I watched this movie yesterday. I don't know if it's out in America or Canada yet after reading some of the comments; but I highly recommend this movie which I don't even ever bother to do. I hadn't heard about the movie or the book or anything about this film until my sister decided she wanted to go the movies, so I said why the hell not.
I watched several big releases this year and Dredd was my favorite, by far. This is merely my opinion as I am not some self proclaimed movie critic at all but I am vouching for this shit all the way to my grave.
LOVED IT!

quite frankly it didn't look at all interesting to me... but if you say so, maybe I'll give it a try. Its certainly more appealing than 98% of everything else that's advertised. I love action movies.

Streets is a hipster  ANyways all I ask is do they show who is under the helmet? I liked Stallone as a Dredd in the original and I'm gonna get it when it comes out on DVD, I hate movie theaters around me, they all are uncomfortable to sit in as a 6' 3'' 260 lbs or are filled with assholes who don't know that other people are trying to watch a movie or I got thrown out for stealing too many cardboard cuts outs |

Never seen the other one but i heard it was shit. |
