Look, I was big on him on day one. But this whole switch a roo between him and Jeff just stinks of something. He was big jump on jump off bandwaggon... his defenses make no sense.

However, there seems to be more fucked up behavior going on too....

My apologies for not being active this day phase....had a busy weekend. But I'm back now.

Blade, why would you switch Jeff and Callahan given that Callahan was bound to get some kind of investigation done on him after day 1?

Plus its not liek I have hidden it. I have been asking the question when people say they investigated Callahan night 1 or 2 alot just so I could put people right.

First of all, yesterday Blade you accused me of being "fed" information in regards to claiming that someone told me to say I tried to investigate myself on Night 1. This is a crock, and seems like more scum pressure being piled on against me without base. I guess I have to remind you that I'm actually modding the next game, even if this is only my second and in working out my set-up I'm obviously going to have done my research in the inner-mechanics of how this game works in order to create a fun, interesting scenario. (Hitman themed now btw, just saying)


So I've been sat here for the last half an hour trying to decipher a bunch of jibberish theories which apparently spell out that Callahan is lynch master general and that Jeff is innocent. So my question is this. Why would Jeff claim to be a miller and not a paranoid cop? I AM a cop.

I got roleblocked night 1, so I couldn't investigate myself. Last night? I came back with a clean record. No roleblocking. So far nobody has got a full on clean investigation against me and yet apparently I'm turning up guilty verdicts. If anyone had actually bothered to investigate me properly (as I was not visited last night) they'd see I was a town cop and not scum.

It's so sad to see other people who on the boards seem forward thinking, intelligent men and women getting sucked into this scum-powered gang mentality that because I was a douchebag on Day One and tried to push an unnecessary lynch (which was immediately followed by other people pushing an unnecessary lynch without any solid evidence). There has been no conclusive investigation into me.

Could it be that once again, Jeff's role got swapped with someone last night? He was claiming Miller yesterday and yet now he's apparently a paranoid cop? Yet I only got visited on my first night in which I was roleblocked and apparently role-swapped and (as far as I'm aware, I was not notified) got absolutely no visits last night.

I am NOT scum, seriously. These allegations have no founding. It's whimsy being stirred up by scum players trying to confuse you. Don't be stupid.

first and foremost, theres no role claiming. anyclaiming that has been done has NoT been done by the individual but by others around them IE: Blade never claimed watcher but everybody else has claimed he is. the only thing he has claimed was his action not his role. he admitted to switching u and jeff. and if thats correct, ur probably the GF.

so since u claimed cop, it means ur either LYING for being wrong or getting modkilled for being rite. either way we r better off.

this post ^^^ is the first post of ANY of urs that has any kind of defense. uve had plenty of time and chances to convince us otherwise yet ya chose not to. maybe cuz we r all rite? but since ur around now, convince us other wise.....cuz so far uve done a shitty job of that.

Actually Knuckles if you stopped jumping down my throat and read the rules you'd see that roleclaiming IS allowed when roughly half the votes have been achieved. Given that we're at eight now thanks to Level One probably being scum and jumping on me to finish off that vote like the opportunistic packrat he is then we're gonna' see a cop die. Nice work guys. I hope you're proud of yourselves.

Also, everything I've written bar the "I'll get back to you when I'm not feeling like death" posts have been filled with defence. Observation is a critical skill in this game that you will need to learn.

I can and will be. Someone fucked with him too if that's the case. But for the sake of the team, I'll go ahead and accept this lynch. The longer we waste the more likely people are to die if people are still arguing about whether I'm scum or not. So much time has been wasted already. Best of luck guys. I hope this is worth it.

James Donnelly: We lost Cole Phelps today. We’re releasing as little to the public as we can to help prevent widespread panic. We need your office’s participation in making sure order in kept in the city.

Assistant DA Leonard Peterson sits back in his chair and he strokes his chin.

Leonard Peterson: They’re going to want answers, and they’ll want them fast. Cover it up for too long, and it’s going to start looking like an inside job. You catch any of the shooters from this morning’s shoot-out?

James Donnelly: The bastards escaped our grasp…but they’ll feel the wrath of God’s justice soon enough.

A banging is heard on the door outside, and in walks Jack Kelso. Captain James Donnelly grimaces.

James Donnelly: Son, if you haven’t noticed, we’re in a meeting right now.

Jack Kelso: And I’m here *because * of this meeting. One of my boys caught wind of one of this morning’s shooters and tailed him to a residence here in LA.

James Donnelly: I appreciate the support son, but let the Task Force handle it from here.

Leonard Peterson: He is part of the Task Force, Captain. You hired me for the job, and I got Kelso. We’re partners on this, and we’ll get you Phelps’s killers.

James Donnelly: I can’t fault you for assisting the LAPD then. Tell me son…what’s the residence?

Jack Kelso smiles to himself.

Jack Kelso: It’s the residence of one Leland Monroe.

Herschel Biggs: Alright, we’re doing this by the book gentlemen. If see you see the bastard, we want him alive. We’re still investigating Curtis Noble’s death. Remember…this one’s for Phelps.

Biggs and the other LAPD officers motion towards the door…before busting it down! Gunfire goes between the two sides, but the LAPD has the clear advantage! They storm past the opening area and into the back…where Leland Monroe is burning certain documents! Biggs raises his gun.

Herschel Biggs: Freeze dirtbag!

Leland Monroe raises his hands in the air.

Leland Monroe: Gentlemen, there appears to be some sort of misunderstanding here! I’m merely burning old documents for my business. What appears to be the problem?

Rusty Galloway: We’re not idiots. We know you planned the graveyard ambush, and then lured us into that gunfight. You killed Cole Phelps!

Leland Monroe: You misunderstand what has occurred! I did not have any hand in the death of Officer Phelps, but I can tell you that someone in your-

Leland Monroe reaches for his waist…and a cop behind Biggs open fires! This prompts the other cops to fire as well, and Leland Monroe falls, dead on impact.

Dead: Michael Callahan/Leland Monroe – Mafia Godfather

Biggs turns to the cop behind him that fired the shot.

Herschel Biggs: We needed him alive!

Roy Earle: He was reaching for a gun…what was I supposed to do, let him blow my brains out?

Herschel Biggs: Captain’s not going to like this. Spread out and search the place…we need something to take back to command. Let’s find out how deep this smug son of a bitch is in…

As the cops scour the building, Roy Earle searched through a few documents away from the rest of the police. He skims through a manila folder until he comes with a name of bank statements…with his name on them!

Roy Earle: The Chief’s going to love this…I just found my way right to the top of the LAPD…

Herschel Biggs: Hey Earle, you find something?

Roy Earle hides the paper behind him as he faces Herschel Biggs.

Roy Earle: Just some files showing the Suburban Redevelopment Fund’s meeting dates. I’ll be sure to bag and tag it for the Captain. He’ll be kicking my ass after the shooting, so I have to bring something back to get on his good side, right?

Herschel Biggs stares at the folder, before meeting Roy Earle’s gaze.

Herschel Biggs: Why do I get the feeling you’re not telling me the full story?

Roy Earle: You can trust me Biggs. You and I both know information like this has to be handled covertly…the LAPD stinks of corruption nowadays. I’m going to take it to the Chief myself so no one can tamper with it.

Roy Earle walks by, but Herschel Biggs is reluctant to let him go…but he does. Roy Earle exits with the file in hand as he mumbles to himself.

Roy Earle: Always were too gullible Biggs…now I've got a present to drop off...

Meanwhile, outside the mansion of Leland Monroe, a man is watching from afar. His hands twitch as he reaches to his side…where a full can of gasoline sits! He grins as he stares at the building.

?: It’s time to atone…I can feel it….

He begins to douse the outside of the building.

James Donnelly: It’s been a rough day lads. I think it’s time to call it a day.

James Donnelly walks by the front desk, his briefcase in hand. He’s almost out the door before the officer at the front desk calls for him.

Officer: Excuse me Captain, but an LAPD officer just dropped this package off for you. Said it was from the Monroe Mansion. Didn’t leave his name though.

James Donnelly: I didn’t expect to see any of the evidence moved quite yet. The boys must have found something that needs immediate press attention.

James Donnelly takes the box, and looks at it…before looking around.

James Donnelly: What’s the ticking-

BOOM!!!!!!!!!

The front of the Homicide office goes up in flames, killing several officers…and Captain James Donnelly!
