Anyone play this game? I used to back in 2009 and decided to give it another try and it's much improved. I'm running as a player QB; but if there's any football coaches or fantasy football fans, this game looks really deep if you into running a team (you develop your own plays as a coach from scratch); there's even a bunch of settings for me as QB then I don't know WTF to do with. I actually didn't make this for referral points but now that I remember if your going to sign up sign up here: goallineblitz.com/game/signup.pl?ref=43284670 ;D

I use to be a hardcore GL Blitz player. I owned 1 team that won 3 Championships in 5 Seasons. I also was the OC for 3 teams and helped them reach their Championship Games. I've thought about trying to play again, there was a big blow up on the forums and I just didn't want to be that involved anymore. I miss playing though. Maybe I'll get on this and this will be played much longer than that MMA game was. I dropped dollars to increase my Goaline teams/players.

I used to play this in college as well, and I didn't think it was a bad game. I was actually a defensive coordinator for a team at one point, and we did fairly well. I think we made the playoffs in our league for 3-4 years in a row before the team broke up, though it's not like we won titles or anything (think 9-7 or 10-6 every year).
Unfortunately, if you're not willing to pay for boosts, there's only so far you can go, and you'll always end up losing to teams with players who WILL pay for boosts. That's what ultimately turned me off from it, and I haven't been back due to lack of funds/time.

Well everyone who starts off and uses their first player, receives free boosts every season. I'm good with one player for now but I understand what your saying.

Yeah it's cool they give 2 free players. They didn't when I was playing. It lets you learn the game before dipping into it too much ya know? Learn your hard stats first and work them. If you're a QB, you'd probably go 54 Throwing so put all points earned into Throwing until it gets there, that way you can throw all day and that's the basis of what people do. Fill up on the player stats that work for the position. I've opened a new account so we'll see if things come back to me. Should..

My QB is a deep throwing QB so both stats will be my main focus anyhow.

Yeah, yeah Throwing and Strength all the way. Vision is a toss up to some with Strength because the system throws incomplete passes if you have shit for vision. So make sure to hit that up as well but maybe do Vision for the training points. When you level up you use to get 5 points for stats and 2 training points per day (Regular Season/Playoffs) But again, things might have changed a bit. I'm waiting to start my first player until the off season so I don't lose out on PeeWee Leagues, those leagues are fun if you get the Player Owned ones. I like the lower leagues because it's more playground football. Not so tight assed and biasedly owned teams.

I'm still on there. Haven't had alot of greatness, but it's a cool game. They have improved drastically. I gave it a break for a while, but it's a good game.
I played there and at QuickHit. Good stuff.
