The following is a Special Report from ActionPackedWrestling.com
There have been rumblings and rumors passing around the crowds at APW House Shows and the most recent Meltdown event, that a petition has been circling around for any and all to sign.
The subject of the petition: "Kurt Noble is unstable and dangerous. He is a formerly incarcerated criminal awaiting trial for his destructive behavior. How long until this anger is taken out on a human being? How long before he injures his wife? A man like that has no place inside a wrestling Locker Room. It is time for him to retire and seek much better forms of employment."
It is reported that this petition has multiple pages full of signatures. Though unknown who is responsible for starting this petition, the main suspect is very clear.
It is also reported that The Undisputed Champion Terry Marvin will present this petition on Overdrive.

A filmed segment recenly showed up on ActionPackedWrestling.com following the announcement of this "Anti-Kurt Noble Petition". The video is short but starts with footage from APW North American Champion, "The JESUS" Michael Lively's Personal Cameraman, Chubbs. The scene shows the outside of a Men's Room in the CenturyLink Arena in Boise, Idaho, site of this week's upcoming Monday Night Metldown. An angry representative of Terry Marvin struggles against a snickering mountain of a man known as "The Irish Hammer" Sabur. Suddenly, Chubbs breaks out into full throated laughter as we hear a toilet flush and the squeaking of wrestling boots on a wet tile floor.
A moment later, "Crippler" Tommy Bartlett emerges and Sabur can't help but laugh as well. The 7ft, 350 lb man-monster hands Marvin's rep back the clipboard... fecal matter seems to be smeared across the paper. The rep shrieks and drops the clipboard to the floor with a shiver of revulsion like the petition was... well... covered in shit!
Tommy Bartlett: You can tell Terry Marvin that this comes straight from me...
Suddenly, Sabur roars and hooks the APW Undisputed Champion's chosen emmisarry to Meltdown around the neck before drilling him to the concrete with a bone-breaking STO. The camera shot fades as the men walk out laughing... toilet paper stuck to Tommy Bartlett's boot.

Aw... but, honestly, doesn't this not concern anybody on Meltdown? Isn't this an Overdrive storyline? I'm just going with what would have actually happened if Terry Marvin sent around this petition on Meltdown.
Tommy Bartlett feels like this show belongs to him and his ilk and he has a distaste for Terry Marvin and his entourage and wants to pick a fight.
Don't say it doesn't concern me and exclude me... respond and further the storyline... Seriously, come down to Meltdown and do this in character. Lets put each other over! Or send one of your entourage down here to put Bartlett and Lively in their place if this task is beneath the APW Undisputed Champion.
Or that's just my theory... you could ignore it and exclude this storyline from getting off the ground instead but I was told the whole point of Meltdown was to get noticed. I tried to pick a fight with you guys last week through Ace Andrews but I'm sure no one on Overdrive saw it.

It was a fan petition... which you would have known if you bothered to ask.
And I won't respond because 1. YOu're not involved in the storyline I've been running for a long while so it wouldn't make since for me to come to meltdown. 2. It was never said that Marvin started or was circulating the petition just that he was presenting it 3. It makes no sense for a newcommer to pick a fight with the Undisputed Champion and makes less sense for the champion to give a shit.

Wait a minute, is this APW or WCW?! Goldberg: I don't want to put Chris Jericho over, he's too small! Kevin Nash: I don't want the Cruiserweights involved in the nWo storyline because they're just vanilla midgets! Terry Marvin: Please don't involve yourself in storylines that don't concern you! Way to hold down the young talent, Champ! NOWHERE in there does it say that its a fan petition and nowhere does it say this is a closed storyline where no one's allowed to play with you guys. You brought your Overdrive Storyline over to Meltdown and, what, everyone on the roster who's not involved in your storyline from another show is supposed to just pretend its not happening? I thought APW had somwhere in the rules that we were supposed to be realistic... no shooting each other... no flying and using superpowers... no pretending that you're sending around an invisible petition at Meltdown shows that NO ONE on Meltdown is supposed to be aware of! I thought the whole point of a World Champion was to draw crowds and put over the talent around them so that we can build future Megastars! For the record... anyone in APW that would like to involve yourselves in the huge storyline that's brewing on Meltdown which will soon spill over onto Asylum and Overdrive and be taken straight to Terry Marvin's front door, jump the fuck in. Wow... is this really indicative of the way APW does things? Maybe I gotta change my whole approach of making an impact and go back down to the undercard like a good little new guy...

This isn't the time or place for this gentlemen. This fed prides itself on largely remaining drama free, and some of us would like it to remain that way.
Keep it to PM's.

Perhaps I overreacted.
Nothing was BROUGHT to Meltdown. It was a petition that circulated in house shows and Meltdown as was clearly stated.
ALSO..... in the first sentence it said "PASSING AROUND THE CROWDS" meaning the fans.

No need to get personal. I didn't mean to commit any faux pas. I thought we were all just having fun.
