Curious that A.C. questions 'the logic' of current events when most of his game has been based of hunches and 'gut feelings'.
I'm going to disagree with the majority that this has been a frustrating day; I think it has been highly illuminating, but I am glad to see some people thinking constructively at last.
I can't say I am averse to the Yarmouth lynch, even if I'd like there to be something a little more definite to go with. Sally and Kaylyn are correct, as it stands Yarmouth is heading for a mod-kill, and if this doesn't happen it should be telling, and it is a good piece of foresight to kill him now (if he is scum). If he is town, and is set for a mod-kill, the worst that can happen is we lynch an inactive (he's useless to the town either way).
A.C., I don't want to turn this into another distracting back and forth between us, I'm resigned to the fact your mind is set until my neck is stretched, but it is curious that you, out of the blue, push this silencer theory when there hasn't been any evidence of such a role thus far.
Questions we have to ask: why would the silencer do nothing for three days, if your supposition is correct? Seems like a waste of a great power if you're scum. Why target Yarmouth of all people? There is absolutely no 'logic' to this thought when more could be achieved by silencing Kaylyn, or a town Level-One or town Sally (or even me if you want to push that notion). Yarmouth is one of those guys who simply lynches himself with his general yo-yo all over the place gameplay.
Giving how Yarmouth has played in recent games, I'm more inclined to believe someone may have put a leash on that hound. He has been noticeably less manic in this one. Maybe he is learning, maybe we should give him the benefit of the doubt - but, like all under suspicion, myself included, that benefit has to be earned.
So I invite Yarmouth to come forward and give me a reason to change my mind. He has about an hour before I go to bed, but for now I vote: Yarmouth.
Maybe it's not 'logical', but it's about as reasonable a move as I can see right now.

Smith... You're seriously not thinking right if you think my logic is off when getting rid of Yarmouth. First off nothing has been done at all and everyone has even said that a mislynch would be better than nothing at this point... granted we are still not sure if a lynch would happen.
We have NO IDEA who is who for the most part and since he has given us nothing since day one... and he also hasnt said anything and will probably be modkilled.... whats the difference? What really is the difference between us lynching vs letting him be modkilled? Same thing really. You have a problem with it... that is fine.. No one is telling everyone to vote. Either they do or they dont. This game has been so F'ed up with the whole splits on lynching so far that it's screwing us over anyway..
that along with the fact that no one is giving anything.
Not only that... When it comes to Phenom... He said he had a role and that on the first night he wouldn't have been helpful .... Well where has his help been since then? Because I have not seen it.
Town you may be Phenom but the fact that you said you were able to help and now you haven't is really frustrating.
Thank GOD for Sally going through everything the way she has. She is at least helping try to figure everything out.
One thing I give you Smith.... JamesV and Rebel have been way quiet and just doing a post here and there. Neither have come up and said anything that could really be used to clear them either. I don't trust them to much so if there are other roles that can help out there... Please look into them. We need to know who is who here. AND FAST. We are not really getting anywhere and as everyone can see its really frustrating the hell out of all of us.

Afternoon. We find ourselves at Wayne Enterprises as Bruce Wayne stands next to a well-dressed man on top of a podium.
WDM: Since the beginning of Wayne Enterprises, there has been a tradition of sorts where the CEO, at first Thomas Wayne and now his son, Bruce, have given unlimited funding to a project that they chose. Now, many divisions have selected a project to choose. Yes, this seems like a science fair of sorts, but the reward is far greater than a ribbon. It should be said that if you do not get the funding, you’re project wasn’t enough and won’t get any funding. Let us begin!
Bruce Wayne begins his walk around the floor, talking to each person from each division. He approaches a scrawny man with brown hair.
Bruce Wayne: And you’d be?
“Edward Nigma”
Bruce Wayne: Well Edward, what division are your from?
Edward Nigma: Entertainment Advances. Ah, we’ve been creating new ways to seek and view entertainment. We’ve made advancements on 3D viewing at home, but this idea, I feel is so much better.
Bruce Wayne: Let’s hear it.
Edward Nigma: So there’s Netflix and Pandora and the such and there’s smart TVs that can listen to your order and search, but due to speech patterns, things get mixed up and we all hate that.
Bruce Wayne: Yea, nothing worse than when you tell it to do something and it doesn’t hear correctly.
Edward Nigma: So how could we remove that?
Bruce Wayne: Better voice catching equipment?
Edward Nigma: Better: thought catching equipment. I have been a part of Wayne Enterprises for 7 years and in my time, I have developed a system similar to a cable box that can pick up brain waves.
Bruce Wayne: Like mind reading?
Edward Nigma: Yes.
Bruce Wayne: Have you done any human testing?
Edward Nigma: Well, no, not officially, my mother was able to change three channels in a hour with the equipment I have built with my own funds, I feel that if I were to get the funding, I could produce equipment that can change a channel in the blink of the eye.
Bruce Wayne: Hmmm, we’ll keep that in mind. We’d love a demonstration if you could show us that before we decided. Thank you Edward.
Bruce leaves Edward at his station smiling as he makes his way to a beautiful red head.
WDM: And this is a member of the Medicinal Technology Advancement division, Ms. Pamela Isley
Bruce Wayne: Ms. Isley.
BOOM!
Just then, from the area that Bruce Wayne had come from, an explosion. They rush to the area to find Edward Nigma blown apart. Near the scene is a box with a joker playing card.
Bruce Wayne: Call the cops, put this place on lockdown.
DEAD: Yarmouth – Edward Nigma – One Shot Messenger Townie.
---
Evening. Back at Wayne Enterprises we see Commissioner Jim Gordon talking with Bruce Wayne as they watch security footage.
Bruce Wayne: What I want to know is how a bomb got through my building’s security.
Commissioner Gordon: That’s how.
We see the previous night’s footage as a female character is in Nigma’s station. She is screwing with his equipment and turns around. They zoom in and see the familiar face paint of Harley Quinn.
Commissioner Gordon: Wayne, tell me why Harley Quinn was in your building last night.
Bruce Wayne: Jim, this is news to me. You have to believe me.
Commissioner Gordon: Where were you last night Bruce?
Bruce Wayne: I can’t tell you.
Commissioner Gordon: Then I’m arresting you.
Bruce Wayne: But I can show you.
---
Night. We find ourselves in Wayne Manor, specifically, the study where Commission Gordon, Bruce Wayne, and Alfred Pennyworth
Commissioner Gordon: So you were home.
Alfred: Not for long.
Bruce pulls a book and opens the elevator to the Batcave, which Jim finds a bit surprising. The three enter the elevator and head down to the Batcave, where we seeNightwing, Robin, and Oracle around the Batcomputer. The sidekicks do not have their masks on, as they turn to see the elevator come down, shocked who accompanies their mentor. Oracle is too busy looking through documents to notice her father in the Batcave.
Oracle: Hey Bruce, check it out, I ran through the recent crime reports and something’s not adding up about how The Super Criminals are getting into St. Lukes, Wayne Enterprises, ACE, all these places without anyone knowing and hitting them before they know, I think the people we think are on our side, aren’t.
Nightwing: Ah, Barb.
Oracle turns around to see her father, whose jaw has dropped.
Oracle: DAD!
Commissioner Gordon: BARB!
The two embrace.
Commissioner Gordon: Should have figured you were Batman. And who do we have here, Dick Grayson? It’s been years. And this is?
Robin: Jason Todd
Commissioner Gordon: Pleasure to meet you. So, this is what you were doing last night?
Bruce Wayne: Yes. Now, Barbara thinks she tracked that ice cream truck that we’ve seen around Gotham for some time now, tracked it to the outskirts, an old fairground. The land was never owned, just kinda, popped up from the records. We think The Joker is there. We have a plan.
Oracle: I want in.
Alfred: Ms. Gordon, with all due respect, you are better served here, in the cave despite your ambitions.
Oracle: You’re right. Just thinking we can get this psycho, I want to there.
The group discusses the plan…
---
Night. At the abandoned fairgrounds where we see Mr. Freeze preparing his gear for the night while Harley puts on her make up.
Harley Quinn: Gotta look good for tonight.
Mr. Freeze: I don’t think it matter how good you look Harley, the People of Gotham will still think you’re evil.
Harley Quinn: Not for Gotham, for Mr. J. I saw what I looked like last night when we got rid of Vale, UGH!
Outside of the Fun House, we see a GCPD patrol car pull up, out of the car comes Commissioner Gordon with a megaphone.
Commissioner Gordon: Come out Joker. I know you’re in there with your crew. Come out peacefully and I promise that no harm will be done.
The Joker: (over a speaker) Welllll, if it isn’t the beloved Commissioner Gordon. Here for sugar? I don’t have any.
Commissioner Gordon: I don’t want any trouble, I’m here to arrest you and send you back to Arkham along with your crew.
The Joker: My crew? What crew? It’s just little ol’ me here.
Commissioner Gordon: Then come out and come out peacefully.
The Joker: Oh, ok, hold on, let me put my shoes on.
Just then brights lights turn on blinding Gordon momentarily, when it’s back on, there are ten or so goons surrounding him.
Commissioner Gordon: What happened to all alone?
The Joker: What? I thought you wanted my crew too? Well, they just got back from taking out the back-up you had down the road. Didn’t think I had cameras did you?
Commissioner Gordon: No, I was counting on it.
Back inside, we see The Joker behind a table of monitors, each one going black after the other.
The Joker: Looks like you got a little help yourself Gordon.
Commissioner Gordon: Now, you don’t think I would come to a party without bringing something.
The Joker: No, I was counting on it. Boooooys, you know what to do. KILL THE COP!
Just then, the lights go out, one, by one, by one and in comes the heroes, Batman, Nightwing, and Robin and the quickly take out the goons.
Batman: JOKER! Show yourself.
The Joker: Sorry Bats, but you’re gonna have to have some fun before you see me.
HAHAHAHAHA
Batman enters the Fun house with the sidekicks behind him and Gordon outside. They make their way through the fun house, ignoring the mirrors until Harley Quinn appears. They throw ‘rangs at the mirror, breaking it, but it was only a mirror. A few minutes later, the same with Mr. Freeze. After 15 minutes, they reach the end of the house, a dead end. The room then fills with gas, laughing gas. The heroes put on masks, but are attacked. Joker jumps Batman, Harley jumps Robin and Nightwing is jumped by Mr. Freeze.
The Joker: I always knew it would end like this, one of dying, I wished that I had more time to get to know you; we were made for each other.
Batman: No one is dying tonight!
Batman tackles Joker through a wall, landing back outside as the others fight inside the Fun House. Joker rips the mask off Batman and gets punched. Batman throws punch after punch into the face of his arch rival.
Batman: You will pay for the crimes you have committed. The pain you have caused this city.
The Joker: No I won’t because you are too nice, you’ll pay it for me.
Batman: I will not stand on trial for your actions.
The Joker: But if you didn’t exist, neither were I. You are my inspiration. You are my motivation.
Batman: You’re sick.
Nightwing throws Mr. Freeze into Harley sending the two through a wall as Batman has Joker pinned to the ground.
Batman: Any last words outside of prison?
The Joker: Yea, after all of this, I’m gassed
Just then, a gas comes from the flower on Joker’s suit, right in the face of Batman, who begins to cough and back off of the super criminal. Joker gets up and looks at the Fun House, where Gordon, Nightwing, and Robin, are taking care of arresting Harley and Freeze outside the Fun House. He turns to see Batman on his hands and knees, coughing up blood.
The Joker: Hey, good guys, you sure do know how to throw a good party, but we’ve got another party to catch, it’s been a blast.
HAHAHAHAAAHAHAHAAAAA
Just then an explosion, and blackness.
---
Night. The Fun House is on fire as cops pull up as Nightwing, Gordon, and Robin. wake up from the blast of the explosion.
Nightwing: Where’s Bruce?
They look around, and find, under the rubble, a black cape.
Commissioner Gordon: There.
They rush over and start clearing the rubble and find Batman face down and not breathing.
Nightwing: Nnno….Bruce….BRUCE!
Cop cars pull up as we fade to black.

Okay... time for more drama to go down. Last night I sat here thinking and wondered how we could get the most information possible, and after going through everything... I decided to believe Jeff in what he had to say... Therefore I did NOT check Jeff's claims of who was town. With that being said... We ALL know that there are THREE scum members at least.... That is a GIVEN. So I went with the following statement made by Sally to see if it was true or false.. Yarmouth Mark Mania Stefan Raab 4. AC Smith JamesV Buckson Gooch T-Marv Crown Jules Rebel Given that there are 9 left, at least 3 of them are going to be scum. Specifically the last bit which was At least 3 of those listed are going to be scum... my read I got back... was FALSE therefore... one of the following at least.. is DEFINITELY SCUM 1. President Jeff Finnish Phenom Sally 4. L1 5. KJE 6. Finnish Phenom 7. Speede The above listed is the list of those town players that we came across. Now.... Jeff was just killed and proven to be town... he said that both Phenom and Sally are TOWN and seeing as though he is/was the cop... We have to wonder (since it was not listed...) if he was sane, insane or paranoid. Sally said she has no role. Phenom said he has a role but has yet to give us any information. That is those two there. Now... for myself and those I claimed... Speede has no role. L1 I don't really know about... and Myself, well we all know (or if you believe me you know) what I do. Here is where I find myself leaning... Obviously one of us is NOT town... With Phenom saying he has a role but not giving us anything yet I am skeptical. With L1 being the one I checked first day, and after that someone getting recruited, it leaves him not 100% clear. (though he did offer for someone to check him again..) and than there is Sally, who has been coming up with these lists and trying to help us out. Could Jeff have found the Godfather in either Phenom or Sally? Was L1 recruited? Or are there more than one that we can not trust? Before I cast vote ANYWHERE.... I want to hear what everyone else has to say and I will go from there.

Kaylyn, that was a brilliant use of the lie detector and I probably would've never thought about it myself. However, you made an oversight.
There weren't nine left because you guys lynched Yarmouth before the day ended. Oddly enough, if I knew what was going on I would've tried to stop it because it didn't really make all that much sense. The way I saw it, is if you guys waited he (could have) checked in and saved himself. If not, he'd die in a few hours anyways. The only way it hurt is if he was scum and nobody seemed to think that while voting. However, worse yet his lynch has spoiled what otherwise would've given us a great result.

The part I specified to have questioned was if 3 were scum however, so it is accurate still I thought it through haha So just to clarify. You checked the list Sally had and asked with her quote if there were three scum and it read false? I ask because typically a post is either checked as a whole OR by a keyword. Anyways if you're sure about your read, I go from there. I know your town. I'm pretty sure Roy Speede is town and despite your concerns, I wasn't recruited and I'm town. So, that would leave two - in my eyes at least. I'm going to wait out on some more info if it exists.

Yes, it was specifically "at least 3 of them are going to be scum." And I got FALSE as the reading. When I request results on anything I just give the whole quote and clarify which part I want to be answered. So yeah, there is at least 1 (maybe more) scum listed in the so called TOWN list. When I looked at the list... I found it kinda funny how everyone was numbered but Sally and Phenom... accidental? Intentionally done? Not sure. Then I keep coming back to this... Firstly, allow me to try and clear the air about myself. I CAN DO SHIT... But with the role I have, doing shit on night one would make me useless for the rest of the game (hint hint). Hopefully, I didn't cross any lines with this post. I never roleclaimed, and I never outright said anything about my role. So I should be safe. However, I'm just laying this to bed, before I get accused of anything. Secondly... I do agree that there are too many people saying "I'm as useless as tits on a bull". Obviously, we have a few people lying their asses off. Thus, we need to check out everyone who has already said they're useless, and we know at least 1 or 2 of them will turn scum. Just a theory, but I believe that it's headed in the right direction. Tell me L1.... what do you think are the things he could have been hinting at? So far he has not helped us at all so I am really wondering what his role might be.

I'd like to believe that Jeff was sane (or at least checked his sanity).
There were 3 night phases while he was alive.... He only cleared two people which leads me to believe he checked himself night one.
Also.... I hope to GOD the watcher did what I asked and looked at Jeff last night. I knew he was going to be a target!

Checking in. My role has no night action, and therefore I have nothing to present. As far as what I've seen from Kaylyn's posts... I remember Sally saying back on like the second page that she wasn't town as a joke because I was like "she doesn't have a role but she's not town-claiming", and now I'm wondering if she was doing that to make us THINK she was joking and was actually telling the truth...

I thought about that too Roy. I was like "she doesn't have a role but she's not town-claiming", and now I'm wondering if she was doing that to make us THINK she was joking and was actually telling the truth... If we're going back to this, might as well head it off quickly. I said it to prove a point: That it doesn't matter what we say, it's irrelevant until a lie detector comes up with something. A lie detector could read that and get false and still confirm me as town. I was aiming to send a message that saying you're town or not town is only useful WHEN a lie detector has actually tested it. Until then, you have to take things on face value. Granted, taking that on face value would lead you to judging me scum. So I didn't really think that through haha. I'm more than happy to be investigated on that comment next. More than happy. I'll say ANYTHING anyone wants me to say to get tested. You request it, I'll say it. Fact is, I am town and I'm more than happy to go through with the next phase of this. With that out of the way ... GREAT work, KJE, with that test. I mean, really, you were thinking on a whole different level than anyone else that night I reckon. Now, with that list, here is why two people are not numbered (me and Phenom). I write this all in Pages (Mac program). I wrote it with numbered lists there, which (like Word) generates the number when you hit enter. I typed Jeff's "1." and then hit enter to get to Sally and Phenom. I pressed enter. Then I went back to the pages to continue composing the list because I forgot who was coming next. Then, when I returned, the number was there, but I forgot, so I typed 3. and hit enter. Then I realised that it there were two 3., so I deleted the first on (the auto-generated one). This stopped my list and I had to hand type each one after that. tl:dr : Formatting error on the list.

Just so that I people can separate their ‘validation’ of me or not, I’m posting differently for the contribution for the day.
KJE: Great work on the list. I mean, you have such an eye here for an opportunity! Losing Jeff is bad ... but I don’t think it’s as bad as losing you.
I think our progress is simple today. And, unless someone comes in with new information that 100% nails a scummer, we have two options:
Lynch Level-One or Phenom.
Let’s not beat around the bush or go for some silly distraction that takes us back to Jules/Tmarv/etc. UNLESS someone has some new information on them. We know we have a scummer somewhere in Phenom or Level-One. The only people who would want to distract from figuring this out are the scum, so we should all keep an eye out on this.
The argument being made, for those who haven’t/don’t want to catch up:
Level-One was checked by KJE on night one and cleared as town, but subsequent to this checking a recruitment was made which could have been Level-One.
Phenom was investigated by Jeff (as cop) and got an innocent reading, but may be the Godfather.
That’s where we’re at. I know it’s scummy as hell to say “Trust me, I’m town”, but Jeff cleared me and there’s nothing in the write-up to indicate insanity. KJE has worked her butt off to find scum and has been checking and what-not, so her general activity suggests town. She has then cleared Speede. This eliminates the original list of people we suspected as cleared to just two names: Level-One and KJE.
Now, the scum who was cleared was cleared with a very logical process: Either the lie detector tested a statement that was true at the time of saying it (where KJE cleared Level-One) OR Jeff investigated the Godfather.
Now, personally, I have always taken this approach to the game (and, well, life): The simplest explanation is the best explanation. The simplest one here? Jeff got lucky, found the godfather, and got an innocent reading. Thus:
Vote: Finnish Phenom
Is this a simple lynch? Yeah, pretty much. It really should be one of these two, and if we get the wrong one the first time, we go for the other the second time. I don’t think anyone who agrees with lynching one of these two will argue with this logic (one --> if wrong, the other).
The question is, who isn’t prepared to vote one of these off and/or who thinks that Level-One should be the first lynch.
If there is anything anyone needs to re-clear/confirm the clearing of the others on this list, they should get that out of the way sooner and BEFORE the vote gets throw. Me? I’m confident those cleared are cleared and I don’t need to ask any questions. And, because I know that the scummers are going to throw the kitchen sink at me/us over this, I’m making my preparations for rebuttals.

Honestly Sally.... like I kept saying... Something dont sit with me and Phenom... he said how he had a role and couldn't help on day one but he could after and I just don't see anything there. My gut is saying to go for the vote and therefore I will...
Vote:Phenom
Something tells me after last night and my little decision on what to get a true false on... I might be dead after the next night.

Something tells me after last night and my little decision on what to get a true false on... I might be dead after the next night. A VERY safe assumption. We should still make plans for what to do with and without you, especially now that Jeff has gone. Start thinking about what statements you might want to test. For example, you should probably get Level-One to say something IN CASE you survive and Phenom turns up town. Also, we should look at the list where we know there are two scummers and try and figure out who to go after. Knowing that there's a a lie detector out there, the VERY quiet people are the people to suspect. Sometimes we can excuse quietness as laying low. But there are good players laying very low and never contributing anything by way of information. We don't have a cop, but there are other ways around this. Hell, if they stay real quiet, I'll knock up another list and hope that you survive haha!

EWBOB or whatever No one has cleared Jules, how about someone check Phenom's cult like allegiance to Jules. The only person to clear him was Jeff, and Jeff even knows he needs to be cleared. All Jules and Phenom have done is insult me this game. Jules even threw the first "punch." Look back at it. When in the blue hell have I EVER in this game, taken Jules side... I haven't even mentioned his name in ANY post at ANY time in this game! Vote: Gooch
