level One takes a cocky stance after just eliminating the APW hall of famer Michael lively, but underestimates Biggs who has got to his feet and begins to lift L-1 over the top rope. L-1 isn't going down without a fight as he holds on for dear life.
Across the ring, Blade is beating down on Jason Kash and whips him hard across the ring knocking him into Biggs and L-1 causing L-1 to fall hard over the top rope on the the floor

Biggs gets up a bit dazed and Blade comes in behind him, lifting him up, but Biggs drops down behind him and hits him with a reverse DDT. Biggs picks Blade up and dropkicks him, sending Blade over the top rope and to the floor.

Dr. Matt, Jason Kash and Biggs all start triple teaming Kid Dynamo. Biggs pulls down the top rope and Matt and Jason throw KD into the ropes and KD goes over and out to the floor

Dr. Matt turns his attention to Jason Kash as the two charge at each other. Kash goes for the UTI but it is blocked and Matt pushes Kash Towards the rope, the momentum is enough to carry him forward and lift Kash over the ropes to the outside.

Dr. Matt lives up to his mantra and pulls out a hypodermic syringe from his labcoat while a distracted Biggs assesses the carnage as Kash crashes to the floor outside. Matt sneaks up on Biggs and aims to jam the syringe loaded with barbiturates into his neck to put him out for an easy elimination but as if by sixth sense Biggs turns, and kicks him in the stomach before snatching the needle from him. Biggs holds it high above his head before swinging right for Matt's jugular but Matt counters and directs the arm straight towards Biggs' own stomach, pumping the sedative into the gut of the Asylum chief booker.
Matt pushes down on the top injecting the knock out chemical into the gut of a stunned Biggs before pulling it out and throwing it at the announce table. Biggs attempts to swing wildly but the chemicals take rapid effect and soon he is crawling after Matt who simply outruns him. Finally, Biggs is out for good, dribbling on the mat like a napping baby. This allows the doctor to haul him up and over the top rope, dropping him to end the battle royale albeit under highly illegal circumstances.
Eliminated: Biggs
Winner: Dr. Matt.
