APW General Manager Johnny Diamond released a memo this morning:
"President Jeff has been on the prowl to find the best and brightest that the wrestling world has to offer and we think we have found another in Vincent "Hardnocks" Pennington. The ink is dry on his contract and he's been added to the opening match this week on Meltdown against Michael Seriari and Mr. Dangerous!"
