Just a few days ago in Manhatten, New York, a marine recruitment center had been attacked by a homemade exsplosive device in protest of the "War on Terror". Just one day after, the group that claimed responsibility for the incident held a protest in the front of a marine recruitment center on Long Island. Action Packed Wrestling's own Sgt. Kenny Lambardo stood with other United States Armed Forces members, off duty police, and none other than the infamous Hell's Angels biker club in support of our marines both here, and overseas!
When ineterviewers for APW Magazine had finally caught up to the number one contender, he made the following comment: "This series of incidents started two days ago, and is no joke. These people are away from their homes, fighting a war that they may or may not believe in. They fight that war for us. Support your fucking marines!"

Indeed. I'm not going to lie, I don't support the War. I'm what can be described best as a "sceptic", and really don't believe that either those for or against the war are telling the whole truth. The same could be said about our own Canadian Troops who are in Afghanistan; they aren't even fighting a war and they are getting killed. To me, it all seems pointless.
But, my problem lies with the people who send troops overseas, and not with the soldiers themselves. I fully support anyone who wants to serve their country that way. I believe troops are some of the bravest people alive and should be treated with the utmost respect.

I have never really been a supporter of the war, but we are never given the full story whether that is for the better or for the worse. At the end of the day, the world is better off without Saddam Hussain but did the way we did that make us any better?
But as Matt said, any problems I have are with the government, the actual people serving in the army deserve the utmost respect, they are risking their lives for us and to throw that in their faces is the worst possible way to disrespect that.

I heard about that story the other day... I'm not one tha had supported the war to begin with, but I've always wanted to serve my country. I thought that it would be the baravest, and most noble thing that I could do for my life. A medical condition has kept me out of recruitment however. I have severly friends over seas, and it just makes me said that they have to go fight battles in a country thats not theirs, and then come here to fight in a country that is.

I just got a call from one of my oldest friends Brian from his training base to tell me he has 6 more weeks and then he's heading over to fight. I'm petrified, but I've never been more proud of him regardless of the fact that I absolutely hate this war.

Much of my family has or does serve in some branch of our country's services. I support them, even if I personally think war is the dumbest thing to ever be created.
I have seen the worry in the faces of family when a loved one does not return home on time.
safety tip: never, ever, ever eat the local food.
My Aunt Kim Mary once threatened to shoot my Uncle Keith in the foot to keep him home..... If your foot is in a cast, you can't go flying.
