SCENE 1:The Interview.
[The scene opens to the overdrive arena in Mie Prefecture Japan, at the backstage area, we see Apw's new superstar(In his own mind.)Billy Dork, walking out of his lockeroom having not left since overdrive last night, He is approached by backstage interviewer Phil.]
Phil:"Excuse me, Mr.Dork."
[Billy looks at, Phil as he begins to talk again.]
Phil:"Umm excuse me Mr.Dork, but why are you still here?"
[Billy stares at him for a second then lets out a sigh.]
Billy:"You know bob, Can i call you Bob?"
[Phil goes to talk but, Billy cuts him off.]
Billy:"You know Bob, sometimes it's refreshing to stay here, especially after a win like that, it gives me a break it gives me time away from the pressures of real life, Of being called a loser of being called a dork. You know what i mean?"
[Phil shrugs.]
Phil:"I can't say that i do."
[Billy lowers his head and shakes it back and forth.]
Billy Dork:"Of course you don't. Guess it's just me."
[Phil looks at a downtrodden, Billy Dork for a second before trying to change the subject.]
Phil:"So Bill...Uh what's going on between you and, Dita Von Amora?"
[Billy's head lifts and he perks up at Phil's question.]
Billy:"You think my match made a good impression on her?"
[Phil pauses for a second not sure how to answer.]
Phil:"Actually Mr.Dork, i don't think your match impressed anyone, it was kinda boring."
[Billy's eyes shoot right at Phil like daggers.]
Billy:"Boring? Boring?"
[Phil nods his head.]
Phil:"I mean don't take this the wrong way, but..."
[Billy suddenly picks Phil up by his shirt and places him on a nearby wall still holding his shirt.]
Billy:"You listen here Bob, There's a side to Billy Dork there no one, not even he knows and angry side, a side that doesn't take anything from anyone, Billy hates that side of him, but the next time you or anybody else calls a match of his boring, you and that side are gonna have a little chat, and your not gonna like that okay Bob?"
[Phil nods his head as much as he can, as Billy holds him there for a second staring at him with angry eyes. He eventually lets him go and puts on a smile he pats don the creases he left on, Phil's shirt.]
Billy:"Sorry that had to happen."
[Billy pulls a pair of sunglasses out of his pocket puts them on grabs his bag and walks away as the scene fades.]
SCENE 2: Reinventing Myself.
[The scene opens to, Billy dork sitting in Chris and his apartment, he is sitting on the couch, moving his head back and forth and looking up, seemingly thinking something over, his concentration is blown as, Chri$ Ca$h walks in the room.]
Chri$:"Billy, what are you doing?"
[Billy looks at Chris to answer him.]
Billy Dork:"I'm coming up with a new nickname for myself want to help?"
[Chris looks at, Billy confused.]
Chri$:"What happened to, "The Dorkinator"?"
[Billy pfft's blowing Chris off.]
Billy Dork:"That's lame that name doesn't demand respect. How about this."
[Billy stands up and moves his hands apart in the air as if spelling something out.]
Billy:"How about, "The Mauler."
[Billy grin seemingly liking the name, Chris just laughs.]
Chri$:"Billy, your not a mauler."
[Billy stares at Chris looking disappointed for him shooting him down.]
Billy:"It could happen."
[Chris continues to laugh and shakes his head no, Billy throws a pillow at him from the couch and plops down crossing his arms.]
Billy:"Your not helping."
[Chris finally stops laughing, but is still smiling.]
Chri$:"Alright I'll help. How about, "The Bi-polar Warrior."
[Billy gives Chris a weird look but sits up looking intrigued.]
Billy:"The Bi-polar Warrior?"
[Chris gives a slight chuckle.]
Chri$:"Yeah i mean your always changing your mood, one minute your happy because you won a match, the next your depressed because you have to actually face the real world, then you get mad because someone makes fun of you, then to rap it all up your happy again. Yep i think the Bi-polar Warrior suites you."
[Chris gives out another chuckle after his little speech obviously joking, however Billy being the idiot that he is actually begins considering the name.]
Billy:"Hmm the Bi-polar Warrior, i like it, it has a nice ring to it."
[Chris shakes his head in disbelief.]
Chris:"Billy I was just jok...
[Before Chris can finish his sentence, Billy stands back up and begins motioning in the air again as if he's spelling something out.]
Billy:"The Bi-Polar Warrior"...Yeah that'll work."
[Billy has an ear to ear grin, as Chris shakes his head once again in disbelief. Billy then plops back down thinking once again.]
Billy:"Now should i be a face, heel, or tweener?"
[Chris hits his head with his hand seeming frustrated.]
Chris:"Billy, why don't you just be yourself?"
[Billy looks down at the ground seeming concerned about Chris's question.]
Billy:"Myself? Myself doesn't demand respect Chris, no if i want respect in the APW I'm going to have to shange my whole persona....Besides what if the fans don't like me for me?"
[Chris sighs.]
Chris:"Billy once they get to know you of course there gonna like you, i hate everybody and even i kinda like you, you just have to let them give you a chance."
[Billy looks up at, Chris still looking concerned.]
Billy:"You really mean that?"
[Chris nods his head as, Billy runs up and gives him a big hug, holding on to him tight.]
Chris:"Your such a dork."
[Billy pulls away from Chris with his hands still on Chris shoulders, he looks him in the eye.]
Billy:"Thanks."
[The Scene fades.]
SCENE 3: The Smack.
[The scene opens once again to a white room, with, Billy Dork and, Chri$ Ca$h inside.]
Billy:"Looks like my first match didn't make as big an impression as i wanted it to, but no matter a win is a win, even if it is against a man who everyone and his mother has beaten."
[Billy laughs at his on joke.]
Billy:"Haha Primo diss."
[Billy and Chris high five, then Billy gets serious again.]
Billy:"But this week i have a chance to redeem myself, a real opponent, a man of skill and talent...Who am i fighting anyways?"
[Billy looks at Chris, as Chris looks at a piece of paper which is Billy's schedule.]
Chris:"Looks like, John Green."
[Billy and Chris both stare at each other for Afew second before bursting out in hysterical laughter.]
Billy:"John"Jobber"Green, Are you serious?"
[Chris laughs at Billy's new name for, John Green.]
Chris:"Hey, did you see hat, Jason Royce did to this guy?"
[Billy laughs, remembering last weeks match between, Green and, Royce.]
Billy:"He probally wont even make it to Overdrive."
[They both laugh then, Billy looks at the camera trying to be serious again.]
Billy:"John Green, looks like your be my next victim."
[Billy looks around as if he heard somebody say something.]
Billy:"Did you hear that?"
[He looks at Chris who doesn't know what he's talking about, then he looks back at the camera.]
Billy:"That's right, John i said Victim, you see I'm not gonna let some Jobber from Jobber-ville run all over me."
[Billy laughs.]
Billy:"Haha, Jobber-ville."
[Billy and Chris high five again.]
Billy:"John Green i heard you were great, i heard you were a former champion, only problem John is lately all I've heard about is your losing streak, John if you think your gonna use me for a comeback, Think again."
[Billy's eyes get real intense.]
Billy:"You see, John it's going to be the exact opposite, I'll use your losing streak to skyrocket myself up the ranks of APW, John what, Jason Royce did to you, will seem like nothing compared to what I'll do to you, John if your watching this come real close, close enough to where you can feel my breath on you, because i want you to hear this loud and clear."
[Billy pulls the camera up to his face.]
Billy:"John, they call Trevor Blackwell the career killer, Well John I'm not just going to kill your career, I'm going to kill you."
[Chris jumps up from his chair.]
Chris:"Billy i know a way to get the fans on your side."
[Billy looks at, Chris, intrigued.]
Chris:"A chant, Billy's gonna kill you, we can even make T-shirts."
[Billy smiles and laughs at this idea even snorting.]
Billy:"That'll be sweet."
[Chris nods.]
Chris:"Come on thats go get started on the shirts."
[Billy nods.]
Billy:"Just give me a minute."
[Chris walks away as, Billy looks back at the camera.]
Billy:"John, what I'm going to do to you, will be no joke, And then at One Night In Hell, match or no math I'll earn the fans respect, Or take it."
[The scene fades.]
