Quick note: I made a mod error on night 1. JamesV should have died instead of Knuckles due to Bacon’s bus driving ability. I informed the Mafia of the mistake to they weren’t confused later on in the game with Bacon’s info. But besides that, I think I got all the night actions results right.

Below are notes of the game from myself as well as the night actions.

SIMPSON MAFIA MOD NOTES

Day 1
- Game has begun, lets hope these roles turn out to be even and make for a fun game.
- Moe as part of scum has confused many people. Moe is one of those characters that could go either way.
- 7 Pages of Day 1 talk, not too bad.


Night 1
- Rebel Investigates Himself and turns Innocent
- Keaton Rolecops Kyle Goodburn and finds out he’s a Poisoner
- Bacon Bus Drivers Knuckles and James
- Kris Spys on Tmarv and see’s him Visit Chaz
-Tmarv Roleblocks Chaz which does nothing
-Kurt Protects Keaton Saint
- Kyle Goodburn poisions Keaton, which does nothing due to Kurt protecting him
- Blade frames Tmarv
- Gabriel role cops Tmarv and learns he’s a roleblocker
- Jules kills Knuckles
- Jules Roleblocks James V which does nothing

Night 1 Mod Notes
- Wow, Never expected Keaton to be poisoned and saved. Town got lucky with that one this night due to his JOAT role
- Keaton finds out a scum member
- Day 2 is gonna be interesting

Day 2
- Goodburn dug quite the hole for himself. Its not gonna help that Keaton knows who he is. If he doesn’t have to share that info, then good on him. I’d be surprised if Goodburn doesn’t get Lynched
- What Tmarv doesn’t know that my Janitor role removes only the role of the person killed.
- Fuck, Just realized that JamesV should have been the one killed and not Knuckles due to Bacon‘s bus driven. Oops. I let the Mafia in on my mistake to avoid any confusion, thus not really effecting the game
- Can’t Believe JamesV Roleclamed. He had a shot to get some good info with his bandwaggon ability. Would have found out that 2 scum people lynched Goodburn
- Goodburn Lynched, I’m not surprised. Not really a big loss to Mafia since his role became useless after night 1

Night 2
- Kris spys on Blade which fails
- Bacon Bus Drives Chaz and Tmarv
- Kurt Protects Keaton
- Keaton Investigates Callahan and gets a innocent read
- Tmarv Role blocks CJ which does nothing
- Blade frames CJ
- Manic role cops Noble
- Jules Roleblocks Kris
- Jules Kills Chaz but the bus driver causes Tmarv to be killed.
- Rebel Investigates Kurt

Night 2 Mod Notes
- Branden and James getting mod killed might have hurt town. Interesting to see what happens now.
- Not sure how this day will go, but I think it will be interesting to say the least.

Day 3
- Its been a slow day 3. Town are gonna need to make some moves here if they want to win
- Whats with all this FOS bull shit, drop the votes on Blade people, don’t talk about maybe doing it, DO IT!
-Didn’t expect Callahan to start getting votes
- Looks like Donovan Caine will have to be mod killed.
- A quiet day 3 this has been. I think a lot of big moves are gonna be played at night. I’m looking forward to Day 4.

Night 3 Actions:
-Bacon Bus drives Blade and Callahan
- Keaton Kills Blade but gets redirected to Callahan
- Kris spys on Blade but gets blocked
- CJ and Soul Kill Rebel
- Johnny investigates CJ but is killed
- Kurt protects Kris
- Jules Kills Kurt
- Jules Roleblocks Kris
- Blade frames CJ
- Anslem Rolecops Callahan but does nothing since he’s killed

Night 3 Notes:
- Bacon is really screwing things up for town with his bus driving.
- Good kill for CJ and Soul on Rebel. They should have went after Blade instead though
- Callahan dying sucks for town.
- Good thing for town, Another Mafia is killed.
- Things are looking good for scum right now with 3 townies dying on 1 night, but Town could still win this. And here I thought that town was stacked with power roles.

Day 4 Notes:
- A quick day this was.
- Why are people still voting Bacon. He’s claimed Bus Driver.
- Same deal with Chaz. Read the write up’s people
- CJ is gone. Town still has a slight chance at winning. We’ll see how the night goes

Night 4 Actions:
- Bacon bus drives Manic and Soul but does nothing due to being blocked
- Keaton Stalks Blade but does nothing due to being killed
- Manic role cops TJ and learns that he’s Third Party
- Jules Role Blocks Bacon
- Jules Kills Keaton
- Blade frames no one
- Kris spys on Keaton


Day 5 Notes:
- Again, why is Chaz getting a vote, its been confirmed he’s Lenny and Carl
- And why are there votes coming in. Wait for Kris to share some info that might shed some light (doubt it though)
- I’m pretty sure most of the town haven’t been reading the write ups and matching them to the info people have been giving.
- TJ is Lynched. Mafia can win this with 1 night kill if successful as long as they block Bacon

Night 5 actions
-Kris watches Jules
- Bacon bus drives Manic and Blade which does nothing
- Jules blocks Bacon
Jules Kills Kris

End Game notes
- I’m Kinda surprised that this game went so fast. I didn’t think Mafia would win, I thought I stacked the town a little. But with a few key kills by the mafia, JamesV getting himself mod killed and Bacon bus driving screwing the town up, it killed them, also the fact that some town people we’re voting for people who we’re confirmed town by the write ups and other players. I think if this game was played again, it could have a different result.

I wanna give the Havery award to the town for lynching me on the last day. I named the rest of the scum and told them I'd die during the next night phase and they lynched me either way and lost. Seriously, Bacon's gotta get it, no offense, but the entire time we knew his role but he never told us what he was doing with it. Hell he didn't tell us he was the reason Callahan died.

Can I haz MVP honors? I kid. Probably blade, had almost everyone fooled he was town. Not me.

The reason I decided to go after Rebel is because I had it narrowed to him vs Caine for cop, but once Caine got modkilled and wasn't revealed his role until the night phase, I decided had to go for rebel.

And I don't think Chaz was ever 100% cleared, Tmarv just said he can say he's pretty sure Chaz wasn't scum. Hence why I kept him on the list.

I gotta love Blade saying I voted had more half of the remaining players left as scum when there was a 3/1/3 split.

You named 4 people as possible scum, there were only 7 left. So yes you did name more scum than actually feasible. 4 out of 7 is more than 50%.

So you were taking yourself out of the equation and suggesting that there were possibly 4 scum members out of 6 players

Overall, looking at the set-up I think it was fairly balanced. In the end we (mafia) won quite comfortably, but we did get a few breaks along the way: Bacon bussing Tmarv and Callahan on separate occasions for kills (I can see why he bussed Callahan, but not why he bussed him with Blade); JamesV's modkill - all of these worked in our favour. On another occasion I could easily see how this game could go the other way.

I think the lesson learnt for some should be to read the write-ups. It was pretty obvious that Chaz was Carl & Lenny and was cleared through Tmarv and Kris from early on day 2; also Bacon, even if he was all over the place, role-claimed and the only character that could be that role was confirmed town by the write-up. This was always a dead end but people kept going back to it.

One thing that puzzled me though was why Keaton changed his mind on the voting C.J. just because Blade hinted at inventor. I never really understood that.

As for awards. I'd give MVP to Blade because his C.J. play was a distraction for 2-3 day phases and allowed us to pick off the power players undetected.

Branden Harvey award? Well JamesV's character claim makes him a contender, but having looked at the night actions some of Bacon's decision really did work against the town, so he gets it for me.

After Kurt died I just sorta gave up.

I knew I was on the chopping block and I began to question my initial reading on Blade being mafia. From being relatively sure that Blade was distracting to coming around to the idea of CJ being scum took some time but by the time I voted, I just shurgged and went with it.

Looking back I missed out on really taking the reins of the game and using some meta to figure out the mafia. I guessed (and I still think this is the case) that I was poisoned on the first night because of how Misfits mafia went.

The game was balanced, the modkills just ended up taking away some of that and some poor decisions screwed us over in the end.

Overall it was a good game. I think it was balanced and, if it was in the towns favor, modkills and play hurt overall. The Mafia did get lucky, and the play of Bacon certainly helped them 100% in the end, because he was bussing townies into kills.

The only reason why I was okay with killing Rebel and not Blade was because I was simply trying to survive. Considering the third party won when one of the town or mafia were killed, it was kind of a crapshoot. As long as we survived, we would win the game. I figured after Blade was so adamant that the cop check me, and TJ knew the cop (or guessed reeeeally well lol), taking him out might give me an extra day. I didn't know that it would cause me to grab a lot of votes the next day regardless. Though, I'm sure if we chose Blade to kill, Blade wouldn't have been bussed, and we'd have had two kills on Blade lol.

I'm sure one of these games I'll get the hang of lying to clear myself. Apparently, telling the truth doesn't work lol. Then again, I've been in that position before, where lynching me will cost the town the game, so I should have known better then to be honest. I just knew that if I said "slow up, I'm third party and will win with you!" I'd get killed faster. I did find it funny how TJ tried to be honest too on the last day, and still got lynched for it. Had town gathered to lynch a scum, they would have had a chance to win.

It was a good game though. I think the moment it slowed down really hurt it, though. It was picking up great and then stopped which simply allowed mafia to sit back and revel in it.

MVP I'd say Jules or Blade. Blade had a lot of people convinced he was town and got a pretty good pick on me being 3rd party, while Jules had others convinced that he was town.

BH award has a few nominee possibilities.
-Bacon. Not even because he was bussing townies into kills, but because he wasn't telling us what he was doing. It's like he went 4th party all of a sudden.
-Everyone who kept voting for Bacon.
-James for claiming
-Branden Harvey for getting modkilled lol

I was watching Day 5 with utter amazement, and laughter was coming through me in a way I did not expect. I was obviously wooting for Mafia, hoping upon hoping that the town wouldn't wait for Kris... And you guys didn't.

I figured Keaton had info on me, lol. But I wasn't very useful anymore since I tried to poison him.

Atleast I lasted longer than my "first" game where I was killed night one. Glad I lasted an entire day more

I wasn't sure about some things but now it has been explained it makes sense.

Good game, Mod kills once more hurt the game but it is what it is.

I think having a few new faces around definitely helped my play, because if it was just the old brigade, I would have been lynched day 2 after calling CJ out.

I am still impressed that the Inventor claim pulled off, although I am not sure thats what people thought I was.

Mafia MVP - Jules.

He ran the mafia well. I went out and did my own thing which probably allowed them to float under the radar, but still very well oraganised.

Town MVP - Keaton?

Really hard one because the power players were picked off early, and some of the guys unsure of the game maybe still run around clutching at straws
