Or does it seem like Josh Mathews on Smackdown seems afraid of JBL when he tells Josh off or has ago at him?
The chemistry between them is flat and know way near as good when Cole is there with Jbl.
They should keep Josh as an interviewer and have good old JR in there instead.

JR does the Main Events of NXT most weeks. Him, Regal and another dude. JR has never been a Smackdown guy. To me? I think WWE needs to bring in some more Commentators period. True, Josh Matthews needs to remain an interviewer, Matt Striker would make a better Commentator and was for a minute, not sure what happened there.
I'm not fond of King/Cole either. Seems old and played out like a tired song on the radio that's been #1 for FAR too long to compare it to something. I'm glad King's back but I think something new, maybe Mick Foley would be a good fit. Something new and improved and it won't improve anytime soon so I just am forced to see what they decide. Much like you have to do with JBL and Matthews.

Josh is just a bitch. Little Yarmouth, the kid not the male sex organ, could intimidate him on Commentary.

CM Punk and Scott Stanford was the best commentary team they had in years. The smart, well-respected broadcast journalist and the gruff, seasoned, injury-listed and resentful heel wrestler. It was perfect.

Josh Mathews makes a perfect interviewer. He just seems like such a little boy.. it almost helps put the heels over. As for me, I really wish JR and King would get the brofest back on Raw, I miss those days.
In more relevant news, JBL and Mick Foley would be such an intense commentary team. Both of them know both sides of the spectrum(face/heel) and I think they would just compliment each other. I mean, Mick Foley and JBL are so different in character and out of character that it would make a clash of words feel that much more realistic.
Though, WWE is talking about making Regal a commentator and have been for a decent amount of time.. which is awesome because I'm a Regal kind of guy.

Regal IS a commentator. He commentates for NxT currently. Which is WWE's Development Show. Great talent, great shows period. I too am a Regal guy.

Believe me, I know this haha. My point, which I didn't really type out that well I guess, was they want him to be a part of Smackdown, in the future, at a commentary role.

AHHHH!! I get you now, yeah I'd love to see Regal as a RAW Commentator. Remove King cause he's getting outdated. Maybe even unhealthy. It's a new Era in WWE and King doesn't fit in the era anymore. At least to me.
