The scene opens with Vin stepping off a 747 at LaGuardia airport in NY. He grabs his duffel from the overhead compartment and deplanes. He makes the slow plod of a man who is no longer affected by time and space, a man who at this very moment answers to a higher authority. He grabs a bus from the terminal and heads into Brooklyn.

He makes his way to Father Vitorio’s church just in time to catch the end of mid-day mass. The mid-day sun shining like a laser directly through a small circular window in the back of the church and illuminating the crucifix behind the altar. The church is sparsely filled with the older members of the congregation. All intently focused on the Father, as he finishes his final prayer.
Father: “…so go now to love and serve the Lord.”
The organ plays a melodic hymn, as if angel’s voices poured forth from the pipes. The procession made their way off the altar and down the middle of the pews. Each patron waiting until the cross had passed before standing to exit. The alter boys, the deacon, and the Eucharistic ministers all peel off to go get changed, Father Vitorio waits at the back of the church to chat with some of the members of the church before they take their leave.
The priest takes notice of Vin and makes his way over to the young man; his arms open wide with welcome. His vestments softly flapping in the mild breeze of June. They embrace.
Father: “My son, how good it is to see you here again so soon. Were you able to receive the grace you sought?”
Vin: “Mostly father, but it seems that although I was given the gift of knowledge that I sought more questions have been created and I again find myself wondering. I must seek your council yet again.”
The two of them casually walk back to the anti-chamber. The whole way Vin explains his current dilemma. He explains all about his brother and the search that brought him to APW. His brothers fall from sanity, his being deceived by the same, and the ultimate insult of being discarded after his failure. The priest looked somber at Vin, shook his head and said to him:
Father: “Vin, my son you must spend time in prayer and meditation. It’s a good thing that there are no more masses for today. Follow me.”
Father Vitorio brings Vin to the altar. He instructs him to kneel before the cross. He moves swiftly to secure all of the entrance points to the church. He calls several nuns to his side in the back of the church and dispatches them to be gin lighting the ceremonial candles. As they finish Father Vitorio walks back over to Vin. He hands him a bible and a small prayer book.
Father: “Vin, I have not done this for anyone in over fifteen years, but I too have been shown signs in this past two weeks, you are being called by God for something very special and I have been called upon to aid you in your quest. So here you have the church for the next twenty four hours. All the guidance you seek is here in the bible and in your prayers. You must remember one thing before you start this quest for understanding, prayer is talking to God, and meditation is listening for the answer. You must listen with your heart Vin. Your heart can always hear the Lord.”
Vin: “How can my heart hear the Lord Father?”
Father: “Because my son your hEARt has an ear in the middle of it.”
They both chuckle.
The Father leaves Vin’s side and closes the lights when he goes. The entire church is now illuminated with the sanctified light of over one thousand ceremonial candles throughout the church. Vin opens the prayer book and finds a prayer for guidance.
Vin: “Lord Jesus, may everything I do begin with You,
continue with Your help,
and be done under Your guidance.
May my sharing in the Mass free me from my sins,
and make me worthy of Your healing.
May I grow in Your Love and Your service,
and become a pleasing offering to You;
and with You to Your Father.
May the mystery I celebrate help me
to reach eternal life with you.”
He repeats this prayer over and over again like a man possessed. For hours he spoke this prayer, until his voice was all but gone and his vision started to blur. He sat a moment in silence. The glow from the candles seemed to get brighter, and brighter, until he had no choice but to close his eyes. He felt a presence move through him and a sublime understanding came over his soul.

Vin awoke still kneeling at the altar. He arose with new conviction and purpose. He grabbed his bible and placed it closed on the altar. He stepped back and knelt.
Vin: “Oh heavenly father I beseech your divine guidance. Show me how to liberate the souls of your enemies, for yours are mine.”
With this statement the doors to the church open swiftly and a rush of air from the outside comes billowing in. It is Father Vitorio who has come to check on his pupil. He advances on Vin, and the horror on his face grows as he gets closer. He looks at Vin, his jaw drops like the anchor of a battleship, his eyes wide in amazement.
Vin: “good morning father, what’s wrong?”
Father: “My son you have seen the most holy haven’t you?”
Vin: “yes father but how did you know?”
Father: “you have been given the stigmata.”
Vin looks down at his hands to see the wounds of Christ. He moves quick to the pool of holy water and peers in to see tears of blood running down his face. He is not alarmed however, it is as if he knew what he was to see before he saw it. He looks up and notices that the bible which was previously closed is now open. He slowly walks to the book and reads.
Matthew 7:15 - Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
He randomly flips the pages
2 Peter 2:1 - But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
Vin: “Father thank you for your help, I will return to you soon and seek further guidance. For now however I know what I have to do.”
They say their parting words to one another and Vin takes his leave.

The lights go black in the arena; as the opening monolog of his entrance starts, the music drops, and multiple white illumination pyrotechnic strobes fire off to the first measure of beats. The second monolog starts as a lone spotlight shines down on VIN who starts breaking several glow sticks attached to strings and securing them around his neck, wrists, and ankles. Upon the second beat drop the light goes out and you see VIN “rave” his way down the ramp toward the ring. Multi colored swirls make there way to the ring. He climbs to the top turn buckle and the glow sticks create an open five-point position, holds it for a second and does a crucifix summersault with a 900 corkscrew, and lands in a break dance split as the lights turn back on, the music cuts and the ring posts explode with blue pyrotechnics.
The crowd cheers at the dazzling display of light and sound. Vin Grabs a microphone from ringside and addresses the faithful.
Vin: “Welcome to all of the APW faithful in attendance tonight. I am here to address a few things. You see there has been a lot of misrepresentation around this fed recently, a lot of lies and half-truths. Many have fallen off the path of righteousness and are filled with the belief that they are something they are not. So allow me if you will a brief moment to set the record straight.”
The crowd cheers
Chase: “I wonder what record he is going to set straight.”
Harvey: “Not a clue”
Vin: “First my opponent, the self proclaimed Jesus. That is almost as much of a joke as Kenny calling himself a God. At first when this all started I thought that it was all storyline, I recently have come to understand that the COK really believes these things. So now it is my job to rebuke the unclean things in this fed. I will purge the evil taint that my brother has brought to this fed. I will save the souls of the members of the COK and I will destroy my brother.”
Chase: “Oh my God, is he coming out after the whole COK or just Kenny?”
Harvey: “I don’t know but if anyone here could take them down it would be Vin.”
Chase: “I don’t think that he could do it himself though.”
Vin: “Lively, you say that you are the messiah, and yet you display none of the qualities of the Christ. Things like whatever it takes to score the win. The true Jesus is not worried about whatever it takes because he would know beyond knowledge that victory would be inevitable. On top of that would Christ treat his mother in the manner that you have?”
The crowd erupts in a unanimous “DAMN”
Vin: “Still more over would the second coming of Christ be heralded from a woman such as your mom? For we all know she is not a virgin.”

Vin: “You don’t posses the humility of Christ. You don’t posses the compassion of Christ, and you certainly don’t posses the skill of the messiah. My brother jobbed that match to you so don’t be all proud of that either. But most of all, the bible warns us of people like you in the book of Mark 13:22 - For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. So you see we all know you are a fake and I will smite you down in his holy name.
Chase: “Dear God almighty Vin has gone biblical.”
Harvey: “Well I guess there are worse things he could go.”
The crowd stares not quite sure what to make of this rant.
Vin: “I will purge this fed. I have already started. But a threat was made last overdrive to me by my brother, so I must take a minute to introduce the way in which I am going to handle that threat.”
His music starts to play as you see the four officers from the LAPD come walking down to the ring in full dress blues. Each one slides into the ring and takes a respective ring post. Followed by a full riot squad escorting Governor Schwarzenegger to the ring.
Governor Schwarzenegger: “Thank you Vin for bringing me here tonight, I am happy to announce that last week we signed a contract for your endorsement of the LAPD, one of the nice perks is that you have full legal protection from the city of Los Angeles as well as the full support oh my office. I am also assigning this squad to assist you in making sure that the only violence takes place in the ring and for the benefit of the APW faithful.”
Chase: “That is unbelievable, Vin has gotten an endorsement deal from the city of Los Angeles, and he has the full backing of the governor’s office, I realize that Kenny has quite a bit of money but does he have a legal team like that?”
Harvey: “I wonder what the governor’s office looks like.”
Chase: “Thrilling analysis.”
Vin: “So you see Kenny I am completely insulated from all of your attacks. You won’t be able to deal with me the way you have everyone else that has threatened you in the past. There is no room for friendship, so you manipulations there won’t work and you can’t get at me physically so my advice for you is repent before I come to claim you soul.”
The Crowd cheers with enthusiasm for their new hero.
Vin: “The only thing that is needed for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. So I am here to do something. I am the throne of God, the one who will bring forth his holy justice, and smite the wicked. I will leave you with this parting gift from the book of Revelation 20:10 - And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. I have already cast the beast down, the next is the false prophet Michael Lively, and the devil, well Kenny that would be you. So now to all the COK, RUN!”
The crowd is on their feet cheering.
Vin: “Repent for your Salvation is at Hand!”
A chant of Salvation is at Hand falls over the crowd. And APW goes to commercial.
