APW.com has received word from APW Asylum General Manager Reginald Schmidt that he has signed a match for APW Mayhem, the first ever APW Ball Room Brawl. When asked by APW officials what the heck a Ball Room Brawl was, Schmidt had this to say:
“Well, I originally intended it to be a Bar Room Brawl, but my iPhone accidently auto-corrected it to say Ball Room Brawl. Since the mistake has already been made, I figure I'll let it stand!”
“As for the rules of a Ball Room Brawl, it will involve six APW Mega Stars, two from each brand, duking it out in a no-holds barred fight, where the last man or woman standing is the winner! Also, they will fight while dressed in formal wear!”
At this, Reginald gave a goofy thumbs up.
The Ball Room Brawl joins four other matches already signed for the Asylum brand.
