The Shot opens up of the famous Few bars of what has been know to everybody in the entire country of England, the beginning to Grandstand. The credits roll on Screen and the lovely yet usually annoying John Inverdale starts his famous voice over about what he can expect in the following programme.
"Today on Grandstand, we have Live One day international cricket England vs. South Africa, the 5th Game of the series at Cardiff, can England get the whitewash?. We also have racing from Haddock and Ascot to follow. And also Jake Humphries gives us a look on the world of Professional Wrestling, and insight with Matt Metal, Plus Final Score and all the days sporting news."
The Opening Credits finish rolling and the screen opens up with a shot of John Inverdale sitting down at the desk with the Old School Grandstand logo's all around it and pictures of the England football, Rugby and Cricket Teams team and so forth all around. In the Background is of an empty Cricket Pitch and stadium and some people walking around on it.
John - "Well it has been impossible to realise, to believe but is English cricket on a re-mergence? One win here and England go on to win their first Whitewash series win for four years. Can Kevin Petiersons men move up to 2nd on the world rankings, but first we go all the way to America, and with the BBC about to show another live Professional Wrestling event tonight, 1am BBC 2, we sent Jake Humphries to the states to find out what all the fuss about this one was."
Camera then fades out to a shot of the APW Ring after a house show. The Camera is moving around it and sitting in the middle of the ring is Jake Humphries, BBC Reporter. Jake then looks at the camera as it moves towards him in the ring, with a voice over of the best WWC Moments so far in an echoey form.
"Jesus, Kenny Lombardo has a son!!!"
"Twister is back, and he is back as champion!"
"Dr Phate, World Heavyweight Champion!!"

Jake - "Famous Moments to some, but for us it means nothing well that was until the BBC now air's Professional wrestling PPV from the states. But to everybody here, it means the world. To day I am here to meet a man who has lead the light for British athletes in American professional wrestling, he was regarded as the man at the top, but neck problems have mean he has taken a Three year absence, but making his return is Britain's very own Matt Metal."
The camera then cuts back to Shockwave last week and it has some highlights from a Matt Metal and Hurricane Jeff Interview segment.
Jeff: Bullcrap, If I wanted to I could go in that ring right now and own you so baldy you would be so ashamed that you'd retire, get a job at burger king and end up deep fat frying your head until you no longer lived. Matt, you and I go way back, and let me tell you something, I do wish I could be the man holding the gold, but what I don't like is the man who thinks he's bigger than the boss because of the gold, because as we all know, you don't cross the boss!
Metal: No I think this is something more, you envy me. I know you Jeff, you the wrestler, you want what me and these Metalmaniacs have, that the buzz, the thrill, the energy. You want to hear chants of you still got it…
Metal pauses and up goes and chant of you still got it!
Metal:......you want that, Shockwave, come get it……YOU CAN'T STO…..
Just was Metal is getting into his catchphrase Jeff uses the microphone and smacks it across the side of Matt Metal's head. Metal goes down and HJ starts a load of stomps before then ripping of his jacked and undoing his shirt and then jumping on Metal giving him a barrage of right and left hand before the, getting up and stomping him a few times until Metal is out in the middle of the ring. Jeff walk's to the outside of the ring and then grabs a steel chair before getting back in the ring to see that the fist shots have opened up and huge bloody hole in Metal's head and that he is bleeding all over the ring. Jeff then stands behind Metal and wait's ready to pounce and use the chair on the back of Matt Metal's head. Jeff swings the chair back and goes to hit Metal but Metal turns, catches the chair and then kicks HJ in the chest. HJ lets go of the chair with one hand and then Metal holds HJ as if he is going to hit the NU METAL but HJ just kicks out at Metal and gets him in the back. Metal drop's to his knees and then he relies what he hold sin his hands.
Harvey: No, that will cripple Matt Metal, Jeff don't do it no….
Chase: Oh MY GOD!
Jeff then swings the chair back and then brings it down on the back of Matt Metal's neck and Head. Metal just stops, motionless and then drops to the floor. Jeff then lets out and evil smile before then walking out of the ring a loads of EMT's arrive to help Matt Metal. The crowd who were at moment ago built up in a wave of cheers urging Jeff not to hit Metal are now in a state of silence, not saying or doing anything.
Harvey: Dammit the could of killed him, The boss has gone to far, Hurricane Jeff or President Jeff, I don't give a crap you are way out of freaking line!
The camera then fades out to a shot of the empty Shockwave arena, with the titantron not in shot, just the chairs. There is a chair, with Mr Jake Humphries sit facing it and out of the cameras range. Then there are two cameras, each facing the chair. Then Matt Metal is sitting down on the chair wearing a "I Still Got It" T-Shirt and a random pair of Black Tracksuit trousers. Metal hair is wet and tied back with a band aid on his neck. Metal is sat back on the chair, with his feet up in the desk while he is there smacking some gum away.
Jake -" Welcome to the Show Matt."
Metal - "Its Mr Metal to you."
Jake - "Ok Then, Mr Metal."
Metal - "lol, joking mate. How is it back in England?"
Jake - "Its actually quite warm would you believe it. Apart from the rain"
Metal - "lol, raining again hey. So is this going out on the BBC then?"
Jake - "This will be on Grandstand."
Metal - "Damn I Still get Goosebumps when I hear that music. I must be huge back home!"
Metal gives himself a sly look and then look up at the air sheepishly, as If Matt Metal hasn't made it.
Metal - "So time to go on, Jake?."
Jake - "So will you be able to watch the England game against South Africa?"
Metal - "Well airs about 3pm here, so I am going to catch when I can, my work does consume my life a little, but hey, that’s pro wrestling!"
Jake - "Good, now about your job, you know about the APW's show Shockwave coming to the BBC Sunday night, the first since Sandblast for the WWC in 2005 right?"
Metal - "Ah my last match, and you guys are covering my next match! Yeah and If I'm correct that’s 1 am, live?"
Jake - "2am."
Metal - "People its going to be edited, no rude language or blood most likely."
Jake - "Well anyway, you are slowly making your return to professional wrestling after a long absence, has it effected you in any way?"
Metal - "Well I can't bump like I used to, im not going to be taken any really high risk stuff, flying off ladders or going through tables, this is going to have to be a much more subdued Metal, I don't have the best of neck's and as a result I have had to change my wrestling style, but knowing me, I hear the fans and im going to go all out. Im wrestling Hurricane Jeff, on Camera there is great chemistry and that is the same in the ring, we just know how to have great matches, and I hope we do, my last match before I got hurt, was the first match of the year to not have a gimmick, like no ladders, steel cages or weapons, it had strait wrestling. The only gimmick was if I lost, I was out."
Jake - "What was It like walking away from the life you had in the business?
Metal - "The business gave me what I had always wanted, a family on the road, it gave me stability, it allowed me to express myself in way I never thought possible, this business did save my life, and nearly took it from me."
Jake - "So what is your role now? Are you the number one contender or what?"
Metal - "In all fairness, I have had my time at the top, if I end up their, so be it but im not wrestling full time, although I hope to be soon once I have the all clear from the Doc. I am just enjoying having great storylines, having good matches and getting a chance to be Matt Metal, this character is me with the volume turned way up, and I've missed playing him. Now I get a chance to really be him again, its like an extension and I'm enjoying it. But most of all I'm enjoying being able to wrestle again, not have great matches and so forth, just wrestle. 3 years ago I as told I would never wrestle again, so it is a great relief to me."
Jake - "Well have a little video of you on what you call a house show?"
Metal - "a non-TV event."
Jake - "And a little video too, so lets see if they can get a taster of what is to come."

Metal (stern tone; addressing Phate and Jeff): Before you two “buddies” shake on that “month off” thing allow me to say two things. One, I run APW Overdrive, Jeff! You may be the President of this company but I am the man in charge of this show!
Metal is shown running to the ring better jump by the school girl thugs by Phate, then HJ taken him out with an Eye of the Hurricane…
Chase (shocked): Oh – what in the hell is this?!
Harvey (angered): A group of schoolgirl thugs, that’s what it is! Metal and Lombardo were set up!
Chase (shocked): President Jeff eagerly picks his moves against a weakened man! This is disgusting!

Chase: What is President Jeff doing out here now?
Harvey: What ever reason it is, we better shut up and listen.
Jeff: A few months ago, May to be exact. I did something that no one through could happen. I did something that people never expected. I got on my phone, made a few calls and before I knew it, I took the retired Matt Metal and brought him back inside a wrestling ring.
Goes to shot of Mayhem, and Metal taking out HJ, pushing him over in the match.
Jeff: Metal didn’t come back as a Wrestler. Metal wanted to come back as a General Manager. Which was good for me at the time, because I wanted an extra set of hands in taking out Trevor Blackwell. But that’s where the problem started. Matt Metal didn’t want to put an end to Trevor Blackwell.
Goes to a flashback of Mayhem, and Metal having to make the count against Blackwell and Kenny Lombardo, getting to 9 and Blackwell about to win when….
"Metal goes to count the 10 but President Jeff stops him and yells out “I hired you to do a job”
Jeff: Metal, for the longest time you’ve wanted me in the ring, one on one.
Metal: I still do.
Jeff: And that’s where my proposition comes in.
Metal: What is it?
Jeff: It’s pretty simple Metal. You’ve been waiting three years to get one on one with me again. And now is your chance. All you have to do is one thing. You step down as the General Manager of Monday Night Overdrive, right here right now, and then it’s you and me at Shockwave. So How about it?
The sound goes quite, but for the sound of a heartbeat pounding as Metal is seen in the ring thinking…
Jeff: I need an answer fight now Matt. Its now or never. This is your one and only shot in getting into the ring one on one with me. What do you say?
Jeff slams the microphone into Metals chest as Metal takes it and thinks for a second, listening to the crowd.
Metal: YOUR ON

Chase: A HUGE match added to Shockwave.

Harvey: A battle between Legends!

Back to the interview and Metal is smiling and still with Jake.
Metal - "So on that, do you want to watch the PPV?"
Jake - "Well I'd now like to know who wins?"
Metal - "Easy, that’s me baby."
Jake - "Well you say win, we have another interview from you, but this is being conducted by one of your APW collages and this is would you say you like to be the most?"
Metal - "In front of the camera, like and in person, that’s when I produce my best!"
Jake - "Well lets take a look then."

The shot opens up again with Matt Metal stood in front of a brick wall backstage, wearing his usual gear, a Nu Metal T-Shirt and stuff, and a live audience in the background, this was filmed before Overdrive went of the air and Metal conducted a dark interview, on the titantron but not in person. Interviewing him is Phil, YAY!
Phil - "This Sunday you Face Matt Metal one on one in what is being called a legends vs. legends match, a huge moment for you as you finally get that one on one match with Hurricane Jeff, a man you have known throughout the wrestling business…"
Metal - "For five years, I have been known to you as Matt Metal, the professional Wrestler, but in my time I have known to be the guy that star's in Jeff's, President Jeff's Company's. CWF I owned his world title, the original is in the lounge in my house. WWC, I won the tile again and got him ratings like no other. APW I am not the wrestler I was, I was a bright candle that burned brighter than anybody else could have imagined, but that as my time. But being able to come back here and once again wrestle, being able to go do my thing again after 3 years of wanting to wrestle so badly it hurt me every single day to the point I couldn't watch wrestling anymore. But for one man. Hurricane Jeff helped me get my feet back on the ground, helped me realise I can still wrestle, that I am going to wrestle again and that I still go it!"
Metal reflex the pause to more chants of "YOU STILL GOT IT"
Metal - "Hurricane Jeff called me up, and Jeff has done a lot for me, so I said I do what he wanted to do. Take out Trevor Blackwell. Now I have never liked Blackwell but I respect him, and after walking out and watching him and Lombardo tear each other a new asshole I knew what I had to do, I had to do the right thing, I had to make sure that the winner was the better man, not who the boss wanted. Not in his eyes the man who is most likely to make him money, the man that is the better wrestler. That’s when it dawned on me, Matt Metal has to remind HJ about wrestling.
Jeff you and I go further back than maybe anybody else in this business, a feud that has lasted of 5 years, there isn't a son of a gun in this industry who can say they have done more or had more success than you and eye, but we have never settle that old age score of who is the better man. Jeff, Shockwave we will find out!"
Metal pauses then rip the mic from Phil and continues to speak more
Metal - "I am freaking sick and tired of your crap, I am going to end the don't mess with the boss crap and finish you once and for all, I have been to the highest mountain, I have seen sights your eye would dare not believe, I have travelled the world and every single person out there know's understands Metalmania. 6 years and its still going strong, 6 years and people are still shouting out YOU CAN'T STOP and then everybody is claiming to be a Metalmaniac. I am still drawing Jeff, you better watch out, After this PPV, Matt Metal is back in pro wrestling, back full time and back doing what he does best which is go to work on the silly berk…sunshine. Jeff this Sunday I start what I have always wanted to do, find out who is the better man, Matt Metal or Hurricane Jeff, this Sunday, Tick Tock, Tick Tock, Tick Tock!

Back to the interview and Metal is smiling and still with Jake.
Metal - "So on that, do you want to watch the PPV?"
Jake - "Well I'd now like to know who wins?"
Metal - "Easy, that’s me baby."
Jake - "Well you say win, we have another interview from you, but this is being conducted by one of your APW collages and this is would you say you like to be the most?"
Metal - "In front of the camera, like and in person, that’s when I produce my best!"
Jake - "Well lets take a look then."

The shot opens up again with Matt Metal stood in front of a brick wall backstage, wearing his usual gear, a Nu Metal T-Shirt and stuff, and a live audience in the background, this was filmed before Overdrive went of the air and Metal conducted a dark interview, on the titantron but not in person. Interviewing him is Phil, YAY!
Phil - "This Sunday you Face Matt Metal one on one in what is being called a legends vs. legends match, a huge moment for you as you finally get that one on one match with Hurricane Jeff, a man you have known throughout the wrestling business…"
Metal - "For five years, I have been known to you as Matt Metal, the professional Wrestler, but in my time I have known to be the guy that star's in Jeff's, President Jeff's Company's. CWF I owned his world title, the original is in the lounge in my house. WWC, I won the tile again and got him ratings like no other. APW I am not the wrestler I was, I was a bright candle that burned brighter than anybody else could have imagined, but that as my time. But being able to come back here and once again wrestle, being able to go do my thing again after 3 years of wanting to wrestle so badly it hurt me every single day to the point I couldn't watch wrestling anymore. But for one man. Hurricane Jeff helped me get my feet back on the ground, helped me realise I can still wrestle, that I am going to wrestle again and that I still go it!"
Metal reflex the pause to more chants of "YOU STILL GOT IT"
Metal - "Hurricane Jeff called me up, and Jeff has done a lot for me, so I said I do what he wanted to do. Take out Trevor Blackwell. Now I have never liked Blackwell but I respect him, and after walking out and watching him and Lombardo tear each other a new asshole I knew what I had to do, I had to do the right thing, I had to make sure that the winner was the better man, not who the boss wanted. Not in his eyes the man who is most likely to make him money, the man that is the better wrestler. That’s when it dawned on me, Matt Metal has to remind HJ about wrestling.
Jeff you and I go further back than maybe anybody else in this business, a feud that has lasted of 5 years, there isn't a son of a gun in this industry who can say they have done more or had more success than you and eye, but we have never settle that old age score of who is the better man. Jeff, Shockwave we will find out!"
Metal pauses then rip the mic from Phil and continues to speak more
Metal - "I am freaking sick and tired of your crap, I am going to end the don't mess with the boss crap and finish you once and for all, I have been to the highest mountain, I have seen sights your eye would dare not believe, I have travelled the world and every single person out there know's understands Metalmania. 6 years and its still going strong, 6 years and people are still shouting out YOU CAN'T STOP and then everybody is claiming to be a Metalmaniac. I am still drawing Jeff, you better watch out, After this PPV, Matt Metal is back in pro wrestling, back full time and back doing what he does best which is go to work on the silly berk…sunshine. Jeff this Sunday I start what I have always wanted to do, find out who is the better man, Matt Metal or Hurricane Jeff, this Sunday, Tick Tock, Tick Tock, Tick Tock!

Metal then gets up and walk's off with Jake following him whilst still being able to hear in the background….
Metal - "…..like now, hey do you know how to sell the Eye of the Hurricane?"
Jake - "Eye of the what?"
Metal - "trust me it won't hurt!"
