"Real American" hits the speakes. Mr. Dangerous comes through the curtain and trips over it, hitting his face on the ramp. After a minute or two, he gets up and makes his way down the ramp. He climbs the stairs and trips while walking through the ropes. He does, however, catch himself before he falls. He climbs the turnbuckle's but trips as he's making his way up the bottom. He hits his head on the ring post and is laid out in the ring.

The lights in the arena begin to flicker as the opening chords of Nirvana's "Territorial Pissings" begins to blare over the arena's PA system. From behind the curtain steps out "The Prophet" Scotty Devine. He marches down to the ring while mostly ignoring the audience reaction, he rolls casually into the ring and sits in a corner awaiting the start of the bout

As the bell sounds off for this dark match, Scotty Devine steps to the center of the ring and taunts Dangerous. As Mr. Dangerous approaches, Devine swings on Dangerous and he dips back like the Matrix. Devine is shocked as Dangerous does the back arch in slow motion. Devine swings full circle, Dangerous grabs him from behind and quickly hits a Rolling Cutter.

Harris: Did he just hit...Kurt Noble's "Noble Neckbreaker"?

As Mr. Dangerous rises, the fans get behind the Super Megastar and he rips Devine up off the canvas and quickly slips him into a Double Arm DDT position. Dangerous lifts Devine, spins him before hitting him with a Sitdown Double Arm DDT. The fans erupt as they realize who's move he just nailed like a Master.

West: Well that without question is "Whiplash" best performed by APW's new Undisputed Champion, Terry Marvin! Is Mr. Dangerous emulating APW Megastars?

Dangerous to his feet runs to the ropes, leaps off the canvas and hits a Springboard Moonsault that looks spot on like Sally Talfourd's "Happy Ending" version of the move. The fans continue to scream and cheer as Mr. Dangerous gets to his feet and smiles at the ovation. Dangerous pulls Scotty Devine up and leaves him standing, dazed and not knowing where he is. Dangerous hits the ropes again, leaping and springboarding.

He flies over Devine and goes to connect with a Springboard Reverse DDT but slips and busts his ass, missing the move that was suppose to be Anthony Bailey's "Word Of Promise". The fans laugh as Dangerous gets up rubbing his butt. Finally, Mr. Dangerous moves to the top turnbuckle. He stands high above the ring as the fans go silent, not wanting him to fall or slip again. He signals for the end and takes off into a Gainer.

Harris: Is this gonna be "The Prelude" by Michael Lively?

West: You make it sound like a song he sings..

Harris: Oh it's a beautiful song indeed!!

Dangerous crash and burns the move. He can't completely hit the Gainer much less the legdrop that follows. He lands into Devine with his body like he shoulder charged the canvas from the top ropes. The fans both laugh and cheer as he seems broken himself and the pin attempt takes place.

Paige: Here is your winner, via pinfall, Mr. DANGEROUS!!!

The opening Meltdown loop blasts through the arena as the crowd erupts. The camera spins around to Shane West and Dick Harris sitting ringside.

West: Welcome everybody to Monday Night Meltdown! We are thrilled to be back with you after being preempted last week!

Harris: Shockwave brought a lot of surprises and we have lost a few megastars along the way, but hopefully a few of our new recruits will pan out as we look to find a new number one contender to Michael Lively's belt!

West: Tonight will be the last time we see The European Invasion as Yarmouth and Stefan Raab will find their way to the Asylum brand. They have a huge test in newcomers M&M, as they tune up for Kurt Noble and Chris Hart.

Harris: Carmen Rivera, a stalwhart since the beginning of Meltdown, flaked out on us...and as much as we'd like to see Mr. Dangerous get a crack at her, she's gone!

West: And in our main event, we'll see Michael Lively take on Shadow! What a massive match-up right here on Meltdown as two hall of famers will surely put on a show!

Harris: We got a triple threat to lead off the show with Jayden Carmichael and Kid Cannibus already in the ring!

The camera cuts to the ring where Carmichael and Kid Cannibus finishing up their stretching routines. Nicky Paige doesn't even acknowledge them as she steps up to the middle of the ring.

Paige: Ladies and gentlemen, this match is scheduled for one fall, and is our opening contest of the evening! Introducing first...Jayden Carmichael and Kid Cannibus!

Tek's opponents wave to the crowd with neither drawing much interest from those lining the seats.

The lights in the arena go out and stage and ramp area start to fill with fog. Then "Devastating Stereo" plays. When the lights come on Tek is already in the ring and is on a knee pointing to the sky. Tek gets up and walks to the ring ropes and leans up against the ropes.

Paige: And their opponent, weighing in at 125 lbs., and representing Santa Monica, California...Tek!

Jayden Carmichael vs. Tek vs. Kid Cannibus

The bell rings as Carmichael and Cannibus charge at one another, with both of them forgetting where they are, and colliding with their heads smashing. They both fall to the mat as Tek takes advantage of the situation, nailing each of his downed opponents with rights and lefts, slamming Carmichael's head against the ground and dropping elbows on Cannibus. Tek drags Jayden over to the ropes, and uses the top rope as a slingshot to send himself straight in the air before twisting with a plancha, landing hard on Carmichael's stomach. Tek climbs to the top rope and dives off towards Cannibus with a diving elbow drop that causes him to curl up in a ball in the center of the ring. Tek continues his relentless assault with a series of legdrops, including a rolling legdrop, across the throat of Jayden Carmichael. Tek is in absolute complete control of the match as the fans are eating up his dominance.

West: An impressive debut from Tek this evening, Dick. I don't think Jayden or Kid Cannibus knew what they were getting in to tonight!

Harris: I dont think we're going to see either one of these competitors after tonight, Shane.


Tek stands Carmichael up in the air and holds her up by the head with a stand-me dropkick that sends her rolling out of the ring. Tek turns his attention to Kid Cannibus as he sees the megastar slowly stumbling on his feet. Tek runs against the ropes and leaps off with a headscissors that carries Cannibus towards the ropes, catching Carmichael on the outside, with a dropkick...all setup by Tek's high risk maneuver. Tek spins Cannibus around so that his head is resting off the apron, as Tek uses the top rope to send himself over with a legdrop that nearly takes Cannibus' head off of his shoulders. Kid Cannibus is rolling on the mat with both hands over his throat...as Tek dances in the middle of the ring without a soul to challenge him. Tek drags Cannibus over to the center of the ring by an arm and a leg and climbs the top rope, posing at the top, and leaping off with a diving headbutt that almost puts Cannibus unconscious. Tek drags him by the neck and locks in the "The Maskeffect" (cross leg-trap triangle choke), when the referee immediately calls for the bell.

Paige: Here is your winner, via submission, Tek!

West: Fantastic debut performance for Tek! He showed no mercy out there this evening!

Harris: We'll be right back!

The fans in the arena are full of excitement for this weeks Meltdown after a cracking pay per view and looking forward to the fall out from Shockwave suddenly the crowd cheers loudly as the titron flickers into life and standing there in full wrestling gear is Yarmouth, Yarmouth gives a smile to the reaction from the crowd.

Yarmouth: As most of you may well know by now The European Invasion me and Stefan Raab have been drafted to Asylum so this will be my last match on Meltdown.

The crowd in the arena start to boo loudly.

Yarmouth: I know its a sad day for Meltdown I am one of the originals of Meltdown when it was first formed all those weeks ago and it has become a breading ground for Asylum and Overdrive for the new talent to gain there experience tone up there skills in the ring and on the mic so they are ready for the big matches.

It has been fantastic for me to be part of Meltdown and have enjoyed every last minute of it to perform for you great fans here on Meltdown I will be watching very closely at the talent that comes through the doors of Meltdown as I feel this is my home my place where I learnt my trade to become the best at what I do.

You fans have supported me through thick and thin through the hard times and the bad like when Julie lost her baby you sent in loads of gifts and letters of support which helped me greatly and when The European Invasion won the number one contenders match at Shockwave you all cheered for us well most of you did and for that I thank you.

The crowd in the arena cheers loudly.

Yarmouth: But now I have to go to Asylum and kick some butt there with Stefan but who knows one day I will come back to my show Meltdown and say hello and may be just may be kick some arse so once again I thank all you great fans of Meltdown and hope to see you all again very soon.

The crowd in the arena start the Thank you Yarmouth chant as the titron the fades to black.

West: An emotional moment from Yarmouth as he says goodbye to the Meltdown fans! We will miss the big fella' here!

Harris: Do you need a kleenex, Shane?

Paige: This match is scheduled for one fall coming down the ring weighing in at 265 lbs and coming from Jacksonville, FL Vincent Pennington.

The arena starts to get really quiet as "Simple Man" By Lynyrd Skynyrd starts to hit the PA system. Vincent comes out from behind the curtain looking into the crowd and raises one arm up and lowers it back down. Vincent quickly runs down the ramp and slides under the ring ropes. As he stands he starts to throw a fury of punches, he then moves to the corner of the ring.

Shane West:Look at the size of this man he must be nearly 7ft tall.

Dick Harris: He is huge but with Young Mannie been the more experienced hes my pick for the match.

Paige: And his opponent weighing in at 220lbs and coming from Washington, D.C. Mr 420 Young Mannie.

The beginning of "Undastatement" airs through the P.A. system for a couple of seconds building anticipation, Mannie pulls a Black&Mild from behind his ear, he lights it and the arena lights cut off; as he walks down the ramp as his entire outfit glows in the dark, as he holds his hands out while puffing smoke in the air, While the crowd sings the lyrics of the song at the top of their lungs.

Vincent "Hardnocks" Pennington vs. "Mr. 420" Young Mannie

The two men circle the ring and go to lock up both men trying to get the upper hand but with Pennington been the bigger man uses his strength and pushes Mannie to the corner of the ring and then drives a knee to the gut and throws Mannie to the mat, Pennington walks over to Mannie and grabs his head lifts him high in the air and throws back on to the mat drives an elbow onto the chest of Mannie and goes for the cover.

West: This guy is so strong using all his strength but Mannie just kicks out.

Harris: I told you Pennington is gonna win this match you wait and see.

The crowd groan as Mannie kicks out Mannie rolls away and Pennington urges for Mr 420 to get to his feet Pennington kicks Mannie in the gut grabs him by the head and goes for a suplex but Mannie blocks it and hits a suplex of his own the crowd start to boo loudly as he waits for Pennington and hits the Manniesault(Sasuke Special) stands up and puts one arm in the air as the crowd boo again Mannie then waits for Pennington to get to his feet. Young Mannie waited too long as he charges with a clothesline but Pennington ducks underneath and as Mannie flips around, Vincent nails him with a superkick.

Harris: Pennington eye's are glazed over just like that this match turns around.

The crowd groans as Mannie kicks out from the superkick he rolls out of the way and Pennington goes to argue with the referee the crowd try's to warn Pennington that Mannie has got to his feet and is sneaking up behind him Pennington turns round and walks straight into Nonsense Driver- Electric chair driver and then goes for the cover.

West: Mannie did it he won the match, Great fight from both men.

Harris: I told you he would win this match this man is heading for the top mark my words.

The scene shifts backstage with a camera focused on APW interviewer Hannah Storm

Hannah: “I’m standing by with one half of the debuting tag team M&M, Logan Alexander.”

The Vancouver crowd begins to cheer as they see Logan beside her as the camera pulls back. He looks over at Hannah.

LA: “You look a little jumpy still. Worried about that encounter you had with Yarmouth and the possibility of crossing paths with him again?”

Hannah looks a little surprised to be on the receiving end of a question especially regarding Yarmouth. Logan just holds up a hand as she fumbles for a response.

LA: “Don’t worry about it. Just the look on your face says enough.”

He looks towards the camera.

LA: “Big man, aren’t you Yarmouth? Near seven foot tall, 250 pounds of spineless, gutless coward. Yeah you had a bad couple of weeks. You’ve had to go through some really rough patches that people shouldn’t have to endure. And what’s your response to it? You go out on a drinking binge and start spouting off at the mouth like you think you have any working brain cells left in your head.”

“Yeah, your fiancée decided to cut you loose which was a completely heartless move on her part. I’m sure you’d have gotten a flood of support and sympathy from just about any corner had you wanted it. You have every right to be mad at her… but only her. Instead, big tough guy that you are, you start running your mouth about and issuing threats against my partner, you threaten Hannah, you attack APW staff and security.”

“I’m sure you missed an earlier segment I’d done for APW before Shockwave, because it wasn’t only 30 seconds long featuring bright flashing colours and worded so that the average ten year old can understand it all, but something I addressed there is something they you should pay very specific attention to Yarmouth. If anyone tries to hurt Aubrey in or out of the ring, I’m going to return the favour to them several times over. You try to take any liberties against Aubrey with the intention of injuring her in our match tonight, and I guarantee that you won’t walk out of this arena tonight or into your next scheduled match on Asylum. I don’t care if Raab gets in my way either, I’ll be more than happy to have him put up in the hospital room next to yours.”

“You want to fight with someone. Look no further. We’re going to be in the ring later and I’m going to beat some sense into that peanut sized brain of yours. You’re going to learn a hard and fast lesson in respect for others.”

“You’re no monster. You’re not even a man. You’re just a little child throwing a tantrum and lashing out at whoever you think the weakest target is. Well… I’m going to discipline you in the only medium you seem to grasp by beating the crap out of you in the ring.”

Logan looks over at Hannah again.

LA: “If no one else is going to deal with him, I will.”

The crowd gives a loud cheer of support in the background, however as it appears that Logan is preparing to walk off, a door opens, prompting the camera to back away slightly to reveal the arrival of Aubrey J. Parker to the delight of the audience. Parker smiles warmly up at Logan and then over at Hannah.

AJP: Did I hear somebody mention... Yarmouth?

This provokes a mixed reaction from the crowd. Hannah eagerly takes a step toward AJP and holds the microphone up toward her face.

Hannah: Aubrey, are there any nerves heading into this debut tag team contest for M&M after the statements Yarmouth made in his interview earlier?

Parker laughs a little, running a hand through her long, brown locks. She shoots another half-smile at Logan and shrugs a bit.

AJP: He's a big bully. I've dealt with bullies throughout my entire career, Hannah... I wouldn't be a wrestler if it weren't for people that were bigger than me treating me like crap. Yarmouth thinks he can throw me around that ring like a rag doll and use me as a representative for every woman that's wronged him in his miserable life. And that's fine. Before I was even trained to wrestle, I was a punching bag. And those days are done. I'm sick of it. And if a grown man is going to put his hands on me and try to HURT me just because I LOOK weak, then so be it. But I'm not gonna go down without a fight. Yarmouth's going to debut on Asylum with a nice, hefty bruise under his eye. Whether it's from me or whether it's from Logan is irrelevant.

Parker puts a hand on Logan's shoulder and leans toward Hannah.

AJP: But just know that I don't give a damn about what the European Invasion intends to do tonight. We have our agenda. And... Not surprisingly, it involves the Tag Team Titles that Raab and Yarmouth want so much. Watch.

She nods to Logan, he nods in return, and Vancouver cheers again as the two make their way past Hannah and away from the locker room.

Lively then walks to the door urging Chubs to follow. He swings it open stepping out into the hallway.


Lively: My locker room, MY arena...hell even these halls are MINE!!! What the hell is that smell...

Sabur yells out from inside the locker room "That's yours too!" Lively shakes his head sniffs a bit more then turns around to a face full of smoke.

"S'up champ!!"

Lively coughs and hacks then wipes his eyes to see Young Mannie standing there with his arms crossed.

Lively: How dare you not only interrupt the JESUS, but you blow smoke in my face!!!


Sabur comes out of the locker room hearing the tone in Lively's voice. The big man steps out overshadowing Young Mannie who doesn't even flinch. Lively places a hand on Sabur's chest giving him the stand down gimmick. O'Harrow stands there holding the microphone as Lively tucks the championship belt into his waist band letting his title dangle between his legs.


Lively: Let us hear what he has to say. Clearly it has to be mind blowing, I mean it's you Young Mannie...a threat to...to...well maybe threat was the wrong word, but have at it.

Mannie: Listen! First off I never will nor will I ever call you Jesus, Lively... But I will call you Hey-Zeus...And secondly I’m in your face and that overgrown steroid freak’s face for one reason, Because I’m challenging you next week. Now if your as great as you think and as talented as you think you are...You’ll accept it like a man. See that title you have no respect by swaying it in your tights, Is going to be mine. And the way I see it, I should be next in line!

Mannie puffs more smoke in the face Lively as Sabur tries to wipes it out


Lively: Aren't you ambitious...but I tell you what. EARN IT!!! You do something that makes people go WOW, he's fucking amazing! Because quite frankly I don't think you deserve shit!!


Young Mannie throws down his blunt, steps on it as his scowl turns to a hardcore mean mug.


Mannie: I don’t deserve shit...You haven’t really tested your title run yet. You have had one defense and that was against Shane Borderland, who wouldn’t really count as he gladly took his walking papers off this brand and went right back to Asylum. But hey don’t allow me take anything away from you champ your right. All I have been doing is making close calls and nearly living back up to the hype I once had. So starting now, How about I make a quick impact?

Mannie suckerpunches the JESUS. Lively's personal security Sabur leaps forward grabbing the throat of the Young shit starter. Mannie blasts Sabur in the head with a forearm. Jerry O'Harrow flies out of the locker room hearing the commotion with his boom stand in hand. The microphone holder slash washed up wrestler blind sides Mannie by cracking it on his skull. Lively and the two men begin stomping boots to the downed wrestler. Footsteps can be heard scrambling through the hall as Security rounds the corner. Lively calls off the dogs backing away from Mannie. Johnny Diamond’s guards barricade themselves between the three men and the Young one. A member of the security team tries to help up the Megastar. Young Mannie wobbles to his feet groggily then shoves the guy off of him as he holds his head. Mannie looks around then decides to walk away. Just as he turns Lively chimes in.


Lively: Finding your balls doesn't earn you a title shot, just an ass whipping...little bitch!!!


With a big grin on Lively's face he turns back toward his locker room. Young Mannie stops as the JESUS taunts him, rubs his head. A deep breath enters his lungs then he turns around with a looping over hand right knocking a security guard to the ground and bum rushes toward Lively. The champ hears the commotion, and spins around to check what is happening. Young Mannie leaps in the air over two guards who catch him. Lively stands there as Mannie gets caught just before reaching his target. Security restrains the Youngster, and Lively snaps his fingers. Jerry comes out of the locker room with the North American title. Michael grabs the belt and steps to Mannie holding the belt close to his face feeling cocky as the Youngster's arms are restrained.

Mannie: Yeah you’re a big man hiding behind like a dozen people Lively, You don’t own nothing Hey-Zeus...You hear me? That title will be coming home too me!

Lively: Look close little man, this is as close as you are going to get...


Mannie tries to jerk free but Lively just laughs as the guards pull Mannie back. Lively places the belt over his shoulder, and walks back into his locker room. Mannie breathes heavily in frustration as Lively is out his reach, he then shoves one of the security on the floor and European uppercuts another to the floor as well while Johnny Diamond eye balls Mannie as he walks down the corridor rubbing his head.

West: Young Mannie is treading on dangerous territory with APW North American Champion, Michael Lively!

The crowd in the arena gives a mixed reaction when they see The European Invasion Yarmouth and Stefan Raab sitting in their locker room for their first and last debut together as a tag team on Meltdown tonight as they were recently drafted to Asylum. Yarmouth begins to speak as he had a lot on his mind lately.

Yarmouth: Well we did it fella, Won the match at Shockwave and we became the number one contenders for the tag team titles and also got ourselves drafted to Asylum after what I have been through this past week it has cheered me up a lot.

Stefan Raab: Yeah its been a good week and am sorry that about what happened to Julie, How is she?

Yarmouth drops his head a little.

Yarmouth: She's not doing too good fella she went to her mothers in New York to rest up a bit it's a hard time for her.

Stefan Raab: And what about you how are you coping after all you did go a little crazy at Shockwave?

Yarmouth: Yeah sorry about that fella my head was all over the place but am sort of still a little angry maybe it was me not taking care of her properly, Maybe she was doing too much or may be it was just not to meant to be but that anger I talked about will be used against the team were facing to new chumps called M&M (Logan Alexander & Aubrey J. Parker) they are gonna get their Canadian and American faces kicked in man am so pumped up you would not believe it.

Stefan Raab: Look it wasn't your fault Yarmouth I know this may sound a little off but it's just one of those things its gods way of saying it's not your time just yet to have a kid but that time will come. As for M and M you both have made the biggest mistake of you're lives joining Action Packed Wrestling as me and Yarmouth are the number one contenders to the tag team titles. You really think that you can take on the two of us the two most dominant forces on Meltdown?

Sorry that is not going to happen as Yarmouth here needs to release some of the anger inside of him and I need to kick some butt too so you guys are in for a hard time. All of you on the Asylum roster have better watch out for us how we wrestle tonight including Reginald Schmidt because The European Invasion is going to be taking over sooner rather than later.

The crowd gives a mixed reaction to the European Invasion as they give each other a high five as the screen fades to black.

The lights dim slightly and Vancouver boos loudly as the European Invasion’s music begins to blare throughout the PA system.

Paige: The following contest is a tag team bout scheduled for ONE fall! Introducing first, on their way to the ring at a combined four-hundred and ninety-five pounds, they are Yarmouth and ‘the Killerplauze’ Stefan Raab... The EURROOOPEEAAAN INVAAAASION!

Pyros go off in United Kingdom and German colours as the number one contenders to the APW Tag Team Championships, Yarmouth and Stefan carry the flag that was half United Kingdom and half Germany flag as they go under the ring ropes and do a holdup on each turnbuckle with mixed cheers and boos.

West: Does Yarmouth look a little strange to you?

Harris: Well, yes, but no more than usual. Why?

West: Seemed to me that he stumbled a bit on his way down to the ring.

Harris: Hah! The ‘bloke’ is probably drunk. His wife just left him. His kid just--

West: Dick!

Harris: I’m just saying that it’s a possibility...

The opening chords of "Dare" begin to play. A pair of fireballs fly down to the stage, one on either side. Once they get there and go off, two lines of pyrotechnics go off from either end of the stage, criss-crossing in the middle and highlighting two figures standing with their arms outstretched to either side.

Paige: And their opponents...

Lights focus down on the pair as the pyrotechnics subside, revealing Logan Alexander and Aubrey J. Parker in their usual wrestling attire, standing back to back, Aubrey facing the ring and Logan facing the entryway.

Paige: At a combined weight of three hundred and fifty-two pounds, they are the team of Logan Alexander and Aubrey J. Parker... M & M!

Parker lowers her arms and starts walking down the ramp. Logan lowers his arms, turns and follows suit. They both reach out, slapping the outstretched hands of fans as they make their way down to ringside, the spotlights following them down. At ringside Parker hops up onto the apron, sliding across with one hand gliding across the middle rope and one pressed to her lips before blowing a long and sensual kiss to the audience, earning a series of cheers from many men and women alike, as Logan climbs the ring steps and moves out to join her. Logan moves between the ropes, holding them open for Parker to enter the ring, before following her in. Parker makes her way to the turnbuckles, hopping onto them to continue playing to the lively audience. Logan makes his way around to the various sides of the ring, calling out to the crowd. They both make their way over to their corner, Logan removing his glasses and jacket as Parker finishes her preparation for the match. Logan nods to her as he climbs out onto the apron and hands off his jacket to a ringside technician, while Parker prepares to start off the match.

West: And here we go! These two newcomers, Parker and Alexander, have a lot to live up to based on some of the words that’ve come out of their mouths.

Harris: Especially Parker. What is she thinking, starting off this match? She knows what Yarmouth wants to do to her!

Our crowd is buzzing loudly, an “M&M” chant already developing amongst the thousands in attendance tonight in Vancouver. Logan has casually stepped out to the apron and is discussing strategy in the corner with Parker while Raab argues with the fans at ringside, attempting to get them to cease their chanting.

West: These people want to see it more than these teams do, I think.

Finally, the bell rings, to the delight of the crowd.

The European Invasion (Stefan Raab & Yarmouth) vs M&M (Logan Alexander & Aubrey J. Parker)

Parker makes her way to the center of the ring, but Yarmouth doesn’t leave his corner yet, glaring at the much smaller Parker. Parker bends down a bit, as if ready to wrestle Yarmouth to the ground once he approaches her. The giant gives one short laugh before charging Parker-- stumbling a bit in his movements. Parker side-steps the barrelling Yarmouth and catches him from behind with a Chop Block! Yarmouth falls to one knee and Parker shoots off the ropes, returning to nail an Axe Kick Shining Wizard! Yarmouth reels on one knee from the impact, but doesn’t fall. This time Parker nails a roundhouse to the temple and Yarmouth falls to his back. She dives on top of him, reaching for his far leg for the cover but she’s shoved off with authority as the referee’s hand slaps the canvas for the count of one. Parker scrambles to her feet, springboarding off of the ropes as Yarmouth climbs to his. She goes for a Cross-Body-- but Yarmouth swats her out of the air like a fly. Vancouver empathizes with the downed Parker as she rolls toward the ropes for support, a hand over her abdomen as she tries catching her breath. The referee scolds Yarmouth as he makes his way over to Parker, bellowing into her face and attempting to pull her away from the ropes by the hair. She clutches onto the ropes as long as she can, screaming as Yarmouth rips her away. He positions her in a standing headscissors-- and then lifts her up for the Last Ride Powerbomb, which earns some nasty comments from “Chaos Stryke” Logan Alexander. The distraction is brief, but just enough to allow Parker to drop down to her feet behind Yarmouth and nail another Chop Block. Again, the big man drops down to one knee and Parker makes her way over to Logan on her hands and knees, tagging him in to the delight of his home-country crowd.

West: Logan Alexander said that if he caught either Yarmouth or Raab on the mat, it would be bad for them!

Harris: Maybe, but Raab promised he was going to make Logan look the fool in front of his Canadian crowd.

Logan takes advantage of the semi-grounded Yarmouth by delivering a Dropkick right under the chin. Yarmouth falls to his back and Logan considers making a pin attempt, but pauses at the recollection of his partner's attempt. Instead, he attempts to hoist Yarmouth back up, but Yarmouth throws Logan’s hands off of him and in one swift movement throws a powerful hand around Logan’s throat. He hoists “Chaos Stryke” into the air and slams him down with a Chokeslam! Vancouver empathizes with an “ooooh!” Logan Alexander cries out and rolls onto his stomach, groaning in pain while Yarmouth staggers sloppily to his corner and tags in Stefan Raab. Yarmouth doesn’t exit the ring gracefully... But our cameras focus on Raab instead who grins while he stalks Alexander. Logan gets to his knees and Raab delivers a Release German Suplex. Logan slides across the ring, stifling his own cry of pain and Raab charges forward, eagerly grabbing Logan and hitting a Snap Suplex! Logan bounces off the canvas as he hits it, cursing under his breath and Raab forces him to his feet once more, knocking him against the ropes with a European Uppercut. Logan bounces off, into yet another rear waist-lock from Raab, but is able to roll through with a modified Victory Roll!

West: These newcomers just came about a millisecond away from pinning the number one contenders to those Tag Team Championships!

Once Raab pops out of the maneuver, surprised, he takes Logan to the mat with a Running Lariat. The crowd boos as M&M’s comeback is cut short. AJP looks on, worriedly from the outside. Raab whips Logan against the ropes and catches him to nail a Rotating Spinebuster! He hooks both of Alexander’s legs for the pin.

West: The number one contenders might do it!

Harris: Score 2 for Germany!

Thrree-- Shoulder up! Vancouver is ecstatic as Logan is able to shoot his shoulder off the mat. Raab responds with vicious forearms to the skull. Logan covers up, disoriented from the blows. Stefan Raab exits the ring, briefly to grab the German flag and stand back inside. He waves it with a broad grin on his face to the chagrin of the audience. He’s showered with boos and then hands the flag to Yarmouth, instructing him to put it back. Yarmouth reaches out for the flag-- and misses. He tries again and loosely grabs it, earning a raised eyebrow from Raab. Yarmouth, with a mighty belch, pulls the flag outside and hops down from the apron, continuing to stumble as he walks, a dull smile on his face as he waves the German flag.

West: What on Earth is Yarmouth doing?

Harris: He had one too many bottles, Shane. LOOK at him.

West: Raab took his eye off the ball... And look!

Raab is caught with a sharp kick straight to the kidneys. He whips around and Logan levels him with a Spear! Raab wisely rolls onto his stomach to avoid being pinned while he clutches his ribs, but Logan swiftly rolls on top of him, sinking a knee into his kidneys as he applies a unique Camel Clutch, adding pressure to the hold. Raab cries out and cries out for Yarmouth, but Yarmouth is now arguing with some locals, complete with slurred speech. Several of the fans are trying to hold him cups of beer-- but meanwhile in the ring, Raab gives up on finding his partner and crawls toward the ropes, nearly howling in pain spending twenty seconds in the hold. Finally he slinks an arm over the bottom rope and Logan relents at the count of one. Yarmouth finally gets back on the apron as Logan makes his way to the apron and then the top rope. While Raab crawls to his corner, Logan leaps off for a Diving Headbutt to his lower back! Raab tenses up from the pain, crying out, but continues to crawl albeit slowly and Logan grabs his legs to drag him from his corner, but Yarmouth makes his way to the center of the ring from the apron and reaches over the top rope and delivers a hard punch to Logan. The referee scolds Yarmouth which gives Raab enough time to pull himself to his knees and deliver a rake to Logan’s eyes before pushing him down, catching his throat on the middle rope. Logan reacts by throwing his hand to his throat and instinctively rolling to his own corner while Vancouver boos the cheap tactics. Raab is able to tag Yarmouth in-- but AJP tags herself in when she realizes Logan’s weakened state. Her eyes widen as Yarmouth grins, stumbling toward their corner.

West: God-- this is what Yarmouth has wanted. Don’t get in there, Aubrey!/color]

Harris: This is wrestling, Shane, not the beauty salon. That drunkard Yarmouth said it himself!

Parker timidly enters the ring under the middle rope. She doesn’t make any rush to lock up with Yarmouth. She begins to encompass the interior of the ring while he follows her, a smirk developing on her face. He finally charges at her and Parker dives down, crawling between his legs to avoid him, but Yarmouth turns around and grabs her by her arm. Parker tries to wrench free but Yarmouth simply shakes his head, smiling. He pulls her forward and up onto her shoulders. Parker kicks wildly to avoid it-- but suddenly, Yarmouth is taken down from behind with a Dropkick from Alexander and Parker contorts herself in mid-air to hit a DDT! Yarmouth is stunned, but not grounded for long. The referee rushes Logan out of the ring and Yarmouth hops to his feet. Once Aubrey gets up, Yarmouth walks toward her in a straight line, that smirk still on his face. He reaches for her with ease, abandoning the drunken routine. Parker is Irish Whipped roughly across the ring, groaning out as she careens back-first with the turnbuckles and falls to her stomach. She weakly pulls herself up and Yarmouth runs at her, sandwiching her between himself and the corner with a Body Splash. He bounces around, loosening himself in the center of the ring while the crowd responds with a mixed reaction. Parker has fallen to her knees and seems dazed as Yarmouth signals for the end, coming to her one more time. He scoops Parker up with one arm, onto his right shoulder, apparently going for the Tombstone-- but Parker drops down behind Yarmouth taking advantage of the loose grip. She delivers a roundhouse kick that catches him in the base of the neck. Yarmouth turns around, again stunned-- and Parker nails a Corkscrew Neckbreaker! Yarmouth rolls to his corner and tags in Raab, who eagerly returns to the ring. Parker dives a running Clothesline attempt and nails a Calf Kick upon Stefan’s rebound. She rolls to her corner and tags in Logan Alexander. She prepares to exit-- but Yarmouth has returned to his feet once more. He charges at Logan, but Logan ducks down, catching Yarmouth around the waist and lifting him up for a Flapjack-- and Parker completes the maneuver with her leaping Reverse STO! Yarmouth is viciously driven to the mat.

West: Yarmouth wasn't drunk at all!

Harris: What?!

West: He seemed completely fine at the end. That little trick almost cost M&M!

Harris: So he's not a drunk... Just a liar. SO much better. But what the hell did M&M just do?! Blatant double teaming!

West: They call that the Full Facial!

Raab takes advantage of Logan’s back being turned and jumps up in the air, preparing to nail Jumping Cutter-- the Killercutter-- but Logan reverses at the last moment, shoving Raab off! Raab turns around, and Logan wraps both arms around his head for his own cutter, a forward falling Neckbreaker-- the Stryke Force! Parker slinks down in the corner, counting along with the referee as the count is made.

Paige: Here are your winners, the team of M&M-- Aubrey J. Parker and 'Chaos Stryke' Logan Alexan--!

Aubrey J. Parker has already taken the microphone from Nicky Paige and joins Logan in the ring as the team of European Invasion retreats up the ramp at Raab's request. Yarmouth seems prepared to stick around, but Raab ushers him to the back, shaking his head, telling him to "save it for Asylum!" Yarmouth screams something that the cameras don't pick up, pointing a finger at M&M as their music dies down.

AJP: (Out of breath) Guys... Guys... You can't just leave. You can't just walk out of your last match on Meltdown like that. No. We're here to celebrate all you've done. You guys were the bread and butter of this flagship show.

There are a few chuckles from the crowd as Parker makes this comment. She shoots a wink at Logan, asking if he'd like to "do the honors" but Logan shakes his head with a smile, motioning for Parker to carry on.

AJP: I'd like to serenade European Invasion with a tune if that's kosher. Ahemhemhem.

Parker clears her throat and raises the microphone into the air.

What comes next is a surprisingly beautiful singing voice. Parker sings loudly and proudly, encouraging the arena to join.

AJP: ...Na na naaaaaaa na. NA NA NAAAA NA!

Crowd: "HEEEYYY HEEEY-EEYYY! GOOOOODBYE!"

European Invasion fumes as Parker leads the audience in a very melodic rendition of the obnoxious farewell song.

AJP: Na na naaaaa na! NA NA NAAAAA NA!

Crowd: "HEEEYY HEEEEY-EEEEYYY! GOOOOOODDDBYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYE!"

Yarmouth seems to be prepared to charge the ring, especially toward Parker who sits on the apron, swinging her legs like a child would. Logan stands next to her, his smile fading as he sees Yarmouth's intentions. Raab holds his partner back, again telling him to save it for Asylum. Logan takes the microphone and sits down next to Aubrey.

LA: Don't worry, guys. You'll get your rematch. One day, on Asylum. But for now?

Logan holds the microphone up to the air, allowing Vancouver to continue with their chants.

Crowd: "NA NA NAAA NA! NA NA NAAAAAA NA! HEY HEEYY HEEEYYY! GOODBYE!"

Harris: This is so obnoxious!

European Invasion makes their way to the back, Yarmouth shouting and swearing the entire way back as we cut away on the grinning faces of M&M.

After the tag match he had against M&M. The scene goes backstage of Stefan being in his own locker room as he was packing his things that he was given by APW people away in his bag as he was leaving the Meltdown roster and because most people had said their goodbyes and farewell's on the show including Yarmouth who was also leaving. They had the chance to say something to the fans on camera. Stefan was over the moon that he was leaving Meltdown and he begins to speak on why that was.

Stefan Raab: I am so glad to be getting out of here as Johnny Diamond has treated me like shit recently and also Michael Lively as well causing me hell these last few weeks and I am sick to death of him. He's not even worthy to be a champion here especially that I have defeated him in a single's match. This is pathetic I mean why am I getting camera time just to say goodbye to this stupid brand I am on like seriously?

Stefan was quite pissed off as he would rather just go and take all of his stuff so he could go back to California to see Fizz his pregnant fiancée. He took all the pictures of him down that he always made sure of the stagehands to put those certain pictures up before he walks into his locker room and collects everything with his personal stuff and just tidies up the locker room letting the next people use the locker room.

Stefan Raab: The only thing I can thank this brand for though is the fact that while no company wanted to have me to gain wrestling experience before my match I had to do in a different company against Angelica Monroe. I was given that chance here and this place was where I gained my first win against Tommy Walker who is no longer here any more and also having my first ever title shot for the North American title against Evan Envi is something I will always remember.

Stefan was talking nice? This wasn't like him at all but he did feel a little thankful for the things that the company have done for him in the past as he was almost done packing his things away and tiding up everything that had to be done and he went to double check that he hasn't left anything behind to which he hasn't as he grabbed his bag and sees that his name was still planted on the locker room door as he took it off and opened his bag to put it in there for the new Asylum locker room he was going to be at on Sunday night.

Stefan Raab: I am also glad to be getting out of Meltdown because I am sick and tired of wrestling almost the same wrestlers over and over again and I feel that it's time for me just to move on and I don't give a shit if I don't see any of you on Meltdown ever again except to those that will come to the Asylum brand when I will have more experience by then. That's all I have to say. Get this camera out of my face.

Then Stefan got rude again as he was done talking as he just wanted to leave the arena and get in his car to go back to California where his fiancée was waiting up on him as he was proud to leave the brand because he knew there was nothing left for him to prove that he was better than the wrestlers on Meltdown as the cameras go back into the ring area and wait for the next match to be announced.

West: We hate to see Stefan Raab go...but we're excited about the talent on Meltdown that has stocked the APW rosters! Evan Envi is making us proud on Overdrive.

Harris: Don't forget about "The Soul of Philly" TJ on Asylum!

West: How could I forget?

Paige: The following match is a Triple Threat Meltdown Showcase! Introducing first, from New York, New York!! "The Italian Monster" MICHAEL SALIERI!!!

A heartbeat thumps throughout the silent arena as "Mafia Music" by Rick Ross begins to play over the arena. The lights dim and the entrance stage fills with smoke as dark purple and white strobe lights flicker over the arena. The bass begins to beat heavily as it echoes over the arena. A bright white light shines from the entrance way as the silhouette of a man stands there.

"I got a feelin dego wit it and my money be da root."

Michael Salieri walks out from the back and out into the open with cockiness written all over his face. He stands there on the stage for a moment with his arms by his side as he looks over the arena getting mixed reactions from the fans. He then begins to slowly walk down the aisle paying no mind to the surrounding fans. The song continues to play over the arena with power as Salieri slowly approaches the ring. He then slides into the ring and climbs to his feet. He walks around the ring for a moment just before walking over to the corner and looking over the crowd once more.

"Love my handgun but my choppa still da shit,
Banned in 1994 but I'm too legit to quit."

He then climbs the turnbuckle and holds his arms out looking above pumping his fist with the music. He then jumps down and spins around facing the center of the ring by the time he lands on his feet. Bouncing back and forth staring across the ring in the opposing corner Salieri prepares himself as the music slowly begins to fade.

Paige: From Tokyo, Japan...The next contestant in this match is..DANTE!!!

When the music first hits, the arena lightings goes to a very dark blue. On the stage, a mist begins to cover the entrance. When the rapping begins, Dante reveals himself. As the crowd cheers or boo or whatever, the camera centers on his face which shows him displaying a very strange facial expression. After about minute or so, the mist behind him fades and he begins a slow walk towards the ring. During the walk on the ramp area, he high-fives the fans all the way until he hits the stairs that will lead him into the ring. After climbing the steel steps, the wrestler then climbs to the top of the turnbuckle. Once he is on the top one, he turns around to the crowd, and in an acrobatic fashion, turns a backflip and enters the ring. After making a few gestures for the fans, he then gets himself ready for the fight.

Paige: The final competitor in this match hails from Shoreline, Washington. Please welcome...KRUNK!!!

A shattering glass noise comes on and Kush the Bamboo by Sonny Bamboo hits the PA and out comes Krunk. Lights are flickering as he walks towards the ring in a slow and arrogant way. Krunk gets to the ring and jumps up onto the platform before entering the ring through the middle rope like an outlaw. Krunk goes to each corner and climbs each top turnbuckle raising his fist up, extending his middle finger outwards, continuing that until he has done it on all four before actually beginning the match.

West: This could be a good match to see which of these men want to advance their careers here in APW!

Harris: I just hope someone poops themselves..That'd be funny right? Kash would approve..

The three men stand in their corners as the referee signals for the bell. Krunk shoves himself out his corner in a rush and heads right at Michael Salieri. He leaps off the canvas in a Cross Body, Salieri catches him in a Gorilla Press and launches him at Dante who gets hit with the Cross Body that Krunk wanted to hit on Salieri. The two collide as Krunk rolls off Dante. Salieri rips Dante up off the canvas and whips him hard into the turnbuckles across the ring. He scraps his feet before he rushes the corner, Salieri crushes Dante with a clobbering clothesline. Krunk comes in quickly and dropkicks the back of Salieri and the big man from New York turns around as Krunk scrambles and returns to his feet, backing away from the "Italian Monster".

Salieri turns back to Dante and pulls him from the corner and whips him directly at Krunk who catches Dante and spikes him with a Spinebuster. Salieri paces across the ring at Krunk who quickly is scooted away and slides outside the ring. Salieri mouths some stuff to him about being a little turd but nothing comes through the audio. Michael Salieri turns his attention to Dante, lifting the Japanese Wrestler off the canvas. Salieri puts Dante's neck across the top rope and puts his weight against the back of Dante and the Japanese Wrestler begins choking and struggling to be set free. The referee begins to count to 5 before he is forced to call for the Disqualification.

Harris: Choke him, make him see the light! Good God, I really like my job!!

West: Come on now, that's cheating. Let him go!

Salieri releases the rope choke and lets Dante fall to the ring canvas. Now realizing Krunk has disappeared from view, Salieri turns 360 degrees and is surprised as Krunk comes flying into the ring from a springboard and plants a Missile Dropkick to the big New Yorker's chest. Popping back up, Krunk rushes and bounces off the ropes and comes back at Salieri, ducking under a weak clothesline and jumping up onto Salieri's back, applying a sleeper hold on the big man.

Salieri grabs the rope nearby with one hand and tries shaking the much smaller Krunk off his back. Tightly held on, Krunk isn't moving and the sleeper is deeply applied but he's not strong enough to really put Salieri to sleep. "The Italian Monster" reaches up and over behind him and grabs Krunk by the hair. He lunges forward and throws Krunk from his back, slamming him from overhead into the canvas.

Harris: JE-ZUS! Did you see him fling Krunk over his head like he was nothing? What power this Salieri guy has!

West: Power isn't the only key in becoming a name to remember in APW, let's see how the rest of the match plays out.

Grabbing Krunk by his head, Salieri lifts him to his feet in one big tug. Krunk wiggles at the toes as he floats an inch or so above the canvas. Salieri puts him up onto his shoulders and walks around, stepping to the center of the ring. Dante looks drugged as he stands to his and wobbles over to Salieri who puts him right back down with a Big Boot while still carrying Krunk across the shoulders. Salieri begins to spin Krunk to hit his "Mob Hit" finisher but Krunk slips out the back and drops to his feet. He swiftly leg kicks the back of Salieri's leg.

Just as Dante begins to rise, Krunk rushes in, spins Dante around and hits his "Ambition" Belly to Back Wheelbarrow Facebuster. Salieri rips Krunk off the canvas and launches him by the back of his head to the outside over the ropes. He crashes to the outside ring mats as Salieri rips Dante up and lifts him onto his shoulders. Salieri hits "Mob Hit" and rolls Dante over with his foot, stepping down on his chest and signaling for the referee to make the cover.

West: The Italian Monster really came with a big bat tonight and took care of business. Krunk put up a good fight against the odds against him. Good showing from both of them.

Harris: Are you kidding? Salieri dominated this match and Krunk got lucky enough to be out of Salieri's reach for most of it. This Salieri guy has big potential, as big as his frame stands wide and tall.

"Mafia Music" begins to play as Michael Salieri dusts his hands off over Dante's limp body. The fans not approving of his lack in respect towards his opponents but he doesn't seem to care about what they have to say or what they think as he exits the ring and moves up the aisle way.

The screen goes dark for a moment as the crowd goes quiet. Suddenly Cristina's voice is heard screaming "I Awake from Madness, One More Time!" As lighting bursts across the titantron. Two explosions rip across the stage as Shadow emerges from behind the curtain on a monochromatic screen. Vancouver is on their feet, cheering.

Nicky Paige: From Denton, Texas. Standing at six foot eleven, weighing in at two hundred and ninety nine pounds, Shadow!

He wears his leather duster and strides through the fog at his knees. Lighting flashing on the screens behind him as they cause more fireworks to explode as he marches toward the ring. As he makes his way around the ring, Shadow shakes hands with the kids, the fans who are there. He turns after circling the ring and pulls himself up and over the top rope. Inside Shadow raises one arm high as the two corners behind him burst with flames.

West: And here’s Shadow, a man that many believe was robbed from his Xtreme Championship reign at Shockwave courtesy of Evan Envi-- a man that I’m getting word will be here on Meltdown LIVE next week!

Harris: WHAT?! The champ’s returning to Meltdown?!

West: Hey, I’m just getting word. And now, we await the entrance of-- HEY!

Our Vancouver audience boos loudly as Shadow is struck down from behind with a hard closed fist straight to the temple courtesy of their “JESUS”, the North-American Champion Michael Lively!

Harris: JESUS is getting antsy!

Lively doesn’t follow up with the punch-- he feels that he doesn’t need to. Shadow climbs to his feet and turns around, his face red, and his body quivering from anger. The referee quickly steps in front of Shadow before he can retaliate, demanding to know if he’s able to compete. A “LIVELY SUCKS!” chant has developed throughout the Canadian crowd and Lively eats it up, hopping onto the turnbuckles, screaming back into the masses.

West: That was a cheap shot and you know it.

Harris: Stop making excuses, Shane. Shadow is fine. He’s just embarrassed. He just got one-upped. Let’s talk about something worth discussion, like Envi making his return to Meltdown next week! I wonder if it has anything to do with Shadow. Or maybe the Pennington Problem...

West: That’s next week, Dick. Right now, these two gladiators are ready to square off. And can you imagine if Shadow knocks off the champ here tonight?!

Lively hands his title to the timekeeper and removes his shirt, tossing it to the floor as he awaits Shadow, smirking as he encompasses the ring. Finally, the bell sounds, earning a huge pop from the audience, who continues wholeheartedly with their “LIVE-LY SUCKS!” chant.

Shadow and Lively are quick to lock up in the ring with Shadow quickly getting the better of the collar-and-elbow tie-up exchange. He throws Michael Lively across the turnbuckles and charges forward, delivering a flurry of hard shots to his sternum and ribcage. Lively seems to laugh throughout the assault though, prompting Shadow to take a step back. Lively screams for more-- but ducks under a vicious Big Boot attempt from Shadow. Shadow’s foot connects with the top turnbuckle instead and he stumbles back, falling victim to a Dropkick from Lively that knocks him back again. Lively hops up onto the second turnbuckle and dives off, nailing a flying knee directly to the nose that finally grounds Shadow. Lively seems to be thinking pin-cover, but Shadow is back to his feet far too quickly. He catches Lively with a Back Body Drop amidst a Lariat attempt and Lively arches his back on the canvas, groaning in pain.

West: Well, I doubt things are going the way Lively wanted them to right here.

Dick: You don’t know that. You’re not JESUS!

West: ...Hm.

Lively is back to his feet but Irish Whipped across the ring. He is driven hard to the mat with a Shoulder Block by Shadow, who then rebounds off the ropes, coming back at Lively who is climbing to his feet-- and this time it’s Shadow that nails a knee to the face, catching Lively by surprise! Lively hits the canvas and Shadow scoops him back up, delivering a hard Scoop Slam, smirking up to the raucous crowd.

West: Shadow is just feeding off this energy tonight in Vancouver!

Harris: It’s only a matter of time, Shane.

Shadow makes his way out to the apron and ascends to the top turnbuckle.

Harris: There’s a weight limit for that rope. Damnit.

Vancouver is on their feet, rising almost simultaneously with the groggy Lively-- and Shadow leaps off, nailing a picture-perfect Flying Clothesline! Lively is struck down and Shadow wastes no time hooking both legs for the pin.

Shoulder up by Lively! He looks completely shocked at the sudden turn of events and immediately crawls for the ropes, but he is dragged back to the center of the ring by Shadow. Shadow looks out into the audience as he hoists Lively up for a Suplex. He holds the champion in the same position for upwards of fifteen seconds before finally bringing him down to the mat. Lively rolls toward the turnbuckles, disoriented. As he climbs to his feet, Shadow pummels him with hard rights to his head and neck. Lively finally reaches the ropes, forcing the referee to separate the two, earning a yell of defiance from the former Xtreme Champion, but this small distraction is all Lively needs to run forward and nail a Dropkick to the knee. Shadow drops down to a knee and Lively goes for a Super Kick-- but it’s caught! Lively uses the opportunity to jump up and nail an Enziguiri which takes Shadow face-first to the canvas. Shadow clutches the back of his head and this time it’s Lively that goes for the pin attempt.

2--Kickout!

West: A quick kickout, and with authority from the big man, Shadow!

Lively charges Shadow as he gets to his feet, throwing a knee into his midsection and then unloading with his own flurry of rights that backs Shadow all the way to the ropes. Shadow covers up and the referee administers his count, but Lively is shoved back with one arm from his larger opponent. He rolls back across the canvas and hops to his feet once more, successfully taking Shadow up-and-over the top rope with a Clothesline. Lively turns his back, assuming Shadow hit the floor, but turns his head slightly to see his opponent pulling himself up on the apron using the ropes. Lively backs toward him-- and delivers a Pele Kick! Shadow reels, and falls roughly to the thinly-padded concrete below. The audience boos Lively’s actions, but he shows them disregard. He seems to debate whether or not to follow Shadow to the outside-- and then makes his decision when he sees Shadow pulling himself up using the apron. Lively charges to the other side of the ring and rebounds, going for a Baseball Slide.

Harris: Get ‘em!

West: Countered! Shadow has his legs!

Shadow indeed has caught Lively by the legs and pulls him out of the ring and gracefully into his arms to flatten him with a Snap Spinebuster! Lively’s eyes and mouth shoot open in pain from the maneuver while several of the rowdy fans slam their palms against the barricade, enthralled by the action.

Harris: Shadow’s got the crazy eyes!

West: Shadow’s got every intention of flattening Lively right here, and can you blame him after the comments Lively made?

Harris: Um, yes. Did you ever see Judas slamming Jesus down on the ground like that?

Shadow, clearly enraged by the comments Lively made throughout the week, has had enough of the catch-as-catch-can. He hoists Lively up and rams him back-first into the steel ring post. Lively grunts in pain and buckles, slumping to the ground. Shadow turns, realizing Lively’s position and then charges at him, going to deliver a hard boot to his skull!

Harris: NO!

Lively rolls out of the way just in time, and throws himself into the ring under the bottom rope. He still takes time to regain his breath and footing, crawling away from Shadow as fast as he can, but Shadow slides into the ring after him, once again grabbing his leg. He delivers a hard boot to Lively’s ribcage and then drops a knee across his sternum. Lively’s actions slow considerably as the wind is knocked out of him. He pleads with Shadow, begging the big man to relent, but Shadow grabs both of Lively’s arms and lifts him up once more, Irish Whipping him into the turnbuckles with incredible force. Lively careens with the turnbuckles back-first and stumbles back into the center of the ring where Shadow is waiting, prepared to hoist him up for another Suplex-- but Lively pulls him into an Inside Cradle, hooking his tights for the pin!

Harris: That was THREE. I call bull.

Lively seems to agree with Harris’ words, but the referee assures him that the count was only two. Lively waits for Shadow to get back to his feet, and immediately hits a kick to the gut followed by a three-quarters Jawbreaker, nailing a Stunner! Shadow is thrown to the ground from the impact and Lively rolls out of the ring to the apron, quickly ascending to the top rope, a huge grin on his face as he observes Shadow’s positioning. Shadow finally reaches his feet again, a hand to his jaw, and dazed from the attack. Lively leaps from the top rope and nails a Hurricanrana, folding Shadow up for the pin. Shadow fights wildly to get out of the maneuver.

West: Don’t count Shadow out yet!

Shadow pops out of the maneuver, realizing himself how close it was, looking shocked at being put in the position. Lively cries out in frustration and stomps a foot on the canvas. He signals for the end to the crowd and positions Shadow for a DDT-- but Shadow easily lifts Lively into the air, perhaps thinking Northern Lights Suplex, but Lively slips free of his grasp before he can pull off the move. He goes to Irish Whip Shadow across the ropes, but Shadow reverses, sending Lively instead. Lively seems to expect this and hops up onto the middle rope, performing an Asai Moonsault over Shadow’s shoulder, grabbing him to nail a Reverse DDT on the way down! Shadow’s legs fly up as his back hits the mat and Lively points to the top turnbuckle.

West: I think Lively’s setting up for the Prelude!

Harris: Yes! Yes! Yes!

Our crowd is roaring as Lively heads to the top rope. Lively smirks a bit, under the assumption that the cheers are for him. He extends his arms out to either side as he perches on the top turnbuckle-- but pauses, his eyes wide as he glances at ringside.

West: It’s Mannie!

Young Mannie has hopped over the ringside barricade and is now staring at the North American Championship. He glances between the timekeeper and Lively. Lively hops down from the turnbuckles and makes his way to the ropes, pointing a finger at Mannie, yelling for him to stay away from the title. As if on cue, Mannie reaches forward and snatches the belt from the timekeeper.

Harris: That is NOT yours!

The crowd climbs to their feet in anticipation as Shadow climbs to his feet behind Lively.

West: Tell your ‘Jesus’ to keep his eye on the ball, Dick!

Shadow gets tired of waiting and spins Lively around. He delivers a rib-shattering kick to his midsection and positions him a standing headscissors. He lifts Lively up into a Crucifix Powerbomb position.

West: And it’s time for an Eclipse, Dick!

Shadow turns, ready to drive Lively to the center of the ring-- but in that moment, Mannie rolls in under the bottom rope and delivers a hard shot with the title to Lively’s exposed skull! In one swift motion, Mannie drops the belt and rolls out of the ring while the ref calls for the bell. Vancouver responds with a series of boos as Shadow drops Lively and turns to the referee in shock. The referee tells his decision to Nicky Paige and then exits the ring as well, avoiding a confrontation from Shadow.

Paige: Ladies and gentlemen... Your winner as a result of a disqualification...

MICHAEL LIIIIIIVELY!

Lively remains unconscious on the canvas, but Shadow throws his hands onto his head, muttering under his breath, spit flying from his lips as his face turns beat red.

West: What-- Mannie just cost Shadow this match!

Harris: Forget that! He almost DECAPITATED JESUS!

Shadow stands in the ring, confused as Lively rolls out of the ring, in a crumpled heap on the ground. Young Mannie is nowhere to be found, but Vancouver is on their feet, roaring in a mixed reaction as we head off the air.
