Night. We find ourselves at the Gotham City Police Department's 26th Annual Million Dollar Memorial Fundraiser at the Bristol Country Club. A black tie event where it’s a who’s who of Gotham City, we see
Commissioner Jim Gordon sitting by the podium, looking out into the party. The fundraiser quiets as we see
Bruce Wayne walk in with two lovely women by his side. He smiles as he looks around, surveying the club. He mingles as he continues to survey, noticing a thinly man in the background. He excuses himself from the group as he approaches the man.
Bruce Wayne: How dare you show your face.
He turns the man around, thinking it’s
The Joker. It’s not.
Bruce Wayne: I’m sorry. I thought you were…someone else. Bruce Wayne.
He extends his hand out to the frightened man.
: Ah….um..*gulp*…Jonathan Crane.
Dr. Jonathan Crane. Bruce Wayne: Well Doctor Crane, I’m sorry for the case of mistaken identity. I’m sorry to have frightened you. Enjoy the party.
He walks away from the doctor, who is still recovering from the incident as he makes walks away from the scene, followed by another party guest.

Night. We find ourselves back at The Batcave where we find
Oracle alongside
Jason Todd, the boy behind the
Robin mask.
Oracle continues to find anything on
The Joker while
Jason puts on his Robin costume, looking at the mask
Jason Todd: Hey Barb.
Oracle: Yea Jason?
Jason Todd: If you could do it over, would you have ever went with
Bruce into that fight?

From out of the shadows, we see
Dick Grayson the original Robin, now going by
Nightwing. He walks down, holding a motorcycle helmet under his arm as he makes his way to
Oracle and
JasonOracle: Dick! Good, you got the message.
Dick Grayson: Yea, but I was already on my way when word got to Bloodhaven. Where’s Bruce?
Jason Todd : At the Fundraiser.
Dick unzips his jacket to reveal his Nightwing suit
Dick Grayson: Then what are we waiting for?

Night.
“And now to present his offering to the Gotham City Police Department, from his laboratory,
Dr. Victor Fries.”
A medium sized, bald man appears on a giant TV screen behind the podium as the lights go out.
Dr. Victor Fries: Thank you. A few years ago, my beautiful wife, Nora, feel ill. It was later determined that she had an incurable disease. My career is that of Cryogenic research and I had her cryogenically frozen until a cure was found. During this time, the Gotham Police Department has helped me find research and help try to create the cure, which I have discovered, but during my experiments, I have created a drug that can rebuild dead cells in the human body, thus helping disabled police officers recover.
As Dr. Fries continues to talk, Bruce backs away from the crowd and presses his ear.
Bruce Wayne: Oracle, did you hear that.
Oracle: Bruce, I can walk again! By the way,
Robin and
Nightwing are there and watching the building.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHABruce Wayne: He’s here.
Not exactly. The screen has two more people than last we saw:
The Joker and
Harley Quinn. Harley has a knife to the throat of Dr. Fries while Joker stands in front of the camera.
The Joker: Hello rich and wealthy of Gotham. It’s little ol’ me. Joker! Don’t panic, I’m not gonna kill the good doctor….yet. You see, I want one thing from Gotham, the one thing that only one person can provide; I want Batman. And if I don’t get him, oh, in an hour,
Dr. Fries’ remedy won’t be able to get the smile of his face. To-ta-loo HAHAAHahahahaAHAH
The video cuts.
Bruce Wayne:
Nightwing,
Robin, get to
Fries’ lab and get him out of there. I’ll meet you there
Bruce Wayne does what he does best: leave extremely crowded areas without anyone noticeing.

Night. At Dr. Fries lab at GothCorp. We find
Nightwing and
Robin fighting
Harley while The Joker is holding a gun to
Dr. Victor Fries’ head as glass shatters and in flies
Batman and he takes out
The Joker, who while falls, fires off his gun and hit’s
Robin in the arm, distracting both him and his ally long enough for
Harley Quinn to escape them and disappear. They look around for her and can not find her. The go to help up the doctor, but they get two chattering teeth thrown at them, the one landing right on
Robin’s gunshot wound. From the direction of the teeth comes Harley with a cartoonishly big hammer and she swings for the sidekicks and doctor, but
Nightwing grabs
Dr. Fries and get out of the way while
Robin takes a full blast of the hammer, sending him right into a table that has a lot of beakers and such. The force knocks all the science equipment off, breaking.
Dr. Fries: NO! THE CURE!
The doctor runs after the cure as NIghtwing chases after him, grabbing him.
Nightwing: There’s nothing you can do.
Fries elbows Nightwing in the back of the head and continues his pursuit and the same time,
Harley holds her hammer above her head as she stands over the Boy Wonder.
Nightwing throws one of his baton’s at the hammer, knocking it out of her hands. She runs away as the original Boy Wonder helps the current one up.
Batman: GET ROBIN BACK TO THE CAVE!
The moment it took to make the order,
The Joker sprays something into the eyes of
Batman and he takes off as
Nightwing takes
Robin out of the building. In his blindness,
Batman swings wildly and knocks
Dr. Fries into a giant vat of cryogenic waste.
The Joker: I thought bats were better blind. Hahaha, fly, fly, fly as fast a bat, you can’t catch me, you’re looking a little too fat. HAHAHA
After a rub of the eyes,
Batman sees
The Joker leave out of a window and he gives chase.
As he leaves,
Harley Quinn makes her way back into the frame with a giant pole and makes her way to the vat and puts the pole into the waste and waits until she feels something. She pulls up with all her might. Pulling up the doctor from the waste.
Harley: Yoa look cold Mr. Fries. Ya look like ya need a warm house--
He shakes his head, his bald head now completely blue as is the rest of his body.
“Need cold”
Harley: Alright , what kind ya want? Sniffles? Coughing?
“Not that kind”
Harley: Oh, we may have air condition at the fair. Mr. Fries.
“Mr. Freeze”
Mr. Freeze I like that.
Harley takes the newest member to
The Super Criminals to their hideout as the cops come.
