Saw this thread over at EFK and figured I'd start it here and maybe use this thread as a motivational/support group
So does anyone here work out at all or plan to or want to? If so, what kind of stuff do you do, whats your schedule, whats your diet, or your goals for that matter. You can also use this thread to update any progress you've made, or just share with us your workout for the day.
Right now, I'm pretty big into doing DDP Yoga. Its not like your tradtional Yoga and its a whole lot harder than it may look. I've done it every day in July and I'm more flexiable now than I ever been.
I'm not doing it to lose weight since thats a huge benifactor from it. I'm only 150 pounds, however, I did lose about 5-10 pounds doing it. I'm doing to help me be a little more active and its actually pretty fun, and the fact that DDP, one of my favorite wrestlers growing up is doing it, kinda motivates me to do it.
Jake the Snake Roberts is starting to do DDP Yoga and its suppose to be documented, so thats pretty exciting.
So yah, what does everyone else do workout wise?

Freestyle Cardio Kickboxing with a lite diet thats mainly chicken or soy product. Ive lost 30+lbs since Memorial Day.

I go to boxing training three times a week and occasionally work a very physically demanding job in a multi-story nightclub, requiring that I routinely run heavy bins up and down multiple flights of steps. My cardio has never been better and I'm getting bigger and stronger so it's all good.
