It's Jovan Belcher, who had been a starting linebacker for the Chiefs this season. He actually played his college ball with an acquaintance of mine at the University of Maine, and they were both even starting together at linebacker in 2008.

Clearly, he had something wrong with him. Apparently, he had an argument with his gf who came home from a concert Friday night and they continued it in the morning and he killed her and then killed himself in front of his coach and GM.
I know the Chiefs were bad, but this is getting scary.
Had to say it, but its sad. the biggest victim is his three month old son who is without his dad or his mom. IT's a shame
