The video ends and pyro shoots from the stage. The camera pans through the crowd of cheering APW fans before stopping on the commentators, Darren Harvey and Johnny Chase

Harvey: Welcome Everyone to the very first Overdrive show of 2011

Chase: I’m Johnny Chase along side Darren Harvey and what a night we have in store for all of you

Harvey: Tonight, we will crown new number one contenders for the Xtreme Title and Tag Team Titles.

Chase: And Two matches everyone is looking forward too. Level One takes on CJ Gates and in our main event, Sally Talfourd takes on the Big man, APW Hall of Famer, Chris “BDC“ Defoe

Put you on game by Lupe Fiasco attacks the PA system as the lights in the arena dim. The fans begin to boo Level-One but their overall reaction pales in comparison to what he received in the past. Level-One steps out from behind the curtain with a microphone in hand.

Chase: What better way to kick off 2011 than with Level One

Harvey: Starting the year off without Level One.

Chase: I’m going to tell him you said that!

He marches down the ramp, ignoring the fans on the way down and makes his way to the steel steps. He ascends the stair case, slapping it on the up, before entering the ring. The fans still booing, he paces back and forth for several seconds before addressing the packed APW crowd.

Level-One: Tonight is the first APW of the year. Perhaps, this is the first night that sets the tone for the rest of the year. And undoubtedly, last year—wasn't quite what I expected. Sally Talfourd got me. She was able to pull the wool over my eyes when it mattered the most and has lived on to fight another day—but don't for second believe I plan on packing it in, anytime soon. In fact, I have come up with a fool proof plan to ensure that not only will I eventually receive another opportunity to match up with Sally Talfourd but when I do so the outcome will be what it has been, before. Victory...''

The fans start a ''Sally Talfourd chant'' to which Level-One scowls and shakes his head side to the side in disgust.

Level-One: You see the only thing stopping me from getting a second opportunity at Sally Talfourd is the APW roster and the abandoning their sinking ships to do big business with APW, while it's prospering. So, the obvious solution will not go ignored. If Sally Talfourd doesn't want to do battle with Level-One and if President Jeff doesn't want to grant the obvious contender his due... then I receive that due not by strong arming my way into that spot nor laying a single hand on Ms. Talfourd. Instead? I run wild on the APW. Dedicating ass whooping to no target in specific. Drawing blood on canvases of opportunity. Proving myself one potential contender at a time... until there is only one left standing, and that is I...

Level-One raises his hands in the air which gets the crowd roaring, with boos. Level-One lowers his hands to side agitated by the crowds reaction but refrains from trashing them, like he normally would.

''The APW has been filled with injustice for far too long and I am here to change that in this new year. I vow to stand up for what is good and what is right—without any biases. And tonight, I officially put the APW on notice and this too includes the schmucks over at IWC...''

Level-One grins as he points up to a large ''Survive and Conquer'' banner hanging from the arena's ceilings.

Level-One: So, in protest of the APW and it's constant injustices, tonight... I am no longer a member of the A-P-W!

The fans explode with boos as the camera quickly spins over to the announce tables where Chase and Harvey are located.

Harvey: I can't believe what I am hearing, Chase. Level-One has just left the APW!

Chase: Does that mean he's open on the market for the IWC? That would be huge loss to Thursday Night Overdrive... please, don't do it!

Level-One rips of a sweatshirt he's wearing and slams it onto the canvas. The T-shirt he's wearing underneath reads in big bold letters on the front; FREE AGENT.

Level-One: That's right, I am a FREE AGENT. And while that means I will be taking a huge pay cut in the long run, it is worth it if it means making the A-P-W a better place! As free agent, I am free to as I may for the next several weeks as I have officially signed onto the 40 man survive and conquer match! This means that when I win it... and mark my words, I will! The APW will have two choices. A) Treat me with the respect I deserve and come to their senses by naming me the number one contender at let's say... Rasslemania? Or... B) I survive and Conquer, they fail to reason with me—and the entire world see's this place as nothing more then an EWC President Mac, love child—farce!''

Level-One smiles as the crowd is stirring with excitement of the explosive announcement.

Level-One: Tonight, I'll kick things off as a independent when I wrestle and defeat APW's, very own CJ Gates! I will make statement to the rest of the free agents and independents that we have just as good a shot, if not better then those on the APW roster! I will show the free agents that while this business may not be perfect... the very concept of justice still lingers on in this business even if it isn't fair to all, as it should be...''

Level-One looks down at his wrist mockingly, as if to check the time—the only problem is, he isn't wearing a watch.

Level-One: Well, I guess that's all I have to say tonight. Seeing as I'm no longer an APW superstar, I probably shouldn't take up too much of their precious time. See you soon, APW... and trust me, you will be seeing me soon...

Level-One grins as he drops the microphone and backs up, exiting the ring. On the back of his t-shirt reading free agent it also has the name tag, ''Vigilante'' on the back of the shirt with the number ''1'' underneath.

Harvey: I can't believe this, Chase. Level-One is now an independent wrestler, how could this happen?

Chase: He found a loophole and he jumped through it. I'm sure President Jeff is kicking himself right about now knowing this has happened underneath his nose. After all, this entire thing is his brain child!

Overdrive goes to its first commercial

[President Jeff]

Paige: The opening match is scheduled for one fall.

"Right & Wrong" begins to play over the PA system.

Paige: Introducing first, weighing in at a combined weight of 522 lbs and being accompanied to the ring by Momma Stevens...AARON DRAKE AND KULEV MAHU!

As the music continues to play, the curtains part and out walk Aaron Drake, Kulev Mahu and Momma Stevens. The quickly make their way down the ramp and get into the ring, awaiting their opponents.

Paige: And their opponents, first, hailing from Chicago, Illinois and weighing in at 240 lbs...MATT WARD!

The Anarchy symbol pops up as The fans looks confused as Red and Black lights starts to spin as a countdown from ten to one as it hits one pyros begins to flare as Champion by Ace Hood begins to play as Matt Ward makes his way down to the ring from the rafters and climbs into the ring.

Paige: And his partner, hailing from the United Kingdom and weighing in at 170 lbs...THE UK KID!

The Who's "Baba O'Reilly" hits the PA system as The UK Kid comes out from the back and raises his arms for the crowd. He turns towards both sides of the crowd, smiles, and then sprints down the ramp and slides into the ring. He climbs on it, and poses for the fans, then proceeds to back flip off of it. UK Kid and Matt Ward conference amongst each other and it is decided that Ward will start against Aaron Drake.

Aaron Drake/Kulev Mahu vs. Matt Ward/The UK Kid

Aaron Drake and Matt Ward circle around each other for a bit before they tie up in the middle of the ring, with Drake getting a clear advantage, backing Ward up towards the ropes. As they reach them, Drake lets go and allows Ward to take a step away from them before getting caught with a right hand from Drake. Ward staggers and Drake fires in again, but Ward ducks and drives a knee into the gut of Aaron. Ward tries to follow that up, but Drake blocks it and grabs him, whipping him across the ring into the ropes. Ward bounces back and gets taken down by a clothesline from Drake.

Harvey: Back and forth early on, but Drake might have finally fotten the upper hand.

Ward is quick to his feet and catches Drake with a elbow to the head before another knee to the gut and a forearm to the side of the head. As Drake staggers, Ward bounces off the far ropes and comes back, catching Drake with a spinning neckbreaker. He bounces up and smiles wide before dropping an elbow to Drake but getting nothing but canvas. Drake is up and fires in a european uppercut on Ward as he gets up, sending him staggering back into the ropes. Drake moves in but Ward tags out to the UK Kid who leaps up onto the top rope and flies off with a quick dropkick.

Harvey: UK Kid with the dropkick to get this match going.

Chase: It's about them.

UK Kid keeps up the offensive hitting a quick leg drop on Drake before bouncing off the ropes and catching him with a dropkick as Drake is getting up. UK Kid bounces off the ropes again, and comes toward Drake, but Drake ducks and UK Kid hits the opposite ropes coming back right into a vicious clothesline from Drake. He hauls UK Kid up to his feet and drops him with a quick backbreaker. He then picks up the UK Kid and whips him into his corner, where Mahu is waiting.

Harvey: Things don't look good for the UK Kid.

Drake tags out to Mahu and the two hit a double suplex to the UK Kid. Ward is stomping the apron, trying to shoot some like into his partner as Mahu hauls him up by the head and turns, nailing a nice neckbreaker. Mahu is up again and picks up the UK Kid, applying a standing head scissors. He hauls the UK Kid up into the air but the UK Kid slides off of the back and runs off the ropes, coming back and nailing spinning heel kick taking Mahu down.

Harvey: The UK Kid coming back!

Chase: It won't last long.

UK Kid is up and he picks up Mahu before running towards the ropes and leaping up looking for a moonsault, but Mahu moves. UK Kid lands on his feet however, and Mahu drops him with a dropkick. He is slow to his feet but picks up UK Kid and whips him into his corner where Drake is waiting. The referee warns Drake as Mahu runs in...

But UK Kid is out of the corner, steps on the turnbuckles and leaps over the oncoming Mahu, who eats the top turnbuckle. UK Kid bounds across the ring and tags in Matt Ward, who enters and charges forward, nailing Mahu with a forearm. Ward pulls Mahu out of the corner and uses the ropes to whip him across the ring, but Drake makes the blind tag.

Matt Ward follows Mahu up and hits a shoulder block, knocking Mahu down and through the ropes. Aaron Drake is in the ring behind Ward and the UK Kid is shouting at him to turn around but before he can Drake locks him up and nails him with a full nelson slam. Drake covers

Drake tags in Kulev and Kulev grabs Matt and slams him. Kuelv then signals for his finisher. He picks Matt up and goes for an Inverted F5 but Matt is able to fight out of it and fall on his feet behind Kulev. He then hooks Kulev up and nails the Rukus (Skull Crushing Finale). Their near the ropes and The UK Kid tags himself in and then gets into the ring, rolls Kulev over and covers him

Winner: Matt Ward & The UK Kid

The UK Kid begins to celebrate as his music plays and the ref raises the hands of Matt and The UK Kid

Harvey: Matt Ward finally picks up his first win here in APW and The UK Kid picks up a win in his first match.

Chase: Could this be the beginning of a new tag team?

The team celebrates and then Matt Ward low blows The UK Kid and drops him with The Ruckus. Matt stands over The UK Kid looking down at him.

Harvey: I guess not Johnny.

Chase: I don’t think Matt liked that The UK Kid stole the pin fall from him.

Matt exit’s the ring as we go backstage

(The scene opens up backstage in the locker room of the Exchange Rate where we see Blade and C.J. Gates sitting around in their wrestling attire. Rico Casteel is in the far corner reading a newspaper.)

C.J. Gates: I guess we find out which team we will face for our titles at Survive and Conquer.

Blade: Can't wait to see who we'll beat. Though, seems like you'll be pulling double duty that night. With that big match and all.

C.J. Gates: Yeah, but I'm not worried. Sure, we'll have a tough fight for the titles, but I'll have the rest of the night to rest before I have to fight the next match.

Blade: True. Well, good luck in it. And good luck tonight, too. (Blade chuckles.) You're going to need it.

C.J. Gates: Betting against me, Blade?

Blade: No, not betting against you. But it IS Level One.

C.J. Gates: True. But I'm ready. After the fight I gave Sally, I think I can handle a little bit from Level One. Besides, I have to eventually prove to everyone that I can tango with the best of them. Because I know it, and Rico knows it, and even you know it. It's just a matter of President Jeff realizing it, Sally Talfourd and Level One accepting it, and then me showing them that miracles can happen.

Blade: Think this is your week?

C.J. Gates: If I don't win, I will still turn some heads. Of course, I won't have Level One's acceptance, but I'm sure others will take me more seriously.

Blade: Good point.

C.J. Gates: One week at a time, though. See where things take us. This is 2011, and this is OUR year. We weren't named the best tag team for nothing, right?

Blade: Right. There are big things in the works. Only a matter of time.

C.J. Gates: Damn right. Where's Harvey?

Blade: Why? (Blade laughs.) Need a coffee?

C.J. Gates: Naw, just wanted to make sure he was ready for his match tonight. It's a big chance for him to get back on top of the Xtreme division.

Blade: I'm sure he'll do fine. Are you sure you aren't pissed about the whole arm wrestling thing?

C.J. Gates: Naw, I could care less about that.

Blade: Though you lost to one of our possible challengers in it.

C.J. Gates: True. But what does that mean? I mean, sure, he was able to pin my arm down...but he won't be able to pin my shoulders. Won't be able to pin your shoulders.

(Blade laughs and holds up his hands.)

Blade: Whoa, whoa, sorry about that man, didn't mean to wind you up. So I take it you're picking them to win the match?

C.J. Gates: Yeah, probably. I mean, IF the Mafia wins, then we'll be coasting since we've already beaten them twice. I actually wouldn't mind a new challenge....or....an actual challenge. So I'm hoping that Beautiful Disaster wins. Right?

Blade: Very true. I'd love an actual fight. Going toe to toe with Sally and Branden last month was great.

C.J. Gates: Now we're talking the same language.

Blade: What we really need to talk about is the newest design for our T-shirt. I'm thinking something along the lines of the 2010 Best Tag Team in APW.

(Gates nods as the scene fades out to commercial)

Paige: The following contest is scheduled for one fall

"Rise to it" by Kiss begins to play over the PA system; the crowd are starting to go a bit nuts as they know what is coming. The lights are beginning to flicker on and off as Blade bursts out from behind the curtains and onto the ramp.

Paige: Introducing first from Manchester England, Weighing in at 235 pounds, he is one half of the APW Tag Team Champions….BLADE!

Steadily strutting towards the ring he catches the attention of some girls in the crowd, he gives them a wink before hoisting himself upon to the ring. Shaking the referees hand his throws his arms up int he air taking a loud cheer with him as he does.



Derek Wellings walks out to the ring. He shrugs his arms a few times, high fives a few fans. As he nears the ring he sprints towards the ring and slides in the ring like Edge.

Paige: And his opponent, from Detroit Michigan, weighing in at 270 pounds…DEREK WELLINGS!

He gets to his feet in two quick movements, walking over to a turnbuckle he stands on the middle rope with one foot on the top. He raises his right arm up and stares at the crowd. He jumps off the top, walks to another and gets on the second rope. He places his foot on the top again and raises his arm to the cheer of the crowd.

Blade Vs Derek Wellings

The bell rings and these two lock up and Derek gets a knee in on Blade and clubs him across the shoulder blades, knocking him to the mat. Derek stomps on Blade as Blade gets himself to the corner. Derek pulls Blade up to his feet and throws him into the opposite corner. Derek runs and Blade moves and then comes at Derek with punches. Blade throws Derek into the ropes and kicks Derek in the gut. With Derek bent over, Blade runs off the ropes and catches Derek with a knee lift to the face. Derek goes down and Blade covers

Harvey: Derek is coming off a lost from BDC at Christmas Chaos, so a win over one half of the tag champs could be what he needs to get back on track

Chase: Blade is a champion for a reason, this match isn’t going to be a cake walk for Derek, or even Blade for that matter.

Blade gives Derek a few punches as he gets up and brings him to the corner and then chops him a couple times before throwing him into the opposite corner. Blade runs at him but Derek runs out of the corner and takes Blade down with a clothesline. Blade is up and Derek throws him into the ropes and gives him a back body drops and then a Samoan Drop. Derek hooks the near leg for a cover

Blade pulls Derek up and gives him a few punches and then Derek takes a wild swing at Blade who ducks and grabs Derek from behind and gives him a German Suplex. Derek slowly gets up and Blade kicks him and plants him with a flowing DDT. Blade covers

Blade picks Derek up and throws him into the ropes, only to have it reversed. Blade hit’s the ropes and grabs on to it. Derek runs and Blade pulls down the ropes and Derek goes over to the outside. Blade follows him and the two start to brawl outside the ring and the ref starts to count them out

After the match, the two continue to brawl and the referee’s come out and separate the two.

Harvey: Emotions quickly took over in this match which cost both guys the victory here.

Paige: The following contest is scheduled for one fall

Sound of a woman’s scream is heard followed by the chorus of "Elite". Link comes out from the back standing at the top of the ramp. He looks around briefly before stretching his arms out to his side with his hands in a fist.

Paige: Introducing first, From San Jose California, weighing in at 220 pounds…LINK!

He walks down the ramp and rolls into the ring going before springing to his feet and climbing the right turnbuckle (camera view) and again posing with his arms outstretched. He goes to the opposite turnbuckle and just stands on the 2nd rope staring out into the crowd with his fists clenched and by his side. He looks out into the crowd, studying each face his eyes meet. He steps down but stays next to the turnbuckle to wait for his opponent.

The lights in the arena go off as red lights flash in a form of a cross infront of the entrance. "Second Coming" by Juelz Santana suddenly blasts through the speakers as smoke fills the ramp and Criss Cassidy slides through the curtains and onto the main stage.

Paige: And his opponent, from Brooklyn New York, Weighing in at 205 pounds..CRISS CASSIDY!

The lights come back on as Cassidy makes his way to the ring dressed in a dark red trench coat with the hood over his head. A large diamond chain with a holy cross pendant hangs from his neck as Cassidy walks up the steps and slides into the ring

Link Vs Criss Cassidy


The two lock up and Link brings Criss to the corner and as they break the lock up, Link kicks him and connects with a couple punches. Link takes Criss to the ropes and gives him an Irish Whip. Criss hit’s the ropes and comes back ducking a clothesline from Link then nailing him with a dropkick. Link is getting up and Criss grabs him and connects with a swinging neck breaker and Criss covers

Chase: Both these guys made their return at Christmas Chaos and both picked up a victory.

Link picks Criss up and as he does, Criss gives Link a few punches to the gut and then a round house kick to the gut. Criss sets Link up, picks him up and plants him with a brain buster. Criss covers

Criss gives Link a few stomps and then slowly lifts him up and Link counters with a Jaw Breaker. Criss grabs his jaw and Link bear hugs Criss and gives him a belly to belly suplex. Link then locks in a chin lock on Criss. Criss fights to his feet and elbows his way out of the hold and runs off the ropes and runs into a dropkick from Link. And Link goes for a cover

Link gets on top of Criss and punches him a few times before pulling him up and brings him to the corner and chops him. Link throws Criss to the opposite corner. Link runs at him but Criss moves and Link hit’s the corner chest first. Link stays in the corner and Criss runs to the opposite corner then at Link, giving him the Stinger Splash. He then grabs Link from behind and gives him a German Suplex, and then Another and another.

Harvey: Triple German Suplex by Criss. This could be it for Link

Chase: Criss is setting up for something big here

Criss grabs Link as he’s getting up and sets him up for The Crucifixion (Razors Edge). Criss picks Link up but Link fights out of it and lands on his feet behind Criss. Criss turns and Link catches him with the Extreme Kick. Criss is down. Link goes to Criss legs and goes for the Chained Link (Sharrpshooter) Link locks the hold in and sits and Criss lower back. Criss reaches for the ropes and isn’t close and then begins to tap

Winner: Link

Link celebrates his victory as replays of the finish if shown and we go to commercial.

Paige: The next match is sheduled for one fall and it is to determine the number one contenders for the APW Tag Team Championship.

"Forever" by Drake hits the PA and out comes Young Mannie and J.R. Kingston with Damien Walker at their side.

Paige: Making their way to the ring, accompanied by Damien Walker, the team of Young Mannie and J.R. Kingston...THE RED SHIELD MAFIA!

Walker, Mannie and Kingston make their way down to the ring ignoring the boo’s from the crowd. They enter the ring and then Mannie and Kingston pose on the top rope before jumping down and wait for their opponents.

"Look Alive, Sunshine"

That one phrase echoes through the arena as everything goes black. Video footage of a red sunset burning over the Arizona skyline appears on the screen through a thin layer of static. While that happens, Dr Death Defying continues his radio call in that same weird, echoey, staticy voice...

109 in the sky but the pigs won't quit

The sun seems to get brighter and brighter, almost blindingly bright red until it bursts, the arena washed in crimson light that seemingly colors the air as a result.

This one's for all of you rock'n'rollers
All you crash queens and motor babies, Listen u...

Paige: And their opponents, the team of Brandon Young and Kaycee Young...BEAUTIFUL DISASTER!

A golden tornado blasts through the red and hits the front of the screen, shattering it as "Awake and Alive" by Skillet replaces the weird noise. Gold and red spotlights swirl over the assembled crowd as Brandon and Kaycee Young come out from behind the curtain and onto the stage. Brandon is wearing a sleeveless hooded jacket with a flaming sword piercing through the Nextwave Autobot logo, the hood obscuring his face, and black pants with the same design running down the sides, but with "Y O U N G G U N" written down each side, with the G and N of the "GUN" written above and below the U in YOUNG making a cross shape, written down each side in fiery gold font while his wife is wearing a pair of black bootcut spandex pants covered in a screen-print of feathers paired with a sports-bra-like top of the same material, a bright red sleeveless trenchcoat with the Nextwave Autobot logo on the back framed with a pair of angel's wings. Brandon is bouncing and bounding around much as he always does… and it turns out that his energy is infectious, since it has his wife doing the same thing, the duo criss-crossing the stage as they pump up the crowd. Meeting up in the center, Brandon smirks as he hauls his wife into a kiss while gold sparks rain down upon them. After the last of the pyro has fallen, the embrace ends, Kaycee blushing a little as she and her husband make their way down the ramp, slapping the hands of the fans as they go. Brandon races to the ring before Kaycee, hopping up onto the apron with his back against the ropes. As Kaycee follows him down he grabs her and pulls her up onto the apron, and then holds the ropes open as any gentlemen should before sliding in himself. They both hit a turnbuckle and play to the crowd before the song fades out.

Red Shield Mafia vs. Beautiful Disaster


Branden and Mannie start in the ring and lock up right away with Brandon getting the advantage and pushing Mannie back a bit before cinching in a side headlock. But Mannie is able to elbow his way out of it and then drives a knee into the gut of Brandon before driving a few clubbing forearm shots to his back. He takes a step away from Brandon and as he moves in, Brandon grabs his legs out from underneath of him and then drops an elbow on his leg.

Harvey: Two evenly matched teams here, and whichever one wins will get the next chance to face the tag team champions.

Chase: The Mafia was robbed at Christmas Chaos, but this team of Brandon and Kaycee looks impressive.

Brandon gets up, still holding the leg of Mannie and tries to drag him over to Kaycee, but Mannie manages to pull him in and uses Brandon's momentum to monkey flip him over. Mannie is up quickly and pounces on Brandon, tackling him down to the mat and laying into him with some punches. He gets up and hauls Brandon, taking him into the Mafia corner and tagging out to Kingston.

Kingston nails a few forearms to Brandon's head and then pushes him into the ropes whipping him off of them. On the rebound, Kingston rushes in for a shoulder block but Brandon dodges it and continues against the opposite ropes. Kingston turns around and Brandon catches him with a flying forearm shot. Brandon is quick to his feet and goes to his corner to tag in Kaycee.

Chase: Finally, things are beginning to look good.

She moves in and gives Kingston some stiff kicks as he's getting up to his feet. She goes for another kick but Kingston catches it and smirks as he pushes he back a bit while she hops on one foot before nailing a nice enziguiri to catch Kingston off guard. Kingston falls and Kaycee poises herself ready to strike. Kingston is stirring and Kaycee locks in a dragon sleeper hold, pulling tight on it.

She has it locked in for a bit before Kingston starts to move, and before she can release the hold, Kingston hauls himself up, turns and then lifts her into the air, before throwing her down with a spinebuster.

Harvey: A show of brute force there by J.R. Kingston.

Chase: He just hit a woman!

Kingston is up and whips Kaycee into the corner toward Mannie. As she reaches the corner she manages to stop herself short of hitting, and then lashes out at Mannie with a stiff kick that knocks him off the apron. Kingston is barreling in behind her and Kaycee pulls herself up and then flips herself over, rolling Kingston up into a pin!

Both Kingston and Kaycee are up and Kingston sneers before firing a punch into Kaycee that she ducks, but can't duck Kingston's elbow coming back and catching her in the back of the head. He picks her back up to her feet and nails her with a quick vertical suplex before pinning Kaycee.

Kingston is up quickly and before he can react Kaycee is as well. They stare off and Kingston moves in locking up Kaycee. She struggles against the larger Kingston, who then sends her off the ropes, and on the rebound he goes for a strong lariat, but Kaycee ducks underneath and continues to the ropes where she leaps up and aims a moonsault at Kingston and is airborne.

But Kingston moves and Kaycee lands on her feet, waiting for Kingston to turn around before locking in a head scissors....and hits a nice DDT! Kaycee starts crawling to her corner and Tags in Brandon who is quick to get into the ring and takes Kingston down with a clothesline and then scoop slams him. Mannie gets into the ring and nails Brandon from behind and then gives him a Cradle DDT. Kingston covers

Mannie goes after Kaycee and tosses her out of the ring. Mannie and Kingston both grab Brandon and they throw him into the ropes and they give him a double hiptoss but drops Brandon on their knee’s instead. Damian Walker jumps up on the ring apron to distract the ref and he tosses in some brass knuckles behind the refs back. Mannie grabs them and slips them over his hand as Kingston hooks Brandon from behind. Kaycee slides into the ring and low blows Mannie from behind. Brandon breaks free of Kingston and throws him into a crouched Mannie, knocking him to the outside. Kaycee goes over and knocks Damian off the ring apron. Paige: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

Put You On Game- By Lupe Fiasco blasts the PA system, as Level-One steps up on-top of the ramp. Red smoke swirls beneath him, and a string of red and blue pyro shoots up into the air he raises both of his arms high in the air.

Paige: From Toronto, Ontario, Canada! Weighing in at 262 pounds, Level-One!!!

Level-One slowly begins to walk down the ramp, being booed loudly by the crowd. Level-One stops before eyeing down a fan, mocking the fan in the process. Level-One turns, and climbs up onto the apron. He climbs up turn-buckle, hoisting his arm in the air. Level-One hops down, and awaits for the fight in-front of him.

“Shooting Star” by Black Stone Cherry begins to play as the fans cheer loudly. C.J. Gates quickly makes his way out of the back wearing his trademark cowboy hat and “Go Big or Go Home” T-shirt with his bodyguard Rico Casteel in tow.

Paige: And his opponent, being accompanied by Rico Casteel, weighing in at 215 pounds. HE is one hald of the APW Tag Team Champions. C…J….GATES!

He bounces around at the entrance a bit before moving towards the ring, bouncing to the beat, while Rico slowly walks down the ramp behind him. Gates reaches the ring and slides in under the bottom rope before springing to his feet, climbing the nearest turnbuckle and raising his arms in the air. Level One waits no time and nails CJ from behind. The ref calls for the bell

Level One pulls CJ off the turn buckle and puts him in the corner and gives him some punches in the upper body. CJ covers up and tries to block the punches but Level One is being an animal and isn’t letting up. The ref steps between them, getting Level One to back off. Level One steps past the ref and kicks CJ in the gut and Irish whips him as Hard as he can into the opposite corner. CJ hit’s the corner and falls face first to the mat

Harvey: Level One seems extra aggressive here tonight

Chase: Probably still upset about not winning the Heavyweight Title at Christmas Chaos.

Level One walks over to CJ and kicks him in the back of the head then grabs him, leaning him over the middle rope and starts choking him. The ref counts to 4 and Level One releases CJ. Level One grabs him and leans him on the ropes and echo’s a chop though out the arena. Level One throws CJ into the ropes and lifts him up in the air and CJ comes crashing down on his chest.

Harvey: CJ hasn’t even gotten any offence in on Level One.

Chase: And lets keep It that way. Break his legs Level One!

CJ slowly gets up to his feet and Level One grabs him, throwing him to the corner. Level One charages and CJ gets both feet up in Level One’s face. CJ jumps to the middle turnbuckle and jumps off with a spinning back elbow, knocking Level One to the mat. The fans cheer and he gives Level One a few punches as he’s getting up and then throws Level One to the corner. CJ runs at him and Level One lifts CJ up over the top rope. CJ lands on the ring apron and Level One walks out of the corner not realizing this. CJ springboards off the ropes and dropkicks Level One from behind, sending him through the ropes to the outside. The fans cheer as CJ stomps his foot on the mat to get the fans rallying behind him. CJ runs off the ropes and dives through the ropes with a Suicide Dive, sending Level One into the ring barrier.

Harvey: CJ took a risk here and it paid off

Chase: CJ better enjoy this moment because once Level One gets a hold of him, its going to be over for CJ.

Rico goes over and helps CJ roll Level One into the ring. CJ jumps on the ring apron and Level One gets up. HE goes after CJ who spears him through the ropes and CJ sunset flips in, and is able to get the pinfall on Level One

Harvey: The stamp of Approval!

Chase: Come on Level One, get up and end this

CJ goes and climbs to the top rope. Level One is able to get up and cut him off. Level One climbs himself and the two are exchanging punches but Level One is able to hook CJ up and super plex him. Level One gets up and begins stalking CJ. Rico Casteel jumps up on the ring apron and unties the padding from the top turnbuckle. Rico yells at the ref about it and the ref picks the padding back up and puts it back on. While the ref is doing that, Level One is still stalking CJ who is slowly getting up and Rico gets into the ring and Level One turns towards and Rico runs and connects with a massive spear. Level One is down and the fans are cheering as CJ covers him and the ref see’s this and slides in for the count

Level One’s music plays as The Ref raises his arm in victory. Level One gets out of the ring and Rico comes in and checks in on CJ. With Rico’s back turned, Level One gets back into the ring and starts attacking Rico

Harvey: C’mon, the match is over!

Level One lays him out and Blade runs down to the ring with a chair in hand. As Blade slides in, Level One slides out. Level One heads up the ramp with a smile on his face has to say “My work is done.” CJ finally comes to and stares down Level One as Blade helps him and Rico up and we go to a commercial.

“Spaceman,” by The Killers, hits the speakers as the lights fade to a dim blue. Strobe lights flash all around the arena as blue laser lights dance about the stage. Biggs comes out in the same TRON jacket he wore at the PPV, and the APW Overdrive Championship clasped around his waste. The accents and feathers on the jacket are lit up as the crowd boos loudly as the arrogant champ makes his way down the ramp with a dance in his step.

Paige: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the new APW Overdrive Champion, Biggs!

Harvey: Biggs won the Overdrive Championship in a somewhat controversial fashion, attacking Pence as he was hooked up to a gurney. I only say somewhat controversial because Pence demanded to continue the match.

Chase: Then it's Pence's own fault he lost the belt! Biggs won that match fair and square, and is an Overdrive Champion we can all be proud of!

Biggs mocks the fans as he continues down the ramp. He reaches the ring, walks up the steps and slingshots himself over the top rope into the ring. He then walks to the center of the ring, unlatching his belt and holding it with both hands, rising it high above his head as light blue fireworks shoot out of the turnbuckle! Biggs then places the belt back around his waste before calling for a mic. He waits for the crowd's booing to subside a bit before speaking, soaking in their hatred and venom with an almost perverse glee.

Biggs: Now I know that all of you here are still upset that I defeated your little golden boy, Pence, at Christmas Chaos to become the first ever three time Overdrive Champion! The fact that I am the only man who can make this claim is proof enough that I am the greatest Overdrive Champion in APW history!

This statement draws loud boos from the crowd, which transitions into a loud “YOU SUCK! YOU SUCK!” chant directed to the new champ. Biggs flashes his trademark smirk.

Biggs: But you see, that's not enough for me. The fact that I've held this title more than anyone else means little if I don't have some quality defenses under my belt, no pun intended. That is why I am welcoming any and all challengers to step up and try their hand at wresting this Overdrive Championship from me, provided that their name isn't Pence Weatherlight!

This draws even more boos from the crowd, and a loud, “PENCE! PENCE! PENCE!” chant breaks out.

Biggs: You can chant his name all you want, the fact of the matter is that at Christmas Chaos, Pence Weatherlight showed that he was unworthy to hold this prestigious title! He showed just how selfish and stupid he really was, deciding to continue the match after suffering what appeared to be a severe neck injury! The fact of the matter is that Pence could have just let the match end, he could have retained the title due to a no contest, but in his arrogance, in his pride, he made the decision to continue the match. You all saw how defiant he was, how steadfast he was in his mind to try and defend the Overdrive Championship despite the obvious pain he was in. The way I see it, Pence, you cannot claim that I somehow cheated you or won the title through underhanded means, the simple fact is that you made the choice to test your luck against me, and it backfired! I make no apologizes for taking advantage of your neck injury, because you gave me the opportunity to take advantage of your neck injury. Remember this fact when you try to claim righteousness on your part, Pence. Remember this fact when you inevitably swear vengeance against me. Quite simply, Pence, any beef you may have with me is your own freakin' fault!

Harvey: How can this jerk believe the words coming out of his mouth!? He attacked Pence while he was strapped into a gurney! He pulled Pence's shoulder up after the first Crashing Down to Earth, just so he could deliver another! This “champion” has no honor to speak of!

Chase: I disagree with you, partner. Biggs is telling the truth when he says that Pence wanted to continue the match. As such, Pence is responsible for what Biggs did to him!

Biggs: That being said, for those of you hoping for Pence to get a rematch against yours truly, I really hate to disappoint you, but that won't be happening any time soon. He had his chance, and he blew it by being dumb! Which leaves me with the question of who will my first title defense be against? Looking up and down the APW roster, I have a really hard time finding anyone who is as worthy to hold this belt as me, but it wouldn't make for a very exciting championship reign for me to just stand around with the title, not actually wrestling anyone. So here's what I'm going to do. The first person to walk through those curtains who's name is not Pence Weatherlight, I'll grant them a shot at my Overdrive Championship! Absolutely anybody can come down that ramp and have themselves a title match! It could be C.J. Gates, it could be Branden Harvey, heck, it could even be Cindy Shannon! Whoever wants a shot at my belt, step out onto the stage, and your wish will be granted!

The fans look to the stage as Biggs flashes his smirk, awaiting whoever is willing to face him. The crowd starts to murmur as after a short while, nobody has appeared on the stage. Biggs unclasps the APW Overdrive Title Belt, raising it in the air with one arm as he begins to speak again.

Biggs: That's what I thought! Nobody here in APW is man or woman enough to face off against me, the greatest Overdrive Champion in APW history! And it's easy to see why, because I'm quite simply out of this...

As Biggs is saying this, “The Second Coming” Criss Cassidy emerges from the crowd, and attacks Biggs from behind with Spinning Neckbreaker, the force of which knocks the belt from Biggs' hand! Cassidy then pulls the champ up to his feet and whips him into the corner, nailing him with a Stinger Splash! As Biggs stumbles out of the corner, Cassidy gives him a kick to the gut, and hoists him up to deliver the Crucifixion! Cassidy goes for a quick cover as a ref runs down ramp, but by the time the ref slides into the ring and gets into position, Biggs is able to kick out on two!

Harvey: Biggs better be careful what he wishes for! It looks like he just got it!

Chase: This shouldn't count! Cassidy didn't even come onto the stage!

Cassidy pulls Biggs back up and pulls him up in position for the Crucifixion once more, but Biggs wriggles his way out and lands down behind Cassidy, quickly exiting the ring and scurrying his way to the ramp! “Second Coming” hits the speakers as Biggs glares at Cassidy from the stage. Cassidy reaches down and grabs the Overdrive Championship belt, slinging it over his shoulder. This infuriates Biggs, who can be heard yelling and screaming for Cassidy to give him back his belt! A confident grin appears on the face of Cassidy, and as he stands there in the ring with the belt, Biggs heads over to a production table and grabs a mic. Cassidy's music fades.

Biggs: You think you're real slick, Cassidy, don't you!? I said anyone who comes out onto the stage, not from the freaking crowd! This doesn't count as a an official match! Referee, as Overdrive Champion, I demand that you get me my belt from that thug!

The ref shrugs his shoulders, and asks Cassidy for the belt. After a little resistance, Cassidy relinquishes the belt, and picks up the mic left in the ring.

Cassidy: Biggs, if it means that much to you, you can have your belt back. Doesn't matter much, though, cause it'll soon belong to me!

The fans cheer as Biggs continues to throw a temper tantrum on the stage and Cassidy continues to mock him from the ring. The ref hands Biggs his belt, and he storms backstage. APW Overdrive cuts to commercial as “Second Coming” begins to play again.

Paige: The following Contest is a Xtreme Rules Match scheduled for one fall and it is to determine the #1 contender for the Xtreme Title

The arena goes pitch black, save for camera flashes from the fans... Suddenly, pyro blasts off, as "Midnight Sun" By AFI plays out over the arena, as Cid Phoenix steps out from behind the curtains, dressed in a long black sleeveless duster, a tattered white wife beater and black tattered jeans tucked into calf-length black boots.

Paige: Introducing first, from New York City, Weighing in at 162 pounds…CID….PHOENIX!

Cid stalks towards the ring, in a very menacing, eery-like fashion, wicked grin on his face. Cid slides into the ring and runs over to a corner and climbs the turnbuckles, crossing his arms together, before releasing them and screaming up at the rafters. He then jumps down from the turnbuckles, and leans back against them

"Fuel by Metallica hits the speakers. Branden Harvey walks through the curtain. He raises his right arm in the air, looking around at the cheering fans as he does it.

Paige: And his opponent, from Sacramento California, weighing in at 140 pounds…BRANDEN HARVEY!

He sprints to the ring and slides in. He gets on the middle turnbuckle and raises his right arm in the air again, while looking at the cheering fans once more before back flipping to the mat.

Just as Branden Back flips to the mat, Cid Clotheslines him from behind and the bell rings to start the match

Cid stomps on Branden and then takes him and throws him though the ropes and to the outside. Branden hit’s the mat hard and then Cid exit’s the ring too and looks under the ring and is quick to pull out a small ladder. Branden gets up and with Cid holding the ladder, Branden drop toe holds Cid who falls to the ground on the ladder. Branden jumps onto the Apron and with Cid up, Branden goes for the Asai Moonsault and as Branden comes down, Cid nails Branden in the gut with the ladder. Cid then throws the ladder down on Cid then looks under the ring again and pulls out a Singapore Cane. Cid grabs Branden and gives him a Russian Leg Sweep with the Cane onto the ladder. Branden is in pain and Cid tosses the Cane into the ring and then looks under the ring and pulls out a table and slides it into the ring. Cid then grabs Branden and rolls him into the ring then grabs the ladder and gets into the ring.

Harvey: The winner of this match gets a shot at the Xtreme Title at Survive and Conquer

Chase: And I bet the Xtreme Champion, Diamante Valentine is watching this match closely.

Cid sets the table up leaning in the corner and then goes after Branden who’s in the corner. As Cid gets close to Branden, Branden kicks him in the gut and then gives him the X-Factor. Branden picks up the Singapore Cane and with Cid getting up, Branden jabs it in Cid’s gut and then cracks the cane across Cid’s back and then over his head, knocking him down. The Cane is shattered and Branden tosses it out of the ring and then covers Cid

Branden goes outside the ring and goes under the ring and pulls out 2 Garbage cans and their covers and tosses them into the ring. Branden gets into the ring and with the two trash can covers and smashes them both over the side of Cid’s head like cymbals and then starts smashing them over Cids head repeatedly until he falls to the mat. Branden then takes the two trash cans and stands them upright next to each other in the middle of the ring. He then takes Cid and lays him over the trash cans and Branden goes to the top rope.

Harvey: Branden is trying something we’ve never seen before

Chase: This can’t be a good idea

Branden comes off with a frog splash, but Cid moves and Branden lands on the garbage cans. Cid picks one of them up and smashes it over Branden’s head and then takes the other and puts it over his head. Branden is now stuck in the garbage can and Cid runs off the ropes and nails the trash can with a spinning heel kick and Branden is down. Cid then jumps to the top rope quick and jumps off with a double foot stomp. Cid pulls Branden out of the trash can and covers him

Cid grabs the ladder and lays it on the mat and then Cid slams Branden on it and then jumps up to the middle turnbuckle and comes off with an elbow drop and Branden rolls off the ladder and Cid lands on it and grabs his elbow. Branden gets up and grabs Cid by the head and goes over to the corner with the table and bounces his head off the table and then leans Cid on the table and chops him. Branden backs to the middle of the ring and runs at Cid and Cid moves out of the way but Branden stops in front of the table. Branden turns and see’s Cid running at him. Cid goes for the Limit Break (Spear) and Branden moves out of the way and Cid crashes through the table.

Harvey: Cid took a big risk and it may have cost him

Branden pulls Cid out from the table and lays him near the corner. The fans are cheering for Branden as he climbs to the top rope. Branden stands on the top and just as he’s about to leap off, The lights go out

Harvey: Who turned off the lights!

Chase: Did President Jeff not pay the fee to rent the arena tonight!

After a few seconds, and a few bangs in the ring, the lights come back on. Branden Harvey is laying motionless in the ring with Cid Phoenix laying on top of him. The ref has no choice but to make the count

We come back on the air backstage with Shane West standing next to Cid Phoenix.

Shane: Cid, Can I get a few words about your match

Cid: Hell Yah you can

Shane: You just defeated Branden Harvey to become the number one contender for the Xtreme Title. That means at Survive and Conquer, you will be taking on Diamante Valentine.

Cid: At Christmas Chaos, Diamante stole the victory from me, I had that mat…..

Out of no where, Diamante nails Cid from behind and then grabs him and plants him with the Ego Trip. Cid is out cold

Shane: Diamante, what was all that about

Diamante: Cid thinks he’s Xtreme. Well, I’m going to show him what Xtreme is.

Diamante smiles as he walks away and we go back to ringside for our main event


Paige: The following conest is your main event of the evening and it is a non title match

White neon lights flicker throughout the arena and "Cochise" by Audioslave blasts from the arena's PA system. The crowd boo loudly as the man, the myth, the legend BDC walks from behind the curtain and stands at the top of the ramp. The APW - Tron shows the Welsh National Flag, and red, white and green pyro shoot high into the air and he then heads toward the ring.

Paige: Introducing first, weighing in at 310 pounds Chris…BDC…DEFOE!

He climbs over the top rope and proceeds to climb each turnbuckle one at a time, raising his right arm in the air. He then jumps up and down a little in the centre of the ring and crouches a little, hands on his knees, as his opponents music plays.

The crowd is buzzing with anticipation for the coming match. On cue, the lights take on a blue tinge and 'Starstrukk' hits the speakers. This sets the crowd off: everyone knows who this is leading up to. As the song bursts to life, out races Sally Talfourd, racing to the front of the stage. Raising her hands to the crowd, she kicks her leg and heads towards the ring, slapping hands with the crowd that hangs over the rails for her.

Paige: Making her way to the ring this evening, weighing in at a sublime one-hundred and forty pounds, standing in at five feet and ten inches of perfection, this is Sally Talfourd!

Sally stands at the base of the steps to the ring, waving to the crowd as she is announced. When that's done, she dashes up the steps, hoists herself over the top ring and bounces to the centre of the ring. Poses for the crowd as the lights return to normal and the music fades out. The crowd still cheers for the adorable Sally as she starts to stretch for the match.

The bell rings and the two circle each other and BDC goes to grab Sally who ducks him and then starts kicking BDC in the leg and then drop kicks him in the knee. BDC drops to a knee and Sally runs off the ropes and towards BDC who grabs her and head butts her. Sally falls to the mat but then gets up in the corner. BDC charges at her and Sally dodges out of the way and BDC hit’s the corner with his elbow. He turns and Sally is back to kicking him in the leg. BDC shoves Sally back and goes after Sally who baseball slides between BDC’s legs and then goes back to kicking his legs from behind. BDC grabs Sally and knocks her down with a huge right hand.

Harvey: Sally is trying to work BDC’s leg and take him down but BDC is just way to big for her

Chase: That’s what she said.

Harvey: Now isn’t the time Johnny!

BDC pulls Sally up and brings her to the corner then chokes her with his boot. The ref counts to 4 and BDC releases. BDC grabs Sally and drops her with a side walk slam and covers her

Easy kick out by the Champ.

BDC stands up and pulls Sally up by her arm and then knocks her right back down with a short arm clothesline. Sally rolls near the ropes and BDC stands on her throat while holding on to the top rope. Sally is kicking her legs as the ref counts to 4 and BDC steps off.

Harvey: BDC weighs almost 3 times more than Sally and is a foot taller than her

Chase: And BDC is just playing with her now before he ends her career

Sally rolls to the ring apron and BDC picks her up and starts choking her over the top rope. BDC lets go as the ref counts to three and then BDC runs off the ropes and goes for a big running boot, but Sally ducks and one leg goes over the top rope and BDC’s groin hit’s the top rope. The fans are cheering as Sally gets to her feet and starts shaking the ropes and BDC bounces up and down on the top rope. Pain comes across BDC’s face and he grabs his groin and Sally jumps up to the top rope and jumps off, nailing BDC in the head with a shining Wizard. BDC falls over into the ring and Sally gets on top of him and covers

Harvey: Its moves like that which makes Sally dangerous in the ring. BDC is bigger than her and she’s taking it to him

Chase: Don’t get to excited Darren, Once BDC get to his feet, its over for Sally!

Sally hits BDC in the face with some forearm shots as he gets to his feet. BDC grabs Sally and knee’s her in the gut and then picks her up over his shoulder and gives her a running Powerslam. BDC doesn’t go for the pin but bounces off the ropes and drops an elbow across her chest and BDC hooks the leg

BDC throws Sally to the corner and he runs at her and Sally moves out of the way and gets on the ring apron. BDC hit’s the corner chest first and stumbles out backwards. Sally springboards off the ropes and grabs BDC driving his face to the mat with a Bulldog. Sally then climbs the top rope and waits for BDC to get to his feet. As soon as he does, Sally dives off catching BDC with a Tronado DDT. Sally covers

Harvey: Sally is really using his speed and size to her advantage

Chase: Come on BDC!

BDC is on all fours about to get up and Sally nails him in the head with a dropkick. The fans are behind Sally as she climbs to the top rope. BDC stands up and Sally jumps off with a cross body and BDC catches her. BDC walks around the ring with her and then slams her to the mat. BDC smiles as he picks Sally up and sets her up for his finisher, The Blackout (Spinning Sitdown Powerbomb). BDC lifts her up and starts spinning with Sally and Sally counters it by taking BDC over with a Hurricanrana. BDC gets up in the corner and Sally runs at him and gives him jumping knee’s to the chest. BDC stumbles a bit and Sally grabs BDC’s leg and gives him the dragon whip. Sally gets to the top rope and BDC is slow to get up and Sally gives off with a leg drop bulldog. Sally waste no time as she springboards off the ropes with a moonsault.

Harvey: The happy ending, she hit the Happy ending. This is it.

Chase: Kick out BDC!

Sally gets pulled out of the ring by a Masked Person and the crowd is booing. The Masked Person begins attacking Sally and the ref calls for the bell

Winner by Disqualification: Sally Talfourd

The Masked Person grabs Sally and throws her head first into the ring barrier and then starts stomping her as he slides down to the ground. The crowd is booing loudly as The Masked Person picks Sally up by her hair and rolls her back into the ring.

Harvey: This is uncalled for.

Chase: Sally wanted to be champion, this is what happens when your champion. People want your title.

Harvey: I don’t think this person wants Sallys title

BDC grabs Sally and brings her to the corner and starts choking her with his boot as The Mask Man works the body with some punches. They then take her and BDC throws her into the ropes and gives her a spine buster.

Harvey: They’re trying to end Sally’s career. We need help out here!

Chase: Anyone with half a brain wouldn’t come out here with this Masked Person and BDC in the ring

The Masked Man orders BDC to give her the Blackout and he does. Sally lays motionless on the mat as The Mask Man exit’s the ring and grabs himself a steel chair. The crowd boo’s as the Mask Man raises it in the air for everyone to see and then enters the ring with it.

Harvey: What’s this person planning on doing here?

Chase: Something that should have done a long time ago

The Mask Man stands over Sally with the chair in hand. Sally still isn’t moving and The Mask Man takes the chair, raises it up and brings it down over Sally’s skull. The Masked Man drops the chair. The Mask Man stands over Sally’s body with BDC is there next to him.

Harvey: This is a travesty

Chase: That was a message sent to Sally Talfourd.

Harvey: There’s ways to send messages and that’s not it.

Chase: She had it coming.
