The scene opens up with a talk show type set up. A desk with two chairs next to it. Sitting on the Desk is Phil.
Phil: Welcome to the first edition of Phil Talks. An Actionpackedwrestling.tk exclusive. A talk show where I talk to APW Superstars for their up coming match up. And a special show tonight as for guest, I have the contenders for the APW World Tag Team Titles. Two power house of wrestlers. Let’s not waste any time, let’s bring them out, The Irish Hammer Sabur and the Xtremist, Tony Blackwell!
Just then cheesy talk show guest music plays and out comes Sabur and Tony Blackwell, but it isn’t really them, Its Jason Royce dressed as Tony Blackwell and The Hardcore Kid dressed as Sabur. The Tag Champs have on a suit that makes them look like they have lots of muscles. The Champs sit down and the music cuts off.
Phil: you guys aren’t Tony and Sabur
Royce: Of course we are.
THK: WHERES MY LIL DICK?
Royce: Let me answer that. Its in your pants Sabur and that’s where its going to stay.
THK: That’s not where your mom wanted it!
Phil: Ok guys, back to the show. This Sunday you guys will fight in a Hardcore Cage match, your thoughts on the match?
Royce: Hardcore Ice are some real tough dudes!
THK: They kicked our butts at Apocalypse and I can only assume that they will kick our butts again at Shockwave. Those guys are good, real good Phil. We want the tag titles. But to be honest with you, I don’t think we can win them.
Phil: uhh…..ok. Next Question. With this being a Hardcore Cage match, how does one prepare for a match like this?
Royce: Its simple.
THK: I’ll answer this one. We been working on our cardio a lot lately. Because we plan on running all night. Running away from Hardcore Ice so we don’t get our asses kicked. I mean, if they catch us, they will hit us with weapons, throw us against the cage. And all that hurts Phil. So we plan on running in this match.
Phil: I don’t understand, you guys are supposed to be these big power house muscle men. How can you be scared of two scrawny guys?
Royce: We’re humans too Phil.
THK: That’s right; underneath all this muscle are two very sensitive guys. We may act tough, but really, we’re a bunch of sissies.
Royce: And don’t you forget it!
THK: But here’s the thing Phil.
Royce and The Kid stop acting like Sabur and Blackwell and switch back to their normal selves.
THK: All joking aside. This Sunday, Hardcore Ice go up to bat again against Tony Blackwell and Sabur. This time around, we take an old school classic and add a twist to it. The Hardcore Cage match. Royce and I are looking forward to this match because there’s going to be no where for you guys to run. There’s no way for anyone to get involved. And as far as we’re concerned, your quest for the tag titles end at Shockwave when again you lose to Hardcore Ice. When we won at Apocalypse It wasn’t a fluke. When we won the titles at Test for the Best, it wasn’t a fluke.
Royce: Not even close to being a fluke
THK: Royce and I been working hard as a team to do what it takes to be better every time we go out to the ring. And Sunday at Shockwave, we will come fighting harder than ever because one thing I know for sure is that we will be better than the last time we met. We didn’t want these belt to say that we won them. We wanted these tags belts to say that we won them and that we kept them for a long time. We one to go down in APW Histroy as one of the first great Tag teams. And I believe that winning at Shockwave and retaining the tag titles will put us in that direction.
Royce: Ahem brother!
THK: Should be scared to get locked inside a cage with two monsters. Two guys who are bigger than us and can rip us apart. Well, we weren’t scared last month and we won’t be scared this Month. Because when you fight against a Blackwell in a big match, you can pretty much guarantee one thing. That the Blackwell will drop the ball. Tony’s Brother, Trevor dropped the ball when he went after the World Title. And Tony, your going to take after your brother and drop the ball at Shockwave.
You see Royce nodding his head
THK: And Sabur. Its clear to see that your carrying your team, if you can even call it that. I mean, You carried Razor Ryan and look where that got you. Now your carrying Tony and well, we know what he’s capable of doing. Sabur, you may be the Irish Hammer, but I’m the Hardcore Kid and you can try to be funny and stuff. And you can run your mouth all you want, but at the end of the day Sabur, We you don’t have a tag team partner that you can rely on. When you don’t have a partner that will back you up, go up to the plate with you, then as one man Sabur, you got no shot at the tag titles. Especially how you’re calling yourself a Blackwell for this match. Seriously now? I knew your we’re dumb, but not that dumb. Sabur, you just sealed your own fate. You just chose your own destiny. For one Night Sabur is a Blackwell. Well for one more night, Hardcore Ice is going to rule the tag division and finally put an end to all this. You damn right you’re a thorn in my side, and I’m tired of every week having you put up with you guys, even thought this month is was us getting the last laugh. But I’m going to take that thorn Sabur, pull it out of my side and Jab it in your heart. After Shockwave, after Hardcore Ice wins, that’s another chapter that we can close in our careers. After Shockwave, there’s gonna be no more excuses for you guys to get another title shot. It will be back of the line for you two clowns. And glad that I’ve got to hear you say that you respect us. And after Sunday, you can finally say that Hardcore Ice is the better team.
Phil: And that’s our show for….
THK: I’m not finished yet! Sunday, August 31st at Shockwave, twenty throusand screaming fans are going to enjoy watching The “underdogs” beat Two muscle bound freaks. Hardcore Ice, we are inspiration to everyone who thinks that they aren’t good enough. Inspiration to everyone who always comes out a bit short. We proved with hard work, and dedication that things can happen. That Dreams do come true. This Sunday, Sabur, Tony, remember this when you get to the top of that cage, because when you do, Royce and I, we’re sending you STRAIGHT TO HELL!!!!
