Shockwave shook the APW to its very core as the undefeatable Dr. Phate, the APW World Champion, proudly faced off against Twister, the Xtreme Champion. If Twister could defeat Dr. Phate he would become the APW’s first double champion. Meanwhile, newcomer Iggy the Iguana came from nowhere that prior week defeating ‘The White Lion’ Michael Wiley, the APW Overdrive Champion, in a non title match. There at Shockwave, Iggy the Iguana faced off against three Senioritas in Kristina Blackwell, Fyre Angel and Dita Von Amora. Iggy of course won the match in his mind to preserve the beauty that was fighting over him and Twister shocked the world in the main event to become the APW World Champion and Xtreme Champion!
Then at Monday Night Overdrive, Hurricane Jeff announced the #1 contender to face off against Twister, the one and only Sabur, the Irish Hammer at the next PPV Aftermath! Then Jeff told Twister could not keep both titles as he was forced to give up the Xtreme Championship as ‘Streets’ Wilson came out to demand to have the belt, but Iggy walked out drunkenly at that Monday Night Overdrive demanding for his chance at the championship! So Hurricane Jeff did what came to his mind as he declared that at Aftermath ‘Streets’ Wilson would have to face off against Iggy the Iguana for the APW Xtreme Championship! Hurricane Jeff then said for a preview that both Sabur and ‘Streets’ Wilson would have to face off against Iggy the Iguana and Twister, the APW Champion in tag team match in the Main Event at the next Monday Night Overdrive at San Jose, California in the HP Pavilion! Two men with their destinies linked came together to defend their good names.

So where else does the APW Global Champion, Twister and Iggy the Iguana do to get ready for their match against two formidable adversaries like ‘Streets’ Wilson and Sabur! They go to Iggy’s second Uncle Eduardo’s Mexican bar in San Jose, California known as the Población. And what else do they do but drink and tell stories drinking the best tequila, Iggy’s Uncle Eduardo has to offer to his famous nephew and famous friend! So both men laughing drinking at the bar trading stories about their matches.
[/center]Iggy: “…and that is how Iggy defeated the vile Senior Streets Wilson, who tries to be Bat-Manuel growing up in one of the safest cities in the United States. Then of course Senior Streets could not handle the fact the Iguana defeated him in Iggy’s debut, so he cheap shot Iggy. Now Iggy understands the man has not enough tequila in his life, but there is no reason to cheap shot an opponent, who is obviously superior to him. So Iggy is going to do what Iggy always does, win becoming Xtreme Champion as Senior Streets feels Iggy’s Aftershock! How does he plan on beating the Iguana when he could not do it in the first place? Bring in Senior Sabur and Senior Lil’ Dick to help him? Senior ‘Streets’ is a sad, sad little man.”
The muscular Mexican man says laughing sipping from his tequila bottle looking at his younger gringo friend. He has short dark brown hair, a thin goatee, a smile that shows the world a man that takes very few things seriously. A playful look in his eyes that match the picture of the iguana picture bursting out of his black shirt his logo in the world of professional wrestling that he has excelled in as he made a name for himself in the family business as a 3rd generation Ricardo to become a wrestling superstar! He is known to his family as Ignacio Ricardo, but the world knows him as the ‘Master of the Drunken Tequila Worm’, Iggy the Iguana!
[/center]Twister: “Sabur, my number 1 contender. Seems the big gorilla decided that he sucked too much in tag team competition he wanted to suck as solo artist well with Lil’ Dick doing much of the lower sucking.”
Although, Iggy the Iguana is here, he is not the only famous professional wrestler for that is what the taller young white man is. With his baseball hat, his rapper inspired styled clothes dressed is the ever popular, Twister, the APW’s reigning World Champion and Iggy the Iguana’s partner at the upcoming Monday Night Overdrive against ‘Streets’ Wilson and Sabur.
[/center]Iggy: “Senior Twister, Iggy knows that you like to bring in lower grade humor and comments about your opponents, but Senior Twister look at Senior Sabur. He is large and inflated looking as if he is about to burst! Iggy remembers seeing something like that when Iggy’s treacherous younger brother Geraldo the Gecko was stung by that bee. He swelled up looking inflated much like Senior Sabur. It makes Iggy wonder if Senior Sabur is Senior Sabur allergic to himself? Ehhhh… my little friend you think that too?”
Iggy is hunched over talking to the tequila bottle with the floating dead worm inside. Iggy presses his ear close to see if there is more information to be heard. Then he takes a swig of his tequila setting the bottle down! Now Twister not wanting to lose to the older Mexican wrestler in their unofficial drinking contest, he takes a swig from his own matching bottle with its own tequila worm floating in the bottom of the bottle.
[/center]Twister: “Now that is good! But Iggy do you really hear a voice from the dead worm in that tequila bottle?”
The APW Global Champion asks after he does not seem to hear anything from this bottle but obviously seeing Iggy is listening to something the worm is telling him. Twister is surprised to see that Iggy is surprised that such a question is asked moving his ear away from the tequila bottle.
[/center]Iggy: “Si, do you not Senior Twister? Does not the knowledge of the dead tequila worm speak to you?”
For Iggy he is not as surprised that his partner Twister has not heard the voice of the floating tequila worm in the bottle. It took Iggy many years of training and drinking to learn how to hear the worm and the worm does not speak to just anyone! Much to his brother Geraldo the Gecko’s chagrin! But Iggy does know that if he can get Twister liquored up just right with the tequila no one will be able to handle the two of them at Monday Night Overdrive.S
[/center]Twister: “Ahhh no, hell no!”
Twister laughs saying as Iggy joins in both men tap their matching tequila bottles together with big smiles looking at each other. Both men take their drinks as Iggy watches the young man with a smile, he remembers when he was younger and a brash champion. Soon Iggy will be a champion again but right now it is best that both of them enjoy their limelight together.
[/center]Iggy: “This is sad, but there is only one way for you to start to hear the knowledge of the tequila worm, drink more tequila!”
With is bright smile Iggy taps Twister’s bottle taking an ever bigger chug than before! Twister watches as Iggy drinks down the tequila as if this is mother’s milk! Then Iggy sits back looking at his young friend as Twister grabs his own bottle.
[/center]Twister: “Now I love the sound of that one!”
Tapping Iggy’s bottle Twister starts to answer back trying to match the older man’s skill and knowledge of tequila chugging! Setting down his bottle Twister grins looking at Iggy glad he tried his best, but Iggy just nodded finishing his second chug! Then something about Iggy’s bottle catches his eye looking at the world in his own bottle.
[/center]Iggy: “Si. Why should Senior Sabur be a worry for the two us eh? Senior Sabur has spent all his time in tag team matches being carried by his very own partner! What is that my little friend? Are you saying that Sabur is not even Irish?.. What do you mean my little friend?..”
Twister just watches in amazement as Iggy seems to be conversing again with the tequila bottle! It makes Twister wonder how much of this being Iggy drunk and how loco can Iggy possibly be? Twister has no idea as Iggy is listening to his bottle nodding to what he is hearing from the floating dead tequila worm inside.
[/center]Twister: “Iggy, you cannot be talking to that worm. Or is it that I am not drinking enough to understand?”
Ignoring the question, Iggy is intent on what is being said to him from the tequila worm! The eyes grow more alert listening to what the little worm has to say to him! Imagine if this is true but Iggy knows not to dismiss what he is being told as he speaks out loud so Twister will know.
[/center]Iggy: “What?! Did you know Senior Twister that sabur is Afghanistan meaning patient? Iggy does know that Iggy and Senior Twister will send both Senior ‘Streets’ Wilson and Senior Sabur to the hospital but for Senior Sabur’s name to mean he is a patient to a hospital well it is prophetic! So this true my little friend? Are you saying that Sabur is not even Irish? That the only thing about him that is Irish is Senior Lil’ Dick? Amazing… it seems that Sabur is not even Irish! Then why does he call himself the Irish Hammer if he has no blood of such ancestry? Iggy thinks he knows why then, Senior Lil’ Dick has been hammering Senior Sabur around telling him what to do! To think Senior Lil’ Dick is actually the brain of those two. It does make sense since Senior Sabur could not finish in the tag teams he still needs to hold onto people to make him feel safe like Senior Lil’ Dick and Iggy’s favorite prey Senior Wiley.”
Laughing Twister nods to what Iggy is saying! Michael Lively has bragged how he is so great with that title yet when he faced a guy in his only second match, Iggy took Lively to school in front of the world! Twister of course has never been a fan of Lively and his ever changing persona!
[/center]Twister: “Oh yeah that pathetic Michael Wiley, always something from the White Lion to what is it now the Second Coming of Jesus what is next? He is really Hurricane Jeff’s illegitimate daughter!”
Iggy nods laughing at that comment that .Of course then the thought of Michael Lively dressed in Dr. Phate’s school girl outfit makes the ‘Master of the Tequila Worm’ cringe at the thought of that! Of course Iggy beat ‘The Second Coming of Hesus’ in their match, he was facing the Iguana, who is a good Catholic boy… at one point in his life. Of course Iggy thinks about Sabur who is about to lose to him already surrounded by people beaten by the Iguana.
[/center]Iggy: “Si, Iggy finds it amusing that Senior Sabur should bring up Senior Wiley to support him. It only shows that Senior Sabur surrounds himself with people that has lost to the Iguana. It was Iggy who in Iggy’s first match defeated the loud mouth Senior ‘Streets’ Wilson, showing him just what it takes to beat the Iguana. Sure ‘Streets’ Wilson thinks he wins because lost a match and being a poor pathetic little man he had to attack someone who beat him legitimately showing the world that he is a coward? Iggy does not mind as Iggy said, Senior ‘Streets’ will be wondering why he cannot win a match against Iggy. Even Senior Sabur who had Senior Wiley with him. Senior Wiley said that he is making records and statements. Si, Senior Wiley did, he lost to Iggy in Iggy’s only second match at the Main Event on Monday Night Overdrive right before Shockwave! Let’s not forget Iggy just did not beat Senior Wiley, he crushed Senior Wiley in the ring even having him submit to the Iguana’s superiority in the ring. Si, he showed the world that he is a champion who can easily lose the ‘Master of the Drunken Tequila Worm’ so Iggy has no worries what Senior Wiley will advice to Senior Sabur.”
With that said and out Twister is loving this taking a sip of the tequila as Iggy does the same! ‘How the hell has Iggy come up with these things?’ Twister wonders then realizes that it has to be the tequila or Iggy is very, very insane or both! Whatever the case iggy is one hell of a drinking buddy!
[/center]Twister: “Yeah that was great Iggy! You really shocked the world with that one and Lively got humiliated just before Shockwave. I loved how you made him submit like the whiny bitch he is! It should have been you taking him down there! But then against Jack Ruby has not been anything for awhile now. Yeah Hawkens, Kristina Blackwell and the like ‘Streets’ has not faced any real opponent but you and you took him down, you should have had a title shot sooner and I don’t say that easy on a guy who has three matches already!”
Iggy does not seem to notice as he drinks his tequila thinking of upcoming match. Iggy the Iguana cannot believe his good fortune to face off in his first tag team match in APW with the reigning APW Global Champion Twister. Iggy the Iguana smiles thinking of the belt that he will have after Aftershock but first he wants to remind ‘Streets’ Wilson that he cannot defeat the Iguana no matter what loser he finds on the streets to back him up, the Iguana is just that much better!
[/center]Iggy: “Ahhh but Iggy spent a lovely evening battling three of Iggy’s loves in the ring on Shockwave and of course Iggy won that match too. Si, Senior Wiley would have lost his championship if he had the guts to Iggy in title match but he hid behind non-title and the truth he could not beat the Iguana. Nor has Senior ‘Streets’ Wilson beaten a worthy opponent. Iggy beat a champion in a non-title match, but who has Senior ‘Streets’ Wilson beaten? Anyone that is worthy to enter a belt championship? Has he beaten a belt champion in the ring? In fact this is Senior ‘Streets’ first main event since he has come to APW and this is Iggy’s second! And these men who lost to Iggy are the ones to show Senior Sabur, who is not Irish, how to beat Iggy who is undefeated? No, Senior Twister, both Senior Wiley and Senior ‘Streets’ are going to show Sabur how they are going to lose to the Iguana and his tag team partner the APW Champion, you Senior Twister!”
With that Iggy stands there tapping his bottle to Twister, who nods in agreement with a tap and sip of his own tequila! Now this is a work out that Twister can appreciate! Iggy coming up with the two of them drinking a bunch of tequila and then painting the town red! This is a tag team partner he is proud to have!
[/center]Twister: “Here is the tequila for you man! This is going to be great! I am the APW Champion and the man who is covering my back is you Iggy The Iguana! Anyone who has beaten both ‘Streets’ Wilson and Michael Lively will sure cover my back as we face ‘Streets’ Wilson and Sabur in our tag team match! After all Sabur always does pick the biggest losers like Blackwell to now ‘Streets’ to tag with!”
They clasp their bottles again taking a drink of their tequilas as all that is left are just a little bit of the yellow drink and the worm inside. There is no argument from Iggy that they are facing a pair of losers as Iggy is the ‘Master of the Drunken Tequila Worm’ and Twister is the APW Global Heavyweight Champion who defeated Dr. Phate sending Dr. Phate away from the APW for the time being. So Iggy stands raising his tequila bottle in front of him as he faces the APW Global Champion Twister.
[/center]Iggy: “No, Senior Twister, it is Iggy’s honor to share the ring with the APW Champion! It was you that defeat Seniorita… Senior Dr. Phate! It was you that did what everyone said was impossible and now you became the first double champion in APW history. No one can say you did not work hard for such angulations. To have you, Senior Twister is an honor. How can this tag team we face beat a team of the undefeated Iguana and the reigning APW Champion! Not with the two of us full of tequila at Monday Night Overdrive at HP Pavilion in San Jose, California! There is not a force in the world that can stop a partnership like this not with…”
Twister of course stands up across from Iggy who his shorter than the younger white man as they cross their tequila bottles like sabers, that they are warriors ready to go into battle against their opponents the team of ‘Streets’ Wilson and Sabur, the Irish Hammer!
[/center]Twister & Iggy : “TEQUILA WORM POWER!”
Now they both finish off their bottles, Twister and Iggy finish off their tequila drinking down their respective worms into their throats finishing up their drinks! Iggy shakes his head shouts slamming down his bottle as Twister does the same looking at his tag team partner.
[/center]Twister: “Alright! Now that we have tequila in us and our dead tequila worms! You said you wanted to go out and paint the town red! So let’s do it! Where to first?”
Iggy: “No, Iggy said we are painting the town green! So here!”
Iggy shakes his head then hands over a can of paint to Twister from behind the bar and a brush! Then a pair of painting overalls that he slings over slings over Twister’s right shoulder as Iggy takes out a matching pair of painting overalls and paint can with his own brush.
[/center]Twister: “Iggy what are these for?”
Iggy: “We are going to paint the town green! That is what Población means in Spanish, Senior Twister! Now my second Uncle Eduardo asked us to start over here!”
Then Twister realizes why they are here and why the bar was closed! It was not because of two celebrity wrestlers of the APW wrestling world, but Iggy promised his second Uncle they would paint his bar!
