Army and discipline training. Anaheim, California. Wednesday 5th December.

Stefan was heading back to the wrestling ring well in APW that is because he was free from being suspended as from the twenty eighth of November. He was in an army camp wanting to work on his fitness. Elton was the general while Stefan was just an officer cadet.

Elton: Alright Stefan. Today you are going to do some tough drills to see you have what it takes to be an warrior in the ring with your next match being against Slade Craven.

Stefan Raab: Who?

Elton: Slade Craven. The guy that was teaming with Shadow. Ring any bells?

Stefan Raab: Oh the one that is a joke over on Overdrive that kept on losing matches right?

Elton: Stefan you stupid man. He is on Asylum now hence why you are facing him this week but yes he did team with Shadow. Let's get down to business.

Stefan really didn't want to do this army training as he thought it was pathetic just like how he had to take this drugs test for APW since he hasn't been heard from for a month making sure he didn't do anything silly.

Elton: I want you to do this assault course that is planned out for you so I can see that you haven't been on twitter tweeting all month like you usually do. Do I make myself clear Stefan?

Stefan Raab: Yes sir.

Elton: Good. Now get yourself started by warming yourself up before we start anything.

Stefan Raab: This is fucking ridiculous. Why am I here?

Elton clearly wasn't happy with what Stefan said as he slapped him in his head having the attitude that he has that clearly is costing him quite a lot of matches in APW and even people told Stefan at his camp and at his wrestling school to calm his arrogance and temper down.

Elton: Sir. You are here because you haven't won a match since you moved to Asylum. Now do as you are told and do the warm up's right now. I am not Yarmouth, President Jeff or Slade Craven.

Stefan Raab: As if I am going to listen to you. I only care about myself and not other people. Screw you with that crap.

Elton starts to shout at Stefan saying this looking straight in the eye.

Elton: JUST MAN THE FUCK UP. STOP ACTING LIKE A TWELVE YEAR OLD KID AND DO THE WARM UP'S NOW. THAT'S AN ORDER.

Stefan got angry as usual as he did not like being talked to that way but he knew the only way to get through this training was to warm up and he finally does it and it came to be a relief for Elton as Stefan starts to speak bits about his match against Slade Craven.

So it's between me and you hey Slade Craven? That's fine with me since you are the first list of my victims that I got to get rid of before Yarmouth and President Jeff but I am not going to talk about them today because my focus is on you. I have never heard of you or the fact that I have even seen you wrestling because you spend the last two months in hospital. Sounds pretty much like that you spend all of your time in hospital than actually doing wrestling. Do you know what I call those people? Injury prone because all I been hearing is the fact you been knocked on the head too many times so you can't remember much about your past right now. In fact you must not be able to remember anything especially at the time that only until the doctors told you that you weren't on Overdrive any more. Still living in your own fantasy world that you think you could beat opponents when you have been failing badly. You failed to become the number one contender for the Heavyweight title and now you bitched out on the Tap Out Title tournament because you lost against Keaton Saint. You are just a fucking pussy and I thought some other people were bad.

After half an hour of the warm up. Stefan was done as he had to stand straight and was already tired and gasping for air as he waits for Elton to speak to him.

Elton: Good job Stefan. Now you start doing this assault course that is set up over there in the distance.

Stefan was looking and he sees that he's got to walk quite a long way to start this assault course and he was pissed about it with his anger problems quickly kicking in as he hated the fact that he had to do this crap and he much rather be at home training than doing this course.

Stefan Raab: Oh why the hell do I have to walk such a long way for this assault course?

Elton: I didn't even say that you was going to walk there. I was going to say that you had to RUN to go there to start your assault course. You need to show people how tough you are and not being a pussy ass bitch that complains about everything that is going down. That's the problem.

Stefan Raab: I am having no problems with shit. I am sick of this garbage and I'm walking home right now.

Stefan walks off when suddenly lots of army cadets were standing in front of the exit with Elton applauding the other cadets for stopping Stefan on leaving the army training course that he had to do.

Elton: Well done boys on stopping Stefan from leaving. Now you come right here and listen to me. You disrespecting people and not listening to them has got to stop. You need to earn respect....

Stefan Raab: I don't want to respect people because they give me none at all.

Elton: Do not interrupt me ever again Stefan. Let me finish what I was going to say. You need to worry about wrestling and not do these pointless twitter wars against the whole roster and even to President Jeff. This is why we are here to get you away from the computer so you can focus on training. Now do as I say or I make sure you will lose to Slade Craven if the other two people of Yarmouth and Jeff don't get there first.

Stefan Raab: Alright fine. I do this stupid training if it will just shut you up for Christ sake.

Elton: Now go and run towards the assault course and do everything that is set up to do. Is that clear?

Stefan Raab: Yes sir.

Stefan thought that this camp he was on was also the fact that he should work on his attitude which wasn't going to happen any time soon as he starts to climb the wall. He continues to talk about Slade Craven amongst other things he has been doing for a month.

You've been in the wrestling business way longer than I have and yet I have achieved more than you have in your entire wrestling career. You like everyone else including Elton have no idea what I have been doing during my month off from wrestling. I wasn't one of those wrestlers that was sitting on the sofa watching TV or doing other things. What I did was that I went on a wrestling camp that I was invited to do straight after the One Night In Hell Pay Per View and I have learned a lot of submission moves as well as having two brand new finishers that you will witness one of them during our match this Sunday. I am going to give more pain than I did in the past because that's all I have been doing and I even injured someone because of my anger and I gave this guy such a beating that he couldn't get up only by a stretcher only for me to get a big telling off at the end of the match.

I been wrestling everyday improving as the day goes by and have I thought about my actions that I did during the times that I was around APW? No I haven't because I tend not to care about what other people say and what I should do. I make my own rules on what I am going to do in the wrestling ring and the changes are coming a whole lot sooner than people think. You on the other hand only just came back last month and what have you been doing? Losing like a little bitch and then you would blame on people like these weird mental doctors for your loss? Give me a fucking break Slade. You lost and you can only blame that yourself so what you going to do take it out on me? I seriously would love for you to try because you are meeting the new and improved Stefan not that weak bitch you and everyone else saw. I am all about submissions and knocking people out off their feet.

Stefan was going to talk in his monster voice that he hasn't used in ages as he was a changing man and he had the arrogance still in him but now he was turning into a monster and it kind of started in the Japanese death match that he lost his mind. Stefan was currently trying to figure out how to climb up this wall but he manages to find a way in the end and then he goes onto the next thing which is swinging to the other side using a rope.

I am going to be about giving others pain and they will suffer from it just like how you will experience all of that on Sunday especially being in the type of match where anything goes in an Extreme rules match. I pushed Knuckles to his limits even though he won the match over me but it's not going to happen this time oh no. It's between me and you and I suppose Reggie put this match out because both of us are angry guys but you being angry is only the crap version of me because trust me I am more angry than you and that spills a lot of trouble for you. Like I said I am not even worried about Yarmouth, Jeff or even talking about them because my focus is all on you. I worry about the teachers pet and the ducking idiot on Asylum this week. They are just going to watch me punish you to the ground and you will thank me for it Slade.

I have an advantage going into this match because once I crush your skull with the steal chair. The match is already over because you seem to forget things a lot hence why you have a lot of memory problems. You are a weird person just completely weird and you think with your mental problems that I would be scared of you? No I am not afraid of anyone when I wrestle them inside a wrestling ring. I hope that you will wear a football helmet when I bash your skull with the steal chair and putting you through a table because everyone is going to remember that a German monster has put you out of action yet again being the injury prone wrestler that you are. It's no wonder why that you are getting sued by Peter Harris because you injure yourself way too much and I also have seen some of your matches on Overdrive which are unbearable to watch that you botch a lot of your own wrestling moves as well. You are not a true wrestler at all even especially when Shadow carried your ass when you was teaming with him known as The Ass Kickers Anonymous. What a pathetic name that was for a tag team name.

Elton sees that he was getting angry with Stefan because he wasn't even trying to climb up the rope that got him to the top of the assault course and he begins to shout at him.

Elton: STOP MESSING ABOUT AND JUST DO IT STEFAN. YOU ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO GET UP THE ROPE. STOP BEING LAZY AND DO IT RIGHT NOW.

Stefan was ignoring a lot of what Elton was saying today as his arrogance has indeed gotten worse as the times go by and his anger had gotten worse as well as he was doing what he was told and eventually climbed up the ropes and then he had to crawl on top of them when he was on top of the tower.

You are nothing Slade to the wrestling business more that you have a stupid name that reminds me of going down a hill by a Slade in the show or the fact that your parents named you after a band called Slade. You are just pathetic. Hell you seem to think that the fans care about you a lot when actually they don't give a dam about you at all whatsoever. They should care about me returning back to APW and kicking all of the American's and British asses back to where they belong. Another thing is that I hate Americans especially the weak useless wrestlers like you. Americans think they are the top of the world when they are just fixed fake people that always go and get themselves plastic surgery to make them better looking. Guess what Americans? You aren't good looking people at all or even class yourselves the best in the world.

I might as well give you a knock out punch to the mat and you wouldn't remember what happened the next day since you are so delusional right now that your mind is messed up. Just like the rest of the roster in APW. You also suck on Jeff's dick real good not as good as Yarmouth does it though. Unlike you I always have the confidence to win matches and I am sure as hell going to win this one because you can't stop me from achieving more success that I have already got since being here and if it means taking on the best then I will take out the best wrestlers that APW have to offer. Nobody gives a dam about you since you are such a boring ass wrestler. My god you even send me to sleep and you will be sleeping once you get destroyed on Sunday night.

Stefan now was reaching to the end as he had to go under the mud through the tunnel to complete his training as he was relieved that he had finished the training and Elton did let him go home in the end as he was wearing his own army gear that he did from his show years ago although he had to go and shower first before he sees his fiancée Fizz.
