Anyway, curiosity is still rampant like ramps in regards to just WHO it was that President Jeff made a phone call to this past Sunday at Shockwave. The Prez himself was unable to be reached for conversation at the time this article was published, and so far all the ponderers have to ponder is Jeff's words at the PPV.
"You need to do something about your boy. Now."
Information is few and far between, and what little there is has been sketchy, but word has it that the person was called by APW's President to deal with Overdrive Champion Delikado, who retained his title Sunday with controversy, and carried out extreme action involving catapults, honey, and bees just before he was set to defend the Overdrive title. Additional rumors say the individual Jeff spoke with was, quote "VERY powerful, close to APW, and held extreme connections with Delikado himself..."
The Cuban and his top Deli Tee Vee crew members were unreachable, as they were, as quoted from a representative "Drunk off their asses, and preparing to go to war with 'Grunt Jeff' over his recent choices and bullying tactics against Delikado." What that means is unclear as of now.
When people were questioned in a poll on what the conversation meant for APW, if it meant anything at all, the results were as follows:
*2% said the conversation "was important, and would create an extremely interesting scene in the next few weeks."
*1% said they "don't give a crap."
*97% said "What's APW, and WHAT are you doing in my house?!"
