Overdrive starts with a recap video from Shockwave. The video ends with Twister becoming the new APW World Champion and then the Overdrive Intro video plays





The video ends and Pyro begans blasting on the entranceway and then we go to ringside for our commentators for the evening.

Chase: Welcome to Overdrive and what a night Shockwave was.

Harvey: Let me just say first that wow, what a match between Twister and Doctor Phate. And congrats to Twister for being the new APW World Champ.
Chase: Hardcore Ice was able to retain their tag title against Sabur and Tony Blackwell in the Hardcore Cage match.

Chase: A close match that was

Harvey: A Very close match that was. And speaking of the Tag Champs, they’ll be in action tonight defending their tag titles against the unlikely duo of Kristina Blackwell and Fyre Angel.

Chase: And five years in the making, Matt Metal and President Jeff beat the living hell out of each other.

Harvey: A brutal match that was with Jeff sending Metal to the hospital.

Chase: We will hear from Metal later on tonight on his condition.

Harvey: But the big surprise came after the match when Spirit, who was dressed as a camera man pulled a Muta and spit some mist in the face of Jeff.

Chase: And our first match is a direct fallout of Overdrive, ‘Spirit’ Tara Jacobs will be taking on Victor Brander.

Harvey: Both stars were suspended over a bar fight a couple of months ago and Jeff has responded to Tara’s demands and recent attack by saying that one and only one of them will be getting their job back.

Chase: And that attack is the key point in this matter, you can bet that Jeff has his preferences over whose pay check he will be signing after Overdrive tonight.

"Spirit" Tara Jacobs Vs Victor Brander


Tony: The following match is scheduled for one fall and is a Loser leaves town match. First introducing, hailing from Los Angeles and tipping the scales at two hundred and thirty five pounds, the Lone Wolf, Victor Brander!

The curtain flicks aside and Victor gets a warm face reaction as he walks up the ramp, slapping fans’ hands along the way.

He makes it to the ringside area and walks around the barriers, tagging hands along the way. He takes a deep breath and walks up the ring steps, climbing into the ring. He leans against the ropes, stretching his arms over the top before springing away, taking his APW shirt off and throwing it into the crowd.

Suddenly, the lights cut out and the fans are met with the whispered words, ‘What happens when you compound insanity with insanity?’ there is a moment of silence and complete darkness before the whispered words the fans know so well come over the PA.

The darkness is shattered by a flickering strobe light that takes in the whole arena. Spotlights scan the fans as the camera pans the arena and suddenly with all that madness around them, they coalesce upon Tara Jacobs, standing striking that I am God pose with her back to the camera.

Tony: And his opponent, calling home Brooklyn, New York and weighing in at one hundred and forty pounds, she is The Daaaaamned Dame of The Insane, ‘Spirit’ Tara Jacobs!

The spotlights switch to red as Tara turns with a flourish to face the camera as a primal scream tears itself from her throat. She walks down the down the stairs allowing the cheers and boos to wash over her as fans pat her on the shoulder while she passes. Her gaze never leaves Brander as she reaches the barrier and vaults over it. She reaches the ring and slides in under the bottom rope, rising to her knees. She rises to her feet and begins to stalk the ring, slipping her shades from her face and putting them into an inside pocket. She takes her hat off and hands that over the roeps followed by her duster. She spins towards Brander and again lets out a primal scream as the lights cut out and the music snaps off, leaving only the crowd noise to not drown out her scream.

Harvey: Tara seems so much more intense than she was before her break and we are seeing, and hearing, that now.

The lights come back on and we see Tara stalking the ring, Brander circles to keep her in his line of sight as the two know exactly what is on the line. Tara bounces back against the ropes but hooks her arms around the top to fake a spring forward. Brander looks unfazed at this and it seems that the two are feeling each other out. The two resume circling the ring and suddenly Tara lunges forward, dipping her shoulder and hitting Victor square in the ribs. She drives him back into the corner and chops him across the chest before being pushed backwards and to the mat. She rolls to her feet and resumes the attack with the ferocity of a pitbull as she hits him in the ribs again and again with her shoulder.

Tara backs off and spins into a Roaring Elbow but Victor ducks out of the way and slams Tara into the corner, snapping off quick kicks to her ribs and chest, he spins and catches her under the jaw and she falls in the corner. Brander backs off and runs in with a head of steam, hitting Tara with a face wash. Victor drags Tara to her feet and towards the centre of the ring, he hoists her high into the air and drops her shin across his knee, Brander lets go and hits the ropes, chopblock! Tara flies backwards holding her knee but Brander is not done, he locks in a half nelson and spins it into a knee bar which was Tara in trouble early.

Chase: Brander is a technician, and he is showing it here, but I do not think he has met anyone quite like Tara.

Harvey: Tara is an intense wrestler and Brander must match that intensity, he must keep on her.

Tara screams in pain as she tries to crawl desperately towards the ropes, there is no thought of submitting, not when a career is on the line. Tara tries to crawl towards the ropes but Brander simply has too much weight on her, she gets her hands beneath her and tries to lessen the leverage, nothing doing and Brander is tearing back on that knee now! Tara kicks at his arm with her free leg, kicks again, she gets herself free and stands...then slumps to the mat, holding her leg. Brander stands and drags Tara to her feet, whipping her around into a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. He hits the ropes and comes back looking vfor a Rolling Thunder but this is a rare error from Brander as Tara raises her knees, screaming in pain at the impact but the damage has also been done to Victor.

Tara crawls towards the ropes, dragging herself to her feet and gingerly putting weight onto her damaged wheel, Brander is quickly to his feet and he approaches Tara warily, he reaches out to her but Tara ducks under his grip and hits him with a spear! She lays fists into his head and the ref counts to four, Tara lets go and screams at the ref, causing him to jump back. Tara stands and kicks Brander in the ribs, her leg seeming to handle the pressure better now that it has not been abused quite so recently. She drops a knee to the back of his head, and then another, Brander tries to stand and gets punted to the skull and his eyes take a glazed over look. Tara urges Brander to get to his feet and he staggers to his feet, Tara drops him with a vicious DDT and she heads towards the corner, springing up.

Harvey: Tara going for her first high risk of the match but how will her leg hold up?

Tara bounces lightly on the ropes, seemingly testing this for herself before coming off with a vicious 630 that sends her flying from Brander’s body like a rag doll, but it has done its job. She rolls Victor onto his stomach and straddles his back, nailing the back of his head with vicious elbows. The ref berates Tara and counts to four, she snaps her head towards him and yells, ‘I have five!’ She hits her feet and springs towards the ropes and drops an elbow to the back of his neck on her return.

Tara waits for Brander to make it to his feet, runs, ducks a clothesline and hits the ropes, Brander slips in behind Tara and looks for a German suplex but she flips and lands on her feet, her leg buckles, Brander takes advantage and hooks Tara up, dropping her with an STO across his knee! He keeps hold of Tara and hits another STO backbreaker, he drags her to her feet and whips her into the ropes, Tara slides between his legs, wincing, she hits the ropes, Brander tries to take her into the air but Tara kicks her legs and lands a Tornado DDT. She covers,

Kickout, Tara is relentless though, she stands and hits a standing Shooting Star. She rises to her knees and screams, feeling the adrenaline coarse through her veins. Brander tries to make it to his feet and takes another punt to the head...no he doesn’t! He caught the foot and he takes Tara down with a dragonscrew leg whip. Brander hits the ropes and comes back with a Rolling Thunder, hitting this time and this important match is going back and forth to say the least. He drops a knee to the back, a second, a third, Brander hoists Tara into the air and, as adept in backbreakers as his opponent is in the many forms of the DDT, he nails her with an inverse backbreaker, he grips her from behind and nails her with a German Suplex, he bridges into the pin,

Kickout, Tara rolls backwards and looks for a clothesline, as does Brander, they take each other out and the ref gets to try and count to ten.

Chase: What happens if neither of them get up? Think they’ll both be without a job?

Harvey: That is a good question, to be honest, I think Jeff wouldn’t mind so long as he sees the back of Tara Jacobs.

The ref gets to seven but Tara kips to her feet, Brander climbs to his, Tara runs in to look for a Superkick, Brander ducks, tries for a spinning sidekick which his opponent ducks under, Tara spews forth red mist but Brander ducks and it hits the ref. Tara hits the ropes and looks for a spinning wheel kick and miscues again, knocking the ref flat on his back. Tara scrambles to her feet, Brander grabs her and spins her into a tilt-a-whirl but Tara spins through, she nails him with a Deja vu! Out of nowhere though, Jeff hits the ring and wipes Tara out with an Eye of the Hurricane!

Harvey: Where did the boss spring up from?

Chase: One sneak attack deserves another?

Jeff drags Brander over Tara and kicks the ref which amazingly brings him to his senses. He crawls over to make the count,

Tara kicks out! Brander rolls from her, seemingly confused, and he sees Jeff outside the ring, he yells something like ‘I don’t need help!’ and anyone who knows Brander would know that he would hate the idea of such in a match of this magnitude. Tara rushes Brander but he turns, hoists her high and drops her across his knee again! He is rabid and grabs the legs, grapevine them and rolling Tara over into a Sharpshooter!

Chase: This has to be it!

Harvey: Tara has never quit, she’s passed out, to this hold in fact, but she has never quit and everything is on the line!

Tara’s screams are not for show this time as the agony can be heard within them. She tries to crawl towards the roeps but Brander sits in deeper, punishing the knee he abused earlier and the back. He reefs back on the hold as Tara tries to make it to her hands, her arms buckle though but there is still no tap out! Tara crawls inch by agonising inch to the ropes but Victor drags her back to the centre of the ring.

Harvey: If this goes on, Tara can forget about wrestling anywhere!

Tara tries to get her arms beneath her again and it can be seen that this is very much a last gasp attempt. With a scream more of effort than the pain, Tara twists her legs one way, the other, and suddenly twists herself from Victor’s grip and the shock on his face is evident. Tara, with an act of self preservation, rolls from the ring, she eyeballs Jeff across the ring as she tries to walk off her pain. She slides in, ducks under a clothesline as she runs and hits the ropes...launching herself into a Springboard Whisper in the wind onto Jeff! She holds her back in agony as the ref begins to count her out but she manages to roll into the ring, Brander takes a handful of hair but gets a face full of mist! Tara hits the ropes and she launches herself into a Crucifix position on Victor‘s shoulders, Devine Rites!

Tara cannot hold on from the pin but she screams again as she gets a third damn wind! She springs up the turnbuckles and measures Brander, she launches herself into the Supernova! Brander moves! Tara lands on her feet! Brander rises to his feet to get a kick to the gut before his arm is twisted into an arm wringer...Desecrated Grave! Tara falls to the mat, breathing heavily before rolling towards Victor, she rolls him over, drapes an arm across his shoulders,

Winner: “Spirit” Tara Jacobs

The bell rings and no sooner has it rung than Jeff slides into the ring, taking Tara down with a clothesline, and then a second, Tara stands, nowhere near fresh enough to withstand this onslaught and gets dropped with her second Eye of the Hurricane of the night.

Chase: Spirit just got her job back in APW.

Harvey: Too bad for Brander

Chase: Wait a second, Jeff has something to say.

Jeff gets a microphone

Jeff: Spirit, Its time you learn to never Cross the Boss. And at Aftershock, your going to learn that very lesson when I put you out for good.

Jeff drops the microphone on Spirit and exits the ring.

Chase: Is Jeff saying that he and Spirit are going to fight at Aftershock?

Harvey: I think so. What a way to kick off Overdrive. Spirit gets her job back and we find out the first match for Aftershock.

Chase: And this is just the beginning. I can wait for the rest of the show to unfold.


Overdrive goes to commercial

Overdrive comes back on the air with a replay of what happened with Jeff and Spirit. The cameras cut backstage with APW Interviewer, Cindy Shannon.

Cindy Shannon: Iggy you wanted to see me?

Cindy Shannon, APW interviewer says as she walks over to Iggy the Iguana who is looking in a mirror checking out his good looks in his own mind, in his dressing room. There are three roses, two red and one black that are laying on the shelf next to the tequila bottle with a floating dead worm in it.

Iggy: Si, Seniorita Cindy, Iggy needs to tell you something. Please take a seat.

Bewildered she looks over at Iggy wondering what he is talking about as she sits on the sofa. Iggy takes some of the tequila splashing it on his face like cologne. Iggy looks over at Cindy Shannon with a sad look on his face.

Cindy Shannon: Iggy? Why am I asked here?

Taking the bewildered Cindy Shannon’s hand holding it like a lover, Iggy strokes her hand trying to give Cindy comfort. Cindy of course has no idea why Iggy is doing this.

Iggy: Well, Cindy Shannon, Iggy must say that Iggy cannot not just be with one woman! Iggy knows that you are disappointed but after Shockwave Iggy now knows for the sake of the APW that he must be open for all women to date.

Looking at Iggy with shock Cindy has no idea what Iggy is talking about as she pulls her hand out of Iggy’s wondering what is going on here. Iggy looks so sad.

Cindy Shannon: Ummm ok so why am I here?

Standing up clutching his heart, the ‘Master of the Drunken Tequila Worm’ looks over at Cindy, who is still wondering why she is here as Iggy falls to his one knee looking her in the eyes.

Iggy: Iggy knows you must be heartbroken but Iggy cannot just date you exclusively anymore Cindy. Iggy knows you are full of tears. Iggy is sorry but this is best for the APW.

The word shock cannot even describe what Cindy Shannon is thinking at the moment. Where did Iggy get this idea? What is going on with Iggy? Is he more drunk… than usual?

Cindy Shannon: Iggy… we never dated…

Interrupting Cindy who was trying to tell Iggy they never date for they never did. Iggy pats her knee as he stands looking away from her not wanting to see Cindy cry. Cindy instead is just in shock with what she is seeing.

Iggy: Do not worry, Iggy will move on and we can date but with all the other women in the APW as well. And Iggy’s many, many women admirers. Iggy must remain single just for them. A sacrifice Iggy is happy to endure. So I know that you are weeping, do not worry this is for the best.

Iggy grabs some tissue putting the box in her lap not wanting to see the weeping he is sure that is on Cindy Shannon’s face. Cindy looks at the box not sure what to do this is all a shock to her. Too strange to say the least.

Cindy Shannon: Ahhh, Iggy I have no idea what to say…

Dismissing what she says looking up an away as a man from a bad soap opera would. Iggy puts his hand over his forehead knowing that the sight of him must bother Cindy Shannon. Cindy Shannon just watches this awe.

Iggy: You are speechless, my former exclusive love, I know. Now Iggy has to go for the sight of Iggy must still be a hurting sting to your heart. For that Iggy must leave. Farewell one of my many loves.

Iggy walks out carrying with him the roses and of course the tequila that he quickly drinks from as if he is weeping.

Cindy Shannon: Yeah… that is what I am feeling.

Cindy Shannon watches Iggy as he leaves his locker room heading out into the hallway away.

Iggy: SENIORITAS! IGGY IS HERE FOR YOU!

The camera’s cut back to ringside.

Chase: That Iggy guy is great.

Harvey: Time for our next match up.

Chase: Two guys making their in ring debut. A win for either one of them could be huge.

Carl Cage Vs Jason Ricochet


As "Don't Question My Heart" by Saliva and the crowd erupts into a chorus of boos. As the song picks up smoke rises and finally the pyros are set off with one big bang as Carl Cage steps out onto the ramp with his arms outstretched.

Tony: Making his way to the ring, Weighing in at 320 pounds, CARL CAGE!

He walks to the ring gesturing and back chatting the crowd as they are shouting abuse to him and booing before reaching the ring where he walks up the steps and step's over the top rope. Cage walks into the middle of the ring and starts posing as the crowds booing gets louder and louder. After he has finished posing Carl stops and a smirk that exudes arrogance appears on his face, his music then fades out as he gets ready for action.

Tony: and his opponent
Jason Ricochet’s music hits and he makes his way out flexing for the fans.

Tony: From Brooklyn New York, weighing in at 247 pounds, JASON RICOCHET!

Jason gets to the ring and gets in, then climbs the top rope and poses for his fans. Carl pulls Jason off the top rope and punches him to the ropes and then throws him into the ropes. Carl goes for a clothesline, but Jason ducks it and comes back off the ropes with a cross body but Carl catches him and hoist Jason up in a body press. Jason squirms out of it, falling on his feet behind Carl and drop kicks him in the back, sending him into the corner chest first. Jason turns Carl around and climbs up, and starts punching Carl and the crowd counts along. 1....2....3...4....5.....6....7....8.....Carl grabs Jason and walks out of the corner and drops him with a Power Bomb. Carl makes the cover.

Chase: These two have a lot to prove tonight.

Harvey: And they have a lot to gain.

Carl starts choking Jason and the ref gets him off. Carl picks Jason up and throws him over to the corner and Carl walks over and kicks him, followed with a chop that echoed. The fans yelled Woooo as Carl chops Jason again. Jason holds his chest as Carl throws him into the opposite corner. Jason bounces out of it and Carl grabs Jason and throws him across the ring with a Belly to Belly suplex. Carl then pins Jason.

kick out. Carl picks Jason up and leans him up against the ropes. Carl goes for a running clothesline, but Jason ducks and pulls down the ropes and Carl goes over to the outside. Carl gets back up to his feet and Jason jumps over the top rope with a cross body and the fans cheer. Jason slams Carl’s face into the ring apron and then on the ring barrier. Carl stumbles to the ring post. Jason runs and Carl moves and Jason hits the ring post. The ref is up to the count of 6. Carl sticks his body in the ring and then back out to break the count.

Chase: Lets get this match back into the ring.

Carl grabs Jason and suplexes him on the outside. Jason holds his back and Carl throws Jason back into the ring. Carl goes for a pin and hooks the leg.

Carl picks Jason up and throws him into the ropes and then throws him up in the air, but Jason is able to come down, wrapping his legs around Carl’s neck and takes him down with a Hurricanrana. The fans cheer and Carl get up and goes back down with a drop kick. Jason quickly does on the ring apron and as soon as Carl gets up, Jason hits a Springboard shoulder block and goes for a cover.

Chase: Jason is gaining momentum now.

Harvey: But we have to go to a commercial break!!

Overdrive goes to commercial.

Overdrive comes back on and a clip from during the commercial break is shown of Carl hitting a brainbuster on Jason. Back live into the ring, Carl has Jason in a chin lock. Jason battles out of it, with elbows to the stomach of Carl. Jason throws a few punches and then kicks Carl in the stomach and drops him with a DDT. Jason climbs up to the top rope. Carl gets to his feet and Jason comes flying off with a big crossbody block. Carl goes down and Jason hooks the leg for a cover.

kick out. Jason gets ready and waits to hit the Sensational-Slam. Carl gets up and Jason puts Carl’s head between his legs but Carl is able to backdrop his way out of Jason finisher. Jason gets up and gets hit with a Strong Clothesline from Carl.

kick out. Carl say’s that it’s time to finish Jason. Carl picks Jason up and lifts him up for the Ego Sensation, but Jason is able to punch Carl in the face and then jumps over behind Carl. Jason spins Carl around and gets to kick him, but Carl catches his foot and spins him around, and then grabs Jason by the waist and hits a Snap Release German suplex. Carl pulls Jason to the center of the ring and pins him.

kick out. Carl can’t believe it. Carl picks Jason up and throws him into the ropes and goes for a running clothesline but Jason ducks, and both Jason and Carl run off the ropes and they come back, giving each other a clothesline. Both guys lay still and then the Bell rings.

Chase: What happened?

Harvey: Why did the bell ring?

The ref talks to Tony Ferrari and Tony then makes the announcement.

Tony: The time limit for this match has expired, and the referee has decided to call this match…a DRAW!

Winner: Draw

Chase: A great match between these two new guys. They didn’t win, nor did they lose, but their efforts here tonight gained them some respect.

Overdrive goes to commercial.

[President Jeff]

Overdrive returns from commercial with Harvey and Chase involved in their usual banter.

Harvey: Interesting show so far tonight, with more coming up!

Chase: I hate to interrupt to Harvey, but we seem to have something potentially going on backstage. Let’s see what’s going on out there.

The camera shows Matt Metal. All the fans are cheering as he stands there with a neck brace on his neck.

Metal: Last Sunday at Shockwave. Jeff and I, we went to hell and back. We beat the living hell out of each other and Jeff was the better man last Sunday. But Jeff tired to do was end Metalmania. Put an end to Matt Metal. And it looks like he succeeded when he put a chair around my neck and put him in a crossface pulling on the chair.

You hear the fans booing in the arena

Metal: But Jeff failed to realize something, I am stronger than that.

Metal pulls off his neck brace

Metal: Three Years of letting my neck heal, my neck is better than over. Doctors say theres nothing wrong with my neck. So President Jeff, we will meet again, and next time it will be you, going to the hospital.

The camera shows Kristina Blackwell is making her way over to Metal, strutting slowly in her hip swinging sensual way. Her hands were low behind her back in that innocently flirtatious way.

Kristina: Hey Metal.

Confused, Metal looked over at her, cocking an eye brow.

Metal: Hi, Kristina. What’s up?

Kristina: Oh nothing, I just wanted to say that I’m glad your ok.

Metal: Oh, Thanks.

Kristina: I bet you do. So aren’t you gonna wish me luck tonight?

Metal: Well, sure. Um, good luck.

Kristina: Thanks!

She blew him a kiss and started to turn to walk away, then catching herself and changing her mind.

Kristina: Oh shoot, I totally almost forgot something. My brother Trevor wanted me to tell you something.

Metal shot her a confused look as she pulled her hands out from behind her back to reveal she was holding a Singapore Cane. Before our confused superstar could react, Kristina sent him a shot to the gut causing him to double over for no more than a second before she proceeded to break the cane over his back, letting it drop to the ground. She then blew him a kiss and smiled.

Kristina: He says he’s coming for you! Kay?

With that our superstar looked up to see a hip-swinging, skipping Kristina heading away, whistling and swinging her arms.

Chase: Holy…

Harvey: Metal just got a totally unexpected attack from one Blackwell, by another!

Chase: I guess this means Trevor Blackwell’s coming back? All three Blackwells?

Harvey: There goes the fed…

Chase: But why Metal?

Harvey: I don’t know but once Trevor steps foot back in an APW ring, its going to be hell.

Chase: Lets go to the next match.

Dr. Wacko Vs Austin Daniels


Tony Ferrari: First hailing from Santa Monica California weighing in at two hundred pounds even, standing five foot eleven inches tall....DR. WACKOOO....

The lights go out and pitch black has filled the entire arena. The Instrumental of Pop Goes The Weasel begins to play and then quickly turns into the hard hitting sounds of Toxicity. The light rise and strobe through out the arena presenting an auro of insanity. Dr. Wacko runs out from the curtain with his arms outstretched and head pointed upward. He spins around like a helicopter stopping in the center of the stage, He sprints to the ring as an ominous figure stands in the ramp way watching the Dr. of wackiness enter the ring. The man seemingly wearing a mask disappears, and then Tony announces Dr. Wacko's opponent.


Tony Ferrari: Hailing from Hotel rooms all over the country, the ACE Austin Daniels...

Hillbilly Deluxe begins to play on the pa system and out walks the ACE.

He darts to the ring, and jumps to the apron, grabs the top rope and front flips himself into the ring, only to be met by a clothesline by Dr. Wacko. Wacko begins to kick violently at the ACE. The ref warns Wacko to ease up. He turns toward the crowd smiling then quickly letting out a scream. He turns back runs and leap into the air crashing down on Daniels who has made it to his knees.

Chase: Daniels idea of a quick attack kinda back fired there.

The crossed arms of Wacko crash into the spine sending the ACE down. The Doc grabs the left leg of Daniels drags him to the center of the ring then drops an elbow into the knee of Daniels. He then hooks him into an ankle lock. Daniels kicks at Wacko with the other leg that lets loose the ankle lock. Daniels quickly rolls out of the ring for a breather. Wacko not having any of that bolts toward the man, leaps through the ropes diving toward the ACE, who steps aside watching the wacky Doctor crash and burn outside.

Harvey: That the chance you take when you attempt a high risk move.

The ACE looks at the fans ringside pointing at his temple like he has it all figured out. The ACE rolls into and out of the ring to break whatever count the ref may have begun. Then backs up waiting for Wacko to get to his feet. The Doctor rises, and Austin runs, leaps up run along the guard rail, leaps into the air inverting his body in a shooting star press, then coming around clotheslining Wacko as he turns right into it. The fans ringside cheer at the work of the ACE who stands and takes a bow for the crowd. He rolls back into the ring, then climbs to the top rope, perching there, motions to the crowd, then leap out corkscrewing his body in the air, then crashes down on top of Wacko who a the last minute lifted his knees. The ACE gets every ounce of breath taken from him, and flops over choking for air. Wacko struggles to his feet, then looks at the crowd, and points to his temple like he has it all figured out, then lays the boots to Daniels again.

Chase: Daniels is in trouble here

He picks up the ACE, rolls him into the ring, then follows after him. Drops down and pounds the head of Daniels with closed fists. Wailing away like the kid from Christmas Story beating the bully Wacko then stops for a second smiles and continues on untill the ref tells him to stop. Wacko stands runs to the ropes Daniels quickly to his feet ducks a running clothesline from the insane wrestler. Daniels then hits the ropes running at the Doc who drops his head for a back body drop. Daniels front flips over Wacko landing on his feet then instantly dropkicking the legs of Wacko out from under him. Daniels leaps corkscrews into an elbowdrop. Stands then backflips on top of Wacko hooks a leg..

Kick out by Wacko. Daniels then springs up followed by Wacko. The ACE kicks the Doc in the gut, hooks him for a suplex, Wacko blocks the move with his leg then kicks the ACE in the nutts, then performs a twist of fate on Daniels. Wacko hits the rope, then big splahes on the back of Daniels. Wacko stand grabbing the legs of the ACE, and puts him in a boston crab. The ACE screams in pain. Wacko then releases the hold and looks out to the fans with a twisted smile. The ACE makes it to his feet, Wacko notices and charges toward Daniels. The ACE drops kicks his knee, then stands whipping a kick in the side of the Doc's head. Daniels climbs to the top rope, signals to the fans, and notices outside of the ring an ominous figure. Daniels looks at the man, then the fans, and then leaps outward toward the man flipping through the air, the man steps asside. Daniels crashes hard on the floor landing on his head, His body folding over, then fans near the ring begin to chant "You Fucked Up" Wacko stands slowly seeing the man at the side of the ring. He then gets the attention of the ref by doing a silly dance. The ref tries to turn back toward the outside, and the Doc grabs him by the shoulders, and then attempts to break dance. While the ref is distracted the man outside the ring picks up the lifeless body of Daniels, hoists him high, then powerbombs the man violently onto the ground. Daniels hits his neck then folds over again. The man picks him up and rolls him into the ring, Wacko then leaps on the ACE hooking the leg. The ref drops down for the pin.

Chase: I think Daniels is hurt

Paramedics rush to Daniels on puts Daniels on a stretcher as we go to commercial.

[President Jeff]

Overdrive comes back on the air with the APW Overdrive Champion, Michael Lively, standing backstage with Phil.

Phil: I’m standing here with….

Lively: The world knows who I am. I’m The Jesus. I’m the Overdrive Champion. I’m Michael Lively. And since I won this title, I’ve beaten everyone who was put in my path. I’m beaten everyman who wanted a shot. I have more singles wins than anyone in APW. And there’s no one left for me to face cause I’ve beaten them all.

Just then, Dita Von Amora walks into camera view and confronts

Lively: I know you to spend a little alone time with me, not that I can blame you, but you gotta wait till after the show.

Phil puts the mic to Dita’s face.

Dita: Michael, a man like you couldn’t handle a women like me! I heard you blabbering about how you got more wins than everyone. How you beaten everyone in your path. Well guess what Michael Lively, you haven’t beaten me!

Lively: And what makes you think you deserve a shot against me.

Dita: The fact that I can beat you.

Lively: Really?

Lively smiles as a perverted thought goes through his mind.

Dita: And I’ll show you!

Dita hits Lively in the face with some forearm shots and then throws him in the APW Interview set. Lively looks up at Dita.

Dita: Aftershock, you and me for that title!

Dita walks away as Phil put the mic to Lively’s face.

Lively: Your On!

The camera goes back to ringside.

Chase: Wow, another match added to Aftershock. First we found out that Spirit and President Jeff would fight, and now Dita Von Amora takes on Michael Lively.

Harvey: Its shaping up for a great event. But let’s go to the ring for our next contest.

Tony: The following contest is for the Tag Team Championship.

The pounding of A Perfect Circle hits the arena with all the intensity of a war drum as pyrotechnics spit fire upwards at the entrance. Emerging from the flames is the spit fire beauty herself, barely dressed and barely sane.

Tony: Making her way to the ring first, Kristina Blackwell!

Her strut down the aisle is interrupted as she ran her hands across screaming adolescent boys and slobbering middle aged men. When she finally slides into the ring she throws her hands up and laughs with excitement.

Chase: Kristina earlier sent a message to Matt Metal from Trevor Blackwell.

Harvey: I wonder if we’ll see Trevor here next week.

Lights dim as “Thoughtless” by Evenesence plays as fireworks shoots up in a wall of fireworks. The fireworks die down as Kalayla stands on the stage giving the fans a sick smirk the spotlight reflecting off two ninja sais.

Tony: And her Partner, FYRE ANGEL!

She makes her way down the ramp stopping at the bottom of the ramp. Kalayla reaches up grabbing the middle rope pulling herself up and turning to face the stage kicking her long legs up over her head backflipping into the ring posing for the fans.

Tony: And their opponents

“Kick start my Heart” by Motley Crue begins to play as the Tag Team Champions Hardcore Ice walk through the curtains and make their way to the ring

Tony: And their opponents, at a combined weight of 462 pounds, they are The APW Tag Team Champions, The Hardcore Kid, Jason Royce, they are, HARDCORE ICE!

The Tag Champs get into the ring and wait for the match to start.

APW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
Hardcore Ice Vs Kristina Blackwell and Fyre Angel


Both teams are in their corners. The Hardcore Kid and Kristina Blackwell start the match off as the ref calls for the bell to start the match. The Kid and Kristina circle each other and then lock up. Kristina gets a side headlock on The Kid and then The Kid shoots her off the ropes and Kristina comes back and takes The Kid down with a shoulder block. Kristina runs off the ropes and The Kid goes to his stomach and Kristina jumps over him. The Kid gets to his feet and leap frogs Kristina as she runs back. The Kid does a half backwards roll and spreads open his legs and Kristina hops over him and The Kid hits a spinning Heel Kick on Kristina as she comes back at the Kid . The Hardcore Kid gets up and so does Kristina and Kristina walks into a arm drag, and then a hip toss, and then The Kid takes Kristina down with a headlock takedown. Kristina ’s shoulders are on the mat and Kristina the ref counts.

kick out. Kristina gets to her feet and The Kid still has the headlock on. Kristina gets some elbows in on The Kid and then grabs his arm and twist it. Kristina acts cocky and then the Kid does a forward roll and then a nip up and twist Kristina ’s arm, making Kristina spin into a forward roll and The Kid get an arm bar on Kristina and the fans cheer.

Chase: This is great wrestling by The Hardcore Kid.

Harvey: The Kid has been impressive as of late and he continues to show it tonight

The Kid pulls Kristina up, still holding the arm and twist is again and pulls Kristina over to his corner. The Kid ask the fans if they want to see The Iceman. Jason Royce enters the ring and the Kid lifts Kristina ’s arm up and Royce kicks Kristina under the arm. Royce Chops Kristina and then Royce goes to throw Kristina into the ropes, but Kristina reverses it and Royce runs to close to Fyre Angel and Fyre Angel grabs him by the hair and pulls him down to the mat. Kristina goes over and tags Fyre Angel in.

Chase: We could see new Tag Team Champions here tonight

Fyre grabs Royce’s leg and Royce is kicking at Fyre. Fyre picks her up and Royce kicks Fyre in the Stomach and Fyre goes down and Royce gets over to the Hardcore Kid and tags him. The Kid climbs to the top rope. Fyre Angel gets to her feet and The Kid leaps off with a cross body block.

kick out. The Kid gets to his feet and so does Fyre Angel. The Kid brings Fyre to the corner and gives her a chop. The Kid is punching Fyre and the ref pulls the Kid off. The Kid goes back to the corner and Fyre gets a thumb in on The Hardcore Kid’s eye. Fyre Angel then comes out of the corner and takes The Kid down with a big clothesline, almost taking his head off. Fyre drags The Kid towards Kristina and tags out.

Harvey:This doesn’t look good for The Hardcore Kid

Chase: Smart move by Fyre Angel

Kristina stomps on The Kid and then Kristina picks the Kid up and puts him in the corner and gives him a big chop. Kristina walks towards Royce and taunts him into the ring and the ref stops him from getting in. Fyre Angel take advantage of this and starts choking The Kid in the corner and Kristina goes and kicks and punches THE KID. Royce gets back on the ring apron and Fyre Angel lets go and then Kristina takes The Kid and puts on an abdominal stretch on him. The Kid screams in pain and then Kristina reaches his hand back and Fyre starts pulling on it, putting The Hardcore Kid in more pain. Fyre lets go before the ref looks. The ref gets back into position and Fyre and Kristina do the same thing as before and stop before the ref see’s it. The ref goes into position and then the try the double team again and the ref see’s it. The ref kicks Fyre’s arm and The Kid is able to hip toss Kristina over.

Chase: The Kid needs to make a tag.

Harvey: Yeah, if not, this match will be over soon.

The Kid is crawling towards Royce who is reaching for a tag. Kristina able to tag Fyre in and The Kid tags in Royce. Fyre runs towards Royce but Royce gets out of the way and Fyre hits the corner and then Royce gives Fyre a few forearm shots. Royce moves out of the way and Kristina runs into Fyre. Royce throws Kristina to her corner and then runs and gives Kristina a monkey toss and she rolls out of the ring. The Kid is back to his feet and he sits Fyre up on the top rope. The Kid tells Royce to run towards him, and he does and The Kid lifts him up and throws him over his head and he lands with his legs around Fyre Angels head and he gives Fyre Angel a Hurricanrana off the top rope.

Chase: That was cool.

Harvey: That great team work by the Tag champs.

Kristina is back in the ring and clotheslines Royce down from behind. The Kid see’s this and then gives Kristina a Superkick. The ref tells The Kid to get on the ring apron. He does and Fyre Angel rolls over and puts his arm over Royce for the cover.

kick out and the fans cheer. Fyre Angel gets up and picks Royce up by the hair. Fyre gets Royce up for the unprittier. Fyre turns towards The Kid, and The Kid is in the ring and The Kid takes Fyre down with a clothesline. Royce and Fyre crawl towards their corners and make the tags. The Kid and Kristina enter the ring and the run at each other and The Kid hits the jumping clothesline and then Kristina gets up and walks into a kick from The Kid, and The Kid grabs Kristina from behind and hits a German Suplex.

Fyre Angel stops the count. Royce is up and takes Fyre Angel down with a spear and starts punching her. The Kid picks Kristina up and Kristina chops The Kid and then turns the Kid around and gives him a sleeping neck breaker. Fyre Angel is getting up and Kristina tells her to finish the Kid off.

Chase: Its Over here for the Tag Champs.

Fyre Picks the Kid up for the Solar Flare and out of no where, Jason Royce comes running in the ring with one of the Tag Titles and hits Fyre Angel and the ref calls for the bell.

Winner by DQ: Kristina Blackwell and Fyre Angel

Chase: Royce just cause his team the match!

Harvey: But the title doesn’t change hands on a Disqualifaction!

Royce pulls the Kid out of the ring as The two girls try to figure out what just happened.

Chase: I think Royce just out smarted the two girls.

Harvey: There should be new tag team champions right now.

Overdrive goes to commercial.

[President Jeff]

Overdrive comes back on and backstage we see President Jeff and who walks up to him, none other than John Green

Jeff: What do you want Green?

Green: Jeff, I want to make a come back!

Jeff: Another one?

Green: This time is different, I want to come back and win the world title again.

Jeff: You can just come in here and tell me you want a world title shot and expect me to give it to you.

Green: I understand that, but I want to work my way back to the top.

Jeff smiles

Jeff: If your so serious about this, then how about beating the next person you see at Aftershock. That would be a good start.

Green: Thanks Jeff.

Green turns around and a shocked looks comes across his face. The camera zooms back and standing there is



DR.MATT!

Matt: Looks like I’ll finally be seeing you at Aftershock.

Matt laughs as he walks past Green and Green begins to look worried as we go back to the ring.

Chase: We’ve seen Dr. Matt beat up green all last month and now we will finally get to see them fight inside the ring.

Harvey: It should be a great match. But lets get you our main event of the night.

STREETS WILSON VS JAKE RUBY

Yo Delf by Method Man hits the speakers as Streets Wilson emerges from behind the curtain spinning a switchblade in his hand as he does so. As he steps into the ring he removes his trademark fedora from his head, places his blade inside it and places it in his corner of the ring.

Tony: This match is scheduled for one fall with a 20 minute time limit and is our main event of the evening. Introducing first from Stamford, Conneticut he is Streeeeeeets Wiiiiilsooon! And his opponent...

Drums beat to a rhythm that inspires drama and anticipation in the audience. The lights die down, leaving the crowd in the dark, as a piercing trumpet rings out around the arena. A murmur spreads through the fans of APW. The drums pick up, as do the lights, and with a burst of fanfare and fireworks, The E-Starr Jake Ruby bursts onto the scene. With a spring in his step, he walks to both ends of the stage, raising his hands to the crowd who greet him with a mixture of boo's and hisses. He heads down the ramp, towards the ring, stopping at the base of the steps to look around the arena, shading his eyes to see the top-top tiers. Finally he cracks his fingers and heads up the stairs, steps through the ropes, and raises his hands up to the crowd once more, before slowly lowering them as he looks at the audience with daggers.

Tony: From Greenleaf, Idaho he is the EEEEE-Star Jaaaaaaaake Ruuuuuuuuby!

Ding Ding Ding

E-Starr and Streets circle each other around the ring before locking up collar and elbow in the middle of the ring. Streets tries to worm out of the hold but E-Starr counters and drags him to the canvas with a beautiful hip toss arm drag and locks in an arm bar as Wilson crashes to the mat. Streets powers out of the hold as Estarr rolls to his feet but Ruby is met with a big boot by Streets which sends him to the canvas. Streets goes for a quick cover.

Nothin doing. Ruby quickly kicks out of the pin. Wilson stomps on E-starr a few times trying to kill his momentum and well if nothing else getting a few boots in the back of the head will slow you down. Streets then allows Ruby to get up to a knee before stepping back and drilling Jake in the side of the head with a furious toe kick. Ruby collapses sideways and Wilson goes for another cover.

but another kick out. Streets grabs E-starr by the hair on the way up and pulls him to a standing point with him. Streets looks to club E-Starr across the head with a big fist but finally Ruby shows some flashes of life as he ducks out of the way and spins behind streets before sending him flying with a german release suplex. Streets bounces all the way to the ropes as E-Starr slowly gets to his feet. Ruby watches streets get to his feet and then charges in but at the last moment streets grabs the middle rope and drops to the mat sending Ruby and his spear like body flying through the ropes and crashing hard on the floor on the outside. Streets stands and poses in the ring as if to say "ha ha" sorry no it needs to be more manly than that "HA HA" there.

Harvey: My god Johnny, quick vision by the rookie Streets Wilson there...

Chase: This is bad news for E-Starr, you have to believe a guy named Streets would be comfortable on the outside.

Streets follows Jake to the outside and looks down at the crumpled mass that is Jake Ruby. Streets pulls him up by his hair...

And spins around and whips him hard into the steel steps as Estarr tumbles awkwardly over them.

Streets hoists E-Starr up in the air and throws the light weight hard face first across the fan baracade. E-Starr slumps down to the ground holding his face.

streets places his hands on the baracade then launches himself into the air before swinging forward and drilling ruby with a modified sit down drop kick driving his torso into the baracade with much force.

Streets rolls quickly into the ring and then back out to break the count. Estarr tries to crawl away from the punishment but to no avail... Streets grabs him by the legs and hoists him into the air in a horizontal manner. Streets then lifts Jake that inch higher and tosses him ribs first into the steel ring post. A scream can be heard echoing through the arena as E-Starr bounces off the post and lands hard on the floor.

Streets has a sick smile on his face as he walks over to the broken body of Jake Ruby. He lays a few punt like kicks into the already hurting rib cage before finally bringing him up to his feet and tossing him into the ring. The ref checks on Jake but streets is having none of it as he sits Ruby up and tries to lock in the Shaolin Nerve Hold. Ruby's eyes go wide as he is more less forced to his feet and the ref is checking quickly for a submission. Ruby realising the end is near draws back and with the ref distracted hoofs Streets square in his Wilson... E-Starr lifts streets into the air and is obviously looking for the backslide driver, but his ribs give out on him and Streets is able to slide right out of the hold and lays E-Starr out with a Vicious DDT. E-Starr looks out as Streets goes for the pin...

Harvey: Boy oh boy, Streets controlled a lot of that match yet still almost found a way to lose it at the end, but was a hard fought battle.

Chase: Impressive win, you have to believe it caught the eye of someone in the head office.

Harvey: Stay with us cause up next we will hear from the New APW World Champion, Twister.

Overdrive goes to its final commercial.

[President Jeff]

Overdrive comes back with a clip from Shockwave of Twister winning the World Title.

Twister with both his titles, poses for a bit before getting a microphone.

Twister: When I first came to APW, I didn’t come back to win the world title, or even the Xtreme title. I guess I was at the right place at the right time. Now, I wanted this time to let everyone know that I’m not going to hog both of these titles and that I will be vacating the Xtreme Title in or to focus my attention on defending the APW World Heavyweight Title.

Just then “Raining Blood” By Slayer hits and President Jeff marches his way to the ring and takes the microphone from Twister

Jeff: Twister, its nice that you come out here, say you don’t want to hog all the titles and that your vacating the Xtreme title. Well guess what, your not vacating anything because I’m STRIPPING YOU OF THE TITLE.

The fans boo as Jeff grabs the title from Twisters hands.

Jeff: And with Aftershock being less than a month away, and Doctor Phate disappearing and not answering any of my phone calls, he loses his shot at this rematch but I have a new contender for you Twister.

SABUR!

Sabur’s music hits and Sabur comes out to the ring. Sabur gets into the ring and Jeff hands him the microphone.

Sabur: Thank you Jeff for the opportunity. I went to Jeff after Shockwave and I begged him for a title shot. You know why Twister? Its because I don’t get the respect that I deserve. I’ve been here in APW longer than you. I’ve been here since the beginning. And I’ve been screwed out of the Tag Team titles a countless number of times cause of my partners. I’m tired of carrying other people. I’m tired of no having a title and I’m tired of seeing punks like you walk right in and getting title shots.

Twister grabs the microphone.

Twister: Sabur, your right, you deserve the shot, but one thing you need to realize is that I don’t fear you Sabur, and one thing that you should fear is TWISTERS RAGE!

Twister and Sabur go nose to nose and then Release Yo Delf by Method Man hits the PA

Chase: What’s Streets Wilson doing out here?

Streets goes to the ring and gets in, taking the microphone.

Streets: First of all, no one cares about Twister, Sabur and the world title at the moment.

The fans boo.

Streets: What I want to know is Jeff, what do you plan on doing with that Xtreme Title, because if there’s anyone right now who deserves it, it’s me because I just proved it when I beat the crap out of Jake Ruby.

‘Rico Sauvé’ by Geraldo hits the speakers as images of Iggy are shown the huge screens, Iggy wearing his black Iggy T-Shirt with the back saying ‘Got Worm?’ shows up with the fans cheering holding a mostly drunk tequila bottle he holds up in the air showing the worm inside!

Harvey: Now why is Iggy out here?

He walks out grinning smiling patting the hands of the fans carefully with his one open hand. As Iggy arrives at the ring, he steps up to the outside of the ropes climbing to the top turnbuckle showing everyone his tequila bottle with the worm finishing it off even the worm! The fans cheer as Iggy jumps into the ring and takes the microphone

Iggy: If anyone deserves the title, it’s me! Let me remind out Streets, It was me who beat you a few weeks ago. So as far as I’m concerned, I should be the one who deserves it. So Streets, set out of the way so Jeff can put the title on around my waste.

Iggy turns his back to Jeff and Streets and then Streets grabs the title out of Jeff’s hands and knocks Iggy out from behind and then gets on top of him, laying in the punches. This triggers Twister and Sabur to start brawling.

Jeff: Get security out here to break this up!

Security rush the ring and break everyone up.

Jeff: Iggy, Streets, you want the Xtreme Title, then you will fight each other for it at Aftershock!

The fans cheer

Jeff: And next week on Overdrive, it will be Twister and Iggy Verses Sabur and Streets Wilson in Tag Team action!

Chase: Wow, what a match that will be.

Harvey: And we also learned another match for Aftershock. Aftershock looks to be a great Pay Per View.

Chase: We’re all out of time, see you next week!
