APW.com has just recently found out about a hearing that took place on Thursday, the 27th of December, which included President Jeff, Reginald, and Action Packed Wrestling's own "Johnny Knuckles". Nobody has been available to comment on it but APW lawyers have stated, "This is certainly a serious issue and a trial date has been set for after the new year."
Knuckles has been dealing with legal issues as of late in regards to some sort of "identity theft" allegation that has been brought to the public eye. These allegations have not interfered with scheduling show dates thus far, but have certainly put a small damper on the reputation of Action Packed Wrestling.
Ticket sales have actually increased due to the controversy of these allegations and could potentially plummet if "Johnny Knuckles" is found guilty.
A secondary lawsuit has also been filled against Action Packed Wrestling and President Jeff for "gross incompetence" and "gross negligence" for allegedly allowing such actions to take place. Both charges will be tried separately but one must wonder that if found not guilty, will the other charges be dismissed.
More details of these trials will be reported as the information becomes available. Stay tuned to APW.com for the latest updated information.
