Overdrive opens up with a recap from last week’s Overdrive then fades to the intro video




Pyro then shoots out from the stage and the camera pans through the APW faithful and then stops on Darren Harvey and Johnny Chase

Chase: Welcome to the last Monday Night Overdrive of 2008

Harvey: And what a year it has been. And what a night we have in store for all of you

Chase: That’s right. Tonight, we have two guys making their in ring debut, Julian Bale taking on Rocky Starr.

Harvey: Also we have an Overdrive title match. Link defends the title against Arcadia.

Chase: And that’s not all. The Hardcore Kid is teaming up with Fyre Angel to take on Carl Cage and Jason Royce. And these 4 will fight at Christmas Chaos for the Xtreme title.

Harvey: And the main event match, Level One taking on one half of the Tag Champs, Twister.

Chase: What a match that should be. And we have the contract signing between Sabur, Trevor Blackwell and Dr. Matt.

Harvey: I have a feeling that it isn’t going to end pretty.

Chase: Lets get to the ring.


Rock Superstar plays over the PA system and the crowd goes wild. A massive pyro explosion shoots off and atop the ramp appears Rocky Starr with his hands in the air.

Tony: The opening contest is scheduled for one fall. Making his way to the ring first, ROCKY STARR!

He slowly lowers his arms and looks the crowd over with a grin on his face. After a few moments he finally begins to walk down the ramp slappin hands with a couple of fans. When Rocky gets to the ring he slides under the bottom rope before quickly jumpin up to his feet. He climbs the nearest turnbuckle and throws his hands in the air.

“Use Somebody” by the Kings of Leon begins to play, and Julian Bale walks from behind the curtain to a loud chorus of boos from the fans. He is wearing black wrestling shorts, and a black t – shirt with the words “The Promised One” written in gold on the front. He pauses for a few moments, then raises his right arm in the air as black and gold pyro explode in front of him.

Tony: And his opponent, He is JULIAN BALE!

He then walks to the ring, slow yet with purpose. He slides under the ropes, climbs the turnbuckles one at a time, and then paces back and forth impatiently as he waits in the centre of the ring for his opponent.

Rocky Starr Vs Julian Bale

The bell rings and both men circle each other and go in for a lock up, but Rocky gets a knee in on Julian and then gives him a Russian leg sweep. Rocky quickly makes the cover.

Rocky picks Julian up and gives him a chop and the crowd yell’s “wooooooooooooooo.” Julian then slaps Rocky across the face and then takes him down with a stiff clothesline. Julian then drops a knee on Rocky’s face and makes a cover with his forearm across Rocky’s face.

kick out. Julian picks Rocky up and body slams him in the middle of the ring. Julian bounces off the ropes and drops an elbow across the chest of Rocky. Julian gets back up and bounces off the ropes and drops another elbow. Julian gets up once again and bounces off the ropes and goes for a 3rd elbow, but fakes it and Rocky rolls over, but Julian gives Rocky a leg drop and then makes a cover.

Chase: Looks like Julian as control of this match right now.

Harvey: Julian is going to do what he has to do to beat Rocky.

Julian picks Rocky up and throws him to the corner. Julian walks in towards Rocky and Rocky kicks in the stomach and hops to the middle turn buckle and jumps off with a cross body, but Julian catches him with a power slam. Julian picks Rocky up by the hair and snap mares him and then delivers a stiff kick to the spine. Rocky screams in pain and Julian kicks him again. Rocky falls over and Julian grabs Rocky’s leg. Rocky gets up, hopping on one foot and connects with an Enzuguri to the back on Juliens’s head. Julian goes down as Rocky waits for Julian to get up. As soon as Julian does, he’s taken down by a spear and Rocky starts going crazy punching Julian in the head. Rocky quickly picks Julian up and gives him a full nelson suplex and bridges for the pin.

Chase: Rocky hasn’t need in a match in a very long time, but he’s doing great right now.

Rocky picks Julian up and brings him to the corner and lifts him up to the turn buckle. Rocky climbs up and hooks Julian up for a suplex. Julian starts jabbing Rocky on the ribs and then pushes him off the top rope. Julian climbs to the top rope and jumps off with a Leg Drop. Julian makes the cover.

Kick out. Rocky climbs up to the top rope. Julian gets to his feet and Rocky goes for a missile Dropkick but Julian moves and Rocky hits the ground. Julian then picks Rocky up and drops him with a massive Power Bomb and then covers him.

Harvey: What a match this has turned into

Julian picks Rocky up and out of no where, Rocky hits the Super Kick, knocking Julian Down. Rocky then goes to Julian’s legs and goes to lock on the All Starr Stretch (Sharpshooter), but Julian gets to the ropes. Rocky kicks Julian in the chest and lifts him up to his feet. Rocky hooks Julian for suplex and lifts him up, but Julian is able to land behind Rocky on his feet and Roll Rocky up

Julian rolls out of the ring and celebrates as Rocky can’t believe what just happened and Overdrive goes to commercial.

The scene opens up backstage where Level-One walks down the hallway with the Experts Championship strapped around his shoulders. His attention seems to be elsewhere as he tilts his head around corners; and appears to be looking for someone. Level-One continues down a hall and finds a tech hand nearby chatting with another women backstage. The tech hand immediately notices Level-One coming and straightens up out of fear.

Level-One: Hey, do you know where Cindy is? A mid sized girl, cute, but she dresses sorta slutty?

The Tech shrugs his shoulders.

Tech Guy: I saw some girl go down the hall a few minutes ago. Word says that the boss is down her throat…

Level-One taken a back looks at the stage tech who fails to notice his choice of words. Level-One simply laughs and continues to walk down the hallway. Level-One heads towards the exit doors and into the parking lot. From a far he sees Cindy with her purse angrily heading towards a cab. Level-One takes off jogging in her direction, before startling her from behind.

Cindy: Oh my god! What the hell do you want?

Level-One shrugs his shoulders, as she watches Cindy walks around to the driver side door. Level-One stalks close behind.

Level-One: Well that isn’t professional now, is it? You don’t talk to a big star like that; I may not grant you an interview next time.

Cindy repays Level-One with a agitated look, as she places her hands on her side.

Cindy: Remember you stupid idea to lock me in a closet last week, against my will? Remember that!?

Level-One bites his lip, before shaking his head innocently.

Level-One: Yeah, I remember. I understand that it isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world, but neither is a period. And you ladies get that often. So, what’s the problem? Where’s the info? Where is the tape?

Cindy: …Hurricane Jeff caught me spying on him last week, Level. He sent him home with no pay because of it. I won’t be surprised if I end up getting fired for this because of you!

Cindy reached over to her car door, but before she could enter Level-One placed his foot up against the door, blocking her any entry.

Level-One: That’s ashame, isn’t it? Unfortunately, you getting sent home with-out pay was never a worry of mine. What I wanted to know, what I demand to know as the highest paid superstar on this roster…I want to know what you found on that tape.

Cindy: You're not my boss!

Level-One laughed, before removing his foot off the door. Cindy reaches over once more, but this time Level-One grabs her hand, looking straight into her eyes.

Level-One: I tried to be the nice guy, and I’ve been getting nothing more than pushed around. I really don’t want to have to do this ‘’that’’ way. You know? The guy who breaks bones to get whatever he wants. The man who shows not a bit of empathy, as he fractures your skull? This may not be a wrestling ring, Cindy. But I’ll drop you on your neck right in this parking lot. Now give me the some damn information!

Cindy looks at Level-One, her lip curled, her eyes blaring with anger. Level-One seeing her has no threat, simply returns a sly nod.

Cindy: Hurricane Jeff...he has plan’s to special ref your match with Link at Christmas Chaos.

Level-One: What!? Special Ref? They would’ve announced it by now. Your feeding me shit, aren’t you?

Cindy nodded her head before reaching into her purse, pulling out a black tape before shoving it into Level-One’s chest.

Cindy: See for yourself.

Cindy broke free of Level-One’s lifeless grip, as he held the tape close to his chest. Cindy enters her car, before quickly revving up the engine and backing out nearly running over Level-One’s legs, as he nearly escape’s an energy. Cindy drives off leaving Level-One behind in the smoke. Before Level-One’s knows it though…

BAM!

Level-One is nailed by swinging steel chair catching him in the back of his head; the force sends him into a nearby cameraman, as they both topple to the cold concrete the tape sprawled out in-front of him. The camera spins around endlessly, as it tries to regain it’s composure. Through the wild spinning and panning of the camera, Level-One can be seen quickly getting to his feet grabbing his head in pain, before shouting the words.

‘’Who the fuck took my tape!?’’

Over and over again, Level-One stumbles around the parking lot as his eyes travel around searching for anyone who maybe in the distance. Through rows and rows of cars, he finds nothing.

‘’Son of bitch…’’

APW Overdrive returns to a packed out Mellon Arena still buzzing from the opening match and the anticipation of the showdown tonight between Sabur, Trevor Blackwell, and Dr. Matt. The camera zooms in on APW Ring Announcer, Tony Ferrari, ready to start things off.

Tony: Ladies and Gentlemen... This match is scheduled for one fall and has no time limit...

Suddenly, AFI Misseria Cantare begins to play. The lights are dim, and the stage flickers with blue strobbing lights to the beat. Snow flakes begins to fall all through the arena, and the walkway is filled with smoke. The strobing light beat to the music, and then as the lights flicker again the figure of a hooded figure can be seen. The I am JESUS pose is given then the hood is flipped back revieling Michael Lively as blue spraks shoot up from the floor behind him.

Tony: On his way to the ring... from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida... weighing in at 225 lbs... He is one half of The APW Tag Team Champions... The Hottest Sh*t Going... "The White Lion" Michael Lively!!!

Lively then begins to walk the ramp to the music, rolls into the ring, walks to the ropes inbetween two ring posts, climbs the second, leaning against the top, holding his title in the air, as snow falls around him, and the ring glows blue. Lively drops down strike the pose again embracing the overwhelming boo's from the crowd.

Harvey: And here we have the overwhelmingly unpopular Michael Lively... You have to admit though. Love him or hate him, the man gets results.

Chase: For once I agree with you, Darren. He went from silver to gold and continues to climb the ranks. At least he ditched that gay Holy Storm name...

Tony: And his opponent...

The arena goes black and "Molly" by Mindless Self Indulgence starts to play. Strobe lights start flashing and Tabitha steps out onto the stage, looking out over the sea of APW Faithful before raising her arms up at her sides in the familiar Blackwell Crucifix Pose to a generous pop from the crowd. The camera zooms in on a close up of Tabitha from behind as she looks back over her shoulder with a sexy smile. The fans' cheers grow to a deafening pitch as "The Career Killer" Trevor Blackwell emerges from the curtain behind her. Tabitha looks on towards the ring as Trevor stands behind her, towering over her with a Crucifix Pose of his own, Singapore Cane clutched firmly in hand. As the guitar chord's of MSI's LynZ kick in, the two of them bring there arms forward in unison, blue pyrotechnics erupt alongside them on the entrance ramp.

Tony: ...Accompanied to the ring by "The Career Killer" Trevor Blackwell... weighing in at 155 lbs... from Asbury Park, New Jersey... She is Tabitha Crowley!!!

Tabitha takes the lead, cracking her knuckles as she approaches the ring, her almost black eyes cold and focused. Trevor trails behind, going back and forth slapping hands with the fans. Ms. Crowley sprints the last few steps and slides underneath the bottom rope, pumping her fists to the beats of the music before climbing a turnbuckle and striking another Crucifix Pose. Trevor looks up at her with approval, striking one last pose of his own.

Harvey: Tabitha Crowley is here coming off a loss to current APW Overdrive Champion, Link last week. It looked like she would've had him beat if it wasn't for Katrina "Arcadia" Olivetti's interference.

Chase: They'll have their chance to settle their score at Christmas Chaos. But you gotta wonder how focused she is tonight on Michael Lively

Michael Lively Vs Tabitha Crowley

With those words, Lively blindsides Tabitha, grabbing her around the waist and launching her over his head with a Release German Suplex that drops her sickeningly on her head as the bell rings to start the match. He lifts Ms. Crowley to her feet by the hair, his other hand grabbing Tabitha by the seat of her pants before spinning and launching the dazed vixen shoulder first into the steel turnbuckle. The White Lion takes a moment to look at at Trevor Blackwell and strike an "I Am Jesus" Pose just for him. The Career Killer just flashes a sick smile as he watches Lively step closer to the bent over and hurt Tabitha Crowley, making crude thrusting gestures to her from behind and slapping her ass to the music of hatred from the crowd. Trevor roars with rage and reaches into the ring, grabbing Lively by the leg. He drops him to the mat and pulls a stunned Michael Lively to the outside before laying him out with a Singapore Cane shot between the eyes. The APW Faithful's boos quickly turn to cheers as he grabs Lively by the hair, hurling him violently into the Steel Guardrail.

Harvey: Michael Lively obviously had the upper hand but Trevor Blackwell just turned the tide in this match! He has no right interfering in this!

Chase: The referee has no say though. Outside the ring, this is all legal.

The referee tries to restore some order to the match, yelling at Trevor to back off. Blackwell smiles innocently and puts up his hands, stepping backwards as a now bloody JESUS staggers to his feet. But the moment he turns around, a rejuvenated Tabitha Crowley flies through the ropes with a Suicide Dive that sends both she and Lively to the concrete and brings the fans to their feet. She gets back up and rolls Lively into the ring, favoring her shoulder painfully. Trevor just smiles and she kisses him as a "Thank You" for defending her and then admonishes him, saying she doesn't need his help. Michael Lively is back to his feet and wiping the Crimson Mask away angrily as he lays the boots to Tabitha when she slides into the ring. He quickly pulls her back up and Irish Whips her to the ropes, taking to the air with an A.J. Styles-style Flying Forearm. He goes for the pin, copping a cheap feel on her ass.

Tabitha kicks out with authority. She's back to a vertical base in a burst of rage, but just as Lively gets back up, Crowley takes him right back down with a sudeen Drop Toehold. She floats over and spins The White Lion onto his back, locking in a beautifully executed Anaconda Crossface before he even has a chance to react.

Harvey: Holy crap! Anaconda Crossface!

Chase: Michael Lively may tap out right here!

Michael Lively kicks his feet impotently, struggling and screaming but on his back with no chance to get towards the ropes and Tabitha has the move locked in perfectly. Lively brings his knees up sharply into Tabitha's kidneys, making her gasp for air just long enough for him to get his arms free. But Crowley is like a pitbull. She improvises quickly, twisting one of Lively's arms behind his own head and locking her hands, effectively turning it into an Anaconda Vice. Lively kicks his legs, screaming again, trying desperately not to submit but Tabitha Crowley just rocks backwards, cranking the White Lion and adding on the pressure. She leans in close to his face, screaming for him to submit but Lively takes his opening and uses a shocking reversal. He kisses her dead on the lips. Trevor looks on in amazement and rage.

Harvey: I think that may have been Michael Lively's first kiss!

Chase: (laughing) You're an jerk...

Tabitha is shocked as well. She releases Michael suddenly, leaving his head to bounce off the mat. Lively smiles and Headbutts Crowley vicously across the bridge of her nose, shattering it in a spray of bone and blood. Tabitha Crowley rolls away, holding her broken and bleeding nose as The White Lion catches his breath and rolls to his feet. He pulls Tabitha to hers by her hair and whips her hard into the turnbuckle, following her in blasting her in the face with a Shining Wizard. Ms. Crowley slumps down to sit in the turnbuckle, shaking off the daze. Lively runs back to the opposite corner and turns towards Trevor Blackwell, arrogantly striking another "I Am JESUS" Pose just for him before sprinting across the ring and landing crotch first in Tabitha Crowley's face. He holds onto the second rope, bouncing his crotch into her mouth repeatedly with a Bronco Buster. After a few thrusts, Michael raises up and lewdly grinds himself into Tabitha's face.

Harvey: Michael Lively has gone too far!

Indeed Michael Lively has gone too far. Tabitha Crowley retaliates by grabbing The JESUS by his Holy Ass and pulling him in closer before biting down hard on his crotch. Lively screams in an unholy pain like he's never belt before. He flails and screams almost comically if it wasn't so horrible. The referee runs over and starts the five count for the disqualification but Tabitha brilliantly releases her prey at four.

Chase: Did she just...

Michael scurries away to the far corner, holding his crotch and screaming bloody murder. The referee starts to yell at Ms. Crowley who smiles evilly as Trevor reaches into the ring and starts to choke The White Lion with his Singapore Cane. Lively holds his crotch, kicking his feet wildly. Blackwell releases him as Lively gasps in pain and desperate breaths of oxygen just in time for the ref to turn back around. Tabitha gets to her feet, wiping the river of blood that leaks from her badly broken nose. She explodes out of the corner in a burst of rage, taking to the air and wrapping her legs around Michael Lively's neck before dropping down to her back with a Shining Triangle Sleeper. But Michael just shifts his weight and puts his feet on the ropes for leverage, holding Tabitha Crowley's shoulders down in a pin. His face turns purple as he puts his hands on her tits for added effect.

Trevor growls and knocks Lively's feet from the ropes, sending both competitors tumbling to the mat. Ms. Crowley rolls away and screams in rage. Michael has simply gone too far this time and Tabitha has had enough. Lively lays on his back, his body wracked with pain as he catches his breath with a satisfied smile on his face. But Tabitha Crowley is out of the ring, arguing furiously about something with her boyfriend, Trevor Blackwell. She pushes him back and rips something shiny and large from the inside pocket of his leather jacket. Before he can stop her, Tabitha is back in the ring with her Bowie Knife in hand! She lunges for Lively who sees the blade just in time to move back a few inches, narrowly avoiding the deadly weapon as it sticks in the mat right between his legs... mere centimeters from the Lively Family Jewels!

Harvey: HOLY ****!!! TABITHA CROWLEY JUST PULLED A KNIFE ON MICHAEL LIVELY!!!

Trevor Blackwell is stunned as Lively backs away in terror. The referee has seen enough however and signals for the bell.

Winner By DQ: "The White Lion" Michael Lively

Tabitha Crowley stalks The JESUS as Trevor Blackwell hits the ring, grabbing his girlfriend around the waist and lifting her off the ground. She kicks her feet, screaming in rage as she swings the Bowie Knife wildly. Just then, the crowd explodes, Katrina "Arcadia" Olivetti hops the railing from the crowd and runs straight up the turnbuckle. Michael Lively uses this distraction to bail out of the ring and run up the entrance ramp in a desperate escape. Arcadia leaps from the ropes with a Flying Spear as she takes Tabitha Crowley right out of Trevor Blackwell's arms. Trevor backs away, doing his best to stay out of this as he promised, picking up the Bowie Knife and putting back in it's sheath inside his jacket. Tabitha rushes Arcadia nails her with a Diving Clothesline that sends both women to the concrete outside. Tabitha and Arcadia brawl up the entrance ramp and disappear through the curtain. The camera fades out as "The Career Killer" Trevor Blackwell is left alone in the ring, shaking his head at how out of control this has all become.

Overdrive comes back on the air with what happened during the commercial Break. You see Michael Lively and Twister both in the ring and Twister has a mic

Twister: Last week on Overdrive, we issued an open challenge to any team in the lock room. We gave you guys a week to respond to it, and who responded?

Lively takes the mic

Lively: No Body! So tonight, we’re calling out any team out there who wants to fight us for the Tag Team Championship at Christmas Chaos. So who is brave enough to accept

Lively and Twister waits and then “Use Somebody” by the Kings of Leon begins to play, and Julian Bale walks from behind the curtain, with a mic in hand, to a loud chorus of boos from the fans.

Bale: So let me get this right. You two are giving an open challenge to ANY team to fight you for your tag titles.

Twister: That’s right. But who the hell do you have as a partner, you’re the new guy.

Lively: Yah. New Guy. Who the hell do you know around here that will team with you.

Bale: Don’t you guys worry about me. I found myself a parner, and you’ll know soon enough who it will be. I’ll see you boys at Christmas Chaos.

We go back live to ringside

Harvey: Looks like we have a tag title match set up for Christmas Chaos.

Chase: Who could by Bale’s partner.

Harvey: I don’t know. But I don’t think Twister and Lively expected this during the open challenge.

Chase: Lets go to the ring for our Overdrive title match!


The Titan tron shows a "Now Loading..." screen with traveling ellipses from The Devil May Cry. At the same time the crowd hears a familiar voice blaring from the speakers. It's the serene voice of the woman who lets everyone in America know that, "She's sorry, but the number you are trying to reach has been disconnected," and you should "Please try your call later." She vocalizes the "Now Loading" that is on the Titantron. The woman cuts out after the third time and you hear, "It's time to play the game! Time to play the game!" followed by a strange laugh. The beat drops and the song immediately jumps to the chorus of "When Worlds Collide". As the crowd listens to the lyrics, "Are you ready to go/ Cause I'm ready to go/ What you gonna do baby baby" Arcadia walks into the ring in her black with silver luchadora costume and mask.

Tony: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and its for the APW OVERDRIVE CHAMPIONSHIP! Making her way to the ring first, Katrina “Arcadia” Olivetti!

She looks at the crowd, shrugs lightly and brushes some invisible speck of dirt off of her shoulder. "Are you ready to play the game?" She shouts before every match.

Sound of a woman’s scream is heard followed by the chorus of "Elite". Link comes out from the back standing at the top of the ramp. He looks around briefly before stretching his arms out to his side with his hands in a fist. This pose is what he has always called the sign of the Elite. He walks down the ramp and into the ring going to the front right turnbuckle (camera view) and again posing the sign of Elite.

Tony: And her opponent, he is the current, reigning and defending APW OVERDRIVE CHAMPION….LINK!

He goes to the opposite turnbuckle and just stands on the 2nd rope staring out into the crowd not giving any signs of Elite or any facial expression. He steps down but stays next to the turnbuckle.

Link and Katrina are in the middle of the ring trash talking each other. Katrina shoves Link and Link walks right back to where he was and Katrina Shoves him again and Katrina tells Link that he’s going down. Link quickly takes Katrina down with a double leg take down. Link is on top of Katrina, punching her. Link gets up and waits for Katrina to get to her feet and as soon as she does, Link shoves Katrina hard to the ground and Katrina rolls out of the ring. Katrina begins walking around the ring and the ref starts a ten count. Link slides out of the ring and chases Katrina, grabs her by the hair and brings her back to the ring. Link smashes Katrina face into the ring apron and then rolls her in. Link follows and hooks Katrina legs.

Harvey: Katrina needs to regroup fast or it may be over real quick.

Link puts Katrina in the corner and chops her. Katrina holds her chest and Link throws Katrina into the opposite corner. Link runs Katrina gets her elbow up into Link’s face. Link stumbles backwards and then almost gets his head taken off with a clothesline. Katrina starts stomping on Link and then Katrina picks Link up and quickly gives him a belly to belly suplex into the corner and Link hits the corner upside down and falls on his head. Katrina drags Link out of the corner and covers him.

Katrina wakes the ref up and covers Link.

Link confused, looks up and see’s Tabitha Crowley on the ring apron distracting the ref. Link gets up and doesn’t notice that in the ring is Trevor Blackwell. With Singapore Cane in Hand, Trevor hits Link in the face with it and Trevor hits Link with the Full Throttle. Trevor puts Katrina on Link, slides out of the ring, leaves through the crowd and Tabitha drops down. The ref see’s the cover and counts

Chase: She did it!

Harvey: She’s a 2 time Overdrive Champion.

Harvey: Those two don’t like each other. This is strange as they are set to fight at Christmas Chaos.

The ref hands Katrina the belt and she celebrates, shocked and surprised that she won. She then sees Tabitha on the ramp way and stares her down as we go to commercial.

We come back from commercial and backstage Trevor Blackwell and Tabitha Crowley are talking as the new APW Overdrive Champion, Katrina Olivetti comes up to them.

Katrina: WHAT THE HELL?

Tabitha: What?

Katrina: Why you guys get involved in my match?

Tabitha: Why so upset. We helped you win the belt.

Katrina: I know, but WHY? I don’t like you. You don’t like me. We’re fighting at Christmas Chaos….

Tabitha: Exactly! Now that your champ and you think your sooooo good. Why don’t you put that title on the line this Sunday!

Katrina: You can’t be serious.

Tabitha: What’s wrong, scared I’ll beat you and take your title.

Katrina: Your ON!

Katrina walks away.

Trevor: I’m telling you, if we just had a three some, we’d all be happy.

Tabitha just looks at Trevor as we go back to ringside.

Chase: Wow, Katrina has only been champion for like five minutes and already she’s setting up her first title defense.

Harvey: I wonder if Trevor Blackwell will get involved this Sunday in that match

Chase: We’ll have to wait and see. Time for the Tag Team Match.

“Iron Man” By Black Sabbath hits the PA and The Hardcore Kid makes his way out to a round of boos.

Tony: The following contest is a Tag Team Match. Introducing team number one. Making his way to the ring first, The Hardcore Kid.

The Kid slides into the ring and waits

The lights dim as Thoughtless plays as fireworks shoots up in a wall of fireworks. the fireworks die down as kalayla stands on the stage giving the fans a sick smirk the spotlight reflecting off two ninja sais.

Tony: And his partner, FYRE ANGEL!

She makes her way down the ramp stopping at the bottom of the ramp. Kalayla reaches up grabbing the middle rope pulling herself up and turning to face the stage kicking her long legs up over her head back flipping into the ring posing for the fans.

"Crush Em" by Megadeth surrounds the arena as the crowd erupts into a chorus of boos. Out strolls Carl Cage and "The Iceman" Jason Royce they stop at the top of the ramp, Cage and Royce raise there arms and soak up all the boos as a smirk that exudes arrogance appears on there faces. Pyros explode in front of them, then they start to walk down to the ring ignoring most of the boos but bad mouthing the others booing in the crowd.


Tony: And their opponents, the Team of Carl Cage and Jason Royce. They are PURE INNOVATION!

Once they are at the ring Cage walks up the steps and steps over the top rope into the ring as Royce slides under the bottom rope into the ring. They both start posing to the crowd who react with a loud chorus of boos, once they have finished posing they get ready for action as there music fades away.

Pure Innovation Vs The Hardcore Kid and Fyre Angel

Carl and The Kid start things off. They circle each other and then The Kid points to Jason Royce, telling Carl to tag him in. Carl does and as Royce gets into the ring, The Kid quickly tags out to Fyre Angel. The fans boo and Fyre gets in the ring and she locks up with Royce and Royce gets a side headlock on her and she pushes him off into the ropes and takes Royce down with a drop toe hold. Fyre runs off the ropes and dropkicks Royce in the face and covers

Fyre hops up to the middle ropes and jumps off with a swinging hurricanrana, taking Jason to the mat. Royce is up and Fyre throws him to the corner. She runs and jumps on Royce, giving him a Monkey flip. Royce hits the mat and The Kid calls for a tag.

Chase: The Kid only wants Royce when Royce is weakened.

Harvey: I think the Kid is playing mind games with him

Fyre tags out and Royce is on his hands and knee’s and the Kid runs in and kicks Royce in the ribs. The Kid puts Royce on his back and covers him with his forearm over Jason’s face

Harvey: More mind games

Before Royce and Fyre can do anything, Royce takes in the monster, Carl Cage. Carl gets in and Fyre looks at The Kid, who gives tells her to go after him. Fyre looking Nervous gets close to Carl, who grabs her and knee’s her in the stomach and throws her into the ropes. The Kid gives her a blind tag and climbs to the top rope. As Fyre is coming back off the ropes, Carl lifts her up in a military Press. Carl looks at the kid and he flies off the top rope with a missile Dropkick, causing Carl to go down with Fyre Falling on top. Fyre rolls off and The Kid covers.

The Kid then runs at him and goes for a big avalanche slash, but Carl moves and the Kid hits the corner. The Kid stumbles around and Carl takes him and gives him a over head belly to blly suplex. Carl picks the Kid up, throws him into the corner and hits him with a running clothesline. Carl throws the Kid back to the other corner, and again hits him with a clothesline. Carl then kicks the Kid and DDT’s him and covering him

Jason moves in and gets kicked in the stomach. The Kid grabs Jason and throws him between the top and middle turn buckle and Jason’s shoulder hits the ring post.

Chase: Nice move by the Kid.

Royce holds his shoulder as The Kid tags in Fyre. Fyre gets in and grabs Jason and bulldogs him in the middle of the ring and covers him

Carl picks Fyre up for a Powerbomb and Royce climbs the top rope. The Hardcore Kid slides back into the ring, but with a chair in hand. The Kid hits Carl in the back and Fyre goes down on her feet. Jason tries to get off the ropes, but The Kid strikes him in the head, sending him to the outside. The Kid Turns and cracks Carl in the Skull, taking him down and the ref is calling for the bell

The Kid looks at Carl then swings the chair again, Nailing FYRE ANGEL in the face!

Chase: The Kid just turned on his partner.

Harvey: The kid said that once the match was over, they we’re no longer friends

Chase: These 4 meet at Christmas Chaos and I think the Hardcore Kid just sent a message to each of them.

The Kid stands tall in the ring as Overdrive goes to commercial.

Harvey: The last match on Overdrive for 2008.

Chase: Twister taking on Level One. This should be good.

Harvey: Lets go to the ring

Tony: The following contest is your main event match of the evening.

Put You On Game- By Lupe Fiasco blasts the PA system, as Level-One steps up on-top of the ramp. Red smoke swirls beneath him, and a string of red and blue pyro shoots up into the air he raises both of his titles high in the air.

Tony: From Toronto, Ontario, Canada! Weighing in at 262 pounds, he is the current True Experts world champion...Level-One!!!

Level-One putshis title on his shoulder and slowly begins to walk down the ramp, being booed loudly by the crowd. Level-One stops before eyeing down a fan, mocking the fan in the process. Level-One turns, and climbs up onto the apron. He climbs up turn-buckle, hoisting his title high in the air. Level-One hops down, and awaits for the fight in-front of him.

Twister Vs Level One

The ref signals for the bell and the match starts. Level One and Twister walk up to each other with the ref standing a step away from in between them. They lock up and Level One brings Twister to the corner and gives him a big chop on the chest, leaving a red mark. The fans feel Twisters pain. Level One Throws Twister into the corner and comes running towards Twister. Twisters gets his feet in Level One’s face. Twister jump to the middle rope and jumps off with a cross body, but Level One uses Twisters momentum and turns it into a power slam.

Level One picks Twister up and body presses him. Twister manages to land on his feet behind Level One and gives him a German Suplex. The fans cheer as Twister pulls off a move like that on the True Experts Champion. Level One gets up and Twister continues his attack with punches. Level One is in the corner and Twister climbs the middle turn buckle and starts punching Level One in the head and the crowd counts along. 1.....2...3...4....5....6....7.....8.... Level One Grabs Twister and walks out of the corner in a power bomb position. Level One goes to power bomb him, but Twister is able to get close to the ropes and Hurricanrana’s Level One over the top rope. Level One goes to the outside as Twister manages to land on the ring apron.

Chase: Impressive Counter by Twister.

Harvey: Twister is doing anything out there to win.

Level One gets to his feet and Twister comes off the ring apron with a drop kick, knocking Level One back down. Twister grabs Level One’s head and slams it into the guard rail and then rolls him back into the ring. Twister gets back into the ring Level One is back to his feet and catches Twister with a big boot to the face. Twister goes down holding his face. Level One lifts him up and nails him with a Sidewalk slam and makes a cover.

Twister tries crawling and he’s slowly making it to the ropes. After about a minute, Twister gets his hand on the bottom rope and the ref tells Level One to break the hold. Level One breaks it and picks Twister up as Twister holds his lower back. Level One brings Twister to the corner and sets him up for a super plex. Their both standing on the top rope and Twister starts punching Level One and then Twister pushes Level One off the top rope. Twister then see’s his opportunity and jumps off the top rope with the Leg Drop, but Level One moves out of the way and both guys lay still.

Chase: It was all or nothing there for Twister.

Harvey: And he got nothing.

Level One is first to get up and pulls Twister up by the hair. Twister pokes Level One in the eye and then runs off the ropes. Level One goes for a clothesline, but Twister ducks, bounces off the ropes and comes back, catching Level One with a Spear.

Level One hold his leg as Twister gets to his feet. Level One gets up and Twister starts punching him and then runs off the ropes and baseball slides under Level One’s legs and then jumps on his back and applies the Sleeper Hold. Level One quickly backs Twister into the corner. Twister lets go and Level One turns around and Chops Twister on the chest. Twister takes a swing at Level One, but Level One comes back with a kick in the Stomach. Level One lifts Twister up onto the top rope.

Chase: I don’t like where this is going.

Harvey: Someone is going to get hurt.

Both men battle on the top rope. Exchanging punches. Level One goes for another superplex, but Twister again punches Level One. Level One punches back and eventually Twister low Blows Level One. Level One in pain, then low blows Twister. Twister bends over and Level One stands up and places Twisters head between his legs. Level One picks Twister up and jumps backwards, giving him a top rope Piledriver. The Crowd chant Holy Shit as Level One makes the cover.

This signals Michael Lively running out to the ring and he starts attacking Bale. And then “Daytona 500” by Ghostface Killah hits the PA

APW Monday Night Overdrive returns from commercial to a nice wide shot of yet another sold out arena. The ring's normally white mat is covered in a velvety red carpet. Taking center stage is a large conference table with an Action Packed Wrestling logo covered cloth. The APW Faithful mill about, a constant tingle of anticipation for what's yet to come. Suddenly, their white noise comes to a loud crescendo of a mixed reaction as




The APW President holds a clipboard in his hand with a contract on it as he's handed a microphone and the Faithful die down to a dull roar.

The biggest pop of the night from the APW Faithful for what is sure to be a carnage filled bloodbath is interrupted as the lights dim and Eminem's voice comes over the loud speaker, "Get your ass up for the Doctor, one more time, get your ass up for the Doctor". "Encore" continues to play as Dr. Matt steps into a spotlight shining in the entry way with a microphone in his hand. Dr. Matt steps out into the light. The fans are already booing him, and he just laughs it off. He struts down to the ring and then seal dives in under the bottom rope. He gets to his feet and immediately steps up into the Boss's face as his music fades.

Dr. Matt: This is bull****! I'm giving you one last chance to reconsider, Jeff. Why the hell is this a Triple Threat??? I should be fighting Sabur one on one for the title and you know it. I've already beaten Blackwell regardless of what excuses he or anyone else makes.

The President smirks.

President Jeff: You sound scared, Matt...

Matt laughs... but it seems like nervous laughter...

Dr. Matt: Scared? Of what?

The APW Faithful break into a loud chant of "TREVOR'S GONNA KILL YOU!!! TREVOR'S GONNA KILL YOU!!!" Dr. Matt puts his hands over his ears and storms around the ring before screaming

Dr. Matt: SHUT UP!!!

The fans only chant louder.

Dr. Matt: **** Trevor Blackwell!!! If he was here right now, I'd make sure he doesn't make it to Christmas Chaos!

Almost as if on cue, "Revolution Is My Name" by Pantera assaults the loudspeakers as the lights go down and blue and white strobe lights illuminate the stage. Everybody's Hero, The King of Hardcore, "The Career Killer" Trevor Blackwell appears, his Singapore Cane clutched in his hand, his arms outstretched in the Trademark Blackwell Crucifix Pose as gouts of blue ghost flame erupt from the stage on either side of him, the crowd exploding to a deafening roar and the red and blue strobes spread out across the arena. A slender, yet toned arm slips over his shoulder, sharp nails digging into his neck for a moment before Tabitha Crowley slinks around him. She lifts a knee to his chest and leans in close with a sly smile. One of Trevor's arms raises his Singapore Cane above his head as the other wraps around Tabitha's back, leaning her back and kissing her deeply before letting her up as the two look out over the APW Faithful, another gout of ghost flames erupting on either side of the couple. The Hardcore Icon struts down the aisle, going back and forth from one side of the runway to the other, slapping hands and pounding fists with his rabidly loyal fans, Tabitha on his arm with her eyes focused on the squared circle He reaches the ring and stops as he slides under the bottom rope to scale each turnbuckle respectively, striking his Crucifix pose for every facet of the crowd before stepping into the middle of the ring and raising his Sinapore Cane over his head, one more gout of ghost flame erupting from each of the four posts. Tabitha smiles up at him before sliding into the ring and hopping up to sit on a turnbuckle behind him. Dr. Matt immediately slides out of the ring to escape them. Tabitha grabs a microphone from a ringside attendant and hands it to The Excellence of Extreme who hands her his Singapore Cane and immediately turns his attentions to the cowardly doctor.

Trevor: What's wrong, Matt? Did your brass balls shrink up into your stomach the moment you heard my entrance music? You got lucky at November Reign and you know it. Now you'll have to step into my playground in my hometown of Long Island, New York. Come get in the ring and stop me from making it to Christmas Chaos... I'm begging you...

Dr. Matt paces back and forth, looking like he's about to slide into the ring and take Trevor Blackwell up on his offer but decides to stand his ground and give him the finger instead. The APW Faithful break into another chant, "WHAT A PUSSY!!! WHAT A PUSSY!!!" President Jeff just laughs.

President Jeff: Well, now all we need is one more man and we'll be ready for this contract signing. Ladies and Gentlemen, I bring to you, The APW World Heavyweight Champion... The Irish Hammer... Sabur!!!

The lights dim, the music hits. Orange lights flash to the beat of the music, as a shower of red sparks stream down like a water fall, The APW Faithful going insane with their cheers. The music picks up, and two large explosions on both sides of the entrance ignite as Sabur strolls through the shower of sparks. The Irish Hammer walks the ramp with the APW World Heavyweight Championship belt slung over one massive shoulder to the sound of loud approval from the crowd, slides under the bottom rope, stands in the middle of the ring with the belt raised over his head as red flames shoot up from around the apron of the ring. Dr. Matt backs away from the flames, shielding his eyes. Tabitha Crowley looks down at the fire from her perch on the turnbuckle, licking her lips. Sabur takes a mic and steps up to The Career Killer.

Sabur: Trevor... after everything you've done for my career, I have to say its going to be an honor to retain this belt against you in your own hometown in a match you created. You, me, and Dr. Matt are going to tear the house down. But this belt still belongs to me.

Trevor smiles.

Trevor: For now, Champ... For now...

President Jeff takes center stage again and places the clipboard down on the table. He pulls a pen from his suit jacket.

President Jeff: Gentlemen...

The APW World Heavyweight Champion is the first to grab the pen from the Boss's hand. The fans cheer as he eagerly signs on the dotted line before handing the pen to his former mentor. Blackwell smiles...

Trevor: This is gonna be fun...

... and signs the contract as well. The APW Owner takes back the pen and looks to ringside to the third competitor in this match.

President Jeff: Matt?

Dr. Matt grumbles and slides into the ring, eyeing Trevor and Sabur warily before grabbing the pen and signing.

Dr. Matt: This is complete bullshit...

President Jeff picks up the contract and turns to the crowd.

President Jeff: So there you have it... Live on Sunday, December 21st... Live on Pay Per View... from the already sold out Nassau Collesium in Long Island New York... The Irish Hammer, Sabur defending the APW World Heavyweight Championship against Dr. Matt and "The Career Killer" Trevor Blackwell in a Triple Threat Long Island Deathma--

President Jeff is suddenly cut off as Dr. Matt slips on a pair of Brass Knuckles and lunges for Trevor Blackwell. But the Career Killer has grown to expect this kind of shit from the Good Doctor and ducks. Dr. Matt's momentum is too much to stop and his fist still connects... with the face of the APW World Heavyweight Champion, Sabur... the massive Irish Hammer staggers backwards, bringing his hand up to his forehead and coming away with it soaked in blood. A Crimson Mask quickly starts to flow as Tabitha Crowley leaps off the second rope and nearly shatters Trevor's Singapre Cane across the back of Dr. Matt's skull. He stumbles forward right into an angry World Champ who simply scoops the Doctor up onto his shoulders to the loudest pop of the night from the APW Faithful. President Jeff dives out of the ring just in time for Sabur to use Dr. Matt's body to completely destroy the conference table with a ring shaking House of Pain!

Chase: ALL HELL HAS BROKEN LOOSE!

Trevor Blackwell comes up on Sabur from behind with a friendly hand on his shoulder, most likely checking to see if his friend is ok but The Irish Hammer spins around, blinded by the blood flowing into his eyes and nearly takes The King of Hardcore's head off with a massive Clothesline. Tabitha Crowley screams in rage and breaks Trevor's Singapore Cane over the back of the Man-Cow. Feeling nothing but adrenaline, Sabur wheels on her and effortlessly lifts her onto his shoulders, the fans chanting "HOUSE OF PAIN!!! HOUSE OF PAIN!!!" But the Excellence of Extreme is having none of that. He grabs his girl by the seat of her pants and yanks her from the Irish Hammer's grasp. Sabur spins again only to get a kick in the stomach for his efforts. Trevor Blackwell shows off amazing strength, the fans nearly taking the roof off the building as he picks the massive Sabur up onto his shoulder before turning and giving him a HUGE Full Throttle into the wreckage of the already obliterated conference table. He lifts the APW World Heavyweight title as Dr. Matt vanishes up the entrance ramp, holding the back of his head, glaring a hole into the Career Killer's eyes.

Harvey: This could be a preview of what to expect at Christmas Chaos

Chase: If Trevor hits the Full Throttle, he could walk out the World Champion

APW Monday Night Overdrive goes off the air on an image of "The Career Killer" Trevor Blackwell holding the APW World Heavyweight Title belt over his head with Tabitha Crowley at his side, Sabur laying at his feet and the fans chanting "NEW WORLD CHAMP!!! NEW WORLD CHAMP!!!"
