The first Meltdown show is in the books -- as always, feedback is appreciated! We have a few kinks to work out but those will be addressed in time. This is the first show that I have I have put together in probably 13 years, so I'm undoubtably a little rusty. I'll take any pointers!
Thanks to Atken, Noble, Slade, and Alonso for writing matches and Evan Envi, AKA and Yarmouth/Jason Royce for writing segments. Reminder: segments get you a bonus point towards APW's Most Wanted/Top-25!
We had a slew of no-shows which is probably something we're going to have to learn to deal with due to the nature of Meltdown.

Kudos. I saw Immortal Technique as an entrance song for the GM... Johnny Rebel - are you an Immortal Technique fan?
Anyways good show for what it was. I enjoyed the Envi segment the most and the entire Envi Sam Parker deal was quite entertaining and I think we will be seeing them moved up first when its all said and done.

Correct -- I started listening to Immortal after Rashad Evans used that song during his entrance against Jones. The *edited* version of course.

I thought it was a great way to kick it off, I can already see the building of some good feuds going.
I'm looking forward to what the next show brings - and reading the rps this week its great to see people really throwing themselves into it.
Great work everyone involved.

I'll report in some feedback when I get around to reading the show in full. Probably Thursday or Friday.

I'm pleased to be apart of the show!
First shows can always be a bit 'hmmmm' as you're trying to start new feuds off with a load of new people, but this worked. The matches were really well written, nice segments to. bring on next week! I can see where some good stories might come out from this week.

I thought it was a great way to kick off the show and as my first one here I really enjoyed. If you had any rust at all Johnny, you didn't show it.
Very well done.

I gotta say, for a first show, it came off well. Everything got posted on time and there wasn't any hiccups. Only thing I noticed which isn't a big deal is some of the coding wasn't in uniform with the rest of the show, Example, in the AKA segment, when Slade talked, it looked like this "Slade- blah blah blah" while everyone had ":" followed by the talking. And the color for Assassin was unreadable. Just little things like that. But we're still iron things out so I'm not concerned about anything regarding meltdown at the moment. I'm happy with how the first show went. We got a couple of no shows, but I was expecting them before the first card was even posted.
With the first show in the books, I'd like to see more Meltdown guys send in segments. Sending in segments means getting yourself over, meaning, better chance at getting moved to Overdrive or Asylum

Oh yeah one complaint I forgot to add - please cut Evan Envi`s best impression of a Jesse Nunez entrance down about an hour.
I skim them anyways save pay per views but seesh...
