yes there will be xbox 360's for $99 but theres a catch....
u HAVE to subscribe with the 2 yr $15 a month gold xbox live. and if u decide to cancel it early, ud get slapped with a fee. the subscription will actually be BETTER than their gold package.
keep in mind that the xbox is only 2 gb BUT it comes complete with a kinect. is this worth it u guys?
discuss....

2gb isn't really that much, but I dunno if that applies to 360's

You can upgrade the HD I'm sure, like with any other Console. I didn't keep my 360 for too long though and I've had 3 of them. Fable Series and the hope for KOTOR console game was my only reason to have one. I do like the Avatars and shit though, they are dope.

Isn't it like $60 a year for a gold package? I don't see how they're 2 year $15 a month is better than their original one. That would just be more expensive. And say you don't like xbox after you've played it you'd pay a fee just to stop getting access to live? That is stupid. STUPID!
Plus theres a new Xbox system coming out within the next year or 2 so it is not worth it...

Knuckles, you really need to include the story properly and learn english lol
Microsoft are offering their xbox 360 4GB slim with a Kinect sensor for $99 and then $15 dollars a month for a 2 year period for the Live GOLD membership.
Pretty similar to what you would do for a mobile phone contract.
The idea is to make it more affordable for people to buy there product and the fact that they are paying for a monthly subsciption makes is more appealing.
However...
That kinda sucks.
$15 x 24 =$360 + $99
= $459
Now taken from Walmart 9yeah only american shop i could figure out to get a price)
This Xbox 360 w/ Bonus* Xbox LIVE 12 Month Gold Card & Game $199.99 This Kinect Sensor w/ Kinect Adventures & Bonus* Game $139.99 Xbox LIVE 12-Month Gold Membership Online Game Code $49.96
= $389.94
So for those who cant afford to shell out $390 as a start up, this is a great deal as you can run it like you would a mobile phone contract, the downside is that it costs you $70 in "interest"
So its probably the same amount you would pay as if you were buying it out of a catalogue.

I think that's what Blade said already, you were mistaken. You are officially the Tommy Dreamer of eWrestling.
As for a new XBOX system? @nunez, the rumors of the next Generation XBOX is just that. RUMORS. Why move into a new generation when the current systems can be upgraded through updates and new shit for the current systems is still being released? Not to mention the next GTA is coming out for this current consoles which wouldn't make too much sense money wise if a new console is coming out. These next gen rumors are lame and no pre owned playback is even lamer, XBOX and PS3 will lose money TONS of it if they try that but again, RUMORS. NOT FACTS.

XBOX 720 is not a fact because nothing but Gaming Sites are talking about it. No official word from Microsoft correct? Maybe something official from even an XBOX website other than a discussion. Show me because I've yet to see it be an official announcement. I'd have seen it announced other than just RUMOR in my Game Informer magazine.

Actually, not for nothing but I'm pretty sure Xbox 720 is at the very least the confirmed title of Microsoft's next console. You say it's only gaming websites that's talking about it Jay, but check this out. A still frame from the recent Hugh Jackman sci-fi action film "Real Steel". Now, I don't know the American laws for such a thing regarding brand imitation but this says to me that Xbox are behind this ad being in the movie. Whether this is indicative of any future plans or just a teaser is ambiguous, but they're definitely up to something.

I know there is no release date but yes... I am pretty sure the next gen Xbox will be called Xbox 720 and there has been no indications that say otherwise.

There hasn't been an indication that supports the claims and rumors either. That movie is in the future so much like in other parody spots in movies, that still frame could be just the same. Just saying, show me a microsoft statement announcing the name, release date of this "Next Gen" system because the current one is still rising, not falling in sales so why bother moving past it? PS2 was outdated, same with the original XBOX but the current gen haven't even been maxed out yet at the capabilities.

Kash you can't do hardware updates with system updates thru the internet. So yeah, technology is always changing. New things are coming. Look at the Wii U controller and such. Stuff you can't do over an online update.
Luckily for PS3 if the PS4 does come out soon they will still support the PS3 the same way they support the PS2 now. Until it's ten years plan is done with.

The PS3 doesn't really support PS2 unless you got an early model that had that feature. I wasn't meaning attachments and such like a new nifty controller, that shit will come out regardless of the current systems out. They always find a way to get more money from the zombies who buy up every new and pretty toy they put out in bunches. I mean GFX capabilities are not at the max, they pushed the PS2 and couldn't push it anymore on GFX. PS3 and 360 are still a few years from being maxed out and as history has gone at least for the Playstation, they use up all they can before putting out something new and really improved.

They don't care about graphics or the amount of games being played. The only thing they care about is: $$$.
They will stop putting out games for the PS3 and you'll by the 4.

Where as if you look at sells, PS2 JUST stopped selling not that long ago. People buy PS2 all day still which is why Gamestop sales used PS2 games and not XBOX. PS2 has always given more than enough time for their systems to be used. They max out on graphics or at least have in the past. PS2 was having loading problems because the games were too much process. That's maxing out. PSOne is still something I turn on every now and again, graphics sucked but the games are memories.
True if they stopped selling one to bring out another, people would buy regardless. However I don't think or have seen anything to state the rumors being true. $99 dollar 360? That's true but a crap deal really, they're outright trying to fool people there.

You misunderstand what I meant. When you go to stores you still see BRAND NEW PS2 Games. I'm not saying the PS4 is still going to allow you to play your PS3 games on a PS4 system. I'm just saying if you keep your PS3 you will still get brand new PS3 games to keep you busy until its 10 year life cycle is up to where they stop supporting it.

I'm buying a new PS4 regardless if they stop putting out PS3 games or not. Keeping the PS3 is a great option to now as I can use it a blu ray player only depending on if the PS4 doesn't allow PS3 Games to be played.

PS4 will be out in 2 or so more years, that's just a guess. See most people online make a guess or "educated opinion" and call it a hearsay fact. I love facts but if the fact cannot be backed up with proof of the fact then it's just assumption and that makes an ass out of anyone.
