I know walking through that fire, the burn will be worth it. I’ll put that place on the map, I’ll provide it with the lime light it deserves…
And as much as I hate to say it, I’ve been walking through fires in the EWC too. It’s a circle, and I’ve been running around it…and it feels…my skin, it feels as if I’m burning for nothing. I walk around with this world title, and I feel nothing. Absolutely nothing. It’s dead.
Camera Man: You ready, Brandon?

Level-One: Denial. It’s what you all are in, and I can’t blame you. For months I tried to tell myself, it wasn’t that way. I kept telling myself, things are going to change. That world title, it’ll feel good again. It’ll feel good carrying it around. And as time past, it felt worse. I can’t continue walking around with my heart not into this. Level-One: Look what I’ve done, I’m walking out on you. The world champion, is turning his back on you. What a mistake this was. You’ll all hate me, I know it. But I’m doing what’s right in my heart.
