Kaylyn sat there scrolling the screen looking at tickets for a flight back to the states. Being in more than one federation was going to be a pain when it came to traveling back and forth but it was going to be worth it in the end. Sighing she chose a flight and typed in her credit card information before finishing everything off and turning the computer off. Sitting back in the seat she thought for a moment about her up and coming match before speaking.
They say everything happens for a reason. That might be true, the hard part though, is finding out what that reason is. I told myself that I would never step into another federation outside of the one I was currently in, and the next thing I know I found myself signing a contract for APW and being booked into this over the top rope battle coming up at One Night In Hell.
At first I was a bit hesitant. Stepping into the ring with so many faces that I don't know... then the more I thought about it... the more I stopped caring. So what if I haven't faced them all in the ring before... this is a way for me to test many of the competitors in APW out all at once. Learn a little about as many as I can so I know what I am going to be dealing with here.
We have the big boys like my friend Johnny Knuckles who think their shit don't stink. They sit there talking a big game and sometimes they can't back it up for shit. I'll tell you what Johnny, how about I prove to you there is no roast beef down there buddy? Just because you could never get your hands on it, doesn't mean it's like that. That is for damn sure. I think you might have looked at one too many pictures of Aubrey Parker.
Before I get started on her... let me move on seeing as she is not relevant, this time around.
We have those so called top dogs, all the way down to the nobodies, like myself, who have not proved a damn thing to anyone here just yet. Of course yet is the key word there. I am not going to be stupid enough to run my mouth saying I will win a match that I was tossed into upon first signing. I will say that my skill in the ring will show for itself once I do enter however.
Matches of this sort tell a lot about the competitors in it. One has to be able to focus on everything going on around them, not just whoever they are fighting at the moment. Sure the best spot to do that would be in the corner, or along the ropes, but at the same time... it's the worst place to be. You want to stay away from the ropes for your best chance of survival.
A match like this boils down to who wants the win more. Who has the focus, and endurance to get through everything put in their paths? All in all it will come out at One Night In Hell when we are all in the ring fighting to be the last one standing. You want to know if you have to worry about me this week? Answer is simple. No. I am not a threat. I might be in the match, but I am here to cause some chaos before I worry about any of you. It's time to let the games begin.
OOC: Like I said before joining, I am in a huge slump right now, so I do apologize for it being so short... it's above the 500 though! I promise it will get better over time.
