Pyro shoots from the stage and the camera pans through the crowd as the fans are on their feet in excitement for seeing APW. The camera then cuts to ringside with Darren Harvey and Johnny Chase Harvey: Welcome everyone to THURSDAY NIGHT OVERDRIVE!!!Chase: Here we are at the go home show for Shockwave, which takes place next SundayHarvey: Tonight folks, we will see the in ring debut of Tyler Graves as he takes on Nathaniel Havok in a non title match upChase: And a big main event tag team natchHarvey: That’s right, CJ Gates teams up with Johnny Rebel to take on Biggs and Khaos!Chase: A possible Preview for Shockwave next Sunday..Harvey: Lets not waste any more time and get the show on the road“Spaceman,” by The Killers, blares over the speakers as APW Overdrive comes on the air with Biggs already in the ring. He's dressed in his ring gear already, with the APW Undisputed Championship placed on a stool set up in the ring. The mat is covered with a dark blue carpet, and the arena lights are at a dim blue as laser lights shoot out of the stage and a single, white spotlight is fixed on Biggs in the ring. Biggs: Ladies and gentlemen, if there are such a thing here in Milwaukee, welcome to my show! Now I know that all of you tuning in thought that you were sitting down to watch APW Overdrive, but let me be the first to inform you that Overdrive is experiencing a slight delay, and we'll be starting this evening off with Biggs' First Contact! The draws loud boos from the crowd. Harvey: Folks at home, don't listen to the man! This is indeed APW Overdrive! I'm Darren Harvey, joined by my announce partner, Johnny Chase! And in the ring right now, our champion is making a complete jerk of himself!Chase: Shut up, Harvey! Biggs is the APW Undisputed Champion, and he can do whatever the heck he wants! In the ring, Biggs is soaking in all the boos, wearing a huge grin on his face as he continues to speak. Biggs: Now I'm sure that all of you are aware of the fact that in a week and a half, I will be partaking in my first title defense since winning the prestigious APW Undisputed Championship, which you can see is on display behind me. And in a week and a half, I will be defending my title against my guest here tonight, C.J. Gates! C.J. get your keister out here right now!“Shooting Star” by Black Stone Cherry begins to play as the fans cheer loudly. C.J. Gates quickly makes his way out of the back wearing his trademark cowboy and a "Go Big or Go Home" T-shirt. He stands at the top of the ramp as the fans cheer before finding Biggs standing in the ring who is, applauding? Yes, applauding, though with a golf clap. Gates begins to warily make his way down the ramp tagging hands with the fans that are seated by it, before stepping up the steel ring steps and entering the ring. He walks around Biggs, keeping his eyes on him, before grabbing a microphone and exchanging glares with Biggs, with Gates looking ready to defend himself. Biggs: Woah, woah! Easy there cowboy! You can be at ease out here. After all, you are my guest here tonight on First Contact! What kind of host would I be if I called you out here merely to assault you?C.J. Gates: You'd be the exact host that I'd expect you to be.Biggs: No, no, C.J. I merely want to talk. Honestly. We'll have time for fisticuffs later tonight in the Main Event. You see, C.J., I really feel that between the constant attacks towards one another, all the verbal sparring, all the constant oneupsmanship you and I have engaged in over the past month and half, the fact that our bout at Shockwave stands to be one heck of a wrestling match has gotten lost in the shuffle. Now hear me out. If at the beginning of the year, somebody would have predicted that the biggest show of the summer, APW Shockwave, was going to be headlined by Biggs versus C.J. Gates, than that person would have been called crazy! I mean, sure, it seemed possible that maybe one of us may have made it in, but with the Sally Talfourds, the Lester Onlys, and the like, for anyone to think that it would be you versus me two Sunday's from now would have seemed foolish just eight short months ago! It just goes to show, C.J. that we're more alike than either of us would care to admit!C.J. Gates: While I agree that at the beginning of the year the person predicting this match would have been called crazy, I am still nothing like you, Biggs.Biggs: Sure you are, C.J.! I mean it doesn't take that long of look to notice that we're not only of similar size, but that we utilize similar styles in the ring. Both of us are most comfortable at a quick pace, both of us are extremely well conditioned, and both of us can fly with the best of them! Granted, I do have the edge in technical skill and submission wrestling, but you're no slouch in the ring, C.J. I recognize this fact. You wouldn't have won Test for the Best if you were.C.J. Gates: Just like I've always recognized your immense talent, too. But seriously, Biggs, what's the point of all this? You're just saying stuff that everyone already knows.Biggs looks a bit peeved at getting cut off, but calms himself, regains his composure, and replies to C.J. Biggs: Well, C.J. thats the business man in you, isn't it? Wanting to get straight to the point, wanting to find out what the bottom line is. You want to know what the point is, C.J.? Well here it is. The reason I'm bringing up our similarities is to further drive home the fact just how different the two of us really are! You've been on my case over the past month and a half, berating me for utilizing my intellect in this ring to, for lack of a better term, get away with cheating. You've been one of those most vocal in stating that I would not have been able to defeat “Level-One” Lester Only without cheating, saying that the only reason I beat him was because I had my feet on the ropes for leverage. And sure, that may have been how I secured my victory, but you're forgetting the fact that I was able get to a point where I could use the ropes to my advantage! I wrestled toe-to-toe with Lester Only in a grueling, high impact match that everyone thought I had no chance in! Sure, I may have had to pull out all of the stops, but so did he! Don't you dare forget that I kicked out of a Darkness Shrine, that I got my foot on the ropes after a Level-Advance! If you think for one moment that I did not earn my APW Undisputed Championship, you'd be dead wrong! Yeah, I had to cheat to beat him, but it was only after I had exhausted every other option! To me, cheating isn't a crutch that I rely on, it's a tool that I utilize when it best suits me! And let me be the first to tell you that if I get an opportunity to utilize this tool in our match at Shockwave, I won't hesitate to!C.J. stands there, chuckling to himself a bit. Biggs: What's so funny?! Why are you laughing at me!?C.J. Gates: Who are you trying to convince that you're a hopeless cheater, me or yourself? I mean, I can have them play the clip from Test for the Best if we want to get further proof that you wouldn't have beaten Lester if you didn't cheat. Though, Biggs, there has been one thing I've always wanted to ask you, and that is about the Undisputed title. I assume that you have always had your sights set on it and I wonder, how does it feel to have captured your first big title in APW by hook and by crook? How does it feel to know that there will be an asterisk by the title win? I mean, I don't expect you to answer that truly, but I know that if that was me, and I won it in that fashion, I'd feel like I haven't really earned it and hadn't really battled hard for it.Biggs: So you think you're better than me because you live by some code of honor. I'll tell you this, C.J., the world isn't so simple! It's not black and white! By adhering to some self imposed limitations, you're only hurting yourself! You see, I'm not bound to pleasing the whims and desires of these fickle fans! I couldn't care any less about what they think of my methods, because my methods provide results! Do you think I cared about these fans when I had the single greatest reign as Overdrive Champion this company has ever seen? No! Do you think I cared what these fans thought when I utilized every trick in the book to knock of Level-One? Not at all! Do you think I care whether you approve of the actions I take against you two Sunday's from now in St. Paul? I think you already know the answer to that question!C.J. answers flippantly. C.J. Gates: No, you don't care, and that's why I can't have the slightest ounce of respect for you, Biggs. I mean, I looked forward to this match. I thought that this match could be one for the ages, where both side fought with a mutual respect. But then...well, then you threw that all away with what you continue to do. I don't abide by some sort of code of ethics because I think it's going to make me live longer. I do it because it's the right thing to do. I do it, because these fans want to see a match that ends the way they expect it to end. They want to see a match that will be left in their minds for ever. And if thats not something you believe in doing, then that's fine with me. I've got my in-ring excitement and you've got your underhanded tactics.Biggs: Stop it! Shut up! I am the APW Undisputed Champion, and I expect to be treated as such!C.J. Gates: Than act like it!This pisses Biggs off, and he stomps over towards the ropes, kicking the bottom ropes as hard as he can. C.J. Gates: If you're done acting like a spoiled brat, then we can discuss this match like men. Either way, I know that when we step into the ring at Shockwave, I'm going to be gunning for your title. I've worked hard all year to get to this point and I'm not about to let up now. This is what it all culminates in. And I can safely say, that I have earned my way here and, if I come out the winner, I know that I will have won the title honorably and I will be damn proud of myself. And I will continue to defend that title with a true competitors heart. At the final point, C.J. pokes his finger right into the chest of Biggs, implying that the champion doesn't have any heart. Biggs: So you think I don't have any heart C.J.! You think that I'm nothing more than a paper champion! Let me remind you that you got the easy way to your title shot! All you had to do was win a tournament to be deemed worthy of getting a shot at my APW Undisputed Championship! I had to work and toil over the past two years, building up a body of work to the point where I could no longer be denied a shot at the championship, and when I got it, I made the most of it! Don't think for one moment that I'm just going to lay down for you and allow you to take from me what I've sweated and toiled for for so very long to gain! I'm not knocking your achievement of winning Test for the Best, but I will tell you this much, you didn't have to suffer and sacrifice as much as I did to get to this point! I have worked longer and harder...C.J. interrupts. C.J. Gates: That's what she said...This draws laughs from the crowd. Biggs gets a bit flustered, but tries to continue on. Biggs: I have worked a whole lot harder to get to this point! And quite frankly, I'm sick and tired of people like you saying I don't deserve to be champion! If anyone appreciates being the Undisputed Champion, it's me! That's why I was willing to do whatever it took to gain it, and that's also why I'm willing to do whatever it takes to keep it! C.J., this is your warning, I will be holding nothing back at Shockwave!C.J. Gates: And I'll be doing just the same! I'm going to leave everything that I have inside of this ring, and make sure that the entire world sees what you and I are truly capable of. Because, if there's one thing I have been able to do, I've been able to bring the best out of my opponents as well as myself. Like I said, this is what I've worked for, and I am going to make sure that I do everything short of cheating to pull out the victory. And, Biggs, I can only ask that you do the same. That you put the whole idea of cheating to retain your title on the backburner. I know that these fans would love to see a match between the two of us, the two men that were seen as a level below the Undisputed champion as long ago as Mayhem, end the way it was intended to end. Let's let it end with a clean victory. The fans cheer as Biggs looks around briefly before looking back at Gates. Biggs: We'll see, C.J. Like I said earlier, I don't view cheating as some unforgivable sin like you do. It's merely a tool I use to win matches. Believe me, C.J., there's a part of me that really respects you. But I guess we'll just have to wait for Shockwave to find out how big of a part of me that is. Just know this. Both of us want my championship, but only one of us will be leaving St. Paul, Minnesota with it. And spoiler alert, that's going to be me! By hook or crook, I'm going to prove to you that I'm quite simply OUT OF THIS WORLD!“Spaceman” begins to play again as Biggs drops the mic and exits the ring. C.J. still has a mic in hand. C.J. Gates: You're right, Biggs, we both want your title, and we're both going to do all that we can and will do to pull out one of the biggest victories of our lives. And as much as I'd like to stand here before all of the APW faithful and tell everyone that I am going to walk out of St. Paul the champion, I won't. What I will say, is that you better be ready. You've seen what C.J. Gates is capable of since I entered APW, but what is about to come at you at Shockwave is going to be something you never thought of and something you might not be prepared for. And really, Biggs, it's going to test you more than you've been tested in your APW career. At Shockwave, it's going to be time to go big, or go home.Biggs just glares at the #1 Contender from the ramp as C.J. stands tall in the ring. “Shooting Star” begins to play. Chase: I can't wait to see these two square off for the Title at Shockwave!Harvey: We'll get a preview of that later tonight in our main event, where C.J. Gates teams with Johnny Rebel to take on Biggs and Khaos! It's a blockbuster main event heading into Shockwave, that's for sure! We'll be right back with our first contest for the evening after these messages!

However before that happens I have to demolish that piece of trash known as Terry Marvin. Marvin, your life is going to flash before your eyes. You’re going to feel pain and suffering the likes of which hasn’t been felt by a human being since the inquisition. You are the sacrificial lamb and Blue Shark…PABLO, if you show up here I will send you right back to that dark, dank cave where you came from. You will be destroyed and I will be the ultimate victor. Marvin, you’re the first victim. Pablo, you will be the next…Ebirah abruptly walks off screen followed by his minions as the scene fades out to commercial

He heads over to the left side of the stage and throws his arms up to a light cheer from the crowd, before rushing to the other side and doing the same. The welcome isn't as warm as he expected, but most of the fans have no clue who he is so it will have to do for now. He makes it back to the center of the stage just as Example belts out the lyrics for which the song is named. Zach crouches slightly just as the words last ones standing are repeated. Then, right as the music hits the forty second mark and the beat drops, he hops up as purple and yellow pyro sprays up on either side of the ring. He then makes his way down the ramp and to the ring as the music continues, slapping hands with the kids in attendance – he's pretty sure a few of the adults slipped their hands in for a slap as well. The scene opens backstage where Hannah Storm can be seen standing in front of a camera. Hannah: Please welcome at this time, the number one contender for the APW Undisputed title, C.J. Gates. Gates walks into the shot and the crowd in the arena can be heard cheering loudly. Hannah: Tonight you team up with Johnny Rebel to take on Khaos and your Shockwave opponent, the APW Undisputed champion Biggs. How do you feel?C.J. Gates: To be honest, I'm not really looking forward to the match. I mean, I'm looking forward to wrestling in the main event, but I'm not looking forward to teaming up with a man that dislikes me to face off against two guys that also dislike me. So you can see why I'm not exactly stoked for the match. Hannah: Are you expecting them to gang up on you?C.J. Gates: Let's just say that I wouldn't be surprised if Rebel decided to turn on me tonight. I don't think he will until the end, though, because I know that as much as he hates me, blames me, and loathes me, he still wants to go into Shockwave with the momentum on his side. And I'm sure he has a similar thought in his mind or, at least, he hates this set up as much as I do. But thats what happens before a Pay-Per-View like Shockwave. As much as I hate the situation, I'm sure that he and I can work together, we're going to have to work together, so that we can pull out a win. Hannah: Are you confident that the two of you will win?C.J. Gates: I'm liking our chances. Like I said, as much as we might hate each other, we are both still competitors and are both looking to put a win and momentum on the board. I'm sure if Johnny were here, he'd tell me that if I step in his way he's going to lay me out, simply put. I just hope that if that is to happen, that it happens after we've sealed up a victory. Hannah: Well, good luck on your match.C.J. Gates: Thanks. I might need it.Gates exits the scene as it changes back to ringside. Paige: The following contest is scheduled for one fall“Halloween II theme” by John Carpenter starts playing over the loud speakers as Ebirah comes out from the back wearing a black ring robe and carrying a scepter as he comes down to the ring. He is accompanied by his goons in The Twilight Zone including masked rudos Trick r Treat and Pumpkinhead. Paige: Introducing first, Weighing in at 210 pounds, this is EBIRAH!Ebirah climbs into the ring and poses with his minions. Since he doesn’t trust the ref he takes off his ring robe and hands it along with his scepter to Pumpkinhead. His music stops playing and his minions head to the back as he readies himself for war. The lights Dim down as The vocal introduction to the music is played. Blue and silver lights illuminate the Entrance way and Pyro goes off as soon as the Music kicks in. "The Real Show" Terry Marvin makes his way down the ramp jawing and messing with the fans all the way down. Paige: And his opponent, weighing in at 245 pounds, TERRY MARVINHe rolls into the ring and poses on the turnbuckle, holding his arms out like the people should warship him. Terry Marvin Vs Ebirah
The two lock up in the middle of the ring and Terry takes Ebirah with a headlock take down. Ebirah quickly gets Terry in a head scissor, but Terry is able to get out of it. Backstage, Branden Harvey is standing in front of a camera. Harvey: One year ago today, something happened. Something big. Something that would change the face of APW forever.A clip plays of Branden‘s first match in APW a year ago against Blade. Once the clip ends, the camera goes back on Branden Harvey: One year ago today, I not only made my APW debut, but my professional wrestling debut. I proved that I can hang with the best.
Now, one year later, what's happened? Blade and I are friends. We've made up. Twice. I am a former APW Xtreme Champion. And something else. I know I'm forgetting something.
OH YEAH!! I'm about to be in my first pay-per-view main event. That's right. Harvey: In just 10 days, we finally find out who this mystery man isChase: Could it be Kurt Noble?Harvey: The hottest free agent on the market. That would be wildChase: Time for the main eventPaige: The following contest is a Tag Team Match scheduled for one fall, and is your APW Overdrive Main Event! The arena lights fade to black as “Spaceman” blares over the loudspeakers. Blue laser lights shoot from the stage as strobe lights flash about the arena. Biggs enters to a chorus of boos, and is wearing orange and white ring gear tonight. He flashes his trademark smirk before making his way down the ramp to the ring. Paige: Making his way to the ring first, weighing in at 217 pounds, from Seattle, Washington, he is the APW Undisputed Champion, Biggs!Chase: What a disgrace that the champ has to enter first! I'm of the mindset that the champ should always enter last!Harvey: You're making a big deal out of nothing, Johnny. Regardless, this match is an opportunity for the champ to either make a statement towards C.J. Gates, or have one made towards him!Biggs mocks the fans as he heads towards the ring, and once he reaches the ring, he rolls in beneath the ropes, pops up to his feet, and raises his hands up, index fingers pointed upwards. Biggs removes his ring jacket, shades, and APW Undisputed Championship belt as the lights come back on. The super crunchy power chords of Walk by Pantera begins to blast over the arena sound system as the man known as Khaos steps out onto the entrance ramp. He is dressed in a worn out pair of Levi jeans cutoff to make shorts, black knee and elbow pads, a Misfits t-shirt with the sleeves cutoff and wrestling shoes covered by black kick pads. Paige: And his partner, weighing in at 275 pounds, from Hell Michigan by way of Jackson State Penitentiary, Khaos!Harvey: Khaos is getting a second shot at the APW Overdrive Championship two Sundays from now at Shockwave, where he challenges Johnny Rebel for the title!Chase: Khaos seems to be wildly inconstant as of late. When he's on, he's on. But when he's not, it's like he barely shows up. If Khaos wants to claim the championship, he's going to need to be on in St. Paul!Khaos makes his way towards the ring ignoring the cheers and jeers being launched at him by the fans. His focus is on one thing only, the ring and the damage he is about to inflict inside of it. Once he reaches ringside he climbs onto the apron using the steel ring steps and wipes his feet on the apron as a sign of respect for the business before entering the squared circle between the top and middle ropes. Slowly he walks to his corner and leans against the turnbuckles awaiting the sounding of the bell. #SIMPLY F'N PUT!
Paige: And their opponents, first, weighing in at 234 pounds, from Chicago, Illinois, he is the APW Overdrive Champion, “Simply Put” Johnny Rebel!
Harvey: Johnny Rebel is looking not only to get a psychological advantage over Khaos in this match, but I'd also wager he's looking to get back at Biggs for last week's Match of Champions!
Chase: Rebel is as good as they come! He's a wily veteran, and isn't afraid to break the rules!
#IT'S TIME TO PRAY THE PRICE!
[The crowd has come unglued in their hatred for Rebel. He gets to the ring and pulls a camera man down to the ground and on all fours as Rebel uses him as a stepping stone to get in the ring. He takes off his robe to reveal his gold tights and tasseled white boots. He poses on the second turnbuckle with both hands held high.]
“Shooting Star” by Black Stone Cherry begins to play as the fans cheer loudly. C.J. Gates quickly makes his way out of the back wearing his trademark cowboy hat and “Go Big or Go Home” T-shirt. He bounces around at the entrance a bit before moving towards the ring, bouncing to the beat.
Paige: And his partner, weighing in at 215 pounds, from Fargo, North Dakota, C.J. Gates!
Harvey: And here's the #1 Contender for the APW Undisputed Championship, C.J. Gates! Just listen to the reaction he's getting here tonight! These fans love him!
Chase: It's because he's a goody two shoes who sucks up to them!
Gates reaches the ring and slides in under the bottom rope before springing to his feet, climbing the nearest turnbuckle and raising his arms in the air. He climbs back down and removes his cowboy hat and carefully hands it off, before removing his t-shirt. Johnny Rebel and Khaos go to their respective team's corners as the ref calls for the bell! DING! DING! DING!

The champ then rushes to his corner and immediately tags in Khaos, drawing loud boos from the crowd! Harvey: What a crock! I thought we were going to get a preview of C.J. versus Biggs to start this match! That would have been something else!Chase: Biggs is smarter than that, Harvey! Why go through the trouble of wearing C.J. down when he can just have Khaos do it for him!C.J. composes himself as Khaos lumbers into the ring, and charges right toward C.J. with a Clothesline! C.J. ducks it and as Khaos turns around, he's greeted with a Dropsault to the face! This sends the big man stumbling back a bit, and C.J. is quick to his feet, running in to catch Khaos with a Running Head Scissors Takedown! As Khaos gets back up, C.J. hits him with a Spinning Wheel Kick! Khaos is back up again, and another Spinning Heel Kick from C.J.! C.J. goes for an early cover, 1 . . . Kick out from Khaos! He puts all of his weight across C.J.'s chest, 1 . . . 2 . . . C.J. gets his shoulder up! The fans get a loud “Let's Go, C.J.!” chant going early, and it fires C.J. up, as Khaos pulls him up to his feet, C.J. responds with several hard shots to the midsection, followed up with an Irish Whip right back into the corner! Biggs comes running over on the apron, and C.J. sees him coming, leaping off and nailing him with a Flying Cross Body that sends both men to the arena floor! The fans are on their feet, chanting “C.J.! C.J.!” at the top of their lungs! Chase: I don't know how smart it was for C.J. to do that, especially this early in the match!Harvey: Had he not intercepted Biggs, C.J. must have figured he wouldn't have gotten a chance to hit Khaos anyways, so why not do a number on the illegal man!C.J. and Biggs are both stirring on the outside, while the ref counts for the #1 Contender. He's back in at the count of five, and Khaos is waiting for him, taking him down with a Spinning Backfist! Biggs wearily climbs back up to the apron, while Johnny Rebel is holding his hand out, calling for C.J. to tag him in! As C.J. is down, Khaos drags him to the middle of the ring and begins to give him some hard stomps before taking a mounted position, and unloading on C.J.'s face with a series of rights and lefts! After about a dozen shots, Khaos makes his way back up to his feet, dragging C.J. by the arm towards his team's corner, tagging in Biggs! The champ remains focused, pulling C.J. up and whipping him into his team's corner, tagging Khaos back in. As Khaos comes back in, Biggs is kicking C.J. hard in the ribs in the corner. The ref yells for Biggs to step out, and the champ obliges on the count of four. Khaos picks up where Biggs left off, nailing C.J. with hard kick after hard kick! Biggs calls to be tagged back in, and Khaos does just that. As Biggs climbs the top turnbuckle, he instructs Khaos to lift C.J. onto his shoulders. Khaos follows the orders, and as Biggs is perched on the top rope, C.J. is seated on Khaos' shoulders. Biggs then jumps off and goes for a Cross Body on C.J.! Somehow, C.J. catches Biggs while still on Khaos' shoulders, and Biggs is yelling for Khaos to fall backwards! As Khaos does so, C.J. tosses Biggs with a modified Fallaway Slam, sending the champ flying across the ring! C.J. still hits hard though, as Khaos falls down to the mat! C.J. is holding his ribs in pain as Khaos gets back up to a vertical base, but the ref forces Khaos out of the ring before he can do any more damage to C.J. The ref begins the mandatory 10 count, with both men slow to get to their feet. C.J. is up just a hair quicker, and he makes a jolt for his corner! Biggs tries to cut him off, but is just a moment too late as Johnny Rebel storms into the ring and tees off on Biggs! Harvey: C.J. makes the tag when he needs it most!Chase: Rebel's in like a house of fire!Rebel beats Biggs back into a neutral corner, and from there, whips Biggs hard into the opposite corner! Biggs hits the turnbuckle chest first with such force that it causes him to fall back, winded! Rebel has an extremely confident look on his face as he pulls Biggs up by the hair, pulling him in for a Gutwrench Powerbomb! While maintaining the hold with his right arm, he drives his left arm into the forehead of Johnny Rebel with about five vicious Forearm Shots! From here, Biggs then takes his arm and wraps it to where it's around Johnny's neck instead of his head, and pulls back, causing even more torque on the hold! Chase: Biggs may be more well known for his high speed attack, but this is exactly what he needs to do at this point of the match! Harvey: An impressive victory for Johnny Rebel here tonight, one that will no doubt give him momentum heading into Shockwave!Chase: Yeah, yeah! What I want to see is where the heck did C.J. Gates and Biggs end up!Harvey: I'm getting word from the back that a camera crew has found the combatants! The show cuts backstage, where Biggs and C.J. are fighting in a bright hallway. Biggs is mixing in a lot of kicks, while C.J. is mostly using his fists, but they're at a stalemate! Some refs try to come in to break them up, but as Biggs goes for a Jumping Roundhouse kick, C.J. ducks, and one of the ref's get clobbered! This encourages the rest of the lot to keep their distance as C.J. comes in and tackles Biggs to the ground! The two men continue to fight on the floor, with referees trying their darnedest to break them up! After the better part of two minutes, the refs are finally able to separate the two men! Harvey: What a wild, ruckus brawl in the back between the APW Undisputed Champion, Biggs, and the #1 Contender, C.J. Gates! If this is a preview of the kind of intensity we're going to see at Shockwave, well, then we stand to see a classic match up!Chase: For two guys who claim to have some respect for each other, they sure seem like they hate each other with a passion! As they're both pulled to their feet, C.J. and Biggs both break out of the grasps of the refs, and continue to go at it tooth and nail, bursting their way through the circle, and continuing down the hall! C.J. gives Biggs a hard elbow to the midsection before grabbing a hold of the Spaceman's head and bouncing it off a near Soda Machine! Biggs is a little loopy as Gates then whips him right into the machine! Biggs begins to try and crawl away, but C.J. gets a hold of his leg, and gives him a hard stomp! He then begins to pull Biggs to his feet, but the champ responds with a Forearm Shot to the nuts, that brings C.J. to his knees! Boos can be heard from the arena as Biggs pulls C.J. up and in for a Flipping Urinagi Slam right on the hard linoleum floor! Harvey: The Starmaker! Biggs just hit the Starmaker on that hard floor!Biggs holds his midsection in pain as he gets back up to his feet and leans right over C.J.'s face, yelling at him. Biggs: I'm better than you, C.J.! I'm better than you! I'm the Champion, not you!Biggs gives C.J. a hard stomp before walking away, leaving C.J. lying there. Some refs rush to aid him. Harvey: What a wild way to end Overdrive! What will this mean for the main even of Shockwave!? We'll find out two Sundays from now on pay per view! We'll see you there!APW Overdrive fades to black with C.J. reeling in pain on the floor.
