The camera pans onto “Dangerous” Steve Hawkens sitting in a locker room. His head is down looking at the floor. As a he counts the titles in his head he slowly raises his head as he looks at the camera. Hawkens has a depressed look on his face as he begins to speak into the camera.
Hawkens: It happened ten years ago. Something that has been haunting me forever it was the worst injury in my whole career. Something that happened I can still hear the echoing in my mind. The sounds were so deafening that this is my fear of returning to the ring.
The camera pulls back then fades as it goes back to what happened that day.

Hawkens: After what happened there ten years ago my fear has made me stronger. I know you all wonder why I would tell someone about an injury…well…it happened to be a fact that happened in my life. There is a reason for something in life. After hurting my knee I can fly better then ever.
Hawkens laughs at what he said then places his finger on his chin as he keeps talking at the camera.
Hawkens: You thought…wait…you thought I was talking about it hinders to me from flying. Ha, you are so wrong. Now comes the burning question why Action Pro? The answer is simple money and it is everything. I am sick and tried of working in small buildings getting paid in peanuts. I want the respect! I’ve earned it for the love of god. Now, my first opponent Jason Royce he thinks this is going to be a walk in the park since he has been in APW for awhile. After looking at his promos he has to cuss all the time…not a smart way to get some respect. I’ve been breaking bones since you been a little boy. So, don’t even think that you will be someone that can beat me quickly because I’m not going to let you.
Hawkens laughs then finishes his statement as he smiles at the camera.
Hawkens: APW is going to have a change of image by the Master of Air who is so dam dangerous it makes you sick Steve Hawkens. Now that is how you cut a promo son not the crap that you do!
Hawkens gets up from his chair as the camera fades to black.
