I think we have had this discussion before but I thought I'd continue it here. If you had to pick a guilty pleasure wrestler, who would it be?
Mine is easily:
I hated the Road Warriors and thought they were a blatant rip off of Demolition. I didn't even know WCW existed until around 92-93...so I always thought of the Road Warriors as Demolition wannabes.

I agree with Callahan here...certainly not about the Black Eyed Peas...but certainly in the case of John Cena.
I get why a lot of people are tired of this guy, but I also don't get why people hate on him so much. Geesh, he ain't exactly Shawn Michaels, but he is a hell of better worker than Hulk Hogan ever was. Maybe he did say all the right things and shake the right hands to get pushed like he has, but no-one can deny the dude works damn hard and seems to genuinely love the wrestling business.
At worst he's been given overexposure, but he certainly ain't the scourge of professional wrestling some idiots portray him to be.

That's actually funny because WWF back then created Demolition as an answer for the Road Warriors and their popularity.

I had known Road Warriors from their NWA Days cause they were on Television in Texas when I was a toddler. See Biker Road Warriors...Before WCW

The Misfits In Action back in the day were the shit. Corporal Cajun to be exact....you don't get that kind of comedic quality in wrestling anymore.
Now if we're talking about guilty pleasures in General, mine is Cocaine.
LOTS OF IT

I have a Guilty Pleasure over watching Santino Marella promos. Guy is just funny. I also like Eric Young.

I agree on the Cena thing. I think the guy busts his ass, and you know what, good for him that WWE pushes him so much, he's charismatic as fuck.
I also used to love the Demolition, but, I was always more of a LOD guy. The Doomsday Device is my favorite tag finisher of all time.

I liked Midnight Express and Rock N' Roll Express myself but that's because fast paced matches were always more entertaining than two juggernauts slamming their clubs at one another. Bret Hart said it best, the smaller guys were always the work horses and actually held the crowd's attention while the big slow guys just sold merchandise and Main Evented. Not fair at all because talent wise, the smaller guys were always more fun to watch.

I'm no queer, but this fuckin rocked. Michaels in the middle of the ring in his damn underwear. I've probably watched this vid over a hundred times this week alone.

I think my guilty pleasure is any form of Diva's wrestling. Sure, athletically they suck...but theres something about pretty girls rolling around in staged cat fights.

Check that.... WWE divas suck athletically, but there are some chicks out there in TNA (used to be) and indies that kick fucking ass.

Yeah, SHIMMER is an All Women company. Kharma (Awesome Kong), Sara Del Ray, to name just a few have come from there. But like you said, Mickie James, Gail Kim, Angelina Love, Victoria, there are some females who learned the craft and actually earned some respect inside the ring. NONE of them are Sara Del Ray good but she just got signed by the WWE to train Divas and compete so she gets the best of both worlds. She will be WWE's modern day Mae Young, around for a hundred years because she eats, sleeps, and breaths the business and is one tough chick. Youtube her if you haven't seen the "Queen Of Wrestling" Sara Del Ray...BAAADDD BITCH!
