[The scene opens with "Supersonic" Branden Harvey getting his nose stitched up. Just prior to this, Branden Harvey was attacked by "The Hybrid" Damian Dimitri immediately after he had announced his debut in IWC. The Hybrid had shattered a broom handle over Branden Harvey's nose, busting it open. Branden Harvey has not had his first match in professional wrestling yet and he is already busted. As he is getting stitched, Harvey begins to speak.]
Harvey: Here I am. I am here to fulfill my dream. But, for some reason, I was attacked backstage by The Hybrid. That is not how wrestling is supposed to work, Hybrid. The competition is supposed to take place in the ring. Instead, you are out attacking people. You should be banned from IWC. No. Actually, you should be banned from the great sport of professional wrestling. Hell. I would take a Mike Tyson ban and have you banned from any and every type of professional fighting.
Except, that is not what I want. I think it should happen. But that does not mean that I want it to happen. Hybrid, you made a mistake. You made the mistake of trying to take me out and failing miserably. Because, Hybrid, I am now gunning for you. We will see how well you do when you are not sneak attacking me. When we fight fairly. When I expect you to be there.
Do not misunderstand me. I am not saying it will be an easy fight. I have followed your career, Hybrid. I know what kind of competitor you are. You are one of the best in the world. If I want to beat you, I am going to have to bring my A game. Which might be hard for a guy that has never wrestled a match in his life. A guy that does not even know what his A game is yet. But it is what it is.
What I AM saying, Hybrid, is simple. I may have to bring my A game, but so do you. I believe that I have what it takes to beat you. I have watched you. I have studied you. I know that you are psychotic. I also know your tendencies in the ring. I know your fighting style. But YOU, Hybrid, have not studied me. The same thing that makes me inexperienced, also gives me a slight advantage. Hybrid, you can not study me because there is nothing to study. I have yet to wrestle a match.
[The trainers finish stitching him up. Harvey shoos them away and, for the first time in this interview, looks directly at the camera. He begins to speak again.]
Harvey: I just want to know one thing, Hybrid. Why? Why did you attack me? What is your problem with me? Are you afraid? Afraid of new talent? Afraid of more competition?
Hybrid, I know what you expect. You expect me to attack you, as well. But that is not going to happen. This is a wrestling company. It is NOT Street Fighter's Anonymous. When I fight you, it is going to be in the ring. This is not hypothetical, Hybrid. I did not wait until after I got ststched up to talk to our General Manager. General Manager, Reginald Schmidt, has scheduled us in a match at the IWC return show at my request.
Hybrid, Damian Dimitri, whatever else you call yourself, karma is coming for you. But karma does not have fists. So it is using mine. You know what they say about payback? They say the same thing they say about my wife. It is a bitch. At IWC Asylum, it is time for payback.
[With that, "Supersonic" Branden Harvey stands up. He flashes his stitches close to the camera and begins talking again.]
Harvey: Look what you did to me, Damian. It is the last thing you will ever do to anyone.
[With that, he turns and walks away. He is confident that at IWC Asylum, he will defeat "The Hybrid" Damian Dimitri. The scene fades.]
