I did something like this in another fed. I made the covers and a few people did articles for it. Thought I would give it a try here for fun but with no articles.

Haha! That's awesome. That was back in 2008 and didn't have the snazzy name. I knew it wasn't an original idea but I just did it for fun.

Yeah, very hard to keep tabs on articles. However the cover is dope. What you should have done was a Video Game Cover. I did one for UWF back then, came out decent.

If Brandy wants to do graphic work for the magazine, I could do a few articles every month. A couple opinion pieces, some review and bring the "Spotlight On..." back. We could even add a little area for "fan feedback". I'm up for it so long as we wait until January to set up the first issue. What do think Brandy? Jeff? everyone else?

Yeah, I'm up for making the covers for sure. We could do like I have on the cover too where we just send one person 5 questions for them to answer. That is an easy article and it could be about anything plus it would hype up their character a bit.
Kash - I can make a video game cover next. Sounds like a fun challenge. Who would be on the front of an APW video game?

If this were to go ahead I would be more than willing to help out. Plus it's a great piece for the website
Even think on my first draft of it I included a space for it. If people want to do it I'm game to help out

Rica Casteel would be on the front.

Rica Casteel would be on the front. Is that Rico's sister? And is she single? The cover sample looks awesome, Brandy. Good work.

I would use Biggs as the main sleeve.
and then for a legends one would use L-1
(thinking what WWE12 was this year)
The only reason I say Biggs over CJ is because of that cowboy hat

I honestly don't have any extra time right now to do this, but if everyone else wants to work together and gets some articles done, and then send it to me, I can post it in the boards and Blade can put it on the website.
My next project is Survive and Conquer and I'm writing that match, promoting it and everything, then building up Rasslemania 8, so from now till after Rasslemania, I don't want to invest my time in any other projects cause those 2 PPV's are my priority right now

Rica Casteel would be on the front. Is that Rico's sister? And is she single? You'd really want to date his sister? lol The cover looks great, and I'm sure there'd be enough interest for the articles. It might not be something we do like, every month, but every so often we could. I think the 5 questions to whomever the feature is works well, also. And I'm going to ignore that comment, Blade lol

I think this is a good idea, and, in the new year, I'd be happy to write an article of some form, whether in character or from an entirely different point of view. If it goes ahead I guess the next question is how often will the periodical be published? I would say no more frequently than bi-monthly or quarterly to maintain its novelty and suchlike.

Pretty cool looking!
I'd be down to do an article of some kind if this happened. I have zero graphics experience though, so that's the only front I could help on though.

You could get a Superstar Article, different writer every other month. Like a Perspective Piece on the layout of the land type deal. Interviews maybe even, fan questions. I've seen this done well and done bad but I don't see anything bad coming from Arcadia and Babs working together!
@arcadia: Why Rico Casteel? I'd think someone on Overdrive being the Middle Piece for a Video Game and then a mixture of Asylum and Overdrive around it in some way. Gates maybe works but Casteel would only make sense if Asylum was the top show. (Kash's eyes it is but what does he know!)

I picked Casteel because he held one of the top belts for the longest this year, or i think he did I could be wrong, but i thought if its a video game, the most dominant guy this year should have been on the cover.

Video game covr should be like Reginald and Jeff like faceing each other and their respected show wrestlers in smaller pics around them. Kind of like a show vs show thing. No one person should be the center piece for any company or team.

Asylum and Overdrive have never really been at competition to each other. With no "Ratings" and Asylum on Food Network, a Versus feel isn't good either. The Title of the Game should be centered on the Game Cover. Have dudes posed around the logo and front cover, guys and gals from both Overdrive and Asylum. Maybe have the two Top Belts faded in the background.

I also love it and I'd definitely be willing to write an article for said magazine. I think it would be pretty fun.
Maybe a Person to Person interview show called TOAST 2 TOAST! Imagine the LEGENDARY Toast sitting down with tepid newcomer Level-One? RATINGS THROUGH THE ROOF!
