AP reports that Mr. Peter Harris is suing Slade Craven for injuries sustained during the taping of Asylum's November 11th show.

Mr. Harris has claimed that while Slade Craven did front the bill for the initial medical costs it does not cover the extensive damage caused by Slade's fall. Mr. Harris is also suffering from PTSD from the impact and claiming whiplash. Recent reports of "The Main Man's" debilitating mental state have been detrimental to Slade's legal defense.
APW Asylum officials have yet to release a statement.
Slade Craven contacted the AP via email and said the following:
Calls to Mr. Harris' attorney, Gloria Allred have not been answered.

Slade hangs onto the ladder for dear life as TJ dumps it over the top rope and outside of the ring and sends Slade flying off it and crashing out into the audience where he's never seen again. A “Holy Shit!” chant breaks out like wild-fire as the ring is now cleared of everyone but TJ licking his wounds and nursing his injured leg. Everyone's freaking out as even more EMT's are called out to come fish Slade out of the crowd.

This is utter *expletive deleted.* Everyone knows Whiplash isn't real. This is just some punk who is taking advantage of my good nature. When you come to a wrestling show, especially one like Asylum, you take a risk. Crazy things happen on Asylum, and if you're in the front rows, you take a bigger risk being caught in the action. PTSD my *expletive deleted.* Try getting in the ring and doing what I do, kid.
