Feedback, please!

I'm still shaking off some of the rust from not being an active RP'er from October to last week. I'm reasonably happy with the first two RP's I've done here, but I'd really enjoy any feedback anyone here has. Any input from another set of eyes is always appreciated; I've handled this character for 10 years, and I want to make anything more that I do with him really count.
