ok i have some logic to throw at u guys...... reading back at all the votes, ud notice 3 names on every "not voting" list: noble JC rebel these r the potential scum in my eyes. granted that most scum would be voting more to blend in, if a couple of these guys r new to this then it makes sense. now if u look at who is voting now, given that pence IS who i think he is, then as u can see rebel has him voted to be lynched to possibly double the kill ratio during the nite. ill reserve my vote..... for now, just relish on that for a moment. Why don't you go back and check how I've played this game before? Didn't I say on day one to wait it out until we had some solid info? I don't think we ever had anything concrete to go on, did we? So, that would be a good reason not to vote, wouldn't it? Wouldn't it? Will someone get me a drink?

No, Johnny/Jason/whoever you are, we will not get you a drink. Besides, the mafia poisoned Jimmy's hotdogs. Why would you want to take a chance on someone's drink?

You are fighting for this Pence lynch really hard, Branden. Is there something we should know? I fully admit Pence is suspicious; hell, I'm voting for him right now! But you are pushing really hard for this lynch, and if it winds up being a mislynch, you are going to be the person people look at as having driven it. Now if you've got something to tell us, now would be a really good time, because now we ARE running low on time.

Looks as though we aren't going to be getting a lynch at this point, though I guess that's not all bad. Means we don't mislynch a townie, just means we won't really be any closer to finding scum unless someone gets good info from night actions.

Chapter four: The man who shall drink no more Thursday Night Overdrive returns with Sally Talfourd standing in the ring alongside both Nathaniel Havok and Biggs with a microphone in hand as they address the rabid APW audience booing the trio mercilessly. Sally Talfourd: Last week, President Jeff finally got his butt out of his chair long enough to put a foot down to revolt against our new APW movement. As cute as his little outburst was; it accomplished very little! They may have their own little ''loser'' brigade built up but they're falling faster then James Chambers at a hot dog eating contest! Sally Talfourd and Biggs begins to crack up a laughin at the James Chambers reference while Nathaniel Havok merely smiles mischiveously. The crowds boos grow even louder; shaking the arena to it's core. Sally Talfourd: Let me just say, that we had NOTHING to do with the horrible, horrible illness James Chambers came up with last week during his extra curricular activities; and even if we did... well, he would've deserved it! How dare he or anyone else try to oppose us! We're the best things that have ever happened to this place! Biggs nodds his head up and down in agreement as Sally Talfourd hands the microphone off to him. Biggs: As for APW undisputed champion, I would like to say... Biggs is cut off. The super stable's attention is diverted up at the ramp where Tommy Knoxville stands with a bottle of beer in his hands. He guzzles some of the liquid down to quench his thirst as he stumbles down the ramp, nearly doubling over his own footprint several times before he's able to make it to the ring. Harvey: What the heck is Tommy Knoxville doing here on Overdrive?
Chase: I have no idea. I don't even think he knows where he is right now.Tommy Knoxville shoves Biggs out of the way and wraps an arm around Sally Talfourd as he grabs her hand lifting it up to his mouth slurring into the microphone. Tommy Knoxville: You's a pretty young thing, arent you? Sally Talfourd shoves Tommy Knoxville off of her as he stumbles back into Nathaniel Havok who looks aggrivated by his presence. Tommy Knoxville tries to smooth things over by offering Biggs a beer. Biggs looks at the bottle in disgust before smashing it over the skull of Tommy Knoxville sending him collapsing to the mat with a peice of glass etched into his skull. Biggs: I don't even drink... Nathaniel Havok kneels down and begins to wail several punches into the face of a defenseless Tommy Knoxville while Sally Talfourd and Biggs taunt the crowd; causing them to revolt by throwing several objects into the ring. Harvey: This is not quite the Overdrive debut we expected to see from Knoxville, Chase. I don't even know what he was doing out here. Do you think he even know's where he was?
Chase: His alcholic tendancies must have gotten the best of him considering we're all on the verge of losing our jobs if Sally Talfourd and her minions get their way. I don't know if these three will ever be stopped!
Harvey: This is all for Thursday Night Overdrive! The Overdrive logo flashes across the screen as the show comes to a close. Dead day four: Tommy Knoxville- Johnny Rebel- Drunken Face.Deadline for day five is 11:59 PM EST SundayWith 10 alive it takes 6 votes to lynch.

I find it hard to buy. I mean, I've had my doubts on Pence, but we've spent the first few night kills saying that the mafia wouldn't be stupid enough to kill the obvious. Pence had Rebel, Kaji and Branden voting for him, and Rebel ends up dead (Knuckles also had suspicion of Rebel). I'd be more inclined to vote for you, Harvey, because you pushed for Pence's lynch with very little information (JC has been less active then Pence this game, as an aside to your earlier points), and conveniently, Rebel ends up dead so momentum turns back on Pence? Seems too convenient.
Just like Sally being gone for so long and then coming back to point the finger at Pence...
I am not going to lay a vote down right now. Not because I'm not going to, but because I'm going to let others respond and, hopefully, someone would have found something out last night, even if it's just to clear someone 100%. But right now, Branden and Sally have drawn my eye this day, though, as I said yesterday, no one is truly clear.

Well I guess that makes me wrong about J-Reb, both on his role and on the third party...'cause if Dangertainment was running around, Tommy'd be part of it, wouldn't he? *might be mistaken based on lack of APW product knowledge*
Either way, that suspicion turned out wrong. I think I agree with Ceej at this point in time. It was really, really fishy for you to be pushing so hard to lynch Pence.
So I'll ask again, seeing as you missed it/ignored me the last time. Is there something you know that we should know about Pence?

gates has a huge point but believe me when i say that harvey is just being retarded and is clean. and as far as pence goes....
through some very intense and refined investigating skills, i noticed that something was kept from me. now id like to know......what are ya hiding pence? either theres a blocker out there, or he has something he doesnt want people to know like being scum....
....ill be keeping my eye on u.
i would like to agree with gates tho, JC is very inactive and hasnt really defended himself for shit. i do still think that him and noble r possible scum for not voting and since reb has been killed, pence may very well be thrown on that fence as well.
pence on the fence? (no pun intended i guess)

That's a fair accusation. I'm actually in Hong Kong at the moment. I was meant to fly out on Monday, but my flight got canceled so I was stuck in Sydney in a hotel without wifi. Then I got to my hotel very late Tuesday night and didn't bother to get the wifi code because I got dinner, drinks, then went straight to bed. Wednesday I went to do the business stuff I'm here for (which is financ meetings with HSBC and some government people here), then finally came to the hotel, got a wifi code, and then did some more work. When I finally got to APW, the deadline had just been called so I couldn't contribute anything.
All in all, if my flight wasn't delayed then I'd have only missed one day which wouldn't have been noticeable.
With that said, I'll say it now: I'd have voted for Pence in the last day phase. I've said that I was suspect on him since the beginning (or, at least, relatively early). I'm still, but somewhat less since your post, CJ. There was also Some interesting activity through the last day phase.
I'd also like to point out that, despite what you said CJ, I haven't pointed the finger at Pence - I simply asked if people were maintaining the momentum on Pence (which was quite high towards the end).

Okay. I'm not going to give away my role so I hope I don't get modkilled for this but...
I got three names at the beginning of the game. One is scum. Two are town. the names I got were
President Jeff Pence Weatherlight ASP
ASP is dead. Jeff has convinced me he's not scum. Pence is the only one left.

Hm. I have no idea what role that would be, but that is interesting information. However, I find it dangerous to just assume Jeff is town, especially if the only qualifications are "He's a hammer" and "Branden thinks he's town." I also want to point out that if it's easy for a mafioso to fake being the hammer, it's way easier for him to go "here's three names, one is scum."
Don't get me wrong, town. I don't like Pence. I don't likes him one bit. But Branden you have got to give me something better than "Pence was on a list of names I got" if you want Pence lynched today.

Concerning inactives, yeah, JC's been inactive, but I suspect Kurt way more. JC has at least been consistently inactive. Kurt was very active, and has since gone suspiciously silent. He's right in the middle of my list of suspects, between Branden (#1) and Pence (#3).

again ill re-itterate wat i said before, noble and JC are both people i suspect due to the fact of their lack of activity but more so for the fact that they have not bothered voting. now that pence is in the mix, i believe our 3 mafia guys are:
pence noble jc
look back at what has been said thus far. pence was awful quick to throw out ,(angrily was how i read his statement), that he "hinted" at being the town doctor. very suspicious. noble has YET to say anything about my accusations as well as JC. doesnt matter how much more active noble is over JC but the fact is, neither have denied it or provided suitable evidence contrary to the fact. ill throw out my first vote and go....
vote: NOBLE

Well if Branden's role is correct and he was given three names at the start, one of which is dead, and the other two are potential scum, me included...then lets think about this for a second. I may look scummy, hell some times I may act scummy, and last night I used my action to help one of our others' who has a role in order to avoid any nasty mishaps. Of course, momentum wise everyone is looking at me for answers, but I have already told you guys I have a role...I'm just not allowed to do much in terms of telling you what it does. I would love nothing more than to end this Perfect Storm of accusations against me, but no matter how hard I try you guys will see what you want to see. If you want to lynch me, lynch me, but I will re-state what I said last time...if you lynch me we will lose yet another role and let me tell you this is a role you want to keep on your side. As for Jeff being the last name on this list...if that is true...then I guess I would have to:
vote: Jeff
We need something in cement, we can't continue to go with "well he is the hammer" anymore because to be quite fair that just isn't going to work anymore. We need definitive evidence, we need hard facts, and less gut reactions. We need to look at how Jeff has played this whole game and how I have played this whole game and come up with a reasonable lynch and a decisive lynch. We need to look at how differently Jeff has played this game...as far back as the beginning of this game he hasn't been playing the way I normally see him play. So, I'm going to keep my vote...I'm sure there will be more votes against me, but I hope that people will come to realize after another failed lynch that there can only be one logical choice.

If Branden's information is correct, then Pence is scum. If Branden's information is wrong, then it might be safe to say Branden is scum.
I'm guessing at this point, its my word against Pence. I had my doubt that Pence was scum, but right now, I have to go on Branden's Info (Unless we get new info from someone else) and gotta push for a Pence Lynch

...if you lynch me we will lose yet another role and let me tell you this is a role you want to keep on your side. Add that to the list of "easy mafia fakeouts." Oh guys! I've got a role! I promise! Oh but I can't tell you what it is because we can't role claim. I'd like to bring to the attention of the town that knuckles has had absolutely no problems hinting at his role and he hasn't been modkilled yet, so why can't Pence give us more than "I've got a role, guys, honest!" Is he mafia? Is he a traitor? I don't know. I still don't like the vibe I'm getting from you. That said, I agree with Pence that we need a lynch today, and if I have to pick between Pence, Branden, and Kurt, I'm picking Kurt. It's really a case of 34% vs. 33% vs. 33% with the others, so if a strong case comes out for lynching Branden, or a stronger case comes out for lynching Pence, I'll be pretty easily swayed, but for now, Kurt is the most conspicuous, by his absence. I'm going with Knuckles on this one. Vote: Kurt Noble

I just thought of something.
Back to Branden's post of getting 3 names and 1 person on that list being scum.
Now, I'm just throwing this out there as food for thought. Could this be a set up by Branden. 2 of the 3 names he throws out are still in this game, Me and Pence. Could this be Branden's plan to get everyone to jump on a lynch on either Pence or Myself. Branden probably picked Pence and Myself because we seem the most suspecious.
So could it be that Branden's plan is have lets say me Lynched first, and I come out as town. At night, Mafia kills another town person, not pence. Then the next day, pushes for Pence to be Lynch. If he has info that one of the 3 people are scum and two are dead townies, then if Pence gets Lynched and comes up town, the next night, Mafia kills a townie, Thats 4 towns people killed, and Mafia basically wins.
Clever move, but seems sketchy to me

I wouldn't think so, Jeff.
Think of it this way (if it happens), we lynch one of you and you come up town. Obviously the mafia is going to kill one of us but, ideally, the cop could investigate the other one (if they aren't killed, maybe if there is a town doctor they could protect the cop). Just saying that it's not definitive that Branden is making all of this a set-up, right?
Though something seemed off about Pence's post. I don't want him to jump down my throat again, but when he says
It...doesn't really sound to me like he used it on a town member...Maybe I'm reading too much into it because lynching him has potential, but the whole thing he wrote seemed off.
I will say that there are a lot of suspects on my list right now, so it might be best if we can all agree on one name to lynch and go with it.
And Sally, it might not have been a direct "Lets get Pence" but it brought everyone's attention back to Pence that's what I meant...
