OOC: It’s a little short, but with Nikolai not RPin, I don’t want to spend too much time on an RP that I already know I’ll win.
The scene opens up backstage at Overdrive where the Hardcore Kid, who is in his ring gear with the tag title over his shoulder, is standing next to Cindy Shannon.
Cindy: I’m standing here with one half of the Action Packed Wrestling Tag Tem champions, The Hardcore Kid, who last Sunday at Apocalypse walked out still tag team champion. So tell me Kid, how does it feel to first, be the longest reigning Tag Team Champion, and two, being the only team in APW to successfully defend them.
THK: It feels great, but one thing I want to say to everyone who doubted Jason and I.
Cindy: And what’s that?
THK: Told ya so! No one thought we we’re going to win but we did it. My jobber days are over. And its time to look to the future. And right now, what I see in the future if The Hardcore Kid continuing his winning ways. Tonight, I step into the ring with a Russian Monster, Nikolai Molotov. Nikolai thought he could just walk into Action Packed Wrestling and demand himself a title shot. We’ll, look what that got him. His ass handed to him my Michael Lively. And that’s the exact same thing that will happen tonight. It’s gonna be déjà vu for you all over again Nikolai when I pin you in the ring and you hear the one, two, three.
Cindy: What’s next for you and Jason Royce?
THK: Jason and I will accept any challenges for these titles. As long as we’re champions, we’re going to fight our hardest to keep these titles. It felt good to win the titles, but it felt even better when we retained them. Tony Blackwell and Sabur thought that they could bully themselves and take our titles, but we did the unthinkable and we beat they thought was unbeatable. There was a day when you could almost guarantee a win against us, but those days are gone and with each day passing, Hardcore Ice keeps getting better and better.
Cindy: Any finals words for your match tonight?
THK: Tonight, Hardcore Ice raise to the top. We’re already at the top of the Tag Team Division and now we’re slowly going to take over the singles division. Tonight, Jason Royce brings home the Xtreme Title. And Tonight, I send Nikolai Molotov packing back to Russia. And if Nikolai doesn’t want to go back to Russia, then I’ll get him a first class ticket STRAIGHT TO HELL!
