The APW logo is Contour Generator, which I'm pretty sure I downloaded of dafont.com; which I used for pretty much all my fonts.
And after spending several minutes trying to figure it out, I have no clue what the rest is. It's probably just something else I downloaded off dafont. But, I know I've put it through a bunch of effects to make it look like that.
